この発明は、引戸の錠前構造に関するものであり、特に鍵を使用しないで施錠解錠ができる仮施錠機能と鍵を使用しなければ解錠できない本施錠機能を組合せた錠前構造である。

従来、建物や物置の引戸の錠前としては、鍵を使用して施錠したり解錠したりするのが一般的であった。しかし物置などは夜間は鍵を掛けておくが、昼間は物を出し入れするたびに鍵をあけたり掛けたりするのが面倒で鍵を掛けずにいることが多く、そのため引戸を閉じた反動で僅かに開いたり、物や人が引戸に接触して開いたり、子供の悪戯や強風で開くというような問題があった。

そこで本発明は、上記問題を解決するために、鍵を使用しないで施錠解錠ができる仮施錠機能と鍵を使用しなければ解錠できない本施錠機能を組合せた錠前構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、請求項1の発明は、鉤型部を操作部の背面空間部内上部に収納配置し、その操作部を錠前本体の挿入凹部内にその錠前本体の前面と操作部の前面が仮および本施錠状態においてほぼ同一平面をなすよう収納配置して、鉤型部の下端を錠前本体に所定角度揺動可能に軸支すると共に所定角度の揺動を境に負荷の方向が切り替わるようバネで付勢して、かつ鉤型部の中央を操作部に所定角度揺動可能に軸支すると共に操作部の中央を錠前本体に所定角度揺動可能に軸支する構造とした。
そうすることにより、操作部の揺動で鉤型部が起倒し、鉤型部の先端に形成した鉤片が錠前本体の背面から出没して、仮施錠または解錠状態となる。また錠前本体の上部に配置したシリンダー錠で前記操作部の揺動を阻止して本施錠の状態とする。

上記のように構成することにより、頻繁に引戸を開閉する時は操作部を押すことにより施錠解錠をして、夜間や長期間使用しない時は鍵を使って施錠することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図1は、引戸D1、D2の重なり合った部分に設けた錠前Aの斜視図であり、錠前Aは前面の引戸D2に嵌め込んだ本体1と、その本体1に揺動自在に軸支した操作部2と、その操作部内に配置した鉤型部3と、本体1の上部で鍵を差し込んで回すシリンダー錠Sで構成されている。この図の錠前Aは解錠状態である。

このとき板バネBは鉤型部3を軸P2に対して反時計回り方向に助勢して図4の仮施錠の状態に戻ることを防止しているが、操作部2の上方の押し部2nを押すことで簡単に仮施錠の状態にできる。

【発明の効果】
揺動自在に軸支した操作部を押すことにより施錠解錠が出来るので、頻繁に引戸を開閉する時はいちいち鍵を使って施錠解錠をしなくても、閉じた反動で引戸が開いたり、物や人が引戸に接触して開いたり、子供の悪戯や強風で開いたりすることが防止できる。また夜間や長期使用しない時は鍵を使って確実に施錠することができるので安心である。

また、操作部に力を加えて鉤部材を所定の角度まで揺動させると後はバネの作用により自ら最終位置まで揺動するので、操作が不充分であっても仮施錠、解錠の途中で止まってしまうという不具合が生じない。
