【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、局部洗浄装置の複数の洗浄水噴出装置(ノズル)に洗浄水(原水〔水道水又は井戸水等〕を直接〔電磁式給水弁等を経由する場合が多い。〕又はタンク等の貯水槽から給水し、常温水又は温水を人体の一部に放水するための水〔浄水、軟水、薬剤含有水、弱酸性電解水等を含む。〕をいう。)を切替えて送水する洗浄水噴出装置用四方弁に係るものであり、詳しくは肛門用洗浄水噴出装置、局部(ビデ)用洗浄水噴出装置、前洗浄用洗浄水噴出装置(例えば、肛門用洗浄水噴出装置、局部用洗浄水噴出装置のノズル孔等を洗浄する洗浄水噴出装置、或いは最初の冷えた温水が局部洗浄に適した温水になるまで捨水をする配管等をいう。)に洗浄水を切替えて送水できるスプール弁方式の電動式又は手動式四方弁に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来は直動弁方式の電磁式三方弁を一つ使用して肛門用洗浄水噴出装置、局部用洗浄水噴出装置に洗浄水を切替えて送水する局部洗浄装置が主流であったが、最近は肛門用洗浄水噴出装置、局部用洗浄水噴出装置の使用前に先ず前記洗浄水噴出装置(又はノズル孔等)を洗浄する前洗浄ができる局部洗浄装置が要望されるようになってきている。
そこで、直動弁方式の電磁式三方弁を二つ使用して肛門用洗浄水噴出装置、局部用洗浄水噴出装置、前洗浄用洗浄水噴出装置に洗浄水を切替えて送水する局部洗浄装置や、ディスク弁方式の電動式四方弁による肛門用洗浄水噴出装置、局部用洗浄水噴出装置、前洗浄用洗浄水噴出装置に洗浄水を切替えて送水する局部洗浄装置も登場してきている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、直動弁方式の電磁式三方弁を二つ使用していては、コスト高になり、ディスク弁方式の電動式四方弁では洗浄水の切替不良等の水密性、故障等の信頼性等に問題点があった。

本発明は、従来の技術の有するこのような問題点を鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、コスト、水密性及び信頼性が改善できるスプール弁方式の電動式又は手動式四方弁を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の洗浄水噴出装置用四方弁は以下の特徴を有する。
構成(ハード)的には、略洋杯(コップ)状の弁操作体の一端部と管状の弁切替体の一端部とを連結環で結合(連結環に圧縮型環状封密弾性体〔例えば、Oリング、Xリング、Vパッキン等、水密性が確保できる部材〕を環装して水密性を確保する。)した弁本体と、一つの開口部を有する該弁切替体の他端部嵌合部材(洗浄水噴出装置2用吐水管路開口部部材)と、該弁本体周壁に設けられた三つの開口部と、該弁本体内を摺動(往復移動)し回動杆と節付円筒杆とからなるスプール弁と、該回動杆を回動駆動する電動機(減速機付きモータが扱いやすい。)と、からなることを特徴とする。

発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図1は本発明の一実施例の洗浄水噴出装置用電動式四方弁10の定位置1(流入開口部42から送られる洗浄水が洗浄水噴出装置2に送水されるスプール弁70の移動停止位置)の時の平面断面図であり、図2は四方弁10の定位置2(流入開口部42から送られる洗浄水が洗浄水噴出装置1に送水されるスプール弁70の移動停止位置)の時の平面断面図であり、図3は四方弁10の定位置3(流入開口部42から送られる洗浄水が洗浄水噴出装置3に送水されるスプール弁70の移動停止位置)の時の平面断面図である。

参考ではあるが、通常は回動杆と節付円筒杆とが空気中で摺動しているスプール弁のものが多いが、おおきな摺動Oリングを環装した節付円筒杆で水密していて水密性等に問題があるので、本発明の構造のものが望ましい。

生産性及び耐久性向上のために、回動杆71の突起72、螺旋形凹溝75、各々の圧縮型環状封密弾性体等にはグリス等を塗布しておくと良い。

又、該電動機80(減速装置等も含む。)等には、湿度や臭素(アンモニア等)から保護するために、防水カバー等で囲繞させると良い。

該磁気検出装置(磁性感動素子)には、例えば、リードスイッチ、ホールIC、磁気抵抗、コイル等があり、通常はガラス管封入形リードコンタクト式の常時開路接点(a接点又はメーク接点ともいう。)のリードスイッチが多用されている。コスト及び形状的にはホールICが有利な場合もある。

参考ではあるが、洗浄水噴出装置用電動式四方弁10には止水機能が無いので、流入開口部42の前(前段)には洗浄水を止水する止水弁(電磁式給水弁)等が必要である。又、ゴミや異物等があると、圧縮型環状封密弾性体等に傷を付けやすいので、流入開口部42の前(前段)には洗浄水のゴミや異物等をフィルタ、ストレーナ等で除去しておくことが必要である。
