Description

【0001】

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the automatic toilet flushing device is installed in the existing flushing tank 7, the position of the drainage lever 6, the shape of the joint 9, and the rotation direction of the lever are rarely matched. The tank dedicated member must be used, and the structure becomes complicated and large, resulting in a significant cost increase.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide an automatic toilet flushing apparatus that can use an existing flush tank 7 as it is and can be used for various types of flush tanks. Is.
[0007]

Drainage by lifting and the existing Drainage lever 6 which the rinsing tank 7 has an automatic toilet bowl cleaning device drainage can manually be operated.
[0008]
[Action]
In the present invention, since the lifting portion 11 is fixed to the telescopic fixing tool 13, various kinds of existing flush tanks 7 are automatically attached to the toilet bowl 7 regardless of the size of the flush tank 7 itself or the position of the drain lever 6. A cleaning device can be installed. Moreover, since the pulling part 11 has the wire 10, it can be used without replacing the existing draining lever 6.
[0009]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The pulling unit 11 used in the present invention has a structure in which a motor 17, a speed reducer 16, and a pulley 15 having a wire 10 are connected in series as shown in FIG. 4, and the wire 10 is rotated by rotating the motor 17. Roll up and extend.
[0010]
The control unit 14 may have any shape as long as it has a light receiving unit 18 for receiving a signal from the wireless remote controller 21 with a built-in battery. However, when the wireless remote controller 21 is not used, a push switch is required instead of the light receiving unit. Of course, it is possible to draw electricity from the outside instead of the dry battery.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the fixing portion 13 has a structure in which a part of the plate is stepped and fixed by the fixing screw 25, and the length can be adjusted by shifting the stepped portion. Of course, as long as the length can be adjusted, even a fixed portion having a structure having no stepped portion can be used. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the fixture 13 according to the present invention. The fixture 13 has members 22 such as rubber and sponge that do not damage the inner wall of the washing tank 7 at both ends and screws are cut at both ends. And the overall length is adjusted by the screw portion.
[0011]
If the installation to the washing tank 7 is demonstrated using FIG. 1, the length of the fixing tool 13 will be adjusted according to the length of the said washing tank 7, and it will install in the side wall. Thereafter, the pulling portion 11 is fixed to the fixture 13, and the tip of the wire 10 is connected to the ball chain 4. Since the normal washing tank 7 has holes for attaching the ball tap device on both the left and right sides, the cable 12 is taken out of the washing tank 7 through the holes and connected to the control unit 14.
[0012]
When a cleaning command is issued by the switch of the wireless remote controller 21, the light receiving unit 18 receives a signal from the wireless remote controller 21 and issues an operation signal to the pulling unit 11. Upon receiving the signal, the pulling unit 11 rotates the motor 17 for a certain time to pull up the wire 10. Since the tip of the wire 10 is connected to the ball chain 4, the water in the washing tank 7 is drained through the water distribution pipe 5 at the same time as the drain valve 8 is lifted. Thereafter, the pulling unit 11 returns the wire 10 to the original length by detecting the number of rotations of the pulley 15 or detecting the rotation angle, and the drainage valve body 8 returns to the original position by its own weight. As apparent from FIG. 1, the drainage lever 6 and the ball chain 4 are not changed from the existing state, so that the water flows even if the drainage lever 6 is manually operated.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the ball chain 4 is directly pulled up by the wire 10, it is possible to install the apparatus regardless of the shape, position and rotation direction of the draining lever 6, and to manually drain the water. Can also be done.
Moreover, since the length of the fixture 13 is freely extendable, it can be installed in the washing tank 7 of various sizes. For this reason, the apparatus is not increased in size and complexity as compared with the conventional apparatus, and no special parts or dedicated members for the water washing tank are used.
