Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle electronic device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a vehicle, an air conditioning operation unit is provided on a front panel of the vehicle. In the case of an auto air conditioner, a substrate on which electronic components are mounted is arranged on the back surface of the panel to constitute an air conditioning control unit. In the case of a manual air conditioner, a part of the air conditioning operation unit is the same as in the case of the automatic air conditioner, but the mechanical structure for operating a damper or the like is arranged on the back of the panel. The panel is provided with a display unit and an operation unit such as audio and car navigation. A substrate constituting a display control unit is disposed on the back surface of the panel corresponding to the display unit and the operation unit.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when a display unit and an operation unit such as an air conditioning operation unit and an audio are arranged on the panel, it is necessary to consider interference on the rear surface of the panel. For this reason, it is necessary to provide the air-conditioning operation unit, a display unit such as an audio unit, and the operation unit apart from each other, and there is a problem that the panel size is increased and the design restrictions are large. In particular, when the panel at the front part in the vehicle is curved so as to protrude toward the passenger compartment, the influence is great. Even if these operation units are combined, an operation unit having a different configuration from that of an automatic air conditioner and a manual air conditioner is required, which increases the number of parts and increases the cost.
[0004]
Furthermore, when there is a configuration in which a hazard switch is arranged in the display unit and operation unit such as audio and the signal is supplied to the hazard control unit via the air conditioning operation unit according to the design requirements, a plurality of connection units Have to go through. Hazard is a function related to safety and its operation reliability must be increased. However, if the display unit such as audio and the operation unit and the air conditioning operation unit are connected by an inexpensive board-to-board connector, etc., the connection is poor. As a result, an expensive connector or the like must be used.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention can arrange an operation unit or the like close to each other, can be used for an auto air conditioner and a manual air conditioner by exchanging a minimum unit, and can ensure high reliability even when a hazard switch is arranged. It is an object to provide an electrical connection structure of parts.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, as means for solving the above problems, in a vehicle electronic device including an air conditioning operation unit provided on a front panel of a vehicle, a first module and a second module which are arranged vertically along the panel. A common switch having the same configuration for an auto air conditioner and a manual air conditioner, and the common switch is disposed in the first module, while the other air conditioner operation unit is disposed in the second module. It is arranged in a module, and the shared switch is configured by at least an air conditioner switch for starting cooling the inside of the vehicle or an inside / outside air switching switch for switching between inside and outside air .
[0007]
With this configuration, not only a part of the air-conditioning operation unit has the same configuration in the automatic air conditioner and the manual air conditioner, but the first module can be shared by being arranged in the first module. In addition, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom of layout of the operation unit, the display unit, etc. on the panel surface, and to be compact.
[0009]
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle electronic device including an air conditioning operation unit provided on a front panel of a vehicle as a means for solving the above-described problem. A second module, wherein a part of the air-conditioning operation unit is a common switch having the same configuration in an auto air conditioner and a manual air conditioner, and the common switch is arranged in the first module, while the other air-conditioning operation unit is Arranged in the second module, a hazard switch in the first module, the first module and the second module using the dedicated connection part for the hazard switch and a part of the connection part for the shared switch Connect with a bypass connection, and transmit the hazard switch signal to the second module via the dedicated connection and the bypass connection, respectively. It is obtained by way.
With this configuration, it is possible not only to increase the degree of layout freedom while sharing the first module, but also to improve the operational reliability of the hazard switch.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
FIGS. 1 and 2 are side cross-sectional views showing a part of a panel 1 at the front part in a vehicle where an operation unit 5 of an auto air conditioner as an example of an electronic device for a vehicle is disposed.
[0012]
A plurality of openings 2 are formed in the panel 1, and a display unit 4 and an operation unit 5 are disposed there.
[0013]
The display unit 4 is composed of a liquid crystal display or the like, and displays information related to air conditioning in the vehicle, for example, set temperature, air blowing mode, etc., as well as information related to audio equipment, such as the track number of the CD being played.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the operation unit 5 includes a hazard switch 9, an air conditioner (A / C) switch 6, an inside / outside air changeover switch 7, and a rear defogger switch 8, a common switch 10, and a temperature setting switch. 11, an air volume changeover switch 12, and a selection switch 14 including an air outlet changeover switch 13.
[0015]
On the back side of the panel 1, the display unit 4 is mounted on the display unit 4 based on the first substrate 15 on which the display unit 4 and the shared switch 10 are mounted, and an input signal that is located behind the first substrate 15. The first controller according to the present invention is provided with the audio controller 16 for performing the above-described display.
[0016]
An air conditioning controller 17 that is driven by the operation of the selection switch 14 is disposed on the back side of the panel 1 and constitutes a second module according to the present invention. The air conditioning controller 17 has a configuration in which electronic components are mounted on the second substrate 18. The second substrate 18 and the first substrate 15 are connected via a connector 20 so that signals can be transmitted and received. However, transmission / reception of signals is not limited to the connector 20, and wireless or the like can be used in addition to the wire harness shown in FIG. 3. In the example of connection by the wire harness of FIG. 3, the positional relationship between the substrates 15 and 18 can be freely set, so that the shape of the panel 1 can be designed more freely. FIG. 5 shows an example of connector connection. Here, a connecting portion is provided for each switch. The switches 6, 7, and 8 are connected to the air conditioning controller 17 through the first connection unit 100 and the hazard switch 9 through the second connection unit 101 (dedicated connection unit), respectively, so that signals can be transmitted to the hazard control unit 102. Yes. Further, the signal from the hazard switch 9 is also electrically connected to the air conditioning controller 17 through the surplus connection part 100a (bypass connection part) in the first connection part 100. Thereby, it is possible to improve the operation reliability when the hazard switch 9 is turned on. In addition to the operation of the selection switch 14, the air conditioning control unit 19 outputs a control signal to the ECU 22 based on input signals from various sensors 21 such as an inside air sensor, and the inside / outside air switching damper (R / F) 23. The rotational position, the drive rotational speed of the blower motor 24 (the rotational speed of the fan 25), the drive of the air mix damper motor 26 (the opening degree of the air mix damper 27), and the drive of various damper motors 28 (the rotational position of various dampers 29). By controlling, the air volume, the air temperature, and the air mode are adjusted.
[0017]
FIG. 6 is a side sectional view showing a part of the panel 1 at the front part in the vehicle where the operation part 5 of the manual air conditioner is arranged. In this manual air conditioner, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the air conditioner controller 17 has a configuration in which the air mix damper 27 and the like are mechanically rotated via a wire or the like (not shown) by the operation of the selection switch 14. .
[0018]
As described above, the common switch 10 is mounted on the first substrate 15 on the audio controller 16 side regardless of whether the air conditioner is an automatic air conditioner or a manual air conditioner. For this reason, the first substrate 15 can be shared and can be adopted in any type, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Further, by mounting the common switch 10 on the first substrate 15 on the audio controller 16 side, the layout of other electrical components can be freely designed, and a compact configuration can be achieved.
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the manual air conditioner may be configured to control the ECU 22 and the R / F damper 23 based on a signal from the audio controller 16. According to this, it becomes possible to abolish the substrate 18 of the air conditioning controller 17 and reduce the cost.
[0020]
In the above-described embodiment, an example in which an audio device is employed as another electrical component has been described, but it is needless to say that another electrical component such as a car navigation device may be employed.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a part of the air-conditioning operation unit is mounted on the board of another electrical component with the same configuration, so the parts are shared between the auto air conditioner and the manual air conditioner. The cost can be suppressed. In addition, since a part of the air conditioning operation unit is mounted on the board of the electrical component, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom in layout and to form a compact configuration.
