Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sound insulation wall for preventing noise pollution caused by traveling of a vehicle such as an expressway, a general road, and a railway.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
In general, as shown in FIG. 7, for example, a conventional sound insulating wall is formed between a pair of support columns 21 and 21 whose side piece portion erected on a concrete side wall 20 such as a road has an H-shaped cross section along the wall surface direction. A plurality of sound insulation wall panels 30 are vertically stacked. As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, each sound insulating wall panel 30 has its left and right side end portions 30a and 30a positioned in the groove portion 22 of the support column 21, and the side pieces on the surface side of the support column 21. By fitting a fixing bracket 23 made of a bent leaf spring material between the side end portion 30a and the side piece portion 21b on the back surface side of the support column 21 in a state of being in contact with the portion 21a, the support column 21 is fixed. Reference numeral 24 denotes a fall-preventing wire, which is inserted between the upper and lower panels 30 stacked in layers through holes 25 provided in the upper and lower sides of the left and right sides of the panel and the fixing bracket 23.
[0003]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, each sound insulating wall panel 30 has a synthetic resin such as polyvinyl fluoride in the hollow interior between the front plate 31 and the rear plate 32 provided with louver openings 31a on the front side of the panel. A sound absorbing material 34 made of a glass fiber non-woven fabric (glass wool) covered with a film 33 is disposed, and an air layer 35 is provided between the sound absorbing material 34 and the back plate 32. The noise sound wave incident on the inside through the louver opening 31a... Is absorbed and attenuated by the sound absorbing material 34, thereby reducing the noise transmitted to the outer periphery of the road or the like. The sound absorbing material 34 is covered with the synthetic resin film 33 in order to prevent the glass fiber from scattering and to be waterproof.
[0004]
However, in such a conventional sound insulation wall, since the columns 21 are visible when viewed from the vehicle running side such as a road, the appearance is not good and the louvered surface plate 31 of the sound insulation wall panel 30 is made of a metal such as aluminum. For this reason, the surrounding landscape is very uncomfortable, and even when colored and painted, it has a smooth colored surface and gives an inorganic impression, making it difficult to harmonize with the surrounding environment. since there is a difference in (grooves 2 2 width), it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of fixing brackets 23 to correspond to the strut 21 ... size for attachment sound insulating wall panel 30, the parts cost for its There was a problem of being expensive. Furthermore, in the louver type surface plate 31 of the sound insulation wall panel 30, since each louver opening 31a has a cover of the louver 31b, the propagation direction of the sound wave incident on the inside of the panel is limited, and the incidence rate of noise is low. It was.
[0005]
In view of the above-described circumstances, the present invention provides a sound-insulating wall panel that has a clean appearance and a good appearance, can give an impression that is well harmonized with the surrounding environment, and even if there is a difference in the size of the columns. Can be mounted with a single type of fixing bracket, and the object is to provide a component that can reduce the cost of the parts and has excellent sound insulation performance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention of claim 1 is provided with a reference numeral in the drawing, and between the respective columns 15 and 15 of the H-shaped cross section standing at predetermined intervals, In the sound insulation wall to which the sound insulation wall panel 10 storing the sound absorbing material 4 is attached, the sound insulation wall panel 10 includes a colored layer 2 in contact with the back side of the surface plate 1 made of punching metal, and on the left and right sides of the panel, on the panel surface side. A protruding edge portion 12 that is positioned and extends over the entire length in the vertical direction and a column mounting piece 13a that is positioned on the back side of the panel and faces the protruding edge portion 12 are provided, and the surface plate 1 and the colored layer 2 are connected to the protruding edge. The column 15 extends to the surface side of the part 12, and the support column 15 is arranged so that the side piece parts 15a and 15b are along the wall surface direction, and the sound insulation wall panel 10 is provided on the surface side of the side piece part 15a facing the noise generating side. The protruding edge 12 of the In state, by press-contact the fixing member 16 which is held to the strut attachment piece 13a on the back side of the side sections 15a, is characterized in that the sound insulating wall panel 10 is secured to the column 15.
[0007]
In the sound insulation wall having the above configuration, the projecting edge portion 12 of the sound insulation wall panel 10 covers the outside of the side piece portion 15a facing the noise generation side of the support column 15, so that the support column can be viewed when viewed from the vehicle running side such as a road. 15 is not visible, the entire wall is visually recognized as being composed of the sound insulation wall panel 10, the colored layer 2 is exposed from the opening 11 of the surface plate 1, and the surface plate 1 is a punching metal. It is inconspicuous and gives the impression that the entire panel surface is colored non-metallic surface. Further, since the sound insulation wall panel 10 is structured to be fixed to the columns 15 and 15 on both sides by using only the side piece 15a facing the noise generation side of the column 15, the size of the column 15 is different. Can be installed without any trouble by the same fixing bracket.
[0008]
In the second aspect of the present invention, in the sound insulating wall of the first aspect, since the fixing bracket 16 is made of a leaf spring material that elastically contacts the back side of the side piece 15a of the support column 15, the sound insulating wall panel 10 is fixed to the fixing bracket 16. It can be stably fixed to the column 15 by the spring elasticity.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the sound insulation wall of the first or second aspect, the colored layer 2 is made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric that captures the intruding water from the openings 11 of the surface plate 1 and causes the inside of the layer 2 to flow down. Since the structure is a colored waterproof layer, the colored layer 2 prevents the sound absorption performance from being deteriorated due to the attachment / penetration of rainwater or the like to the sound absorbing material 4.
[0010]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the sound insulating wall of the third aspect, the sound absorbing material 4 comprises a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric layer having a higher density and a larger layer thickness than the colored waterproof layer 2, and the nonwoven fabric layer and the colored waterproof layer 2 It is set as the structure which has the air layer 3 between these. In this case, since the sound absorbing material 4 is a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric layer having a high density and a large layer thickness, noise in a wide frequency range can be efficiently absorbed and attenuated, and the nonwoven fabric layer of the sound absorbing material 4 is colored and waterproofed by the air layer 3. Since it is away from the layer 2, it is possible to reliably prevent intrusion water from the openings 11 of the surface plate 1 from adhering to and permeating the nonwoven fabric layer of the sound absorbing material 4.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4 show an example of a sound insulation wall panel used for the sound insulation wall of the present invention, and FIGS. 5 and 6 show a sound insulation wall of an embodiment using the sound insulation wall panel.
[0012]
The sound insulation wall panel 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 has a horizontally long rectangular shape in front view, and is in contact with the front surface plate 1 made of a punching metal such as aluminum and the back surface side of the front surface plate 1 sequentially in the thickness direction of the panel. A colored waterproof layer 2 made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, an intermediate air layer 3, a sound absorbing layer 4 made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric having a larger layer thickness than the colored waterproof layer 2, a back air layer 5, and a back plate 6. Yes.
[0013]
At the upper and lower ends of the panel 10, the upper and lower rear extending portions 1 a and 1 b of the surface plate 1 are externally fitted to the front extending portions 6 a and 6 b of the back plate 6 as described later.
[0014]
The surface plate 1 is provided with a large number of circular openings 11 on the entire surface facing the panel surface side except for the upper and lower rear extension portions 1a and 1b. 11... Are arranged so that the lowermost portion of the arrangement extends from the front surface to the bent portion that transitions to the lower rear extending portion 1 b, thereby forming drain holes 11 a. doing.
[0015]
Further, a presser member 7 is provided on the back side of the colored waterproof layer 2, and the presser member 7 is composed of a porous plate 7 that contacts the entire back side of the colored waterproof layer 2 as shown in FIG. The opening holes 7a are provided evenly in the entire area of these, and these opening holes 7a are provided concentrically with the opening 11 of the surface plate 1. Further, a convex portion 70 protruding toward the sound absorbing layer 4 is formed at a substantially central position in the vertical direction of the porous plate 7. The upper and lower end portions 7b and 7c of the perforated plate 7 are bent in a substantially U shape so as to surround the intermediate air layer 3, and the tip portion 7d is further bent in an L shape on the sound absorbing layer 4 side. .
[0016]
Thus, the colored waterproof layer 2 is disposed in contact with the back side of the surface plate 1, and then the perforated plate as the pressing means 7 is brought into contact with the colored waterproof layer 2. With the end portions 7b and 7c in contact with the back surface side of the rear extension portions 1a and 1b of the surface plate 1, the rear extension portions 1a and 1b and the U-shaped end portions 7b and 7c are as illustrated. The colored waterproof layer 2 is integrated by spot welding 9, whereby the colored waterproof layer 2 is sandwiched and held firmly between the front surface plate 1 and the perforated plate 7 which is the pressing means 7 on the back surface side.
[0017]
Next, the sound absorbing layer 4 is placed inside the back plate 6, its upper and lower end portions are in contact with the stepped portions 6 a 1 and 6 b 1 of the front extending portions 6 a and 6 b of the back plate 6, and its central portion is the back plate 6. The surface plate 1 to which the perforated plate 7 and the colored waterproof layer 2 are integrally attached as described above is attached in such a manner as to abut against the convex portion 60, and the rear extension portions 1a, Steps 1a 1 and 1b 1 of 1b are attached so as to be fitted over the steps 6a 1 and 6b 1 of the front extension portions 6a and 6b of the back plate 6. As a result, the U-shaped end portions 7b and 7c of the perforated plate 7 are bitten into the upper and lower end surface sides of the sound absorbing layer 4, and the convex portion 70 is slightly bited into the center surface side as shown in the figure. Abut.
[0018]
In this state, the sound absorbing layer 4 attaches the perforated plate 7 by fixing the upper and lower rear extending portions 1a, 1b of the front plate 1 and the front extending portions 6a, 6b of the rear plate 6 with the rivet S 1 close to the rear surface. Through which the intermediate air layer 3 having a predetermined interval is formed between the sound absorbing layer 4 and the porous plate 7, and the sound absorbing layer 4 and the back plate 6 The back side air layer 5 is formed at a predetermined interval, and the convex portion 70 of the porous plate 7 is on the surface side of the sound absorbing layer 4, and the convex portion 60 of the back plate 6 is on the back side of the sound absorbing layer 4. The sound insulation layer 4 is held by the plates 7 and 6 without being deformed by the contact, and the intermediate air layer 3 and the back side air layer 5 are maintained without changing their distance. We will see the completion of.
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, on both the left and right sides of the sound insulation wall panel 10, a projecting edge portion 12 that is located on the panel surface side and extends over the entire length in the vertical direction, and an upper portion of the panel rear side is located on the projecting edge portion 12. And a column attachment piece 13a opposite to each other. The projecting edge portion 12 includes an extended end portion of the colored waterproof layer 2 and a side extension portion of the surface plate 1 that is bent from the front surface side to the back surface side with the extended end portion of the colored waterproof layer 2 interposed therebetween. The protruding piece 8a of the side plate 8 is in contact with the back side of the front plate 1. On the other hand, the column attaching piece 13a is composed of a side piece of a U-shaped frame-shaped metal fitting 13 fixed to the side plate 8, the projecting piece 8a of the side plate 8 and the surface plate 1 by screws S 2 and S 3 , respectively. A protruding piece 13b with a hole protruding rearward from the upper edge is provided.
[0020]
FIG. 5 shows a sound insulation wall according to an embodiment of the present invention constructed using the sound insulation wall panel 10 having the above-described configuration. This sound insulation wall is provided with a plurality of sound insulation wall panels 10... In a direction in which the surface plate 1 faces the road side between the pillars 15 and 15 of the H-shaped cross section erected on the concrete side wall 14 of the road at predetermined intervals. A continuous wall surface is constructed by mounting in the form of stacking up and down. As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the side posts 15a and 15b are arranged in the direction along the wall surface direction, and the sound insulation panel 10 includes the left and right protruding edges 12, 12 are arranged so as to cover the outer surface side of the side piece portion 15a on the road side of the support column 15, and the fixing bracket 16 made of a leaf spring material held by the support column attachment piece 13a is elastically applied to the inner surface side of the side piece portion 15a. By being brought into contact with each other, it is fixed to a pair of struts 15 on both sides.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 6 (b), the fixing bracket 16 is formed by bending a strip-shaped leaf spring material into a double wedge shape, and the base end portion 16b with a hole is a projecting piece with a hole in the column mounting piece 13a. A wedge-shaped main body portion 16a is press-fitted from above between the column attachment piece 13a and the side piece portion 15a of the column 15 so as to overlap with 13b. Thus, the wires 17 are inserted through the plurality of the sound insulation wall panels 10 stacked in the vertical direction into the holes 18 and 18 of the overlapped projecting piece 13b and the base 16b with holes, and the wires 17 are connected to the adjacent wall surfaces. The sound insulation wall panels 10 of the required section are integrated so as to be inserted in the same manner.
[0022]
In such a sound insulation wall, since the outside of the side piece 15a facing the road side of the support column 15 is covered with the projecting edge portion 12 of the sound insulation wall panel 10, the support column 15 cannot be seen when viewed from the road side. It is visually recognized that the entire wall is made of the sound insulation wall panel 10, and the appearance is very neat and good-looking. Moreover, since the surface plate 1 is a punching metal, the area of its own metal portion is small and unnoticeable, and gives an impression like a non-metallic surface where the entire panel surface is colored when viewed at a certain distance. In particular, when the colored waterproof layer 2 is a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric as in this embodiment, the inorganic impression is completely wiped out by taking into account the softness of the fiber surface. Therefore, by appropriately selecting the color of the colored waterproof layer 2 of the sound insulation wall panel, the sound insulation wall is excellent in appearance and well harmonized with the surrounding environment. Further, since the opening 11 of the surface plate 1 of the sound insulation wall panel 10 does not have a shielding portion like the louver 31b (see FIG. 9 ) in the conventional louver type surface plate 31, the propagation direction of the sound wave incident on the inside of the panel is determined. Without being restricted, the incident rate of noise is increased and the sound insulation performance inherent to the sound insulation wall is improved.
[0023]
Moreover, the sound insulation wall has a structure in which the sound insulation wall panel 10 is fixed to the pillars 15 and 15 on both sides by using only the side piece 15a facing the noise generation side of the pillar 15. Even if the sizes of 15 are different, they can be attached by the same fixing bracket 16 without any trouble. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of types of fixing brackets corresponding to the difference in the size of the columns as in the prior art, and the cost of the parts is reduced accordingly.
[0024]
In the present invention, as a fixing bracket for fixing the sound insulation wall panel 10 to the column 15, for example, it is screwed to the column mounting piece 12 a and the tip side is pressed against the back side of the side piece 15 a of the column 15. Various types and fixing mechanisms can be used, such as the bolt-shaped ones, and in particular, in the case of a plate spring material such as the fixing bracket 16 of the above embodiment, the column mounting piece 12a and the side piece portion 15a. Since the fixing operation is easy and the spring elasticity always acts after the mounting, there is an advantage that the sound insulation wall panel 10 can be held in a stable mounting state. Moreover, the structure which such a fixing metal fitting integrated previously with the sound-insulating wall panel 10 by welding, screwing, etc. may be sufficient.
[0025]
On the other hand, the sound insulation wall panel used for the sound insulation wall of the present invention only needs to have a sound absorbing material stored in the hollow interior and have a colored layer in contact with the back side of the surface plate made of punching metal, and the internal structure is different. For example, there is no problem even if the sound absorbing material is configured to also serve as a colored layer. However, in the structure made into the colored waterproofing layer 2 which consists of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric like the sound insulation wall panel 10 of the said Example, intrusion water, such as rain water and washing water, from the opening part 11 ... of the surface board 1 by this waterproof colored layer 2 Can be captured and flown down in the layer 2, and therefore, there is an advantage that it is possible to prevent a decrease in sound absorption performance due to adhesion and penetration of water into the sound absorbing material 4. In addition, in this Example structure, the intrusion water which flowed down between the fibers of the colored waterproof layer 2 is discharged to the outside from the drain holes 11a which are openings arranged along the bottom edge of the surface plate 1.
[0026]
Furthermore, in the present invention, a conventional glass fiber nonwoven fabric having a surface encapsulated with a synthetic resin film can be used as the sound absorbing material 4 of the sound insulating wall panel. However, the sound absorbing material 4 of the sound insulating wall panel 10 as in the above embodiment is used. If the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric layer is thicker than the colored waterproof layer 2 and the intermediate air layer 3 is provided between the sound absorbing material 4 and the colored waterproof layer 2, the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric of the sound absorbing material 4 is used. Can efficiently absorb and attenuate noise in a wide frequency range, and since the nonwoven fabric layer of the sound absorbing material 4 is separated from the colored waterproof layer 2 by the air layer 3, intrusion of rainwater or the like from the opening 11 of the surface plate 1 It can prevent more reliably that water adheres and penetrates into the nonwoven fabric layer of the sound absorbing material 4. It has been experimentally found that the intermediate air layer 3 also contributes to the improvement of the sound absorption effect. Similarly, the back air layer 5 in the above-described embodiment configuration also gives a good result in the sound absorption performance. Thus, colored nonwoven layer of the waterproof layer 2 and the sound absorbing member 4 is not limited to a single layer mat of synthetic fiber nonwoven, synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric as shown in the cross-sectional structure of the backing layer 4 of (a) of FIG. 6 sheet It is also possible to use a material having a constant width and folded in a zigzag shape, the folded width of which is a layer thickness, and a laminate of a plurality of nonwoven fabrics.
[0027]
In addition, as the colored waterproofing layer 2 made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, it is possible to reliably capture intrusion water such as rainwater and prevent migration to the sound absorption layer 4 side, and to accelerate the flow down in the layer, It is preferable to set the synthetic fiber to about 30 to 70 denier, the bulk density to about 0.05 to 0.2 g / cm 3 , and the layer thickness to about 3 to 20 mm. Moreover, when making the sound-absorbing material 4 into a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric layer, in order to efficiently absorb and attenuate sound waves in a wide frequency range, the synthetic fiber of the nonwoven fabric is about 10 to 50 denier and the bulk density is 0.03 to 0.07 g / It is good to set to about cm 3 and a layer thickness of about 30 to 100 mm. On the other hand, the surface plate 1 preferably has an opening area ratio of about 30 to 75% on the panel surface side in order to sufficiently secure the self-holding strength and to obtain a high noise incidence rate.
[0028]
Therefore, the sound insulation wall of the present invention is not limited to the exemplified road, but can be applied to a railroad wall or a fence for isolating various noise sources. Further, in the present invention, various designs can be changed in addition to the embodiment, such as the outer shape and the internal structure of the sound insulation wall panel 10 to be used, the integration or connection structure of the panels, and the base structure in which the support column 15 is erected. is there.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of claim 1, as the sound insulation wall in which the sound insulation wall panel storing the sound absorbing material in the hollow interior is attached between the pillars having the H-shaped cross section, the surfaces of the pillars facing the noise generation side such as roads are on both sides of the sound insulation wall panel. Since it is visible as if the entire wall is made of a sound insulation wall panel without being covered by the protruding edge, the appearance is clean and looks good, and the colored layer is on the back side of the front plate made of punched metal of the sound insulation wall panel. It gives the impression that the entire panel surface is colored non-metallic surface, so it can be well harmonized with the surrounding environment, and even if there is a difference in the size of the column, the sound insulation wall panel can be It can be attached with a kind of fixing bracket, and a component that can reduce the cost of the parts is provided.
[0030]
According to the invention of claim 2, in the sound insulation wall, since the fixing bracket is made of a leaf spring material that elastically contacts the back side of the side piece of the support column, the fixing operation of the sound insulation wall panel to the support column is easy, There is an advantage that the mounting state of the panel can be stably maintained.
[0031]
According to the invention of claim 3, in the sound insulation wall, the colored layer of the sound insulation wall panel is a colored waterproof layer made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric that captures intrusion water from the opening of the surface plate and causes the inside of the layer to flow down. For this reason, there is an advantage that the sound absorbing performance is prevented from being lowered due to the adhesion / penetration of rainwater or the like to the sound absorbing material in the panel.
[0032]
According to the invention of claim 4, in the sound insulation wall, since the sound absorbing material of the sound insulation wall panel is composed of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric layer having a large layer thickness, noise in a wide frequency range can be efficiently absorbed and attenuated. Since it is separated from the colored waterproofing layer by the air layer, there is an advantage that intrusion water from the opening of the surface plate can be surely prevented from adhering to and permeating into the nonwoven fabric layer of the sound absorbing material.
