この発明は、カメラ本体に選択的に装着して被写体を視観するアイレベルファインダ−とウエストレベルファインダ−に関する。

【従来の技術】
一眼レフレックスカメラのファインダ−として、アイレベルファインダ−とウエストレベルファインダ−とが広く知られている。
このようなファインダ−は、撮影者の意図や撮影状況にしたがってアイレベルファインダ−をカメラ本体に装着し、また、ウエストレベルファインダ−をカメラ本体に装着して被写体を視観する構成となっている。

図示するように、カメラ本体10にはファインダ−スクリ−ン11が設けられており、撮影レンズ12を通った撮影光がクイックリタ−ンミラ−13で反射されてこのスクリ−ン11に入射し被写体像を映し出すようになっている。
なお、ファインダ−スクリ−ン11に映し出される被写体像は、被写体の左右が反対となった左右逆像となる。

この光学表示器14は、発光ダイオ−ド(LED)や液晶(LCD)等によって構成されているが、撮影デ−タを左右反転させた表示状態で光学表示する構成となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したように、ウエストレベルファインダ−22は、左右反転の被写体像23と左右反転の撮影デ−タ24を視認することになるため、撮影する被写体を視観するファインダ−としては好ましくなかった。
特に、文字や図柄で光学表示される撮影デ−タは、左右反転文字、左右反転図として光学表示され、このような撮影デ−タ24をウエストレベルファインダ−22によって直接に見ることになり、撮影デ−タの読み取りに極めて不便であった。

なお、左右を反転させない正常状態の撮影デ−タを表示する光学表示器を設けることが考えられるが、このような光学表示器の表示は、アイレベルファインダ−15では左右反転の撮影デ−タとなり好ましくない。

上記のような問題を解決するため、ウエストレベルファインダ−22の使用の際に、光学表示器14の撮影デ−タ表示を電気的に反転させ、左右反転のない正態表示に切換える回路手段を設けたり、また、アイレベルファインダ−とウエストレベルファインダ−の各々に撮影デ−タの光学表示器を設けることが行なわれている。

しかし、このような解決手段では、光学表示器の表示状態を切換えるための回路手段が必要となり、また、2つのファインダ−に光学表示器を設けることは部品点数が増加する他に、光学表示器の組み込みスペ−スの問題が生ずるために、必ずしも好ましい解決手段ではない。

本発明は上記した実情にかんがみ、ファインダ−構成を可能なるかぎり簡単にしてアイレベルファインダ−とウエストレベルファインダ−とで正態表示の撮影デ−タが被写体像と共に視認することができるカメラ用ファインダ−を提案することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するため、本発明は、ファインダ−スクリ−ンの被写体像をダハプリズムによって左右正像としてアイピ−スレンズで視認するアイレベルファインダ−と、上記被写体像を直接に視認するウエストレベルファインダ−とからなるカメラ用ファインダ−に関する。

そして、この発明では、撮影デ−タを正態表示する光学表示器をファインダ−スクリ−ンに近いカメラ本体位置に設けると共に、アイレベルファインダ−には上記光学表示器の撮影デ−タ光をダハプリズムを通さないでアイピ−スレンズに導く光学系を設ける。

この発明のファインダ−はカメラ本体に設けた光学表示器が撮影デ−タを正態表示する。
したがって、ウエストレベルファインダ−を使用する場合は、ファインダ−スクリ−ンに映し出された被写体の左右逆像を視認することになるが、撮影デ−タについては光学表示器の正態表示を視認することができる。

次に、本発明の実施形態について図面に沿って説明する。

上記した通り、本発明では撮影デ−タを正態表示する光学表示器をカメラ本体に設けると共に、アイレベルファインダ−には光学表示器の撮影デ−タ光をダハプリズムを通さないでアイピ−スレンズに導く光学系を設けた構成としたので、アイレベルファインダ−とウエストレベルファインダ−とで正態表示の撮影デ−タが被写体像と共に視認できるカメラ用ファインダ−となる。
