Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a hand that is attached to an opening of a cosmetic container, a detergent container, or the like, and can be electrostatically cleaned by removing various nozzles for discharging the solution in the container by pressure change in the container before attaching to each container. The present invention relates to an air cleaner device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A hand-type air cleaner device (hereinafter referred to as “air cleaner device”) is used as a device for electrostatically removing and cleaning the inside of a container such as a cosmetic product. This air cleaner device performs cleaning by simultaneously operating a blow mechanism for ejecting static elimination air into a container and a suction mechanism for discharging the air inside the container. Conventionally, a head pushing method and a sensor are used. Detection method was used.
[0003]
The former head push-in type air cleaner device places a container on a head provided at the top of the air cleaner device, and an operator pushes the head downward to start a blow mechanism and a suction mechanism. . On the other hand, the latter sensor detection method is an air cleaner device in which when a worker places a container on the head, a container detection sensor such as a reflection type installed on the upper surface of the apparatus detects this and the blow mechanism and the suction mechanism are started. .
[0004]
However, the former head push-in type air cleaner device has a problem that fatigue of the worker due to push-in work increases, and the latter sensor detection method has a problem that light for detection is used when the container is transparent or translucent. However, there is a problem that the container cannot be detected through the container.
[0005]
In order to solve such a conventional problem, the present inventor has invented a start switch (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-188325) for a hand type air cleaner device. According to the present invention, the suction mechanism is operated in advance regardless of whether the start switch is ON or OFF, and the starter switch is used as the start switch of the blow mechanism, so that the worker can use the container as a head. The problem that the cleaning work can be performed only by placing it without pressing, and the start switch is not turned on in the case of a transparent container has been solved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The air cleaner device previously invented by the present inventors has succeeded in facilitating cleaning of various containers such as glass containers and tube containers filled with liquid or creamy cosmetics. However, when these containers can be easily cleaned, there has been an increasing demand for cleaning parts that have been difficult to clean. In particular, since the nozzles attached to the container mouth are used by being inserted into the container, it has been desired to clean them in the same manner as the container.
[0007]
However, not only the conventional head push-in method and sensor detection method, but also the start-up switch of the hand-type air cleaner device improved in these devices is a device that applies the opening of the container to the head and exchanges the air in the container through the head. Therefore, parts such as a container that do not have an opening such as a container cannot be cleaned.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a hand capable of cleaning parts other than containers, like glass containers and tube containers filled with liquid or cream cosmetics. The object is to provide an air cleaner device.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the means of the present invention includes a cleaning cylinder 11 that accommodates an object to be cleaned therein, an upper end portion of the cleaning cylinder 11 that is mounted on the opening, and supports the object to be cleaned. Cleaning comprising a support ring 12 that seals the upper end of the opening with an object to be cleaned when supported, and a fixing ring 13 that is attached to the lower end of the opening of the cleaning cylinder 11 and fixes the cleaning cylinder 11 to the head 3. A suction mechanism for sucking air in the cleaner 10 through the through hole 3A of the head 3 provided with a female screw portion for connection on the inner peripheral surface, and the through hole 3A into the cleaner 10 via electrostatic removal nozzle 6 extending toward, and a blow mechanism to blow air into the cleaner 10, screwed fixing ring cleaner into the female screw portion of the head 3.
[0010]
The said cleaning cylinder 11 is formed in the length which accommodates the container insertion pipe P1 of the discharge nozzle P which discharges | emits the solution in a container with the pressure change in a container.
[0011]
The support ring 12 has a through-hole 12A through which the container insertion pipe P1 of the discharge nozzle P is inserted, and a substantially conical mounting portion 12B extending from the upper end surface of the support ring 12 to the through-hole 12A is formed. The container connecting portion P2 of the discharge nozzle P is placed on the placement portion 12B.
[0012]
The electrostatic removal nozzle 6 of the blow mechanism, a means for assignment overcome that was to blow air into the cleaning tube body 11 from the stationary ring 13 portion of the cleaner 10.
[0013]
According to the present invention, an operator inserts the insertion tube P1 of the discharge nozzle P into the cleaning cylinder 11 of the cleaner 10, and places the connection portion P2 of the discharge nozzle P on the placement portion 12B of the support ring 12. Then, the cleaner 10 is pressed downward by the suction force of the suction mechanism, and the blow mechanism is started to discharge static electricity removal air into the cleaner 10, and the discharge nozzle stored in the cleaner 10. The insertion tube P1 portion of P is cleaned.
[0014]
Further, since air is blown into the cleaning device 10 from the fixing ring 12 portion of the cleaning device 10 fixed to the head 3, it is possible to blow air into the entire cleaning device 10 for discharging. Even an object to be cleaned such as a thin tube or a complicated structure such as the insertion tube P1 portion of the nozzle P can be cleaned.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The code | symbol 10 in the figure is a cleaner which accommodates to-be-cleaned object (refer FIG. 2). The cleaner 10 includes a cylindrical support ring 12 , a cleaning cylinder 11 attached to the upper opening of the cleaning cylinder 11, and a fixed ring 13 attached to the lower opening of the cleaning cylinder 11.
[0016]
The cleaning cylinder 11 accommodates an object to be cleaned inside, for example, a discharge nozzle P. The discharge nozzle P is attached to an opening of a cosmetic container, a detergent container or the like, and is a variety of nozzles for inserting the container insertion tube P1 into the container and discharging the solution in the container by the pressure change in the container. is there. Therefore, the length of the cleaning cylinder 11 is formed so as to accommodate at least the container insertion tube P1 of the discharge nozzle P. Further, by making the cleaning cylinder 11 transparent, it is possible to check the internal processing status. The object to be cleaned can be accommodated in the cleaning cylinder 11, and any type can be used as long as electrostatic removal cleaning is required.
[0017]
The support ring 12 is attached to the upper opening of the cleaning cylinder 11 and supports the discharge nozzle P and the like inserted into the cleaning cylinder 11 with the support ring 12 . The support ring 12 has a through-hole 12A through which the insertion tube P1 of the discharge nozzle P is inserted. Further, a mounting portion 12B is provided on the upper end surface of the support ring 12, and a connecting portion P2 of the discharging nozzle P, that is, a connecting portion P2 that removably connects the discharging nozzle P to the container mouth portion is mounted. (See FIG. 2). The mounting portion 12B is formed in a substantially conical shape reaching the through-hole 12A. By forming the connection portion P2 of the discharge nozzle P on the placement portion 12B, the connection portion P2 and the placement portion 12B are brought into close contact with each other when a later-described suction mechanism is in operation. Can be in a state.
[0018]
The fixing ring 13 is attached to the lower end of the opening of the cleaning cylinder 11 and fixes the cleaning cylinder 11 to the head 3 (see FIG. 3). The head 3 is a part to which the cleaner 10 is detachably mounted via the support ring 12. Then, a suction mechanism (not shown) for sucking the air in the cleaner 10 through the opening of the fixing ring 13 and the through hole 3A formed in the head 3 is provided. In addition, an electrostatic removal nozzle 6 is inserted from below into the opening of the same fixing ring 13 and the through hole 3A of the head 3, and a blow mechanism (not shown) for blowing air into the cleaner 10 is also provided. . At this time, the static elimination nozzle 6 of the blow mechanism is set so that air is blown into the cleaner 10 from the fixing ring 13 portion of the cleaner 10 fixed to the head 3.
[0019]
The hand-type air cleaner device 1 of the present invention lowers the head using the suction force by starting the suction mechanism in advance, and the start switch of the blow mechanism is turned ON by the lowering of the head, The blow mechanism starts.
[0020]
The illustrated head 3 includes a base plate 4 installed in the upper surface recess of the case 2, and a substantially ring-shaped head 3 is mounted above the base plate 4 via a spring 5 (see FIG. 3). . An internal thread portion for connection is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the head 3, and the fixing ring 13 of the cleaner 10 is screwed. Moreover, it can replace with this cleaner 10 and can be changed into the suction head which mounts cosmetic containers. The head 3 is always urged by the elastic force of the spring 5, and when the object to be cleaned is not stored in the cleaner 10, the head 3 is adjusted so as to be always in the raised position.
[0021]
Further, a start switch 8 is attached to the head 3. The start switch 8 includes a detector 8B fixed to the head 3 and a proximity sensor 8A placed on the base plate 4. The detector 8 </ b> B is mounted so as to surround the upper part of the spring 5, and moves up and down together with the spring 5. When the detector 8B descends and approaches the proximity sensor 8A, and the proximity sensor 8A detects the detector 8B, a switch ON signal for the nozzle vertical movement mechanism 7 and the blow mechanism is transmitted. The nozzle up-and-down moving mechanism 10 and the blow mechanism that have received the switch ON signal start immediately, and the raised electrostatic removal nozzle 6 is inserted into the cleaning cylinder 11 through the through hole 3A of the head 3 and the opening 13A of the fixing ring 13. Then, the electrostatic removal processing of the object to be cleaned such as the discharge nozzle P is performed by the air sent by the blow mechanism (see FIG. 4).
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
By configuring the present invention as described above, the object of the present invention is achieved. That is, by providing the cleaning device 10 for fixing the fixing ring of the cleaning device to the female screw portion of the head 3, it is possible to clean parts other than the container, like the glass container and the tube container. Moreover, it can replace with the cleaner 10 screwed to the internal thread part of this head 3, and can also change into the suction head which mounts cosmetic containers.
[0023]
In addition, the cleaning cylinder 11 of the cleaner 10 is formed to have a length that accommodates the container insertion tube P1 of the discharge nozzle P that discharges the solution in the container due to the pressure change in the container. This makes it possible to clean the discharge nozzle P and the like that could not be cleaned with the air cleaner apparatus.
[0024]
Furthermore, the support ring 12 has a through-hole 12A through which the container insertion tube P1 of the discharge nozzle P is inserted, and a substantially conical mounting portion 12B extending from the upper end surface of the support ring 12 to the through-hole 12A is formed. Since the container connecting portion P2 of the discharge nozzle P is mounted on the mounting portion 12B, it is extremely simple by simply inserting the container insertion tube P1 of the discharge nozzle P into the cleaning cylinder 11 of the cleaner 10. Can be cleaned.
[0025]
In addition, since the static elimination nozzle 6 of the blow mechanism is blown into the cleaning cylinder 11 from the fixing ring 13 portion of the cleaner 10, it is possible to blow air into the entire interior of the cleaner 10. It is possible to clean even an object to be cleaned such as a thin tube or a complicated structure such as the insertion tube P1 portion of the discharge nozzle P.
[0026]
Thus, according to the present invention, there are various beneficial effects such as the ability to clean parts other than containers, such as glass containers and tube containers filled with liquid or creamy cosmetics. Is.
