理髪用鋏は2個の鋏体を合わせてなるものであるが、この考案は、その2個の鋏体を連結する際に使用するばね板に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のばね板としては、図1に示す実用新案登録第3062233号のばね板4及び図2に示す実用新案登録第3062234号のばね板4の如く、屈曲せしめた円形金属板の一端面又は相対する両端面上同方向に回動制御突起8を突設してなるものや、図3に示す特開平9−217725号のばね板の如く、円形の金属板の上に一部を切欠した同径の金属板を重ねて固着することにより段差部15を形成し、該段差部15の下面端部に回動制御突起8を突設すると共に、切欠金属板の上面で前記回動制御突起の反対端部に刃体1aと係止し得る舌片16を突設してなるもの等がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
理髪用鋏は図4に示す如く刃体1a,1bを重ねて連結してなるものであるが、同径の銅線より強度がある頭髪をスムーズにカットする為には、刃の切れ味もさることながら、両刃体の開閉が滑らかに行われ使用者の手が疲れないようにすることと、開閉操作中に刃体1a、1b間にブレが生じて両刃体間に頭髪が挟まれないようにすることである。この為、単に刃体1a、1bを螺子2とナット3で締め付けるだけではなく、螺子2とナット3の間にばね板4を装着する如くなしているが、その装着方法は刃体1a、1bを貫通せしめた螺子2の角胴5にばね板4の連結孔6を嵌合せしめた後、ナット3を螺子2に螺合せしめ、ナット3の下面に掘設した回動制御溝7にばね板4の回動制御突起8の先端部を挿入せしめる如くなしている。

この結果、刃体1a、1bの締め付け度は螺子2とナット3の締め付け度に直結するものではなく、ばね板4と刃体1a間に生ずる撓み間隙12を変化せしめるばね板4の撓み度が加味されるものになる為、ナット3によるばね板4の締め付け調整により、刃体1a、1bの開閉が滑らかに行われ且つブレも生じない微妙な締め付け度の調整が可能となるものであると共に、手でナット3を回動させない限り回動制御溝7が回動制御突起8を乗り越えることはないので、鋏の使用中自然にナット3が緩んで締め付け度が変わり、調髪に失敗するが如きおそれは生じない。
従って、その点においては従来のばね板4でも充分効果が得られるので問題がないが、いづれも唯一装着を間違える欠点を有するものである。即ち、ばね板4は薄く小さいものである為つまみ損ない、誤って裏返しの状態で装着することがあると云う点であるが、そうなると、当初におけるばね板撓み度の調整は一応可能でも、回動制御突起8が回動制御溝7に挿入されていない状態なので、調髪中にナット3が緩んで締め付け度が変化し、奇麗なカットがしづらくなる為、途中で鋏を分解し組み立てし直さなければならなくなる。
このことは常時生ずることではないが、やはり看過し得ざる重要な問題点であると言うべきである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るばね板は、螺子2に嵌合し得る連結孔6の相対する2辺に続く両円弧部10,11を、夫れ夫れ相反する方向に屈曲或いは湾曲せしめると共に、該円弧部10の先端上面及び円弧部11の先端下面に、それぞれ回動制御突起8及び9を突設することにより前記問題点を解決する如くなしたものである。

【作用】
本発明に係るばね板4は、形状構造が対称的である為、その何れの面方向から螺子2に嵌合せしめても、必ず一方の回動制御突起8又は9が締め付けたナツト3の回動制御溝7に挿入され、且つナット3或いは刃体1aとばね板4間の撓み間隙12が同一である為、撓み度の微調整も同様になし得ると共に、調髪中自然にナット3が緩みカットに狂いが生ずるようなことも起きない。
つまり、本発明に係るばね板4は、その装着に気を使う必要が無く間違いも生じ得ないものである。

【実施例】
以下、添付図面に従って実施例を説明すると、図5に示す如く、本発明に係るばね板4は肉厚0.2ミリのステンレス板で、ナット3の回動制御溝7部径と同径の円形をなし、中央に螺子2の角胴5と丁度嵌合し得る正方形の連結孔6を開孔せしめている。そして該連結孔6の相対する2辺と平行して屈折線13,14を形成した後、該屈折線に従って、両端円弧部10,11を夫れ夫れ適当な角度で上下対称的に折り曲げると共に、該円弧部10の先端上面及び円弧部11の先端下面に、ナット3下面に堀設した回動制御溝7に挿入し得る回動制御突起8及び9をそれぞれ対称的に突設してなるものである。更に、他の実施例を説明すると、図6に示す如く、連結孔6の相対する2辺の一方に続く円弧部10を山状に湾曲せしめ、他方に続く円弧部11を谷状に湾曲せしめることにより、全体の形状が波形となるように形成すると共に、円弧部10の先端上面及び円弧部11の先端下面に、それぞれ回動制御突起8及び9を突設してなるものである。

【発明の効果】
上述のように、本発明に係るばね板4を使用すれば、刃体1a,1bの開閉が滑らかに行われ、且つブレも生じないようにするナット3の締め付け度の微調整が可能になると共に、表裏何れの面方向より螺子2に嵌合せしめても、変わらず同様にナツト3の段階的締め付けによる微妙な撓み度の調整が可能であり、調髪中自然にナット3の締め付けが緩み、撓み度に狂いが生ずるようなおそれが生じ得ない効果が得られるものである。
