Description
【0001】
本実施例における酸素発生器27は、既に公知技術となっているPSA(Plessure Swing Adsorption:圧力スイング吸着)法により酸素を製造するものである。
【0022】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method for forming a protective film for preventing corrosion in a water supply path of a boiler.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a boiler for heating steam water to produce steam is used in a steam power plant that rotates a steam turbine and generates power by a generator that is drivingly connected to the steam turbine. Generally, in steam power plants, boiler water condenses steam generated in the boiler and reuses it as condensate. However, since the impurities in the steam utilization process are easily dissolved in the condensed boiler water, the corrosion of water tubes made of carbon steel has been a problem. Therefore, a protective film forming method has been proposed to prevent corrosion of the water pipe. As a method for preventing the corrosion of the water pipe, for example, a method as disclosed in JP-A-2-157503 is known. That is, in the conventional method, a small amount of oxygen gas is supplied from an oxygen cylinder into the boiler water, and oxygen is dissolved in the condensate. Then, the condensed water in which oxygen is dissolved is brought into contact with the inner surface of the water pipe, and a protective film of iron oxide (particularly trivalent iron oxide [Fe 2 O 3 ]) is formed on the inner surface of the water pipe. Prevents water pipe corrosion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In addition to oxygen gas, the oxygen cylinder contains corrosive gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons. However, in the conventional method for forming a protective film on the water supply path of a boiler, the concentration of these corrosive gases is high. Therefore, when oxygen gas is injected into the condensate, those corrosive gases are injected together with the oxygen gas. As a result, the inner surface of the water tube is easily corroded by the corrosive gas before the protective film is formed on the inner surface of the water tube.
[0004]
Further, since the inside of the oxygen cylinder is at a high pressure, it is necessary to provide an explosion-proof structure around the oxygen cylinder. Therefore, an extra structure for explosion prevention is required, and a space for providing the structure must be secured.
[0005]
Furthermore, when the remaining amount of oxygen gas is exhausted, the oxygen cylinder that has lost the oxygen gas must be replaced with a new oxygen cylinder. As a result, there is a limit to using the same oxygen cylinder continuously.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a protective film on a water supply path of a boiler that can reduce corrosion of an inner wall surface of a water supply pipe.

[0022]
The PSA method is a high purity solution in which air is brought into contact with zeolite as an adsorbent under high pressure, and nitrogen gas, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons contained in the air are adsorbed by the zeolite. This is a method for producing oxygen (80.0% to 99.5%). In other words, in zeolite, cations in the crystal structure exert an electrostatic attractive action on adsorbed gas molecules such as nitrogen gas, so even if the molecular diameter is slightly smaller than oxygen, the adsorbed gas with a large polarity is applied to the electrostatic field of the zeolite. Adsorbed. Thereby, oxygen and adsorbed gas are separated. Thereafter, the pressure is reduced to create a pressure difference, the adsorbed gas adsorbed on the zeolite is removed, and the zeolite is regenerated so that it can be adsorbed many times. Therefore, the zeolite can be used semipermanently by repeating the above steps. The zeolite is an adsorbent in which a large number of uniform fine pores of several angstroms (10 −8 cm) close to the gas molecular diameter are formed.
[0023]
Here, the oxygen gas produced by the oxygen cylinder and the components of the oxygen gas produced by the PSA method are shown in Table 1 below.
[0024]
[Table 1]
[0025]
According to Table 1 above, the oxygen gas in the oxygen cylinder and the oxygen gas produced by the PSA method both contain some corrosive gas. However, according to the PSA method, the concentrations of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen oxide are one-tenth that of the oxygen cylinder. Further, the concentration of hydrocarbons by the PSA method is 1/30 compared with the case of oxygen cylinders.

Therefore, according to the method for forming a protective film on the water supply path of the boiler of this embodiment, the concentration of the corrosive gas contained in the oxygen gas produced by the PSA method is extremely lower than the concentration contained in the oxygen cylinder or the like. Therefore, when forming the protective film, oxygen water having a low concentration of corrosive gas can be generated, and the inner wall surface of the

[0038]
Even if the present invention is modified as follows, the same effects as in the above-described embodiment can be obtained. In the above embodiment, the high-purity oxygen gas is produced by the PSA method that generates a pressure difference and separates the oxygen gas and the adsorbed gas. In addition to this method, a high-purity oxygen gas may be produced by a TSA (Thermal Swing Adsorption) method that generates a temperature difference and separates the oxygen gas and the gas to be adsorbed. That is, according to the TSA method, adsorption of a gas to be adsorbed on zeolite is performed at a low temperature. Thereafter, the temperature rises to cause a temperature difference, so that the balance of adsorption between the adsorbed gas (corrosive gas) and the zeolite is lost, and the adsorbed gas is separated from the zeolite. This method can be applied to any adsorption separation operation. In addition to the TSA method, concentrated oxygen may be produced by a cryogenic separation method or a membrane separation method.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, technical ideas other than the claims that can be grasped from the embodiments will be described below together with their effects.
(1) The method according to
[0042]
In this specification, means and members relating to the configuration of the invention are defined as follows.
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method is a method in which a specific gas is adsorbed on a porous adsorbent, and the adsorbed gas is desorbed using a pressure difference, so that the gas adsorbed on the adsorbent and the others It is a method of separating the gas.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the concentrated oxygen has a low concentration of the corrosive gas component, the corrosion of the inner wall surface of the water supply pipe can be reduced.
[0044]
Further, since the oxygen gas can be stored under a pressure in the buffer tank that is extremely lower than that of an oxygen cylinder or the like, it is not necessary to have an explosion-proof structure unlike an oxygen cylinder or the like. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a structure for explosion-proofing, and it is not necessary to secure a space for providing the explosion-proof structure.
