Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary equipment room unit having a waterproof floor pan including a bathtub with a washing place, such as a bathroom unit and a shower room unit, which allows water to flow on the indoor floor surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when constructing a sanitary equipment room unit that flows water to the indoor floor surface, such as a bathroom unit or a shower room unit, it is generally provided on a wall-mounted portion that is provided one step above the floor surface around the waterproof floor pan. The wall panel and the entrance / exit frame are assembled, and the ceiling panel is placed thereon.
However, with the recent increase in demand for elderly and disabled people, so-called barrier-free specifications, it is necessary to keep the steps at the entrance / exit part small, so at least the part on which the entrance / exit frame is to be mounted, in other words, the entrance / exit frame placement The part is formed to have substantially the same height as the floor surface, and further to a height one step lower than the floor surface.
[0003]
On the other hand, as for the attachment position of the entrance / exit frame of the sanitary equipment room unit, it is necessary to be able to select an arbitrary position from some predetermined positions based on the positional relationship with other rooms.
However, if the heights of the wall-mounting portion where the entrance / exit frame is attached and the wall-mounting portion where the other wall panel is attached are changed, different waterproof floor pans are required for each predetermined entrance / exit frame attachment position. In other words, the number of types of waterproof floor pans increases, and the number of production types that produce them increases. This not only increases costs and increases production and logistics issues, but also reduces flexibility at the construction site. End up. That is, when a change in the entrance / exit frame mounting position due to the design change or a selection error of the waterproof floor pan occurs, it is necessary to re-order the waterproof floor pan, which leads to a delay in construction and an increase in cost.
[0004]
For this reason, the wall mounting part of the part to which the wall panel is attached is also formed to have the same height as the floor surface and further one step lower than the floor surface in accordance with the height of the wall mounting part of the part to which the entrance / exit frame is attached. However, as in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2751784 “Unit Bathroom”, the wall mounting portion is a horizontal surface, and has a rising piece called a waterproof rim or the like on the outside, and the wall is placed on the horizontal surface. As shown in the panel and the entrance / exit frame, and in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-88637 “Waterproof Pan”, the entrance / exit frame is directly placed on the wall mounting portion, and the wall panel is called a wall mounting piece, an auxiliary member, etc. Various shapes and forms have been derived, such as being placed through wall mounting materials.
[0005]
By the way, in a more advanced barrier-free specification, the outer edge of the floor in contact with the entrance / exit frame of the waterproof floor pan and the floor surface of the adjacent room are substantially the same height, and the upper end surface of the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame is the floor surface. The difference in height between the lower one of the outer edge of the floor surface in contact with the entrance / exit frame of the waterproof floor pan and the floor surface of the adjacent room and the upper end surface of the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame is 3 or less. It is required to be less than a millimeter. Therefore, in the sanitary equipment room unit, it is necessary to suppress the difference in height between the outer edge of the floor surface in contact with the entrance / exit frame of the waterproof floor pan and the upper end surface of the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame to a maximum of 3 mm. In order to satisfy this requirement and to be able to select an arbitrary position from a number of predetermined entrance / exit frame mounting positions, at least the outer edge of the floor surface of the waterproof floor pan where the entrance / exit frame can be provided is provided. It is necessary to form the same height over the entire length.
[0006]
Considering that the door tip of the doorway is likely to hang due to its own weight, load during use, wear of hinges, etc., in order to prevent interference with the floor surface, at least the inner door In this case, generally, the floor surface of the waterproof floor pan within the movable range of the door cannot be made higher than the outer edge of the floor surface in contact with the entrance / exit frame. Accordingly, in consideration of the drainage of the floor surface, a drainage gradient from the outer edge of the floor surface toward the inside is provided.
In order to suppress the difference between the outer edge of the floor surface and the upper end surface of the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame to 3 mm or less, generally considering at least the height of the lower frame, at least a part of the lower frame is generally the outer edge of the floor surface. Need to be lower. That is, the wall mounting portion needs to be formed one step lower than the outer edge of the floor surface. However, since it is not impossible to make the height of the lower frame 3 mm or less or omit the lower frame itself, this is not an absolute requirement.
[0007]
In summary, a waterproof floor pan for a sanitary equipment room unit with a high degree of barrier-free specifications, which can be selected from several predetermined entrance / exit frame mounting positions, has at least a floor outer edge on which an entrance / exit frame can be provided. All of them are formed to have substantially the same height, and it is required to provide a drainage gradient toward a floor drain port provided at a position lower than this surface. Furthermore, generally, it is also required that the wall mounting portion provided outside the outer edge of the floor surface on which at least the entrance / exit frame can be provided be formed one step lower than this surface.
In addition, the floor surface outer edge mentioned here includes the upper surface outer edge of the groove cover of the drainage groove provided on the outer peripheral portion of the floor surface.
[0008]
Many waterproof floor pans for sanitary equipment room units that satisfy the above conditions already exist. However, the floor drainage gradient is generally about 1/40 to 1/100, and the part where the door tip is located when the door is fully opened is usually on the outer edge of the floor. Since it becomes a close part, the floor surface height of this part does not become so low from the upper surface of the outer edge of the floor surface. On the other hand, even when the door tip is normal, it tends to be lowered due to its own weight, load during use, wear of hinges, etc. as described above, and the upper and lower sides where the door is attached due to the inclination of the vertical frame of the entrance / exit frame. If the central axis of the hinge is tilted slightly from the vertical line, depending on the direction of the tilt, when the door is opened, the door tip will be lowered.
Therefore, when the door is closed, it normally fits in the entrance / exit frame, and even if the door and the entrance / exit frame do not rub, if the door is opened, the front end of the door will rub against the floor from the time of new installation or Even if there is no problem, there is a problem to be solved, such as the door tip gradually hangs down over time and rubs against the floor surface.
To solve these problems, there is a hinge called a lift hinge or a gravity hinge when the door is opened, but because of the lift mechanism, the door opens and closes, especially the door opening. Another problem has arisen that not only the operation is smooth, but also the cost increases.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. The object of the present invention is to select an arbitrary position from several predetermined entrance / exit frame mounting positions while using the same waterproof floor pan, and , Advanced barrier-free specifications regarding the level difference of the entrance / exit, that is, a specification in which the difference between the outer edge of the floor surface in contact with the entrance / exit frame and the upper end surface of the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame is 3 mm or less. An object of the present invention is to provide a hygienic equipment room unit that can be smoothly opened and closed without causing the door and the floor surface to rub against each other even if the front end of the door hangs down somewhat.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
About the sanitary equipment unit of each claim of this invention, the means given in order to solve the said subject is demonstrated.
[0011]
In the sanitary equipment room unit according to claim 1 of the present invention, while using the same waterproof floor pan, an arbitrary position can be selected from several predetermined entrance / exit frame mounting positions, and barrier-free specifications relating to entrance / exit steps are provided. In order to achieve this, a waterproof floor pan is adopted in which at least the outer edge of the floor surface where the entrance / exit frame can be provided is formed at substantially the same height over the entire length.
In addition, it realizes advanced barrier-free specifications related to the level difference of the entrance and exit, and of course, when it is newly installed, the door and the floor surface will not rub against each other even if time passes and the tip of the door drops slightly. In order to make the opening and closing of the sanitation equipment room unit smooth and inexpensive, the step between the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame and the outer edge of the floor surface is made minute, and the inner width from the outer edge of the floor surface is several centimeters to tens of centimeters The range is defined as an inwardly inclined surface that is steeper than other inclined floor surfaces that are continuously connected to the range, and the outer edge of the floor surface where the door tip is located when the door is fully opened serves as the entrance / exit frame. When it was a part which can be provided, the inner edge of the said range was positioned near the floor surface outer edge rather than the front-end | tip part of the opened door .
[0012]
In the sanitary equipment unit according to claim 2 of the present invention, when the sanitary equipment unit according to claim 1 is insufficient, that is, when the door is fully opened, the portion where the door tip is located may be provided with an entrance / exit frame. In order to prevent the door tip from rubbing against the floor surface even if it is not a part that can be done, the height of the outer edge of the floor surface of this part and the shape of the inner side of the floor edge of the part where the entrance / exit frame can be provided The height and the inner shape thereof are substantially the same height and substantially the same shape.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of the embodiments.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a sanitary equipment room unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the AA main part of the first embodiment, and FIG. 3 is B of the first embodiment. It is -B principal part sectional drawing.
[0015]
In the sanitary equipment room unit 1, the wall panel 4 and the entrance / exit frame 3 are placed on the wall placing portion 24 of the waterproof floor pan 2, and a ceiling panel (not shown) is placed thereon to form a housing, It is completed by placing or attaching instruments such as the bathtub 6 therein. The waterproof floor pan 2 and the wall panel 4 and the entrance / exit frame 3 are joined in a watertight manner by the watertight means 7, that is, the caulking 71 in this embodiment, and the wall panel 4 and the wall panel 4 and the entrance / exit frame 3 are also It is joined by a suitable watertight joining means (not shown).
[0016]
In the sanitary equipment room unit 1 of the present embodiment, the attachment position of the entrance / exit frame 3 can be arbitrarily selected from the attachment positions centering on the portions P, Q, and R in FIG. 1 in addition to the positions shown in FIG. The floor outer edge 21 of the entire circumference of the washing place 25 excluding the bathtub 6 side is formed to have substantially the same height over the entire length, and the width on the inner side from the floor outer edge 21 is A range of centimeters to a few dozen centimeters is defined as an inward slope or steep slope 23 that is steeper than the other floor portion or general slope portion 22.
The wall mounting portion 24 is formed one step lower than the floor surface outer edge 21 of the waterproof floor pan 2 and on the entire circumference. A door 33 is attached to the entrance / exit frame 3, and the watertightness is substantially maintained between the door 33 and the lower frame 31 by a door watertight means 36, in this embodiment a watertight packing 361.
In addition, 32 is a lower-frame upper end surface, and in this embodiment, in order to satisfy a high barrier-free specification, it is restrained from the floor surface outer edge 21 to the height of 3 millimeters or less.
[0017]
In the present embodiment, since it is configured as described above, an arbitrary position can be selected from a number of predetermined entrance / exit frame mounting positions while using the same waterproof floor pan, and a high degree of barrier-free with respect to the entrance / exit step difference. Specification can be realized. This is obvious from the above configuration except for the problem of rubbing against the floor surface when the door 33 is opened and closed.
In addition, the above-described structure allows the opening and closing of the door to be smoothly and inexpensively performed without causing the door 33 and the floor surface to rub even if the door tip portion hangs down over time as well as when it is newly installed. A chamber unit 1 can be provided. That is, although the above-mentioned rubbing problem has been solved, this point will be described in more detail.
[0018]
3 is a cross-sectional view of the main part BB in FIG. 1, the door 33 in this figure is a cross-section of the tip when the door is fully opened, and therefore the lower end face 34 of FIG. Similar to the case of FIG. Since the height of the floor outer edge 21 is substantially the same in both FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the dimension from this surface to the door tip lower end surface 35, that is, the C dimension in FIG. 2 and the D dimension in FIG. Should have the same dimensions. Therefore, if an appropriate space is maintained between the lower frame 31 and the door tip lower end surface 35 in FIG. 2, the general gradient is set within the range of several centimeters to tens of centimeters inward from the floor outer edge 21. The lower portion of the front end of the door when the door 33 is fully opened, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Since the floor surface is slightly lower than the floor surface outer edge 21 due to the gradient, the door front end lower end surface 35 and the floor surface should not rub.
[0019]
However, in reality, not only the ideal situation where all the members constituting the sanitary equipment room unit 1 have the exact dimensional shape as designed and there is no assembly work error, but also the dimensional shape of each member It is unavoidable that some errors are involved in the assembly work, but in such a case, the D dimension may be considerably smaller than the C dimension.
As a specific example, in FIG. 1, the upper part of the entrance / exit frame 3 is slightly inclined to the bathtub 6 side, or the entrance / exit frame 3 is vertical, but the upper hinge axis is the axis of the lower hinge. If the center axis that connects the upper and lower hinge axes is tilted from the vertical to the bathtub 6 side, such as being displaced from the center to the bathtub 6 side, the door 33 will also fall to the bathtub 6 side, and the door will open. When it is cut, the lower end face 35 of the door front end is lowered from the normal position. That is, the D dimension is considerably smaller than the C dimension, and the door tip lower end surface 35 rubs against the floor surface. If a change over time such as the dead weight of the door 33, other loads, or wear of the hinge is applied, even if there is no problem at the beginning, a problem may gradually occur, and the problem from the beginning gradually increases. Sometimes.
[0020]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the door watertight means 36, in this embodiment, the watertight packing 361 is attached to the door 33, and when the door 33 is closed, the watertight packing 361 elastically contacts the lower frame 31. In the case of a structure that keeps water tightness by rubbing, in FIG. 2, a range of several centimeters to several tens of centimeters inward from the outer edge 21 of the floor is set to a steep slope 23 that is steeper than the general slope portion 22. However, as shown by a two-dot chain line, if the same gradient as the general gradient portion 22 is used, the floor surface that is not lower than the floor outer edge 21 that is substantially the same height as the inner edge of the lower frame 31 is in a considerably wide range. The water-tight packing 361 and the floor surface rub against each other over a considerably wide range. The occurrence and enlargement of problems with time is the same as described above.
[0021]
However, in the present embodiment, a range of several centimeters to several tens of centimeters in width from the outer edge 21 of the floor surface, for example, 5 centimeters, is inwardly steeper than the general slope portion 22, for example, about 1/10 inward. As shown in FIG. 3, when the door 33 is fully opened, the gap between the floor surface at the lower end of the door tip and the lower end surface 35 of the door tip is as shown in FIG. Although it is a dimension, in this embodiment, it becomes F dimension much larger than this, and there is no possibility that the door front-end lower end surface 35 may rub against a floor surface.
[0022]
Also in the case of FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the floor surface rapidly decreases as the distance from the entrance / exit frame 3 increases. That is, as the door 33 is opened, the gap between the door tip lower end surface 35 and the floor surface increases rapidly. Since it becomes large, there is no possibility that the water-tight packing 361 and the floor surface rub against each other over a wide range, causing unpleasant feelings.
[0023]
Further, in the present embodiment, since it is not necessary to use a lifting hinge, the door 33 can be opened and closed smoothly without causing an increase in cost.
That is, the intended purpose can be achieved.
[0024]
In this embodiment, when the door 33 is fully opened, the entrance / exit frame 3 is also attached to the outer edge 21 of the floor surface where the door tip is located, that is, the portion centering on the Δ mark P in FIG. However, even when the entrance / exit frame 3 cannot be attached to this portion, the floor surface outer edge 21 of this portion has the same height as the floor surface outer edge 21 of the portion where the entrance / exit frame 3 can be provided, and the inside thereof is the same. By using the steep slope 23, a similar effect can be obtained.
[0025]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the second embodiment of the present invention at a position corresponding to AA in the first embodiment.
[0026]
In this embodiment, at least a part of the steep slope 23 of the waterproof floor pan 2 is replaced with the upper surface of the groove lid 51 of the drainage groove 5 provided on the outer periphery of the room. In other words, the portion corresponding to the floor surface outer edge 21 of the groove lid 51, that is, the lid upper surface outer edge 52 is substantially the same height as the floor surface outer edge 21 without the drainage groove 5, and the inside thereof is equivalent to the steep slope 23. An inwardly steep surface, that is, a lid steep slope 53 was used.
Therefore, the same object as that of the first embodiment can be achieved even in the sanitary equipment room unit 1 in which the drainage grooves 5 are provided in the outer peripheral portion of the floor surface 2.
[0027]
In FIG. 4, the entire upper surface of the groove lid 51 is the steep slope 53, but only a portion near the outside of the groove lid 51 is steep, but not only the groove lid 51 but also the outside of the waterproof floor pan 2. A steep slope including a part is optional.
Moreover, in 1st Embodiment thru | or 2nd Embodiment, although the waterproof floor pan 2 was a thing different from a bathtub, what is called a bathtub with a washing place which shape | molded the bathtub and the washing place integrally may be used.
In addition, 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment show an example to the last, and it should be noted that, of course, in addition to each note, the configuration, shape, Needless to say, it does not impose any restrictions on specifications.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention exhibits the following effects by the above configuration.
[0029]
In the sanitary equipment room unit according to claim 1 of the present invention, since the floor surface outer edge of the portion where at least the entrance / exit frame can be provided employs a waterproof floor pan formed at substantially the same height over the entire length, While using the same waterproof floor pan, an arbitrary position can be selected from several predetermined entrance / exit frame mounting positions, and a barrier-free specification regarding the entrance / exit portion step difference can be realized.
In addition, the step between the lower frame of the entrance / exit frame and the outer edge of the floor surface is made minute, and another inclination that continuously connects the range of several centimeters to tens of centimeters inward from the outer edge of the floor surface to the range. If the outer edge of the floor where the door tip is located when the door is fully opened is a part where the entrance / exit frame can be provided, Because the inner edge of the above range is positioned closer to the outer edge of the floor than the front end, it realizes a high barrier-free specification for the step at the entrance and exit, and of course, when the new installation is over time, the end of the lower end of the door Even if it hangs down somewhat, the door and the floor surface are not rubbed, and the door can be opened and closed smoothly, and an inexpensive sanitary equipment room unit can be obtained.
[0030]
In the sanitary equipment room unit according to claim 2 of the present invention, when the outer edge of the floor surface where the door tip is located when the door is fully opened is not a part where the entrance / exit frame can be provided, the floor of this part Since the height of the outer edge and the shape of the inside thereof are formed to be substantially the same height and the same shape as the height of the floor outer edge of the portion where the entrance / exit frame can be provided and the inner shape thereof, Even in this case, there is no possibility that the front end of the door rubs against the floor surface.
