本発明は、液状、ムース状の整髪料や毛染め料等の毛髪化粧料を収容した容器の噴出口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる櫛部本体を備えた毛髪化粧料塗布用具に関する。

【従来の技術】
このような毛髪化粧料塗布用具は、従来より数多く案出されており、例えば、図22に示すように、ムース状の整髪料や毛染め料等の毛髪化粧料を収容した容器1の噴出口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる櫛部本体2を備えてなるものであり、該櫛部本体2の基台2aに多数の櫛歯3、3…が立設され、基台2aに直接容器1内に収容される毛髪化粧料を吐出する吐出孔4、4…を設けたものが知られている(実開昭62−109002号公報等)。
しかしながら、この毛髪化粧料塗布用具は、各吐出孔4が櫛部本体2の基台2aの外部にでており、特に、ムース状の毛髪化粧料に発泡性がある場合は、櫛部本体2外への毛髪化粧料の飛散を防止することができなかった。たとえ、ムース状の毛髪化粧料が吐出孔4の上に滞留していても発泡しながら吐出孔4より吐出する毛髪化粧料は、このムース状の泡をつき抜け櫛部本体2外へ飛散してしまい、毛髪化粧料が櫛歯3の基台2a面上に均一に供給されないという問題点があった。

このような問題点を解決した毛髪化粧料塗布用具5としては、図23に示すように、ブラシ部5aと、該ブラシ部5aと一体化した毛髪化粧料容器の内部から前記ブラシ部5aの内部を経由し、ブラシ歯5b近傍に開口した連通管5cと、該連通管5cの噴出口5dから噴出する毛髪化粧料が衝突することにより減勢する流動抵抗板5eとを備えたものであり、吐出した液は単一の噴出口5dより液を吐出し流動抵抗板5eにより吐出の勢いを減勢してブラシ歯5bの基部に液を供給するものが知られている(実開平5−93252号公報)。

また、図24に示すように、泡状化粧料を収容し、該泡状化粧料を噴出させる噴出口6a及び該噴出口6aから該泡状化粧料を噴出させる噴出操作部6bを有する化粧料容器6cに、複数本の中空櫛歯6dを有し且つその基台6e内に化粧料充填室6fを設けた櫛本体6gを、取り付け部材6hを介して取り付けた泡状化粧料塗布用具6において、上記化粧料充填室6fの内部断面積に対し、30〜70%の断面積を有する泡放出管6iを、その基端6jを上記噴出口6aに連通させ且つその先端6kを上記化粧料充填室6f内に該化粧料充填室の長さに対して35〜65%の位置に存させて配設すると共に、上記中空櫛歯6dに、該中空櫛歯の長さに対しその先端から0〜40%の位置に開口部6mを設け、泡状化粧料を中空櫛歯6d全体に噴出してなるものも知られている(特開平5−15407号公報)。

しかしながら、上記実開平5−93252号公報に開示の毛髪化粧料塗布用具5では、毛髪化粧料がブラシ歯5bの根本に均一に供給されないという問題があった。すなわち、吐出された毛髪化粧料は流動抵抗板5eにあたり、ブラシ歯5bから外への直接の飛び出しは防げるが、容器の保持する方向によりブラシ歯5bの根本に均一に供給されない場合がある。また、吐出された毛髪化粧料がブラシ歯5bの根本の空間部に多量に滞留するため、ムース状になっている場合はまだしも時間の経過と共に液化しブラシ歯5bより垂れることがあり、特に、毛染め料の場合、肌に付着してしまう等の課題がある。また、ムース状でない毛髪化粧料でも上記と同様の問題がありその使用が難しい点に課題がある。

また、上記特開平5−15407号公報に開示の泡状化粧料塗布用具6では、櫛歯6dは、中空に形成されたものであり、しかも、中空櫛歯の長さに対しその先端から0〜40%の位置に開口部6mを設ける構造であるので、先端から近い位置に形成した開口部では未だ吐出された泡状毛髪化粧料が、直接櫛歯6dから外へ飛散し、周囲を汚すなどの課題があり、また、中空櫛歯及びその開口部の成形は金型が複雑化し、さらに、使用後の洗浄も櫛歯が中空構造であるため、中空内に残存する泡状毛髪化粧料の洗浄作業も煩雑となり、しかも、泡状化粧料塗布用具6では部品点数が多く、製造コストが高くなる点に課題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の課題を解決することにあり、毛髪化粧料の飛散を確実に防止して毛髪化粧料を櫛部本体の基台に均一に分散することができると共に、使用性に優れ、しかも、低コストで製造することができる毛髪化粧料塗布用具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、上記従来の課題を解決するために鋭意研究を重ねた結果、櫛部本体に特定の構造を備えることにより上記目的の毛髪化粧料塗布用具を得ることに成功し、本発明を完成するに至ったのである。
すなわち、本発明の毛髪化粧料塗布用具は、毛髪化粧料を収容した容器の噴出口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる櫛部本体を備え、該櫛部本体の基台に複数本の櫛歯を立設し、前記櫛部本体内には前記噴出口部に連通する毛髪化粧料導入路を設けると共に、該毛髪化粧料導入路から前記基台面に連通する複数の毛髪化粧料吐出孔を設けた毛髪化粧料塗布用具において、前記各毛髪化粧料吐出孔の中心部に対向する位置に各吐出孔からの毛髪化粧料の飛散を防止する飛散防止体を設けたことを特徴とする。
前記各毛髪化粧料吐出孔は基台の中央部長手方向に設けると共に、前記各櫛歯は基台の幅方向両端縁の長手方向に設け、該毛髪化粧料吐出孔と両端縁の櫛歯との間に多数の毛からなる植毛部を長手方向に配設することが好ましい。
前記各櫛歯は板状体から構成され、かつ、前記各毛髪化粧料吐出孔は該板状体から構成される各櫛歯間に設けることが好ましい。
前記各毛髪化粧料吐出孔の上部と飛散防止体との間に吐出流路を設けると共に、該各吐出流路の吐出口を飛散防止体の両側に設け、かつ、該各吐出口の口径を毛髪化粧料吐出孔よりも大きく形成することが好ましい。
前記各吐出流路の断面積が毛髪化粧料吐出孔から吐出口まで次第に大きくなるように形成することが好ましい。
また、本発明の毛髪化粧料塗布用具は、毛髪化粧料を収容した容器の噴出口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる櫛部本体を備え、該櫛部本体の基台に複数本の櫛歯を立設し、前記櫛部本体内には前記噴出口部に連通する毛髪化粧料導入路を設けると共に、該毛髪化粧料導入路から前記基台面に連通する複数の毛髪化粧料吐出孔を設けた毛髪化粧料塗布用具において、前記各櫛歯は板状体から構成され、その中央部に毛髪化粧料の飛散を防止する切り欠き部を設け、かつ、前記各毛髪化粧料吐出孔は該各切り欠き部の下方に位置するように設けたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
本発明の毛髪化粧料塗布用具は、吐出する毛髪化粧料が吐出孔の中心部に対向する位置に各吐出孔からの飛散防止体又は板状体から構成される切り欠き部によりその飛散が防止されるので、毛髪化粧料が櫛部本体外に飛散することがなく、毛髪化粧料は櫛部本体の基台面に均一に分散されることとなる。

【実施例】
次に、本発明の毛髪化粧料塗布用具の実施例を図1〜図21に基づいて説明する。
図1〜図3は、本発明の第1実施例を示すものである。本実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Aは、ムース状の毛髪化粧料を収容した容器10の噴出口部11に着脱自在に取り付けられる櫛部本体20を備えている。

櫛部本体20の基台21には、図2に示すように、長手方向両端縁に側壁部22、22が一体に設けられ、幅方向両端の側壁部22、22間に複数本の櫛歯23、23…が長手方向に直列状に立設されている。櫛部本体20内には、前記噴出口部11に連通する毛髪化粧料導入路24が設けられると共に、該毛髪化粧料導入路24から前記基台21面に連通する複数の毛髪化粧料吐出孔25、25…が設けられている。また、櫛部本体20の外周下部には、操作部26が設けられている。

前記各毛髪化粧料吐出孔25、25…は、櫛部本体20の基台21中央部に設けられ、その毛髪化粧料吐出孔の中心部に対向する位置に各吐出孔からの飛散を防止する棒状の飛散防止体27が側壁部22、22間に取り付けられている。
この飛散防止体27の取り付け位置は、吐出孔25、25…真上であれば基台21面上でどの位置にあっても毛髪化粧料の飛散は防げるが、飛散防止体27があまり吐出孔25、25…に近すぎると、残存する毛髪化粧料が乾燥により吐出孔25、25…を塞ぐおそれもあるので、基台21面より適度に離した位置、少なくとも、0.5mm以上離隔して設けた方が望ましい。また、飛散防止体27の幅寸法は、吐出孔25、25…の幅(直径)寸法より大きく設定されており、該吐出孔25、25…から吐出する毛髪化粧料を必ず飛散防止体27に当たりその飛散が防止される構造となっている。
本実施例では、断面丸形状の棒状の飛散防止体27の例を示しているが、この形状は毛髪化粧料の液特性により適宜種々の形状に形成することができる。

このように構成される本実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Aは、その使用に際しては、上記操作部26を下側へ押圧すると、容器10内に備えたバルブ機構(図示せず)により、噴出口部11より毛髪化粧料が噴出され、該毛髪化粧料は櫛本体20内の導入路24に送り込まれる。導入路24と外部との連絡は吐出孔25、25…のみのため、毛髪化粧料は吐出孔25、25…より基台21面へ吐出される。
吐出された毛髪化粧料は、吐出孔25、25…上に設けられている飛散防止体27にあたり勢いを失い、この飛散防止体27の周囲でムース状に発泡膨張して、櫛歯23の周囲にムース状の塊をつくる。
なお、操作部25を離すことにより、バルブ機構は、閉塞する構造となっており、また、該操作部25の押圧操作を調節することにより毛髪化粧料の吐出量をコントロールすることができる。

上記櫛歯23の周囲にムース状の塊がある状態で毛髪に対して櫛歯23でとかすように塗布することで、このムース状の毛髪化粧料をきわめて容易に毛髪全体に均一に塗布することができ、従って、ムース状の毛髪化粧料が、時間がたち液状になった場合でも基台21面に多量の毛髪化粧料が残存することがなく液ダレも防止されることとなる。
本実施例では、飛散防止体27により吐出の勢いを調節することができ、また、大気中に出て液体中の気化しやすい成分の急激な気化による膨張の勢いによる空中への飛散を防止することができるので、櫛部本体20外への飛散による周囲の汚れを防ぎ、基台21面に均一に毛髪化粧料を分散させ、その使用性を向上させることができる。

本実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Bは、前記第1実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Aに更に、櫛部本体20の毛髪化粧料吐出孔25、25…の周囲、すなわち、両端の直列状の櫛歯23と直列状の吐出孔25との間に多数の毛からなる植毛部28、28…を設けた点でのみ前記第1実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Aと異なるものであり、同様に使用されるものである。

本実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Bでは、吐出孔25、25…から出た毛髪化粧料が、飛散防止体27に触れ飛散防止体27を被覆するように、かつ、吐出孔25、25…と直角方向にも拡がり、また、吐出する毛髪化粧料が液体のときは各植毛部28、28…に液がふくまれ、液の櫛歯23、23方向への液ダレを防止しかつ毛髪への塗布を容易にすることとなる。また、液がムース状の場合、発泡、膨張した毛髪化粧料が、植毛部28、28…に触れ、植毛部28内に留まり膨張するため櫛歯23やその他へ毛髪化粧料が出ることがない。
この植毛部28を設けることにより、ムース状の毛髪化粧料を多く吐出させたとしても、ムース状の毛髪化粧料は、この植毛部28にとらえられて櫛歯23側に流出し難いものとなる。このため、吐出のためのバルブ機構開閉のタイミング(開時間)を厳密に行なう必要がなくなり、また、ムース状の毛髪化粧料が時間と共に気体が抜け、液状状態になったときでも、この植毛部28に毛髪化粧料が保持され液ダレで手や周囲を汚すことがなくなる利点を有する。
なお、この植毛部28を設けた場合でも、各植毛部28、28…を適度の間隔と毛量で行なうことで毛髪に塗布したとき毛髪のとおりも良く塗布性も向上させることとなる。

また、本実施例の毛髪化粧料塗布用具Bは、容器10の毛髪化粧料がムース状である場合に特に有効であり、また、吐出力が強く、吐出孔25、25…より毛髪化粧料が飛散する可能性の有るものに対しても効果がある。
また、櫛歯23の長さと植毛部28の高さ方向の長さの関係では、特に、毛髪化粧料が毛染め料の場合、肌への毛髪化粧料の接触を防ぐため、櫛歯23の先端より植毛部28の毛の先端が低くなるように設定することが望ましい。
さらに、櫛歯23の形状については、全周にわたり細い櫛歯を設けることも可能である。

前記吐出流路28、28は、飛散防止体27の内壁傾斜面27a、27aと基台21内に形成した傾斜面21a、21aにより構成されるものである。

本発明の毛髪化粧料塗布用具は、毛髪化粧料を収容した容器の噴出口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる櫛部本体を備え、該櫛部本体の基台に複数本の櫛歯を立設し、前記櫛部本体内には前記噴出口部に連通する毛髪化粧料導入路を設けると共に、該毛髪化粧料導入路から前記基台面に連通する複数の毛髪化粧料吐出孔を設け、該各毛髪化粧料吐出孔の上部に毛髪化粧料の飛散を防止する飛散防止体等を設けたものであれば、その他の構造は特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、櫛部を構成する櫛歯の形状、本数は特に限定されず、また、導入路24の断面積を噴出口部11から離れる程、縮径するようにしたものでもよく、更に、導入路24を大きく形成してその中に噴出口部11に接続される放出管を導入路24の中央部付近に配置してもよく、更にまた、容器の噴出口部11と櫛体20とを支持部材を介して取り付けたものであってもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、各毛髪化粧料吐出孔の中心部に対向する位置に各吐出孔からの毛髪化粧料の飛散を防止する飛散防止体が設けられているので、各毛髪化粧料吐出孔から吐出された毛髪化粧料は飛散防止体に当たることとなるので、櫛部本体外への飛散が防止され、しかも、毛髪化粧料が櫛部本体の基台上に均一に分散する使用性に優れた毛髪化粧料塗布用具が提供される。
また、各毛髪化粧料吐出孔を基台の中央部長手方向に設けると共に、各櫛歯を基台の幅方向両端縁の長手方向に設け、該毛髪化粧料吐出孔と両端縁の櫛歯との間に多数の毛からなる植毛部を長手方向に配設した毛髪化粧料塗布用具では、毛髪化粧料を多く吐出させたとしても、毛髪化粧料は、この植毛部にとらえられて櫛歯側に流出し難いものとなり、毛髪化粧料が保持され液ダレで手や周囲を汚すことがなくなる利点を有する。
さらに、各櫛歯を板状体から構成し、かつ、各毛髪化粧料吐出孔を板状体から構成される各櫛歯間に設けた毛髪化粧料塗布用具では、その成形を容易にすることができる利点を有する。
更にまた、各毛髪化粧料吐出孔の上部と飛散防止体との間にそれぞれ吐出流路を設けると共に、該各吐出流路の吐出口を飛散防止体の両側に設け、かつ、該各吐出口の口径を毛髪化粧料吐出孔よりも大きく形成した毛髪化粧料塗布用具では、その毛髪化粧料の吐出力を抑制することができ、基台面に毛髪化粧料を更に均一に分散させることができる利点を有する。また、上記各吐出流路の断面積を毛髪化粧料吐出孔から吐出口まで次第に大きくなるように形成すれば、更にその毛髪化粧料の吐出力を抑制することができる利点を有する。
さらに、各櫛歯を板状体から構成し、その中央部に毛髪化粧料の飛散を防止する切り欠き部を設け、かつ、各毛髪化粧料吐出孔を該各切り欠き部の下方に位置するように設けた毛髪化粧料塗布用具では、複雑な金型を必要とせず、部品点数を更に削減することができ、その製造コストを低減できる利点を有する。
