【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は床暖房用パネルに関するものであり、詳しくはコネクタ−式の温水床暖房パネルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、建物の温水式床暖房には床仕上げ材そのものに温水パイプを内蔵した一体型タイプのものと表面の床仕上げ材と温水パイプ内蔵部分が別々の分離型タイプの2種類があった。分離型のものは床下地材の上に温水パネルを敷設し、その上に床仕上げ材を施工して仕上げられた構造のもので、温水パネルとその上に施工された床仕上げ材とはそれぞれ分離された構造を有しており、従来このタイプのものが主流であった。しかしながら、上記、分離型では一旦温水パネルを施工した後、その上に床仕上げ材を貼着しなければならず施工手間が2重にかかりコスト高になっていた。

そこで、床仕上げ材そのものに温水パイプを内蔵した前記一体型タイプのものが種々提案されており、例えば、特開平9−287751号公報には温水パイプが内蔵された床仕上げ材を敷設し、温水パイプの出入部を床材短辺側より温水パネル裏面へ導出し、温水供給用ヘッダ−管及び排出用ヘッダ−管に接続し、ヘッダ−管の上方の床部の端部に蓋用床材を設けた温水暖房床の設置構造が記載されている。

また、特開平8−144490号公報には、温水放熱配管の引き廻し部分のフロ−リングを取り外し自在にすることで、フロ−リング工事終了後、配管工事を行う場合には、配管工事業者がこの引き廻し部フロ−リングを取り外して配管工事を行い、工事終了後に配管業者が引き廻し部フロ−リングを元に戻すタイプのものが記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特開平9−287751号公報、特開平8−144490号公報、及び、特開平11−304170号公報に記載のものは、いずれも配管接続作業時にその部分の床材を一時的に取り外して作業を行い、配管接続作業完了後、その箇所を床板で蓋をしなければならず、施工後この箇所の床板に継ぎ目が発生しその部分の意匠性の低下はまぬがれ得なかった。さらに、その箇所を蓋するための施工手間が余分にかかるという欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するためになされた、本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、床板基材に温水パイプユニットを内蔵し、側面に嵌合係止部とコネクタ−部が設けられ、表面に化粧材を設けた温水パネルであって、隣接温水パネルどうしの間で前記コネクタ−部を密接させることで相互に温水を通水可能とする温水パネルにおいて、該コネクタ−部が温水パネル側面に形成された前記嵌合係止部と嵌合係止部との間に設けられており、前記コネクタ−部が凹状体と、該凹状体と嵌着する凸状体とから構成されており、該凹状体の内周面及び凸状体の外周面が弾性体で覆われており、該凹状体の内周面には小孔が、凸状体の外周面には小突起が設けられ、前記温水パネル側面のコネクタ−部の凹状体が凸状体を介して隣接温水パネルの凹状体と密接することで隣接温水パネル相互に温水を通水可能としたことを特徴とする。
