本発明は、包装機械の糊付制御方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の箱または袋の成形、封凾に必要な糊付制御方法は、図2に示すように包装機械の製箱時の糊付条件の全て(糊付位置を出力するタイミングカム信号a、箱の有無検出信号b等の全て)をシーケンサ等の制御装置を介して無接点リレー2へ出力して、糊付装置3を作動させるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記図2に示す従来の包装機械の糊付制御方法では、包装機械の製箱時の糊付条件の全て(糊付位置を出力するタイミングカム信号a、箱の有無検出信号・運転中信号・その他の信号の検出信号bの全て)をシーケンサ等の制御装置4を介して無接点リレー2へ出力して、糊付装置3を作動させるようにしている。タイミングカム信号aはサイクル毎に同じ位置で出力されるが、制御装置4のソフトプログラム処理時間のバラツキ(図2に示した制御装置4から無接点リレー2へ信号が出されるまでの時間、10〜40ms)の影響を受け、正確な位置に糊付することができない。即ち、
(1)糊付の位置がズレ、被包装品に糊が付着して、製品(商品)価値が低下する。
(2)箱の成形状態が悪くなり、機械に異常が発生して、生産運転稼働率及び良品率が低下する。
(3)箱以外の個所に糊が飛散して、周辺機器等を汚す。また付着した糊に起因して周辺機器に動作不良等のトラブルが発生する。

本発明は前記の問題点に鑑み提案するものであり、その目的とする処は、製品(商品)価値の低下や生産運転稼働率及び良品率の低下を防止できる上に、周辺機器に発生していた動作不良等のトラブルを解消できる包装機械の糊付制御方法を提供しようとする点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の包装機械の糊付制御方法は、包装機械の製箱時の糊付条件のうち、サイクル毎に条件が変わりソフトプログラム処理を必要とする糊付条件として少なくとも箱有無検出信号を、サイクル毎にシーケンサ等の制御装置へ送り、ここで該糊付条件をプログラム処理しておき、サイクル毎に条件が変わらずプログラム処理を必要としないタイミングカム信号を前記制御装置を介さずに出力すると同時に上記プログラム処理しておいた糊付条件を糊付装置に出力して糊付を行うことを特徴としている。

本発明は前記のように構成されており、包装機械の製箱時の糊付条件のうち、ソフトプログラム処理を必要とする糊付条件をシーケンサ等の制御装置へ送り、ここでプログラム処理しておき、ソフトプログラム処理を必要としない糊付条件を制御装置を介さずに出力すると同時に上記プログラム処理しておいた糊付条件を出力して、サイクル毎に箱の正確な位置に糊付を行う。

次に本発明の包装機械の糊付制御方法を図1に示す一実施例により説明すると、aが実際に糊を吹く位置を設定するタイミングカム信号(ソフトプログラム処理を必要としない糊付条件)、bが検出信号(箱の有無を検出する箱有無検出信号・運転中信号・その他の信号)(ソフトプログラム処理を必要とする糊付条件)、cがシーケンサ等の制御装置4の制御信号、1がリレー、2が無接点リレー、3が糊付装置である。
