前記図2に示す従来の包装機械の糊付制御方法では、包装機械の製箱時の糊付条件の全て(糊付位置を出力するタイミングカム信号a、箱の有無検出信号・運転中信号・その他の信号の検出信号bの全て)をシーケンサ等の制御装置を介して無接点リレー2へ出力して、糊付装置3を作動させるようにしている。タイミングカム信号aはサイクル毎に同じ位置で出力されるが、制御装置4のソフトプログラム処理時間のバラツキ(図2に示した制御装置4から無接点リレー2へ信号が出されるまでの時間、10〜40ms)の影響を受け、正確な位置に糊付することができない。即ち、
(1)糊付の位置がズレ、被包装品に糊が付着して、製品(商品)価値が低下する。

上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の包装機械の糊付制御方法は、包装機械の製箱時の糊付条件のうち、サイクル毎に条件が変わりソフトプログラム処理を必要とする糊付条件として少なくとも箱有無検出信号を、サイクル毎にシーケンサ等の制御装置へ送り、ここで該糊付条件をプログラム処理しておき、サイクル毎に条件が変わらずプログラム処理を必要としないタイミングカム信号を前記制御装置を介さずに出力すると同時に上記プログラム処理しておいた糊付条件を糊付装置に出力して糊付を行うことを特徴としている。
