しかしながら、上記従来のものでは、図6及び図7に示すように回転板dの基端縁d1が略直角のエッジ部に形成されているため、図6に示すように回転板dが略水平に配置された状態で押込板eが前方に揺動する際に、回転板dの基端d1のエッジ部に塵芥が引っかかって、押込板eの先端と回転板dの基端d1との間に噛み込み易く、また、押込板eを後方に揺動させてこの噛み込みを解除しようとしても、回転板dの基端d1のエッジ部に塵芥が強固に食い込んでしまうために、塵芥の解除が困難になるという問題があった。
