Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic valve driving device that controls opening and closing of a valve of an engine using electromagnetic force.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional electromagnetic valve driving device, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-332044, in which an armature sandwiched between a valve and a driving solenoid is integrally connected. There was a problem that the assemblability of this device was poor with respect to the engine head.
[0003]
In addition, as an electromagnetic valve drive device having an easy assembly structure, Japanese Patent Application No. 9-79788 has already been filed. In this prior application, although the assembly performance has been improved by dividing the push rod, Since there are two other sliding parts, there was a power loss due to friction, and smooth operation was difficult.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to solve the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic valve driving device that can significantly reduce friction and does not impair ease of assembly adjustment.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a lower spring for urging a valve in a valve closing direction in
A push rod that pushes down the valve in the valve opening direction;
A lower solenoid that is slidably passed through a substantially central portion by the push rod and that holds an open state of the valve by sucking an armature integrally coupled to the push rod;
An upper solenoid that is provided to face the lower solenoid through a spacer that adjusts a valve lift, sucks the armature, and holds the valve in a closed state;
The push rod is pushed down, and an upper spring having the same load as the lower spring is disposed below the lower solenoid,
The upper part including the upper retainer is integrated into the housing to form a unit part,
The unit part is further unitized into an upper housing and a lower housing,
The lower housing includes the upper spring fixed to the push rod by an upper retainer. The lower solenoid is disposed at an upper portion of the lower housing, and the armature is biased downward by the upper spring. The upper spring employs a configuration in which an upper solenoid is attached to the upper surface of the lower solenoid via the spacer .
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide an electromagnetic valve drive device that can significantly reduce friction and does not impair ease of assembly adjustment.
