エスカレータの踏段1は、図2に示すように、無端状の踏段チェーン2及び前輪3が取付けられた前輪軸4に固定具5を介して取外し自在(開閉レバー機構10により)に設けられるのが一般的である。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
この固定具5は、通常図3に示すものが使用され、予め前輪軸4に位置決めの上、固定される性質のもので、これが劣化して交換しなければならない場合には、踏段チェーン2や前輪3などを先ず取外さなければならないため、極めて大掛かりな作業になってしまっていた。又、この固定具5の位置決めにも工夫が必要であった。

本発明は、上記の点に鑑みなされたもので、位置決めや交換作業などが簡単に行えるマンコンベアの踏段を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、マンコンベアの前輪軸の所定位置に固定具を介して踏段が取付けられるものにおいて、該前輪軸の所定位置には溝を有し、固定具は開口部を備え該前輪軸に対向する内面には突起を有し、該突起が該溝に嵌合するものである。

以下、本発明の一実施例について、図面を用いて説明する。

図中、50aは固定具50に設けられた開口部で、例えば円筒形状の固定具50の口が開くように構成されており、この開口部50aと反対側の外周には口が開きやすいように溝50bが施されている。

そして、この固定具50の内面には、例えば突起50cが設けられており、一方前輪軸40には溝40aが設けられ、この固定具50の突起50cが前輪軸40の溝40aに嵌合するように固定具50が前輪軸40に取付けられ正確に位置決めされる。
