本発明は、ボール状のガムや、内部に物品を収納したボール状カプセル等のような商品としての球を使用した遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ボール状のガム等の球を使用した遊技機は、例えば、100円等の硬貨を投入することにより、所定のプレー球が供給される。そこで、遊技者は、プレー球をスタート地点からゴール地点に導くようにゲームを楽しむことができる。ゲーム中、遊技に失敗すると、プレー球を失いゲームを終了する。遊技に成功し、プレー球をゴール地点に到達できると、賞品ないし景品が提供される。

多くの遊技機は、プレー用の駆動機構や、賞品供給用駆動機構を可能とするために、電気的構成を採用しており、完全な機械機構により構成された遊技機は極めて稀である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、電気的構成は、複雑な機械機構を必要としないため、設計及び製造が容易であるという利点がある反面、設置場所における電源の問題や、乱暴な取扱いによる故障の問題がある。

この点に関して、本発明者は、機械機構のみにより完成した遊技機の提供が望ましいことを知見したが、ゲームの嗜好性の向上と、機械的構成における信頼性や低コスト性等に関して、多くの課題を克服することが必要である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するため、ストッカーからのプレー球の供給と、ストッカーからの賞球の待機のような必要作業を全て機械機構により行わしめるようにした遊技機を提供するものであり、特に、遊技の嗜好性を向上せしめるため、遊技手段に大当たりゴールと小当たりゴールの複数種類のゴールを設け、プレー球が小当たりゴールに到達したときは、1個のプレー球と1個の賞球との合計2個を遊技者に提供するが、プレー球が大当たりゴールに到達したときは、1個のプレー球と2個の賞球との合計3個を遊技者に提供できるように構成したことを特徴とする。

そこで、本発明が手段として構成したところは、多数のボール状商品としての球を貯蔵したストッカーと、ストッカーからプレーと賞球を繰出す球繰出手段と、繰出されたプレー球をスタート地点に導く供給路に向けて移送するプレー球移送手段と、繰出された賞球を待機せしめる賞球供給手段と、プレー球をスタート地点からゴール地点まで導かせる遊技手段と、ゴール地点に到達したプレー球を受けて賞球供給手段を駆動せしめることにより該プレー球と共に賞球を遊技者に提供する賞球駆動手段とをハウジングに内装し、前記遊技手段のゴール地点は、大当たりゴールと、小当たりゴールの複数種類のゴールを設けており、前記賞球供給手段は、球繰出手段により繰出された賞球をそれぞれ待機せしめる小当たり供給手段と大当たり供給手段を構成し、前記賞球駆動手段は、小当たりゴールに到達したプレー球により小当たり供給手段を駆動せしめ、プレー球と共に小当たり供給手段に待機する賞球を遊技者に提供する小当たり駆動手段と、大当たりゴールに到達したプレー球により大当たり供給手段を駆動すると共に連動手段を介して小当たり駆動手段を連動して駆動せしめ、プレー球と共に大当たり供給手段及び小当たり供給手段に待機する賞球を同時に遊技者に供給する大当たり駆動手段を構成して成る点にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づいて本発明の好ましい実施形態を詳述する。

図1は、遊技機1の概略構成を示しており、ハウジング2には、多数のボール状商品としての球3を貯蔵したストッカー4と、ストッカー4からプレー球3aと賞球3bを繰出す球繰出手段5と、繰出されたプレー球3aをスタート地点Sに導く供給路6に向けて移送するプレー球移送手段7と、繰出された賞球3bを受け取り待機せしめる賞球供給手段8と、プレー球3aをスタート地点Sからゴール地点G1、G2まで導かせる遊技手段9と、ゴール地点G1、G2に到達したプレー球3aを受けて賞球供給手段8を駆動せしめることにより該プレー球3aと共に賞球3bを排出口11から遊技者に提供せしめる賞球駆動手段10が内装されている。

遊技手段9は、図例の場合、ジグザグ状その他の導路を設けたゲーム板を操作ハンドル12により揺動させながら、下方のスタート地点Sから上方のゴール地点G1、G2まで導かせる形式のものを示しているが、これに限らず、ゲーム板上で球3aを弾くことによりゴール孔に投入させる形式のものとしても良い。また、図示実施形態において、球3は、種々の色彩に着色されたボール状ガムを対象としているが、内部に景品を収納したボール状カプセルのような商品を球3としても良い。

本発明において、遊技手段9のゴール地点は、大当たりゴールG2と、小当たりゴールG2の複数種類のゴールを設けている。そこで、遊技者が操作ハンドル12により遊技手段9を操作し、プレー球3aが小当たりゴールG1に到達したときは、1個のプレー球3aと1個の賞球3bとの合計2個が排出口11から遊技者に提供され、プレー球3aが大当たりゴールG2に到達したときは、1個のプレー球と2個の賞球との合計3個が排出口11から遊技者に提供される。尚、ゲームに失敗し、プレー球3aが遊技手段9の導路から脱落したときは、脱落したプレー球3aだけが排出口11から遊技者に提供されるが、脱落したプレー球3aをストッカー4に戻すように構成しても良い。

図1に示すように、遊技機1には、1回のプレーで所定回転数、好ましくは1回転(360度)だけ回転を許されるハンドル13をハウジング2の外部に設けると共に、該ハンドル13の回転軸14をハウジング2の内部に延設している。遊技機1は、例えば投入口15に100円等の硬貨を投入したときにプレー可能状態となるが、ハンドル13を1回転することによって所定のプレー球、図例の場合は1個のプレー球3aが供給され、以後は、再度、硬貨を投入しない限り、ハンドル13は回転不能となるようにロックされる。

図2及び図3に示すように、球繰出手段5は、往復動方向FRに間隔をあけて何れも球3を収容可能な深さとされたプレー球通過孔16と、小当たり賞球通過孔17及び大当たり賞球通過孔18とを設けたスライダー19と、スライダー19の下面に固定配置され前記往復動方向FRに間隔をあけてプレー球排出孔20と、小当たり賞球排出孔21及び大当たり賞球排出孔22を形成した排出板23と、ストッカー4の底部を構成すると共にスライダー19の上面に固定配置され前記往復動方向FRに間隔をあけてプレー球受入孔24と賞球受入孔25を形成した受入板26とから構成されている。

受入板26は、球3を1列にのみ受入可能とする溝部27を形成し、該溝部27の底部に前記プレー球受入孔24及び賞球受入孔25を開設しており、溝部27の長手方向両側から孔24及び25に向けて下り勾配となるガイド傾斜面28、29を形成しており、更に、孔24及び25を含む領域において溝部27と平行なスリット30を形成している。このスリット30は、スライダー19の往復動ストロークと同じかそれよりも長い。

球繰出手段5により繰出されたプレー球3aは、球移送路34を介してプレー球移送手段7に送られる。図4に示すように、該移送手段7は、ハンドル13により回転される回転軸14に連動して回転せしめられるロータ37を構成する。即ち、ロータ37は、回転軸14に設けたスプロケットホイール等の回転体38により回転される噛合部39を設けており、回転軸14の1回転(360度)に対してロータ37は半回転(180度)するようにギヤ比を設定されている。

ロータ37に対して、球移送路34から移送されるプレー球3aを受け取る開口部を有する待機室40がロータ37の低位に設けられ、プレー球3aをスタート地点Sに案内する供給路6がロータ37の上位に設けられており、待機室40から供給路6に向けてロータ37の周面に沿う球案内路41が設けられている。そして、ロータ37の周面には、直径方向に一対の移送爪42、42が突設されている。

ところで、このような回転軸14の回転により、球繰出手段5からは次のプレー球3aが球移送路34を介して待機室40に向けて送られるので、ロータ37の回転時に待機室40の開口部を閉鎖する閉鎖板43が設けられている。閉鎖板43は、待機室40の開口部を開閉自在とするように支軸44を介して回転自在に軸支されており、ロータ37の回転方向Mに対向する方向に回動するようにスプリング(図示省略)を介して付勢され、スプリングにより回動された状態で待機室40の開口部を開放している。閉鎖板43にはカム部46が形成され、ロータ37の側面にはカム部46に対向する突起45が突設されている。そこで、ロータ37が回転すると、突起45がカム部46に当接し、閉鎖板43は、スプリングに抗して回動され、図4(B)に示すように、待機室40の開口部を閉鎖せしめる。尚、ロータ37の回転と共に突起45が通過した後、閉鎖板43はスプリングにより元の位置に復帰し、図4(A)に示すように、待機室40の開口部を開放する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、ストッカー4からのプレー球3aの供給と、ストッカー4からの賞球3bの待機のような必要作業を全て機械機構により行わしめるようにした遊技機を提供することが可能であり、特に、遊技手段9に大当たりゴールG2と小当たりゴールG1の複数種類のゴールを設け、プレー球3aが小当たりゴールG1に到達したときは、1個のプレー球3aと1個の賞球3bとの合計2個を遊技者に提供し、プレー球3aが大当たりゴールG2に到達したときは、1個のプレー球3aと2個の賞球3b、3bとの合計3個を遊技者に提供する構成であるから、遊技の嗜好性を大幅に向上できるという効果がある。
