Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention supports a wooden material floor material (for example, a plate material or a square material) at a plurality of locations with respect to a floor base or a floor slab surface, and lays these floor materials up and down with nails (or partial adhesion). The present invention relates to a stacked floor structure, and particularly to a floor noise prevention floor in which floor noise is prevented from being generated due to a difference between floor materials.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, various double-floored structures are used in apartment buildings. In these floor structures, floor squealing phenomena such as squeaking may occur due to a load acting on the floor surface.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In other words, this is because if the wooden materials are fixed to each other with nails or fixed to the nails and partially bonded (this phenomenon does not occur if the entire surface is bonded) and supported on the floor slab surface, the plates will be separated. Bending deformation such as bending is likely to occur, and the surfaces that are in contact with each other are shifted (or rubbed) due to a difference in curvature at the time of deformation, and abnormal noise is generated. In particular, when this bending deformation increases, it starts to slide at a certain point and a flooring phenomenon occurs.
[0004]
Such a phenomenon is not particularly limited to the double floor structure for an apartment house, and even in the floor structure of a general detached house, it occurs in floor materials of the same structure and is comfortable. In order to achieve a comfortable living environment, prevention of such flooring phenomenon is an important issue.
[0005]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a flooring prevention floor that can effectively prevent a flooring phenomenon.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the invention according to claim 1 supports the floor material made of wood material at a plurality of locations with respect to the floor base or the floor slab surface, and fastens these floor materials with nails or screws at appropriate intervals. in multiple partnered by stacking and becomes floor structure up and down by attaching or partially adhered, wherein a rough surface processing applied more on at least one sides of the surface in contact with each other flooring, No. 80 the surface to be roughened (JIS R6010 ) A rough surface is formed by sanding using an abrasive having the following particle size .
[0007]
Further, in the invention according to claim 2, as the plurality of flooring materials, a floor panel and a floor panel, or a finishing material is provided on the floor panel, or a floor panel and a finishing material, and further a carpet on the finishing material. In addition, the surface of the finishing material in contact with the carpet and the one surface of the floor material in contact with each other are roughened by using a pulling, a joist and a finishing material . Furthermore, the invention described in claim 3 is obtained by roughening both surfaces of a wooden material floor material that come into contact with each other.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective cross-sectional view showing a floor noise prevention floor according to the present invention. The floor noise prevention floor is respectively provided on surfaces 1A and 2A (see FIG. 2) on which both the ground panel 1 and the scraper 2 are in contact. Roughening is applied.
The foundation panel 1 and the scraper 2 are supported at a predetermined height from the surface of the concrete floor slab 5 by the support bolts 3 and the cushion rubber 4, and both are fixed and pressure-bonded with a nail or the like. The support bolt 3 is screwed into a screw hole formed in a receiving metal fitting 4A fixed to the upper surface side of the cushion rubber 4 and a receiving metal fitting 1A fixed to the lower surface of the base panel 1.
[0009]
The ground panel 1 and the scraper 2 are fastened with nails at an appropriate interval, but may be fastened with screws or the like. In addition, these floor materials may be partially pasted together with fastening with nails, screws or the like.
[0010]
Further, each surface 1A, 2A of the base panel 1 and the scraper 2 may be, for example, a rough abrasive having a count of 80 (JIS R6010) or less, such as sandpaper (thus, 60, 40, 20 or the like). ) Is used to form a rough surface so that the frictional force is below a certain level. In this embodiment, both contact surfaces are roughened, but any one of the contact surfaces may be processed.
[0011]
In this embodiment, the rough surface processing at the contact surface between the base panel 1 and the scraper 2 in the apartment house has been described. For example, FIGS. 3 to 6 show floor structures to which the present invention can be applied. As shown, it is possible for the contact surface in the laminated / stacked structure of various floor materials in the apartment house, and the same effect can be obtained. In these examples, reference numeral 6 indicates a finishing material (flooring material), and 7 indicates a carpet.
In these embodiments, the surfaces that are in contact with each other have been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the same rough surface processing is performed on a portion where one surface is a surface and the other is a point contact. It is possible to exhibit the same effect.
[0012]
Further, in a detached house, as shown in FIG. 7, the contact surface between the large pull 91 and the joist 92 assembled at an appropriate height of the pillar 8 on the floor base 5 ′, or the joist 92 and the finishing material 6. As for the contact surface, etc., flooring can be prevented by applying the same rough surface processing.
[0013]
Table 1 shows the squealing phenomenon when flooring materials with different sanders are combined.
For the base panel (lower layer side) that uses sandpaper sanding of No. 80 on the upper surface of the flooring material, the type of flooring used for the base panel (lower layer side), scraping or flooring (upper layer) The floor noise is small regardless of the type or the count of the flooring material used for the side) (see (1) to (9)).
Compared to this, as the base panel (lower layer side), the top surface of the particle board was sanded with 120th sandpaper, and as sanding or flooring (upper layer side) 120, 180th sandpaper As for what used the processed thing, there is quite a lot of flooring ((10) thru | or (12)). At this time, the same results were obtained even when the combinations (1) to (12) of the flooring were replaced on the upper layer side and the lower layer side.
[0014]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003628798
[0015]
Next, a flooring test example for confirming the effect of preventing the flooring phenomenon according to the present invention will be described below.
In this squealing test (first experimental example), a particle board P2000 type is used for the underlying panel on the lower layer side, and the contact surface (upper surface portion) of this particle board is sanded with No. 120 sandpaper. Has been. On the other hand, the scraping material laminated on the upper side uses what was sanded with No. 40 to No. 100 sandpaper, and the results of measuring the frequency of ringing caused by these flooring materials are as follows: It is shown in FIG.
[0016]
According to FIG. 8, the specific frequency (N.) in which about 80% of them do not care about flooring is the case when the rough surface processing is performed using sandpaper No. 80 or less. It was.
[0017]
In addition, an experiment similar to FIG. 8 (second experiment example) will be described.
This time, the particle board P2000 type is used to dispose of the upper layer side, and in particular, the contact surface (lower surface portion) of this particle board is sanded with No. 120 sandpaper. On the other hand, as the base material laminated on the lower side, those having been subjected to sanding of No. 40 to No. 100 are used, and the result of measuring the frequency of ringing caused by these flooring materials is shown in FIG. .
8 and 9, it can be seen that the effect of preventing floor noise can be obtained by applying sanding to the contact surfaces of either one of the floor materials.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the floor noise prevention floor of the present invention, the flooring material made of wood material is supported at a plurality of locations with respect to the floor base or the floor slab surface, and these flooring materials are spaced at appropriate intervals. In a floor structure in which a plurality of floor structures are stacked and stacked by fastening with nails or screws or by partial adhesion, at least one of the surfaces of the plurality of floor materials that are in contact with each other is roughened, and a surface to be roughened is 80 No. (JIS R6010) No. (JIS R6010) No. (JIS R6010) or less sanding using a polishing material to form a rough surface, because when the plate is subjected to bending deformation due to the load acting on the floor, It is possible to effectively prevent the surfaces that are in contact with each other from abruptly deviating from each other at the time of deformation, and to prevent a floor noise phenomenon in which abnormal noise is generated.
