【0001】
【0012】
ここで、スパイラル筋1は、その降伏点強度が80kgf/mm2以上であり、好ましくは、1300MPa(≒132.56kgf/mm2)以上であり、より好ましくは、1325MPa(≒135.11kgf/mm2)以上かつ1368MPa(≒139.49kgf/mm2)以下である。
【0015】
ここで、スパイラル筋1は、図1(A)の場所打ち鉄筋コンクリート杭10と同様に、その降伏点強度が80kgf/mm2以上であり、好ましくは、1300MPa(≒132.56kgf/mm2)以上であり、より好ましくは、1325MPa(≒135.11kgf/mm2)以上かつ1368MPa(≒139.49kgf/mm2)以下である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile that is constructed by placing concrete on a reinforcing bar placed at a construction site.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, cast-in-place reinforced concrete and precast concrete have been used to construct civil structures such as bridges.
Although precast concrete can be manufactured in large quantities at the factory, it has the advantage of being of constant quality, but it must be transported to the construction site by means of transportation such as trucks. Limited.
[0003]
Cast-in-place concrete is used to build large piles because there are no transport restrictions.
This cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile is manufactured by welding spiral bars around a plurality of longitudinal main bars arranged on a virtual circle to produce a reinforcing bar, and standing this reinforcing bar in a pre-formed hole in the installation site. In addition, a mold frame is disposed around the reinforcing bar rod and concrete is placed inside the mold frame.
[0004]
In civil engineering buildings constructed using cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles, brittle fractures at pile heads and intermediate piles due to earthquakes, etc., as well as civil engineering buildings constructed using precast concrete piles. Because there is a fear, sufficient proof strength to withstand a big earthquake must be demonstrated.
In this regard, various proposals have been made for precast concrete piles, such as using spiral bars with a yield strength of 55 kgf / mm 2 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-25806).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In precast concrete piles, cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles have been improved to set the yield strength of spiral bars to a predetermined value, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-25806, in order to ensure a large yield strength. In the current situation, no specific improvement measures have been studied.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile having a high yield strength.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the inventor of the present application, in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile, in order to obtain a sufficient proof strength, the yield point strength of the spiral bars arranged around the longitudinal main bars and the shear reinforcement ratio are set to predetermined values. It is intended to achieve the purpose.
Specifically, in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile according to the present invention, a spiral bar for shear reinforcement is provided around the longitudinal main bar to form a reinforcing bar rod, the reinforcing bar rod is arranged at the construction site, and concrete is applied to the reinforcing bar rod. It is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile that is cast and constructed, and the spiral bar is formed from a deformed PC steel bar to obtain a large yield strength , and its yield strength is 80 kgf / mm 2 or more. Shear reinforcement The muscle ratio is 0.1 to 0.5%, preferably 0.1 to 0.3%.
[0008]
When the yield point strength of the deformed PC steel bar constituting the spiral reinforcement is less than 80 kgf / mm 2 , the lateral reinforcement of the pile is not sufficiently performed. That is, in order to ensure sufficient torsional strength and shear strength and sufficient lateral reinforcement, the yield point strength of the deformed PC steel bar is required to be 80 kgf / mm 2 or more, preferably 1300 MPa or more.
[0009]
Moreover, in the present invention, the ratio of the cross-sectional area (aw) of one set of spiral bars to the shear reinforcement ratio Pw of spiral bars (the area (s × D) formed by the product of the spacing s between spiral bars and the pile diameter D). ) In the range of 0.1 to 0.5%, if the shear reinforcement ratio Pw is smaller than 0.1%, sufficient lateral reinforcement cannot be performed, and the shear reinforcement is less than 0.5%. This is because if the ratio Pw is large, the manufacturing cost of the reinforced concrete pile itself increases with the high cost of the spiral reinforcement.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 (A) shows a single spiral reinforcement, and FIG. 1 (B) shows a double spiral reinforcement. Show things.
[0011]
In FIG. 1 (A), a cast-in-place reinforced
The longitudinal
The concrete part 4 is formed in a columnar shape having a length L and a diameter D, and its cover thickness is t.
[0012]
Here, the yield strength of the spiral muscle 1 is 80 kgf / mm 2 or more, preferably 1300 MPa (≈132.56 kgf / mm 2 ) or more, and more preferably 1325 MPa (≈135.11 kgf / mm). 2 ) and 1368 MPa (≈139.49 kgf / mm 2 ) or less. Here, the reason why the yield strength of the deformed PC steel bar constituting the spiral reinforcement 1 is set to 80 kgf / mm 2 or more is to sufficiently perform the lateral reinforcement of the
[0013]
Furthermore, the ratio of the cross-sectional area (aw) of the set of spiral muscles 1 to the shear reinforcement ratio Pw of the spiral muscles 1, that is, the area (s × D) consisting of the product of the interval s of the spiral muscles 1 and the pile diameter D. (Pw = aw / (s × D)) is 0.1 to 0.5%, preferably 0.1 to 0.3%. If the shear reinforcement ratio Pw is less than 0.1%, sufficient lateral reinforcement cannot be performed. If the shear reinforcement ratio Pw exceeds 0.5%, the spiral reinforcement 1 itself is expensive. Manufacturing cost is high.
[0014]
In FIG. 1 (B), the cast-in-place reinforced
The longitudinal
These spiral muscles 1 are arranged on the same core, and the interval between them is t2.
[0015]
Here, the spiral reinforcement 1 has a yield point strength of 80 kgf / mm 2 or more, preferably 1300 MPa (≈132.56 kgf / mm 2 ) or more, like the cast-in-place reinforced
Furthermore, the shear reinforcement ratio Pw of the spiral reinforcement 1 is in the range of 0.1 to 0.3%, preferably 0.1 to 0.5%, similarly to the cast-in-place reinforced
[0016]
In order to construct the cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles 10 and 20 having the above-described configuration, the reinforcing
Therefore, in the present embodiment, in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles 10 and 20, the yield strength of the spiral reinforcement 1 formed from the deformed PC steel rod arranged around the longitudinal main reinforcement 2 is 80 kgf / mm 2 or more, and the shear reinforcement reinforcement Since the ratio is set to 0.1 to 0.5%, an effect of having a large proof stress can be achieved.
Furthermore, by setting the yield point strength of the spiral muscle 1 to 1300 MPa or more, a greater proof stress can be obtained.
[0017]
【Example】
Next, an example for confirming the effect of the present embodiment will be described.
Experiments were conducted on Example 1 to Example 9. The configuration of the spiral muscle 1 of each example is the configuration shown in Table 1 below. In addition, the spiral reinforcement 1 used in each embodiment uses a deformed PC steel bar (trade name: Urbon) manufactured by Induction Heat Smelting Co., Ltd., and its shear span ratio is 1.5. In Table 1, the total longitudinal main bar ratio Pg means the ratio of the total vertical main bar amount ag to the pile total cross-sectional area A (Pg = ag / A). Furthermore, in the spiral bar arrangement structure, only the outer periphery is the structure of a cast-in-place reinforced
[0018]
[Table 1]
[0019]
In Examples 1 to 4, the total longitudinal main bar ratio Pg is 4.57% so that bending yield does not occur prior to shear failure, and in Examples 5 to 9, the shear reinforcement ratio is assumed assuming shear failure after bending yielding. The amount of longitudinal main muscle was changed accordingly.
The material properties of the concrete part 4 are shown in Table 2, and the material properties of the steel material are shown in Table 3. In the compression strength data in Table 2, the values in parentheses are linear interpolation values according to the material age, and in the yield point data in Table 3, * is an offset value of 0.2%.

A pressurization experiment was conducted on Examples 1 to 9 having the above-described configuration using the testing machine shown in FIG.
In FIG. 2, the testing machine holds the upper and lower ends of the

[0024]
In this test machine, in Examples 1 to 8, the axial stress was 5.2 MPa and the positive and negative repeated loadings of the compression axial force and the tensile axial force were performed, and once at a member angle R = ± 1/500, ± 1/200, ± After loading twice each at 1/100 and ± 1/50 and once at ± 1/30, force was applied in the positive direction to around R = 1/15.
In Example 9, the axial force corresponding to the shearing force of the

[0026]
In Table 4, Q is the shear force, R is the member angle, τ is the shear stress (= Q / A, A is the entire cross-sectional area of the pile),-is no phenomenon, and the lead wire of the strain gauge is compared with "Lead wire breakage" It means that it broke early.
4 is a graph of the shear force-deformation relationship of Example 2, and FIG. 5A is an envelope graph showing the relationship between the strain and the shear force of Examples 1 to 4, and FIG. B) is an envelope graph showing the relationship between strain and shear force in Examples 5 to 8.
[0027]
As shown in the above Table 4, FIG. 4 and FIGS. 5A and 5B, in each of Examples 1 to 8, bending cracks occurred in the vicinity of the end of the pile prior to the shear crack.
Thereafter, crushing started at the pile end compression portion at a member angle R = 8 to 15 × 10 −3 .
In Examples 1 to 4 assuming shear failure leading, after the pile end crushing, the shear reinforcement (spiral reinforcement) yields, and the smaller the shear reinforcement ratio, the smaller the shear reinforcement is yielded. .
In Examples 5 to 8 in which bending yield precedence was assumed, as a result, except for Example 7, yield of the longitudinal main bars could not be confirmed, but the main bar distortions reached nearly the yield strain.
[0028]
Moreover, although the shear reinforcement reached the yield strain near the maximum proof stress, it was only in Example 8 that the yield phenomenon could be confirmed by the subsequent applied force.
The maximum yield strength increases as the amount of shear reinforcement increases, except in Examples 4 and 8, which have double spiral bars. When Examples 1-4 and Examples 5-8 are compared for each test specimen having the same reinforcing bar ratio, Examples 1 to 4 have a slightly higher maximum proof stress because the concrete strength is higher.
In Examples 4 and 8 having double spiral muscles, the distortion of the inner spiral muscle is about 1/4 to 1/3 of the distortion of the outer spiral muscle, and the reinforcement effect of the inner spiral muscle is not so great. It was confirmed that it was not expected.
[0029]
The decrease in the yield strength after the maximum yield strength is greater as the shear reinforcement ratio is smaller, but also in Examples 1 and 5 where the shear reinforcement ratio Pw = 0.1%, the maximum yield strength is obtained at the member angle R = 33 × 10 −3. In addition, it has sufficient axial force holding ability even in a large deformation range exceeding the member angle R = 60 × 10 −3 .
Further, in Examples 2 to 4, 6 to 9 in which the shear reinforcement ratio Pw = 0.2% and 0.3%, the maximum proof stress is 80% or more in the large deformation region of the member angle R = 60 × 10 −3 . The proof strength was maintained, and the reinforcing effect of the deformed PC steel bar was confirmed.
[0030]
FIG. 5C is an envelope graph showing the relationship between strain and shear force in Examples 8 and 9. In this figure, up to a member angle R = 20 × 10 −3 , the proof stress of Example 9 is higher than that of Example 8 of constant axial load, but thereafter, the proof stress deformation relationship between them is almost the same property. ing. Moreover, even if it reached the large deformation range of member angle R = 67 * 10 < -3 >, there was little fall of proof stress and sufficient dust performance was able to be confirmed.
[0031]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, If the range which can achieve the objective of this invention is included, the modification shown next is included.
For example, in the present invention, a structure in which the spiral muscle 1 is disposed only on the inner periphery of the longitudinal
