Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an interdental brush with a cap, and more particularly to an interdental brush with a cap excellent in air permeability and easy attachment / detachment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an electric or manual interdental brush has been used as a cleaning tool for efficiently removing food residue and dental plaque between teeth. In particular, manual interdental brushes are composed of a brush body formed by spirally twisting a stainless steel wire sandwiching a bundle of filaments, and a handle body that holds the brush body at one end. In order to facilitate interdental cleaning inside the oral cavity, L-shaped interdental brushes in which the brush body projects in a direction substantially perpendicular to the handle body are becoming mainstream.
[0003]
Usually, the interdental brush is detachably mounted with a substantially cylindrical cap 120 that covers the brush body 112, as shown in FIG. It is preventing. These conventional caps 120 have a vent hole 123 at one end and an opening 121 through which the brush body 112 is inserted in the axial direction at the other end, and a brush body base end portion 114 is embedded. The opening peripheral portion 122 of the cap 120 is fitted and held on the peripheral wall of the surrounding embedding portion 113 and is attached to the handle body 111.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when such a cap 120 is attached to the brush body 112 having a large outer diameter, the size of the embedding portion 113 that directly supports the opening peripheral edge portion 122 is inevitably increased. When using the large interdental brush 110 of the embedding part 113 to clean a narrow part in the oral cavity, the embedding part 113 located at the tip of the handle body 111 collides with the inner wall of the oral cavity, resulting in an operating range. There was a problem that it was limited and very difficult to use.
[0005]
On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-224745, as shown in FIG. 6, a U-shaped member 124 is provided on one side of the opening end, and a neck 125 that is continuous with the embedded portion 113 at the tip of the handle body 111 is provided. A cap 120 configured to be fitted to the handle body 111 by fitting the U-shaped member 124 is disclosed. If such a cap 120 is used, the shape of the embedded portion 113 can be freely set regardless of the shape of the cap opening portion 121, and the embedded portion 113 can be reduced in size and size. However, like the conventional cap 120 described above, it is not easy to form a protrusion or the like that restricts relative movement between the cap 120 and the handle body 111 on the inner wall of the cylindrical cap 120. In order to restrict the relative movement in the 111 axial direction, it is necessary to provide a new locking means for the cap 120 at the neck 125 of the handle body 111.
[0006]
Further, the interdental brush cap 120 described above is one in which the brush body 112 is inserted from the opening 121 along the axial direction, and the brush body 112 is not brought into contact with the inner wall of the cap 120. In addition, in the L-shaped interdental brush 110, the attaching / detaching direction of the cap 120 and the axial direction of the gripping portion 115 are substantially perpendicular to each other. The brush body 112 collides with the cap opening 121 or the like and is bent greatly from the base end portion 114.
Furthermore, providing a ventilation opening other than the opening 121 naturally has a limit on the opening area in terms of strength because the side surface of the cap 120 has a function as a gripping part, and the brush body after use. The drying property of 112 was very bad.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide an interdental brush with a cap which is excellent in dryness and does not cause damage to the brush body when the cap is detached from the brush body.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent study to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor can shorten the moving distance of the brush body within the cap at the time of detachment by adopting a structure in which the cap is crowned from the side of the brush body. Therefore, it has been found that the brush body can be easily detached without inadvertently contacting the inner wall of the cap, and the present invention has been completed.
[0009]
That is, the present invention provides an interdental structure in which the brush body protrudes in a direction crossing the axis of the gripping part through an embedding part that embeds and surrounds the base end part of the brush body at the distal end of the handle body having the gripping part. A brush, an embedded portion located at the tip of the handle body, and a cap for accommodating the brush body, wherein the embedded portion and the brush are disposed on a side extending from the accommodated embedded portion to a proximal end of the handle body. body has an opening which can pass through a non-contact, against the embedded portion and the brush body, through the opening from the side of the brush body, substantially in the axial direction of the handle body while leaving a margin space An object of the present invention is to provide an interdental brush with a cap comprising a cap that is detachably fitted along the cap.
[0010]
Here, the grip portion is a portion to which a finger is attached, and is generally provided in the vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction of the handle body or in a predetermined range from the base end to the center, and is provided with a non-slip by a protrusion or the like. . The cross relationship between the axis of the gripping portion and the protruding direction of the brush body directly affects the operability of the interdental brush in the oral cavity. In the case of an L-type interdental brush, the crossing angle is approximately 70. It is set in the range of ~ 130 degrees. On the other hand, the front end of the handle body supporting the brush body base end substantially vertically is provided with an embedding portion extending a predetermined length along the brush body to prevent the brush body from falling off. The embedded portion holds the brush body in close contact by holding the wire at the base end of the brush body for a sufficient length.
[0011]
In the interdental brush with a cap as described above, the distance that the brush body moves in the cap when the cap is detached is about 1 to 2 times the outer diameter of the brush body, compared to the conventional case of inserting in the axial direction. The moving distance is remarkably shortened. Therefore, the brush body does not collide with the inner wall of the cap and breaks along with the insertion / removal operation, and can be easily detached.
Furthermore, since the cap depth is shallow, it becomes easy to form protrusions and the like inside, and the cap opening can be made completely independent from the fitting structure. It is possible to set a free opening shape having a sufficient margin space between the brush body and the brush body. The interdental brush to which such a cap having a large opening is attached is easy to attach and detach and has excellent air permeability. Even if the cap is attached when the brush body is wet after use, the brush body Can be dried in a short time to maintain good hygiene, and the same size cap can be applied to multiple types of interdental brushes with different brush body outer diameters, such as SS size and M size. Cost will be greatly reduced.
Further, the cap has an opening through which the embedded portion and the brush body pass in a non-contact manner at least on the side extending from the embedded portion to the proximal end of the handle body. Since it substantially coincides with the axial direction, it can be easily detached by simply inserting and removing the cap and the grip portion along the axial direction. Further, since the opening has a shape that is not in contact with the embedding part and the brush body, the brush body can be prevented from being bent when the cap is detached, and the filament constituting the brush body is contaminated with the dirt of the opening. It is also possible to prevent the occurrence of adhesion.
[0012]
Here, it is preferable that the caps inner wall and a posture holding means for holding the embedded portion and the brush body in a fixed position. In such a interdental brush cap, since the calibration Tsu embedding unit by a provided posture holding means flops inner wall and the brush body is held in a fixed position, the cap holding state is stabilized, the cap inner wall It is possible to prevent the brush body from coming into contact with the filament and causing the dirt to adhere to the filament and the hair from being attached.
[0013]
In addition, the embedded portion at the tip of the handle body is formed to bulge at the tip of the handle body, and a contact surface formed on the inner wall of the cap so as to come into pressure contact with the surface of the embedded portion is provided on the posture holding means. It is preferable to constitute a part, and in particular, the embedded portion has a base portion having a peripheral surface parallel to the axis of the brush body, and a diameter reduction gradually decreasing from the base portion toward the brush body. A posture holding means provided on the inner wall of the cap for receiving the embedded portion, and an inner peripheral surface in pressure contact with the base portion peripheral surface and the reduced diameter portion peripheral surface of the embedded portion; It is a preferred embodiment that it comprises a regulation rib erected on the inner wall of the cap corresponding to the midway position of the reduced diameter portion of the embedded portion.
[0014]
In such an interdental brush with a cap, the cap inner wall is provided with a main fitting structure with the embedded portion, so that the opening of the cap is large enough to allow the embedded portion and the brush body to be inserted. If desired, the embedded portion can be set to a free shape, while the embedded portion can be small and small in size by corresponding to the fitting structure of the cap inner wall.
Then, the cap inner peripheral surface that is in pressure contact with the base peripheral surface and the reduced diameter peripheral surface regulates swinging of the brush body in the direction perpendicular to the axis along with the falling of the cap. In particular, the portion in pressure contact with the peripheral surface of the reduced diameter portion also restricts the movement of the brush body in the tip direction within the cap.
In addition, the restriction ribs erected on the inner wall of the cap corresponding to the midway position of the reduced diameter portion surely regulates the oscillation of the brush body in the direction perpendicular to the axis, particularly in the direction toward the cap bottom. Further, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of bristle and adhesion of dirt due to the contact of the brush body with the inner wall of the cap. In addition, since the strength of the cap is increased by the restriction rib, a new opening can be provided in the cap without any trouble.
Furthermore, since the brush body side end of the embedded part forms a reduced diameter part, the embedded part is less likely to come into contact with the teeth or gums, and the tooth is formed using substantially the entire length of the brush body. It becomes possible to clean between.
[0015]
According to the interdental brush with a cap described above, brush bodies of various sizes can be protruded from a small-diameter and small-sized embedded portion, and the outer diameter contour of the brush body is outside the outer diameter contour of the embedded portion. An interdental brush with a cap overhanging on the surface is obtained. When interdental cleaning is performed using such an interdental brush, it is possible to cleanly clean a narrow part in the oral cavity without causing the embedded portion to collide with the oral cavity.
[0016]
Moreover, it is preferable to set the cap depth of the part in which the embedding part is accommodated deeper than the cap depth of the part in which the brush body is accommodated. In such an interdental brush with a cap, when the cap is mounted, an embedded portion that can be brought into contact with the cap opening is accommodated in the cap first, and then the brush body is accommodated. Therefore, the housing position of the embedded portion serves as a reference for alignment when the brush body is housed, and the brush body can be easily housed in the cap without being brought into contact with the cap opening or the like. Further, the side surface of the cap where the embedding portion is located serves as a gripping portion when the interdental brush and the cap are attached and detached coaxially, and the cap is easy to grip by setting the cap depth at this position deep.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the details of the present invention will be described based on the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0018]
FIG. 1 shows a typical embodiment of an interdental brush with a cap according to the present invention, in which 2 denotes an interdental brush and 3 denotes a cap.
[0019]
The interdental brush with a cap according to the present invention is an interdental brush that can be easily detached without breaking the brush body and is detachably equipped with a cap excellent in the drying property of the brush body. The interdental brush 1 includes an L-shaped interdental brush 2 in which a brush body 5 protrudes from an end of a handle body 4 having a gripping portion 41 via an embedded portion 42, the embedded portion 42 and the brush. The body 5 is composed of a cap 3 that is detachably fitted along the axial direction of the handle body 4 while leaving a marginal space from the side.
[0020]
The grip portion 41 is formed with a plurality of ridges 43 extending in the longitudinal direction provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the handle body 4 at a position extending substantially from the base end of the handle body 4 to the center. Yes. In addition, flat surfaces 44 and 44 that are elongated in the axial direction and have a width of about 3 to 5 mm in the circumferential direction are formed on the front and rear surfaces in the brush body protruding direction on the peripheral surface of the gripping portion. The plurality of protrusions 43, ... function as anti-slip when rotating the gripping part in the hand during interdental cleaning, and the flat surfaces 44, 44 are used by the thumb and index finger when cleaning back teeth, etc. It becomes a gripping part when gripping the handle body, and in this case, the back side of the thumb or index finger always faces the projecting direction of the brush body, so it is necessary to accurately grasp the projecting direction of the brush body without checking with a mirror. The brush body can be accurately and easily inserted between the teeth. It is preferable that anti-slip means such as a protrusion is appropriately provided on the bottom surfaces of the flat surfaces 44 and 44 to prevent the thumb and index finger from moving due to slippage.
[0021]
The brush body 5 is formed by folding a metal wire made of stainless steel having a diameter of about 0.15 to 0.4 mm in half, sandwiching a bundle of filaments, and twisting it in a spiral manner, so that the length of the brush body 5 is 8-16 mm in the longitudinal direction. The filament body is formed by spirally planting the filament body, and the outer contour of the brush body has a substantially cylindrical shape extending in the same diameter within a range of approximately 1 mm to 8 mm in outer diameter, and partly or entirely Various shapes are set such as a substantially truncated cone shape that is reduced in diameter toward the tip and a drum shape having a constricted portion that is reduced in diameter in the middle toward the tip.
The brush body 5 protrudes from the tip of the handle body 4 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of the handle body. As a result, the brush body 5 is 70 to 130 degrees with respect to the axis 41a of the gripper 41, preferably 90. It protrudes in the crossing direction at a crossing angle of ˜130 degrees. The angle of the brush body 5 with respect to the gripping portion is set to be in the above range. When the crossing angle is smaller than 70 degrees or larger than 130 degrees, the brush body 5 is inserted substantially vertically between the teeth in the back of the oral cavity. This is because it is difficult. On the other hand, if the crossing angle is 90 degrees or more, interdental cleaning of the back of the oral cavity becomes easy. Such a crossing angle is easily achieved by bending a portion from the grip 41 to the tip of the handle body 4.
[0022]
The embedding portion 42 that embeds and surrounds the brush body base end portion 51 has a substantially cylindrical base portion 45 having a peripheral surface parallel to the axis of the brush body 5 and the base portion 45 toward the brush body 5. The brush body base end portion 51 is sufficiently formed by being formed by extending a predetermined length along the brush body 5 at the distal end of the handle body 4. The brush body base end portion 51 made of a stainless steel metal wire is held in close contact with a sufficient pull-out strength.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the cap 3 is attached to the interdental brush 2, and the embedding portion 42 and the cap 3 are arranged on the side extending from the embedding portion 42 to the base end of the handle body 4. An opening 31 through which the brush body 5 can pass in a non-contact manner is formed, and a posture holding means 32 for holding the embedded portion 42 and the brush body 5 in a fixed posture is formed on the inner wall of the cap. The posture holding means 32 corresponds to the inner peripheral surface 33 that is in close contact with the peripheral surface of the base portion 45 and the reduced diameter portion 46 of the embedded portion 42 and the intermediate position of the reduced diameter portion 46. A regulating rib 34 standing upright is formed on the inner wall of the cap.
[0024]
The portion of the inner peripheral surface 33 that comes into surface contact with the base portion 45 has a shape that grips at least half the circumference of the base portion 45 peripheral surface as shown in FIG. The locking portion 35 is pushed and spread when the cap is attached, and then passes through the base portion 45. Then, the base portion 45 is pressed and adhered to the inner peripheral surface 33 as it is. The user can confirm the completion of the cap attachment by the click feeling when the base portion 45 passes through the locking portion 35.
Further, the inner peripheral surface 33 prevents the cap from falling off as described above and restricts the swinging of the brush body in the direction perpendicular to the axis. In particular, the portion in surface contact with the peripheral surface of the reduced diameter portion is a brush. Restricts movement of the body toward the tip.
The regulating rib 34 regulates the swinging of the brush body 5 in the direction perpendicular to the axis, particularly the rocking to the cap bottom 36, and the cap rear end wall 37 swings the brush body 5 in the direction perpendicular to the axis. The movement is prohibited and the exposure of the brush body from the cap opening is restricted. Although this embodiment shows a case where only one regulating rib 34 is erected, the present invention is not limited to this, and two or more erected ribs may be erected, in which case the cap strength is further improved. be able to. Further, the shape of the regulating rib 34 is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a concave groove 38 that engages with the reduced diameter portion is provided on the end surface thereof, and the brush body 5 swings toward the cap bottom portion 36. In addition, those that can also regulate the swinging to the side walls 39, 39 are preferable.
[0025]
As described above, the embedded portion 42 and the brush body 5 are held in a fixed posture by the cap inner wall posture holding means 32, so that the cap holding state is stabilized and the brush member 5 comes into contact with the inner wall of the cap, and so on. It is possible to prevent dirt from being attached to the hair and from being attached to the hair.
Further, since the cap 3 is fitted from the side of the brush body 5, the size of the embedded portion 42 can be arbitrarily designed regardless of the size of the brush body 5. Therefore, it can be set as the small-diameter and small embedding part which attached importance primarily to the operativity in an intraoral area.
Then, by setting a large gap between the brush body and the side wall and adjusting the height from the bottom of the cap of the posture holding means 32 and the size of the peripheral wall of the cap, the small-diameter and small-sized embedded body has a large-diameter brush body. Caps can be attached without problems to interdental brushes that are embedded and held, and caps with the same dimensions can be applied to interdental brushes of multiple sizes such as SS size and M size, Cost is greatly reduced.
[0026]
Further, the depth of the cap 3 adjacent to the opening 31, that is, the height of the cap side walls 39, 39 is set so that the portion 39 a in which the embedded portion 42 is accommodated is high and the portion 39 b in which the brush body 5 is accommodated is low. Has been. The portion 39a in which the embedding portion 42 is accommodated is a portion that functions as a grip portion when the cap 3 is gripped by hand, and it is preferable to provide a non-slip protrusion or slit on the outer surface. The portion 39b in which the brush body 5 is accommodated is a portion that protects the brush body 5, and preferably has a distance from the hair tip of the filament 52 to the opening 31 at the time of mounting at least 1 to 2 mm. The height is particularly preferably about 1.1 to 1.5 times the maximum outer diameter of the brush body excluding the thickness of the bottom of the cap.
[0027]
It is preferable to use synthetic resins having different hardnesses as the material of the embedding part and the cap that are in a fitting relationship with each other, and in particular, polyethylene resin is used as the material of the embedding part and polypropylene resin is used as the material of the cap. Thus, it is preferable to mold the embedded portion softer than the cap. The difference in hardness is to enable elastic insertion with a click feeling, and the cap is made harder because the shape retention strength can be maintained even if there is an opening and the cap is held by the fingertip. This is to prevent the cap from being deformed even with respect to the insertion / removal operation.
[0028]
The interdental brush with a cap according to the present invention is provided with a cap that can be freely fitted and removed along the axial direction of the handle body leaving a marginal space from the side of the brush body as described above. The shape is not particularly limited. For example, the embedded base portion is a triangular prism, a quadrangular prism, or other polygonal column shape, or a spherical shape, and the reduced diameter portion is a shape such as a pyramid corresponding to the base portion. The thing which does not provide a reduced diameter part in an embedding part may be sufficient. In this case, it is a preferable embodiment that the posture holding means of the inner wall of the cap has a shape in surface contact with the embedding portion and includes a locking portion for preventing falling off.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
According to the interdental brush with a cap of the present invention, since the distance that the brush body moves in the cap when the cap is detached is short, the brush body does not collide with the inner wall of the cap and breaks during the insertion / removal operation. It can be easily detached.
Further, since the cap depth is shallow, it becomes easy to form protrusions and the like inside, and the cap opening can be made completely independent from the fitting structure, and the embedding portion and the brush body can be laterally moved. When inserting, it can set to the free opening shape which has sufficient margin space between this brush body. With such a large opening, it is easy to attach and detach, and has excellent air permeability. Even when the cap is attached after use, the brush body can be dried in a short time. Good hygiene can be maintained, and caps with the same dimensions can be applied to multiple types of interdental brushes with different outer diameters such as SS size and M size, greatly reducing costs. it can.
In addition, since the cap has an opening through which the embedding portion and the brush body pass in a non-contact manner at least on the side extending from the embedding portion to the base end of the handle body, the detaching direction of the cap is the axis of the gripping portion The direction substantially coincides with the direction, and the cap and the grip portion can be easily detached by simply inserting and removing them along the axial direction. Further, since the opening has a shape that is not in contact with the embedding portion and the brush body, the brush body can be prevented from being bent when the cap is detached, and the filament constituting the brush body can be prevented from being bent. It is also possible to prevent contamination from occurring.
[0030]
Here, if the caps an inner wall and a posture holding means for holding the embedded portion and the brush body in a fixed orientation, embedding unit by the attitude holding means provided in caps the inner wall and the brush body Since the cap is held in a fixed posture, the cap holding state is stable, and it is possible to prevent the brush body from coming into contact with the inner wall of the cap and causing dirt to adhere to the filament or to get loose.
[0031]
Further, in particular, the embedded portion comprises a base portion having a peripheral surface parallel to the axis of the brush body and a reduced diameter portion gradually reducing in diameter from the base portion toward the brush body, and the embedded portion A posture holding means provided on the inner wall of the cap for receiving the inner peripheral surface in pressure contact with the base portion peripheral surface and the reduced diameter portion peripheral surface of the embedded portion, and the intermediate portion of the reduced diameter portion of the embedded portion In contrast to the regulation ribs erected on the inner wall of the cap, the opening of the cap can be set to a free shape as long as the embedding portion and the brush body can be inserted, while the embedding portion Employs a small-diameter and small-sized one, and can cleanly clean even a narrow part in the oral cavity without causing the embedded part to collide with the oral cavity.
The posture holding means restricts the falling of the cap and the swinging of the brush body in the direction perpendicular to the axis and the movement in the tip direction along the axial direction to the cap inner wall of the brush body. This prevents the breakage, the occurrence of fluffing and the adhesion of dirt due to the contact of the ink. Further, the strength of the cap is increased by the restriction rib, and a new opening can be provided in the cap without any trouble.
Furthermore, since the brush body side end part of the embedding part forms a reduced diameter part, the interdental cleaning can be performed using substantially the entire length of the brush body.
[0032]
In addition, if the cap depth of the portion in which the embedded portion is accommodated is set deeper than the cap depth of the portion in which the brush body is accommodated, the accommodating position of the embedded portion becomes a reference for alignment when accommodating the brush body, The brush body can be easily accommodated without being brought into contact with the cap opening or the like. Further, the side surface of the cap where the embedding portion is located serves as a gripping portion when the interdental brush and the cap are attached and detached coaxially, and the cap is easy to grip.
