この発明は電線を把持する装置及びそれを用いたスペーサに関するもので、高所作業を容易にすることを目的とする。

【実施例】
図面について説明する。図1に於いて本体1とアーム2とは、中央部に対向して電線を把持可能な半円凹みを有し、左端はピン3で枢着される。本体1は右側に前後面開放のばね室1aを備え、ばね4が収納される。アーム2は右側にクレビス2aを設けてある。(図2)。
ばね受金具5はU形板5aの両脚へ円板5bを溶着したもので、ばね室内に於いてばね4の上部空間へ挿入される。円板5bには中央孔5cが穿ってある。(図3)。T形ボルト6は頭部6aが矩形をなし、方向を合わせると、アームのクレビス2aを通り抜け可能である。
図1ではこのT形ボルトがクレビスと係合し、本体の対向辺とばね4を自由貫通し、U形板5a内に於いてナット7と螺合している。ばね室頂部壁には押ボルト8が螺合されていて、その先端はU形板5aの頂部を押圧可能である。

【作用】
図1の如く電線を把持している本装置から電線を取外す場合を説明する。まず押ボルト8を回し、ばね受金具5とともにばね4をわずかに圧下する。T形ボルト6は回転自在となるので、その頭部方向をアームのクレビス2a方向と合わせる。アーム2は抜け出して垂れ下がり、電線から分離する。電線を装着する場合も以上から自明である。
この装置は本体1の長さを長くして適当間隔に複数の押えアーム2を枢着し、複数の電線を把持可能なスペーサとすることが出来る。図5は3箇のアーム2を設けた3線式スペーサの例示である。

【発明の効果】
本発明では、押ボルト8とばね4の間に、ばね受金具5を挿入している。押ボルト8を押せばばね4だけが押圧され、T形ボルト6はばね圧と無関係になる。このため作業者は指先でボルト角度の90度旋回を楽々と行える。これに対し、従来の電線把持具(例えば実開昭51−78395)には、このばね受金具5に相当するものがない。従って仮に本発明の図1についていうならば、従来品は押ボルト8で直接T形ホルト6の上端部を押すようになっていた。この押圧によってばね4は圧縮され、ばねの両端面摩擦が大となる。T形ボルト6の90度旋回が困難さを増す。手動工具の携行使用が避けられなかった。電線の把持あるいは解除は、その殆んどが、高所送電線上の宙吊り作業である。その際手動工具(スパナ)が必要か否かは作業者にとって関心の強い問題である。本発明の場合も押ボルト8のねじ込み用スパナは常に必要であるが、ばね圧のかかったT形ボルト6の旋回 用スパナは必要としない。高所作業者の負担を大きく軽減する。
