Description

【0001】

[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. That is, this lighting fixture mounting apparatus locks the lighting fixture 8 by locking the locking piece 5 of the holder 4 provided on the lighting fixture 8 to the locking step 3 of the hook ceiling body 2 installed on the ceiling surface 1. The hook sealing body 2 and the lighting fixture 8 are electrically connected by a plug 6 that is mechanically held by the hook sealing body 2 and connected to the lower surface connecting portion 2a of the hook sealing body 2. In such a lighting fixture mounting apparatus, in particular, when the plug 6 is connected to the lower surface connecting portion 2a, the engaging piece 5 is engaged with the holder 4 and the engaging piece 5 is engaged with the engaging step 3. The plug 6 is provided with an engagement portion 7 for preventing a failure of the engagement between the engagement piece 3 and the engagement piece 5.
[0025]
The hook sealing body 2 has a substantially cylindrical shape directly attached to the ceiling surface 1 and has a collar-like locking step 3 at the lower end portion. The lower surface connection portion 2a has a pair of arc-shaped connection holes and an inside thereof. And a hooking tool (not shown) for electrically and mechanically connecting the plug 6.
[0026]
In the lighting fixture 8, as shown in FIG. 2, 9 is a fixture body, 10 is a body cover, 11 is a ring lamp, and 12 is a globe.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the holder 4 is formed with a fitting hole 14 of a size that allows the holder main body 13 to be fitted to the hooking sealing body 2 at the center. A recess 15 that is opened in a notch shape is formed on both of the holes 14, and the recess 15 is covered with a cover 16 to form a locking piece protruding opening 17 facing the fitting hole 14. A lower surface opening 18 is formed in the cover 16. In the recess 15, a locking piece 5 and a spring 20 using a coil spring are housed, and a locking claw 21 at the tip of the locking piece 5 is passed through the locking piece protrusion opening 17 so as to be able to advance and retract. Protrusively biased inward. The locking claw 21 forms a taper surface on the upper surface side to facilitate locking of the hooking sealing body 2 to the locking step 3. Further, the release operation portion 22 is suspended from the locking piece 5 and protrudes downward through the lower surface opening 18 of the cover 16.
[0028]
This holder 4 is attached to the central opening of the instrument body 9. When the fitting hole 14 of the holder 4 attached to the instrument body 9 is pushed up so as to be fitted to the hooking sealing body 2, the taper surface of the locking claw 21 comes into contact with the lower side of the locking step 3 and resists the spring 20. Then, when the locking claw 21 slides and the locking claw 21 moves backward, and the locking claw 21 gets over the locking level 3, the spring 20 is restored and the locking claw 21 is moved to the locking level as shown in FIG. 3 on the upper side. As a result, the lighting fixture 8 is mechanically attached to the hooking sealing body 2.
[0029]
On the other hand, when the lighting fixture 8 is removed from the hooking ceiling body 2, when the release operation portion 22 of the locking piece 5 is slid against the spring 20 in a direction away from the fitting hole 14, the locking claw 21 is locked. 3 can be detached and the lighting fixture 8 can be detached from the hooking sealing body 2.

Connected mechanically and mechanically. The engaging portion 7 extends outward from the bottom (upper surface) side of the trapezoid from both ends in the longitudinal direction so that the plug 6 is longer than the outer diameter of the hooking sealing body 2, and connects the plug 6. At this time, the holder 4 is pushed up. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the length L of the plug 6 is greater than the outer diameter of the hooking sealing body 2. Conventionally, the reverse is true, and the relationship of the length of the plug 6 <the outside diameter of the hooking sealing body is established. 6 b is a lead wire of the plug 6.
[0031]
FIG. 5 shows a state in which one of the locking claws 21 of the holder 4 is locked to the locking step 3, and the other one of the locking claws 21 is not yet locked to the locking step 3 and the holder 4 is inclined. . In such a state, when the lighting fixture 8 is tilted, the one locking piece 21 is locked first, and if the mounting operation is stopped halfway, the lighting fixture 8 may be held in a single state. There is. When the plug 6 is hooked on the lower surface connecting portion 2a of the hooking sealing body 2 in this state, the engaging portion 7 at the end of the plug 6 comes into contact with the lower side of the holder 4, and the hooking blade 6a of the plug 6 keeps the hooking tool in this state. Can not be locked to. When the holder 4 is pushed up by the engaging portion 7 of the plug 6 in the state of FIG. 1 or the instrument body 8 is pushed up to the correct posture, the hooking blade 6a of the plug 6 can be connected to the hooking tool. At the mounting position of the plug 6 (the position where the plug end surface 6c and the sealing end surface 2c are in contact), the locking step 3 of the hooking sealing body 2 and the locking piece 5 of the holder 4 are equal in height, and the locking claw 21 is locked. Fully locked to 3.
[0032]
FIG. 7 shows a case where the hooking sealing end surface 2c and the holder surface 4a have the same height surface. At this time, the distance A between the locking surface 21a of the locking piece 5 and the holder surface 4a in contact with the plug 6 is the plug end surface 6c in contact with the locking surface of the locking stage 3 of the hooking sealing body 2 and the holder surface 4a. Is equal to the distance B.
[0033]
According to this embodiment, even if the engagement between the hook sealing body 2 and the holder 4 is incomplete due to insufficient mounting of the lighting fixture 8 or the like, the engaging portion 7 can be operated by the electrical connection operation of the plug 6. Thus, the holder 4 can be compensated for poor insertion and the holder 4 can be completely locked to the hooking sealing body 2, so that it is not used in a halfway mounting state and there is no fear of dropping. Since the engaging portion 7 of the plug 6 pushes up the holder 4, the holder 4 can be received by the plug 6 even when the locking piece 5 of the holder 4 is broken, so that a double safety structure against dropping is obtained. ing.
