Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a resource recycling type water purifier cartridge.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional resource recycling type water purifier cartridge, a water purifier cartridge in which an inner cylinder in which activated carbon is interposed between membrane-shaped first and second filter media is provided upstream of a ceramic membrane filter (JP-A-6-15258). No. Gazette).
This invention is intended to regenerate the ceramic membrane filter by chemicals or heat treatment, and to remove and replace the filter medium and activated carbon, but to remove these ceramic membrane filter, filter medium, etc., remove the cap from the outer cylinder, There is a drawback that it takes time and effort that it becomes possible only after removing the aluminum plate, the pressing member and the like.
[0003]
Similarly, there is an invention of a water purifier for a shower in which a cartridge for a filter medium and a cartridge for a fragrance layer are put inside a container (Japanese Patent No. 2984811). In this case, the upper container and the lower container are stopped by a fixing member and the lid is closed, and since the opening is performed by removing the fixing member and rotating the upper container halfway, it is relatively easy to attach and detach the cartridge itself. Both the cartridge for the filter medium and the cartridge for the fragrance layer are fixed with the upper and lower lids having a small hole as the water permeable portion, so that the used cartridge cannot be opened, so the cartridge is separated from the filter medium and the fragrance. However, it is configured to be discarded as it is, and has a structure in which the cartridge cannot be used as a recycled raw material and the filter medium and the fragrance filled in the cartridge cannot be recycled.
[0004]
As a technique of using two layers of cartridges, the invention of a two-stage simple water purifier in which a cartridge is partitioned with a non-woven fabric and a coarse activated carbon layer and a fine activated carbon layer are filled in two upper and lower layers (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 10-2010). 24287) and a two-way water purifier invention (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-179346) in which a granular activated carbon layer and a hollow fiber membrane filter layer are stacked and filled in a cartridge are disclosed. In addition, it takes a lot of time to attach and detach, and it has a disposable structure in which it is difficult to take out the activated carbon layer or the hollow fiber membrane from the cartridge, making it unsuitable as a resource recycling type cartridge.
In addition, there is an invention of a water purifier (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-347539) in which purified water and two kinds of active water cartridges are arranged in parallel as an easy removal of the cartridge from the water purifier, but this cartridge is easy to replace. However, since it is tightly sealed, it is difficult to take out the used filter medium, so that it is not suitable for reusing the cartridge and the filter medium.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a result of various researches, the present inventors have made it possible to attach and detach a cartridge easily, and to obtain a two-layer cartridge that facilitates the opening of a used cartridge and makes it easy to discard or recycle water purification material and active water material. It was concluded that it is better to fix the inner lid of the upper and lower two-layer cartridge connected to the lower layer cartridge so that it can be easily opened.
[0006]
