【従来の技術】
例えば、データカートリッジでは、オートローダ等で使用するために、カートリッジの個体情報を表示するバーコード等の機械で判別可能な識別記号などの表示が要求される場合がある。かかる表示内容をもつ情報記録カードはカートリッジの外側面上に貼り付けておくと、経時的に剥がれたり、浮くため、オートローダ等で自動装填する場合に問題が生じる。そのため、図６および図７に示すごとく本体ケース１の外側面に凹溝７を設け、この凹溝７内に情報記録カード６をカード差し入れ口９から差し込んで収納するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記表示はカートリッジ固有のものであるため、使用者が勝手に取り出しできない収納方式が望ましいが、上記データカートリッジでは情報記録カード６を凹溝７から自由に取り出し可能であるため、使用者が勝手に情報記録カード６を取り出してしまうという厄介な問題があった。

本発明の目的は、上記のような問題を解消するためになされたもので、使用者が勝手に情報記録カードを取り出すのを防止できるテープカートリッジを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、図１ないし図５に示すごとく本体ケース１の外側面に、情報記録カード６をこれの記録表示面６ａが外部に露出するよう収納する凹溝７を設け、この凹溝７の長手方向一端に、カード差し入れ口９を設けているテープカートリッジにおいて、前記凹溝７内のカード差し入れ口９の近傍位置に、情報記録カード６の差し入れは許すが、抜き出しは規制する抜き出し規制手段１０を備える。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１ないし図５は本発明に係るテープカートリッジの一実施例を示す。図１は単一リール型のデータカートリッジを示しており、角箱状の本体ケース１の内部に単一のリール２を可回転に収容し、リール２にテープ３を巻回している。テープ３はこれの巻終端側に引き出し操作するための連結具（図示省略）を備えていて、本体ケース１の正面壁４の開閉自在なローディング開口から外部へ引き出し可能にしている。

本体ケース１の背面壁５の外側面に、情報記録カード６・１１を各記録表示面６ａ・１１ａが露出するよう収納するための凹溝７を左右に２個並べて設けている。左右の各凹溝７は、図３に示すごとく共に断面Ｔ形に形成して外側に臨む幅狭溝部７ａと、この幅狭溝部７ａの内奥に連通形成される幅広溝部７ｂとを有する。幅狭溝部７ａの上下幅は情報記録カード６・１１の上下幅よりも少し狭く設定し、この幅狭溝部７ａから情報記録カード６・１１の記録表示面６ａ・１１ａを露出させる。幅広溝部７ｂの上下幅は情報記録カード６・１１の上下幅より僅かに広い幅に設定して、この幅広溝部７ｂに沿って情報記録カード６・１１を摺動自在とする。

上記抜き出し規制手段１０は、図４および図５（ａ）に示すように、凹溝７の幅広溝部７ｂの内部に切欠１２を設ける一方、本体ケース１に細いアーム１３を片持ち状に一体形成し、このアーム１３の先端に一体に設けた弾性突起１４をアーム１３の弾性作用で前記切欠１２から幅広溝部７ｂ内に出没自在とする。弾性突起１４のカード差し入れ口９に面する一側面にはテーパ１５を、凹溝７内の情報記録カード６に面する他側面に直壁状の規制面１６をそれぞれ設ける。図示例では前記切欠１２が本体ケース１の上ケース１ａの内壁１９に形成され、弾性突起１４を有するアーム１３が下ケース１ｂの内壁２０に切込溝１７を介して上向きに突設され、上下ケース１ａ・１ｂを突き合わせると、弾性突起１４が切欠１２内に組み込まれる。上ケース１ａの背面壁５には、弾性突起１４が外部から見えないように該弾性突起１４を覆う覆い壁片１８を垂設している。この覆い壁片１８は下ケース１ｂに付設することもできる。

しかるときは、図５（ａ）に示すごとく情報記録カード６をカード差し入れ口９から凹溝７に押し込むと、その情報記録カード６の差し込み側始端６ｂが弾性突起１４のテーパ１５に当接し、更に押し込むと、情報記録カード６の差し込み側始端６ｂがテーパ１５上を滑り、図５（ｂ）に示すごとくその押し込み力の分力でアーム１３の弾性突起１４がその弾性力に抗して切欠１２に没入するため、情報記録カード６は弾性突起１４を没入させたまま凹溝７内に奥深く差し込まれてゆく。情報記録カード６の終端６ｃが図５（ｃ）に示すごとく弾性突起１４の上を通過するや否や情報記録カード６は凹溝７に完納され、同時に情報記録カード６の終端６ｃが弾性突起１４から外れて弾性突起１４が弾性復帰力で凹溝７内に突出復帰する。これにより情報記録カード６は弾性突起１４の規制面１６でカード差し入れ口９方向への移動が規制され、使用者によって勝手に抜き出されるのを防止できる。従って、この抜き出し規制手段１０を備えた凹溝７は、オートローダ等で識別するためのカートリッジ固有のバーコード等の識別記号などを表示した情報記録カード６を収納するのに適する。弾性突起１４が覆い壁片１８で覆われていると、使用者による情報記録カード６の抜き出し防止効果を一層高めることができる。

上記実施例のように抜き出し規制手段１０を備えた凹溝７以外に、抜き出し規制手段１０を備えない凹溝７をも並設しておくと、２種類の情報記録カード６・１１を収納可能とするが、本発明はこれに限定されず、抜き出し規制手段１０を備えない凹溝７は必ずしも設ける必要がない。
上記実施例では弾性突起１４を下ケース１ｂに、切欠１２を上ケース１ａにそれぞれ形成するが、それとは逆に切欠１２を下ケース１ｂに、弾性突起１４を上ケース１ａにそれぞれ形成することもできる。弾性突起１４は本体ケース１と一体に形成すれば、かかる弾性突起１４の組み付け手数を省略できて有利であるが、必ずしもこれに限定されず、本体ケース１とは別体に構成し、これを凹溝７内に組み込むものであってもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明のテープカートリッジによれば、凹溝７内に情報記録カード６の差し入れは許すが、抜き出しは規制する抜き出し規制手段１０を備えるという簡単な手段で、この凹溝７に収納された情報記録カード６が使用者によって勝手に取り出されるのを防止でき、オートローダー等にも好適に使用できる。
