Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a member connection device, for example, a connection device used for connecting adjacent concrete products and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when laying concrete U-grooves or concrete fume pipes, etc., which are quite heavy and each unit weighs several tons in the longitudinal direction, the connecting work of the concrete products has conventionally been It was extremely troublesome and difficult.
[0003]
That is, conventionally, this type of connection work involves lifting a concrete product to be connected with a crane and transferring it to a position to be connected.
However, since it cannot be transferred to the position where it should be accurately connected, accurate alignment and final fine adjustment of the connection can be done by pushing the end of the concrete product to be connected to the connection side using a bar or the like by several workers. I was going.
[0004]
In addition, there has been no connection device that can be easily disconnected when it is desired to disengage the last connected member for some reason after connection.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional connection work requires a lot of labor, labor, and work costs, and is not efficient. In addition, when it is desired to remove a member that has been finally connected for some reason after connection, provision of a connection device that can be easily disconnected is very often requested in the field.
[0006]
Thus, the present invention was devised to address the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is possible to easily finely adjust the connection of a concrete product to be connected or to accurately align the connection for connection, and the product cost is extremely low. An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting device for various members.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a connection device that can be easily disconnected when the member once connected for some reason after connection is to be removed.
[0007]

A connection having an operating plate pivotally supported on the other end of the tool body and having a latching recess that can be engaged with the other side insertion member on the other end, and an operating rod attached to the operating plate Attach a jig between both insertion members,
Rotating the operating rod around the engaging recess engaged with the insertion member on the other side and pulling adjacent members to be connected to each other, the other side is brought into a locking groove which is in a state immediately before the connection plate is fitted. Are inserted, and adjacent members to be connected are connected .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a member connecting device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a concrete product to be connected.
A plurality of such concrete products 1 are generally connected to form a sewer, a culvert of a water supply, a U-shaped groove, or the like.
[0009]
Here, the concrete product 1 is heavy, and each of them has a weight of several tons.
Therefore, the connection work of these concrete products 1, especially the connection fine adjustment, is extremely troublesome and difficult.
First, the concrete product 1 to be connected is lifted by a crane or the like and transferred to an installation location to be connected.
[0010]
Here, the concrete product 1 is previously provided with four lifting holes 4 at upper positions on both sides in the longitudinal direction and on both sides.
Therefore, rod-like insertion members 5 are fitted into the four holes 4 and are used as hooks to be lifted by a crane or the like and moved to a predetermined installation location.
After moving to the installation site, the suspended concrete product 1 is lowered, and the concrete product to be installed while facing the connection surface 2 of the already installed concrete product 1 and the connection surface 2 of the concrete product 1 being lifted. Place 1 temporarily.
[0011]
As described above, holes 4 and 4 are formed in side surfaces 3 and 3 in the vicinity of opposing connecting surfaces 2 and 2 of adjacent concrete products 1 and 1, respectively. Insertion members 5 and 5 for hooks that are used for lifting with the like are inserted, but the insertion members 5 and 5 are also used for connecting the concrete products 1 and 1.
[0012]
First, the connecting plate 6 is temporarily installed between the insertion members 5 and 5.
As can be understood from FIG. 6, the connecting plate 6 has a substantially rectangular shape, and has a locking portion 7 and a locking groove 8 each having a concave groove shape on both ends, as can be understood from FIG. 7. There is a type having a locking portion 7 formed as a through hole on one end side and a locking groove 8 having a concave groove shape on the other end side. In addition, although both types were shown as an example in the figure, it is not limited to this at all.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting plate 6 shown in FIG. 6 is temporarily installed between the insertion members 5 and 5 by inserting the engaging portion 7 of the concave groove into the insertion member 5 on one side and the other side. On the insertion member 5, the lower surface of the connection plate in the vicinity of the other locking groove 8 is placed and temporarily installed. As a result, the engagement groove 8 on the other side of the connection plate 6 is brought into a state just before fitting into the insertion member 5 on the other side.
[0014]
For the connection plate 6 shown in FIG. 7, the insertion member 5 on one side is temporarily pulled out and inserted into the hole 4 while being inserted into the through-hole-shaped locking portion 7 of the connection plate 6. It is assumed that the lower surface of the connecting plate in the vicinity of the other locking groove 8 is also placed and temporarily installed as a state immediately before fitting.
Thereafter, the connecting jig 9 is attached between the insertion members 5 and 5 following the connecting plate 6.
[0015]
Here, the configuration of the connection jig 9 will be described. The connecting jig 9 includes a jig main body 10, an operation plate 11, and an operation rod 12.
The jig body 10 has a substantially rectangular shape, and is formed with a concave groove-like locking portion 13 for locking with the insertion member 5 located on one side at one end side in the longitudinal direction and connected to the other end side. A shaft support portion 14 that pivotally supports one end of the power actuating plate 11 is formed.
[0016]
However, the shape of the jig body 10 is not limited to a substantially rectangular shape.
As shown in the figure, the operation plate 11 has a rectangular shape close to a square, and one end in the longitudinal direction thereof is rotatably supported by the other end of the jig body 10, and one end in the longitudinal direction is supported at the other end. An engaging recess 15 is formed that is cut away toward the front.
[0017]
The shape of the operating plate 11 is not limited to this embodiment.
Next, reference numeral 12 denotes an operating rod, which is attached to one side of the operation plate 11 as shown in FIG.
The mounting state of the connection jig 9 will be described above.
[0018]
First, as shown in FIG. 5, the insertion member 5 located on one side is fitted into the locking portion 13 having a concave groove shape of the jig body 10 to be locked. Next, the other insertion member 5 is placed in the engaging recess 15 formed at the other end of the operating plate 11, and the operating rod 12 is rotated to the right as viewed from the state.
Then, the operation plate 11 rotates with the engagement portion between the engagement recess 15 and the other insertion member 5 as a rotation shaft, and as a result, the jig body 10 is pulled toward the other insertion member 5 side. As a result, the space between the connection surfaces 2 and 2 of the adjacent concrete products 1 and 1 is changed from the state of FIG. 5 to the state of FIG. 1, and when the state of FIG. The other insertion member 5 fits into the locking groove 8 of the connecting plate 6 that has been assumed to be connected, and as a result, the concrete products 1 and 1 are connected accurately and reliably.
[0019]
By the way, the flexible packing materials 16 and 16 are interposed between the connection surfaces 2 and 2 of the adjacent concrete products 1 and 1, and when this is connected, the connection is pressed and a tighter connection is obtained. .
After connecting both the concrete products 1 and 1 completely with the connecting plate 6 as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting jig 9 is removed and the connecting operation is completed.
[0020]
Here, the pair of insertion members 5 and 5 and the connection plate 6 are so-called burying members, but the connection jig 9 can be used many times as a general-purpose member.
In addition, when it is necessary to break the connection of the concrete products 1 and 1 once connected for some reason, the connection can be easily disconnected in the present invention, which is a major feature of the present invention.
[0021]
That is, the connecting jig 9 is installed from the state shown in FIG. 3 to the state shown in FIG. 1, and the operation rod 12 is slightly rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Then, the fitting relationship between the locking portion 7 and the locking groove 8 of the connection plate 6 and the pair of insertion members 5 and 5 is slightly loosened. If the connection plate 6 is lifted upward in this state, the connection plate 6 is easily detached. It will be a thing.
Thus, according to the configuration of the present invention, the adjacent concrete products 1 and 1 can be connected quickly and reliably and accurately with only a small force of rotating the operation rod 12, and This strong connection can be easily removed using the same device.
[0022]
In addition, the holes 4 used for connection are also used by using the lifting holes used for the lifting movement, and the work can be reduced also from the surface.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, the present invention has the above configuration.
With the member connecting device according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a member connecting device that can easily finely adjust the connection of a concrete product to be connected, or that can be reliably and accurately positioned, and at a very low product cost.
[0024]
Furthermore, this strong connection can be easily removed using the same device.
In addition, the holes used for the connection are also used by using the lifting holes used for the lifting movement, and the work can be reduced also from the surface.
