Members 74 and 75, an upper frame holding member 76 supported from the outdoor 73 side by the existing upper frame 62 and connected to the upper frame 72 for repair, and an attachment auxiliary member 106 attached to the existing lower frame 56.
[0068]
In this embodiment, the existing sliding door frame 63 and the repairing sliding door frame 78 are located in the middle of the opening 53 in the indoor outside direction, and the opening 53 protrudes to the outdoor side from the outdoor side of the repairing sliding door frame 78. .
[0069]
The existing lower frame 56, the repair lower frame 69, and the attachment auxiliary member 106 of this embodiment are the same as the existing lower frame 56, the repair lower frame 69, and the attachment auxiliary member 106 of the embodiment shown in FIGS. It is almost the same, and has a horizontal piece 104a toward the room 68 at the upper end of the rear wall 104 of the existing lower frame 56, and the upper end of the support wall 89 of the horizontal piece 104a and the lower frame 69 for repair is the same height. That is, a dry outdoor lower frame sealing material 300 is attached to the outdoor 73 side portion of the repair lower frame 69 toward the indoor 68 side, and this outdoor lower frame sealing material 300 is attached to the front wall 102 of the existing lower frame 56. It is greatly different that they are in pressure contact.
[0070]
Specifically, the outdoor guide rail 114 of the existing lower frame 56 is cut and removed as shown by the phantom lines in FIG. The outdoor guide rail 114 may be removed by cutting all or may be removed by leaving a little.
The attachment auxiliary member 106 is attached with its outdoor wall 107 fixed to the indoor guide rail 115 with screws 110.
The support wall 89 of the lower frame 69 for repair and the indoor leg portion 91 are supported by the upper wall portion 109 of the auxiliary mounting member 106, and the outdoor side of the bottom wall 81 is connected to the bottom wall 103 of the existing lower frame 56 via the spacer 301. It is supported outside the room and is fixed to the mounting auxiliary member 106 with a screw 112.
[0071]
The existing upper frame 62, the upper frame for repair 72, and the upper frame holding member 76 are substantially the same as the existing upper frame 62, the upper frame for repair 72, and the upper frame holding member 76 shown in FIGS. The difference is that a dry outdoor outer frame seal material 302 is attached to the outdoor portion of the upper frame 72, and the upper frame holding member 76 includes a cover 303.
[0072]
Specifically, a portion 127 projecting upward from the bottom wall 122 of the front wall 120 of the upper frame 72 for refurbishment is provided with a sealing material mounting portion 304 directed toward the indoor side. An outdoor upper frame sealing material 302 is attached.
This outdoor upper frame sealant 302 has an outdoor fin 302a and an indoor fin 302b. Preferably, the cross section is U-shaped in the upward direction, and has an upward concave drainage groove 302c between the outdoor fin 302a and the indoor fin 302b.
The outdoor fin 302a is in contact with the outside of the existing sealing material 305 at the upper edge 61 of the opening 53 of the building 52 and plays a role of primary tightness.
The indoor fin 302b presses against the outdoor portion of the existing upper frame 62, for example, the outdoor flange 126, and serves as a secondary tight.
[0073]
That is, the outdoor fin 302a makes it difficult for rainwater or the like to enter the indoor fin 302b, and the indoor fin 302b passes through the rainwater or the like that has entered from the seal portion of the outdoor fin 302a and the inside of the building 52 from the existing sealant 305. This prevents rainwater or the like from entering between the outdoor portion of the existing upper frame 62 and the outdoor portion of the upper frame 72 for repair. Preferably, the rainwater and the like that have entered are drained to the outside through the drainage groove 302c.
That is, when the existing sliding door frame 63 is repaired, the building 52 (frame) and the existing sealing material 305 are deteriorated, and rainwater or the like may enter from them.
[0074]
A cover 303 is attached to the flange 130 of the upper frame holding member 76 in a snap manner.
A portion of the flange 130 above the web 131 is fixed to the indoor flange 306 of the existing upper frame 62 with screws 136, and a portion of the flange 130 below the web 131 is repaired via an upper frame sealing material 78. The upper frame 72 for repair and the holding member 76 for upper frame are connected to each other by contacting with the rear wall 121 of the upper frame 72 and being fixed with screws 134.
The cover 303 is attached after screws 134 and 136 are screwed together, and covers the screws 134 and 136 so that they cannot be seen from the room.
The indoor flange 306 of the existing upper frame 62 is provided with a lateral piece 306a directed toward the indoor 68 side.
[0075]
The existing frame 59, 60, the reed frame 70, 71 and the frame holding member 74, 75 are the existing frame 59, 60, the modified frame 70, 71 shown in FIGS. It is substantially the same as the retaining members 74 and 75 for the reed frame, and is provided with a dry outdoor outer reed frame seal material 310 and a preventing member 311 attached to the outdoor portion of the reed reed frames 70 and 71. The holding members 74 and 75 are greatly different in that the cover 312 is attached in a snap manner.
Specifically, a seal material mounting portion 313 toward the indoor side is integrally provided at a portion of the front wall 140 of one of the renovated reed frames 70 protruding from the web 142 toward the existing reed frame 59 side. An outdoor side frame seal material 310 is attached to the seal material attachment portion 313 in a lateral direction.
The outdoor frame sealing material 310 has an outdoor fin 310a and an indoor fin 310b. Preferably, it has a U-shaped cross section, and has a laterally recessed drainage groove 310c between the outdoor fin 310a and the indoor fin 310b.
The outdoor fin 310a is in contact with the outside of the existing sealing material 314 at one vertical edge 57 of the opening 53 of the building 52 and plays a role of primary tightness.
The indoor fin 310b presses against the outdoor portion of one of the existing flange frames 59, for example, the outdoor flange 146, and serves as a secondary tight.
[0076]
That is, the outdoor fin 310a makes it difficult for rainwater or the like to enter the indoor fin 310b, and the indoor fin 310b has rainwater that has entered from the seal portion of the outdoor fin 310a and rainwater that has entered through the inside of the building 52 on one side. Intrusion from between the outdoor side portion of the existing rod frame 59 and the outdoor side portion of one of the repair rod frames 70 is prevented.
[0077]
The indoor fin 310b covers a sealing material, for example, a sealer, provided at a connecting portion between the existing upper frame 62 and the existing frame 60, so that rainwater or the like entering the sealer is not directly applied.
Thus, even when the sealer provided at the connecting portion between the existing upper frame 62 and the existing fence frame 60 is deteriorated when the existing sliding door frame 63 is repaired, rainwater or the like from the deteriorated sealer enters the existing sliding door frame 63. Intrusion can be prevented.
For example, the upper portions of the portions protruding inward from the web 168 such as the outdoor flange 166 and the indoor flange 167 of the existing frame 60 are cut and removed, and the existing upper frame 62 is replaced with the web 168 of the existing frame 60. When abutting and connecting via a sealer, as shown in phantom lines in FIG. 8, the indoor fin 310 b of the outdoor saddle frame sealing material 310 is in contact with the outdoor flange 126 of the existing upper frame 62, and the sealer 307 is attached. It covers it. In this description, the other existing frame 60 and the existing upper frame 62 are described, but the same applies to the one existing frame 59 and the existing upper frame 62.
[0078]
In this embodiment, the upper part of the drainage groove 302c of the outdoor upper frame sealant 302 and the drainage groove 310c of the outdoor outer frame sealant 310 are continuous, and the lower part opens downward.
Accordingly, rainwater or the like that has entered the drain groove 302 c of the outdoor upper frame seal member 302 is drained along the drain groove 310 c of the outdoor rod frame seal member 310.
[0079]
The backlash preventing member 311 is attached to the outdoor side portion of one of the reed frame frames 70, and prevents rattling from coming into contact with the outdoor side portion of one of the existing reed frame frames 59.
That is, the rehabilitation sliding door frame 250 is inserted into the existing sliding door frame 63 from the outdoor side to the indoor side in a framed state and attached, so that the dimension between the outdoor side parts of the two existing frame frames 59 and 60 is 2 It is preferable that the size is larger than the size between the indoor side portions of the two rehabilitating frame frames 70 and 71 so that they can be easily inserted. A gap is generated between the two existing eaves frames 59, 60 and the outdoor side of the frame.
For this purpose, a backlash preventing member 311 is provided.
[0080]
Specifically, the backlash preventing member 311 has a mounting portion 311a that is attached to the outer side outside surface of the web 142 of one refurbishment frame 70, and a protruding portion 311b that extends from the mounting portion 311a toward the indoor side. The protrusion 311b is in contact with the outdoor flange 146 of one of the existing flange frames 59 to prevent rattling.
[0081]
It is preferable that the mounting portion 311a is hard and the protruding portion 311b is soft.
For example, the mounting portion 311a is a hard or semi-rigid resin, and the protruding portion 311b is a semi-rigid or soft resin.
In this way, the backlash preventing member 311 can be firmly attached, and the protruding portion 311b can be elastically deformed and pressed against the outdoor flange 146 to reliably prevent rattling.
In addition, since the backlash preventing member 311 has a sealing property and is provided on the entire length in the longitudinal direction of one of the repaired saddle frames 70, the sealing function is exhibited. Since it is a double seal, the sealing performance is improved.
Note that the backlash preventing member 311 may be short, and a plurality of the reed guard frames 70 may be provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction.
[0082]
A cover 312 is detachably attached to the flange 149 of the frame frame holding member 74. After fixing the flange 149 and the indoor flange 147 of one of the existing frame 59 with a screw 154, the cover 312 is attached and the screw 154 is attached. Cover invisible.
The indoor flange 147 and the indoor flange 167 of the other existing gutter frame 60 have lateral pieces 147a and 167a directed toward the indoor side, respectively.
In addition, since the outdoor side collar frame seal material 310 and the backlash prevention member 311 attached to the other modification collar frame 71 are the same as those described above, the same reference numerals are used and description thereof is omitted.
[0083]
In this embodiment, the frame frame holding members 74 and 75 are continuously attached from the existing upper frame 62 to the existing lower frame 56, and the upper frame holding member 76 is interposed between the frame frame holding members 74 and 75. Mounted.
Further, the collar frame sealing material 77, the upper frame sealing material 78, and the lower frame sealing material 79 are dry-type sealing materials, for example, watertight packing, and the upper end portion of the collar frame sealing material 77 is the upper frame sealing material 78. The lower end portion of the collar frame seal material 77 is continuous with the end portion of the lower frame seal material 79.
Thereby, watertightness and airtightness are improved.
[0084]
Next, a procedure for mounting the repairing sliding door frame 250 to the existing sliding door frame 63 will be described. This procedure is almost the same as the installation procedure of the rehabilitation sliding door device 50 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, except that the rehabilitation saddle frame and the reed frame holding member are fastened with screws and connected. To do.
(Procedure 1)
The outdoor guide rail 114 of the existing lower frame 56 is cut and removed. This cutting operation is performed with a circular saw or a dedicated cutting tool.
(Procedure 2)
The auxiliary mounting member 106 is attached to the indoor guide rail 115 of the existing lower frame 56 with a screw 110. The attachment auxiliary member 106 may extend over the entire length of the indoor guide rail 115, or a plurality of short attachment auxiliary members 106 may be attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction.
(Procedure 3)
The lower frame seal material 79, the outdoor lower frame seal material 300, and the outdoor upper frame are added to the retrofit sliding door frame 78 in which the renovation lower frame 69, the rehabilitation frame frames 70 and 71, and the rehabilitation upper frame 72 are rectangular. The sealing material 302 for the outdoor side and the sealing material 310 for the outdoor frame frame are mounted, the sliding sliding door frame 250 is inserted into the existing sliding door frame 63 from the outdoor 73 side of the opening 54, and the lower frame sealing material 79 is inserted into the existing lower frame. 56, the outdoor lower frame sealing material 300 is in contact with the front wall 102 of the existing lower frame 56.
In this state, the repair lower frame 69 and the attachment auxiliary member 106 are fixed by screws 112 and the repair lower frame 69 is attached to the existing lower frame 56.
[0085]
(Procedure 4)
The frame frame holding members 74 and 75 are inserted (inserted) between the two existing frame frames 59 and 60 and the two repair frame frames 70 and 71 from the interior 68 side, and the frame frame holding members 74 and 75 are inserted. The front end portions 155 and 157 of the webs 150 and 170 are engaged with the engaging pieces 144 and 156, respectively. At this time, the flange frame seal material 77 is attached to the flanges 149 and 169, and the cover 312 is removed.
As shown in FIG. 9, the hand extends over the outdoor side portions (front walls 140, 160) of the reed frame frames 70, 71 and the indoor side portions (flanges 149, 169) of the frame frame holding members 74, 75. A tightening tool 320 such as a vise is provided and tightened. The tightening tool 320 is preferably provided at two places on the upper and lower sides, but may be one place or three or more places.
[0086]
As a result, the outdoor side portions (sealing material mounting portions 313) of the reed rod frames 70 and 71 are pressed against the outdoor side portions (outdoor flanges 146 and 166) of the existing rod frames 59 and 60, and The indoor side portions (flanges 149, 169) of the holding members 74, 75 are pressed against the existing indoor frame 59, 60 indoor side portions (internal flanges 147, 167), respectively, and the repaired cage frames 70, 71 and The existing saddle frames 59 and 60 are firmly held by the frame holding members 74 and 75.
In this state, the reed saddle frames 70 and 71 (webs 142 and 162) and the reed frame holding members 74 and 75 (webs 150 and 170) are fixed by screws 153 and 173, respectively.
Thereafter, the tightening tool 320 is removed.
[0087]
By doing in this way, each reed frame 70,71 can be attached firmly firmly.
[0088]
(Procedure 5)
An upper frame holding member 76 is inserted (inserted) between the existing upper frame 62 and the upper frame 72 for repair, and the indoor side (flange 134) of the upper frame holding member 76 and the indoor side of the upper frame 72 for repair The part (inner side flange 121) is fixed with screws 134.
Since this screw 134 is directed toward the indoor outside direction, the outdoor side portion (seal material mounting portion 304) of the upper frame 72 for repair is made to be the outdoor side portion (outdoor flange 126 of the existing upper frame 62) by the tightening force of the screw 134. ) And the indoor side portion (flange 130) of the upper frame holding member 76 is pressed against the indoor side portion (indoor side flange 121) of the upper frame 72 for repair. The existing upper frame 62 can be firmly held by the holding member 76, and the upper frame 72 for repair can be firmly attached.
[0089]
Thereafter, the indoor side portions (indoor flanges 147 and 167) of the existing frame frames 59 and 60 and the indoor side portions (flanges 149 and 169) of the frame frame holding members 74 and 75 are fixed by screws 154 and 174, respectively. The indoor side portion (indoor side flange 306) of the existing upper frame 62 and the indoor side portion (flange 130) of the upper frame holding member 76 are fixed with screws 136.
[0090]
(Procedure 6)
Covers 303 and 312 are attached to the upper frame holding member 76 and the collar frame holding members 74 and 75, respectively.
[0091]
According to this embodiment, the same operational effects as those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the following operational effects are exhibited.
(1) The attachment auxiliary member 106 is attached to the existing lower frame 56, and the indoor side leg portion 91 and the support wall 89 of the repair lower frame 69 (that is, the indoor side portion of the repair lower frame 69) are mounted on the attachment auxiliary member 106. By changing the height dimension of the mounting auxiliary member 106 by fixing it to the mounting auxiliary member 106 with the screw 112, the same shape can be applied to the existing lower frame 56 having a different shape. It is possible to attach the supporting lower wall 56 and the rear wall 104 of the repair lower frame 56 to the same height.
[0092]
(2) Further, the above-described (1) and the outdoor lower frame seal material 300 are in pressure contact with the front wall 102 of the existing lower frame 56, so that the rising height of the indoor guide rail 115 is increased. Can also be attached with a lower frame 69 for repair having the same shape.
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the height of the attachment assisting member 106 is increased, the indoor side wall 108 is brought into contact with the bottom wall 103, and is attached to the indoor side guide rail 115 with screws 110.
The indoor side lower frame sealing material 300 is brought into contact with the front wall 102.
In this case, the support wall 89 protrudes slightly above the rear wall 104.
[0093]
(3) Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 according to the above (1) and (2), the upper end of the rear wall 104 of the existing lower frame 56 has a protruding portion 104b on the outdoor side, and the existing upper frame Even when the inner portion 306b of the indoor flange 306 of 62 is displaced to the outdoor side, the repair lower frame 69, the repair upper frame 62, and the repair saddle frames 70 and 71 having the same shape can be attached.
[0094]
For example, the outdoor side wall portion 107 of the auxiliary mounting member 106 is attached to the outdoor side surface of the indoor side guide rail 115 via the spacer 330 with the screw 110, the indoor side wall portion 108 and the protruding portion 104b are separated from each other, and the lower frame sealing material A spacer for 79 is formed.
Since the position of the repair lower frame 69 is shifted to the outdoor side, the outdoor lower frame sealing material 300 is separated from the front wall 102 of the existing lower frame 56.
For this purpose, a sealing material receiver 331 is attached to the outdoor portion of the bottom wall 103 with a screw 332 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the outdoor lower frame sealing material 300 is pressed against the sealing material receiver 331. The screws 333 may be fixed.
In this case, since the outdoor guide rail 114 is low, it is not cut and removed, but when it is high, it is cut and removed.
That is, when only the effects (1), (2), and (3) described above are achieved, the outdoor guide rail 114 need not be cut and removed.
[0095]
In the case of the upper frame, since the outdoor upper frame sealant 302 is separated from the outdoor side portion (outdoor flange 126) of the existing upper frame 62, a sealant receptacle 334 is attached to the outdoor side portion with a screw 335, and this seal The outdoor upper frame seal material 302 (indoor fin 302b) is brought into pressure contact with the material receiver 334.
[0096]
As described above, since the lower frame 69 for repair and the upper frame 62 for repair are misaligned to the outside of the room, the reed saddle frames 70 and 71 are also misaligned to the outside of the room as shown in FIG. The outdoor side portions (outdoor flanges 146, 166) of the existing frame 59, 60 are separated from the outdoor frame frame seal material 310.
Therefore, a seal material receiver 340 is attached with screws 341 near the outdoor side of each existing frame 59, 60 (outside the web 148, 168), and the outdoor frame frame seal material 310 (indoor side fins 310) is attached to the seal material receiver 340. 310b) is pressed.
[0097]
The seal material receiver 340 includes an attachment piece 340a, an inward piece 340b, a protruding piece 340c, and an outward piece 340d. The attachment piece 340a is attached by a screw 341, and the protruding piece 340c is more in the chamber than the outdoor flanges 146 and 166. It protrudes outward and contacts the protruding end surfaces of the outdoor flanges 146 and 166.
The outdoor side frame seal material 310 is in pressure contact with the outward piece 340d.
Further, the backlash preventing member 311 is in contact with the outwardly facing piece 340d to prevent rattling.
[0098]
In the above (1), (2), and (3), the estimated dimensions (dimensions between the indoor flange and the outdoor flange) of each existing lower frame 56, each existing upper frame 62, and each existing frame 59, 60 are as follows. They are all the same, and the expected lower dimensions of the repair lower frame 69, the repair upper frame 62, and the repair saddle frames 70, 71 are all the same.
[0099]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a laterally facing piece 89a is provided at the upper end portion of the support wall 89 of the repair lower frame 69 toward the indoor side, and the laterally oriented piece 89a is laterally directed to the laterally facing piece 104 of the rear wall 104 of the existing lower frame 56. You may make it overlap on the piece 104a.
[0100]
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the indoor side guide rail 115 of the existing lower frame 56 is cut and removed in the same manner as described above, and the attachment auxiliary member 106 is fixed to the rear wall 104 of the existing lower frame 56 with screws 110. Also good.
For example, the indoor side wall portion 108 of the attachment assisting member 106 is fixed to the rear wall 104 of the existing lower frame 56 with screws 110. In this case, it is preferable that a screw insertion hole (not shown) is formed in the outdoor side wall 107 and screwed from the screw insertion hole.
[0101]
6 and FIG. 7, if the action and effect by attaching the outdoor upper frame sealing material 302 and the outdoor outdoor frame sealing material 310 is achieved, the refurbishing sliding door frame 78 is attached as shown in FIG. It is not restricted to what is shown in FIG.14 and 15It may be attached as shown in FIG.
In other words, the sliding door frame 78 for repair is inserted into the existing sliding door frame 63 and attached, and the sliding door device for repair having a shape in which the opening 53 protrudes to the outdoor side from the sliding sliding door frame 78 is applied. Can do.
[0103]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the outdoor guide rail of the existing lower frame is cut and removed, the width in the height direction of the space between the lower frame for repair and the upper frame for repair is large, and the effective opening area is reduced. And a large opening area can be secured.
[0104]
In addition, since the rehabilitation sliding door frame is attached to the existing sliding door frame based on the mounting auxiliary member attached to the existing lower frame, the shape of the existing sliding door frame, the shape according to the dimensions, and the use of the mounting auxiliary member of the dimensions, the shape, The same sliding door frame for repair can be attached to existing sliding door frames with different dimensions.
