【従来の技術】
従来、この種の遮音板としては、図5の側面視断面図に示すように、前記ネジ部材20を、薄板2の面方向に沿って配置してあるものがあった。即ち、前記誘導斜面21の傾斜方向と前記ネジ部材20の軸芯方向が交わる状態に、前記ネジ部材20を配置してあるものであり、前記ネジ部材20を締め付けて前記押付部材22を前記固定部23に近接させるに伴って、前記誘導斜面21で押付部材22を薄板2側に誘導して挟持固定できるようにしてあるものであった(特開平7−18632号参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の遮音板によれば、前記ネジ部材20の螺進方向と、前記誘導斜面21の傾斜方向とが交わる状態に形成してあるから、図5に示すように、前記ネジ部材20の螺進に伴う押付部材22の移動方向は、前記ネジ部材20の軸芯方向に交わることになる。そして、前記ネジ部材20の締付けによって、押付部材22は誘導斜面21に押しつけられながら傾斜方向に誘導され、前記薄板2を枠体24との間に挟持するわけであが、その際、前記押付部材22と誘導斜面21との接当部、及び、押付部材22とネジ部材20拡径頭部との接当部には、強い摩擦力が作用することになり、それに伴って、前記ネジ部材20の螺進操作に、余分な力が必要となり、スムースに操作し難いという問題点がある。

〔構成〕
本発明の特徴構成は、枠体の固定部に対して遮音用薄板を厚み方向に沿って挟持固定する押付部材を取り付けるためのネジ部材を、前記押付部材を前記固定部に近接させるに伴って前記薄板へ前記押付部材を近接誘導自在な状態に前記枠体と前記押付部材との接当面に設けてある誘導斜面の傾斜方向に沿って配置してあるところにある。

〔作用及び効果〕
本発明の特徴構成によれば、前記ネジ部材を、前記枠体と前記押付部材との接当面に設けてある誘導斜面の傾斜方向に沿って配置してあるから、ネジ部材の螺進操作に伴って、前記押付部材は、そのネジ部材の軸芯方向と同じ前記誘導斜面の傾斜方向に沿って移動することになり、その際に、枠体と押付部材との接当面に余分な摩擦力が作用することを防止することが可能となる。従って、薄板の挟持操作に伴う、前記ネジ部材の螺進作業を、必要最小限の操作力で実施することが可能となり、スムースに螺進操作を行えるようになって、遮音板組立作業効率を向上させることができる。
また、ネジ部材は、先端部に比べて頭部側ほど前記薄板から遠ざかる方向に配置されることになり、例えば、ドライバーやレンチ等の締付け操作具を、ネジ部材に嵌合させたり、締付け操作するのに、前記薄板が干渉し難く、押付部材の取付作業性を向上させることが可能となる。
更には、前記ネジ部材の螺進操作をスムースに実施できることによって、前記薄板の挟持力を、前記ネジ部材の締付け度合いを容易に調整することが可能となり、例えば、締め付けすぎによる薄板の損傷や、締め足りないことによる薄板の脱落等を未然に防止しやすくなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。尚、図面において従来例と同一の符号で表示した部分は、同一又は相当の部分を示している。

図1は、高速道路の側辺に立設してある遮音壁Wを示している。
この遮音壁Wは、道路の長手方向に沿って間隔をあけて且つ隣接する溝部Mが互いに対向する姿勢に立設してあるH型鋼製の複数の遮音板取付用支柱(以後、単に支柱という)1間に、複数の遮音板Pを上下に積み重ねた状態に嵌め入れて構成してある。

前記遮音板Pは、遮音用薄板(以後、単に薄板という)2を設け、前記薄板2を支持する額縁状の枠体3を設け、前記枠体3との間に前記薄板2を挟持固定するための押縁(押付部材の一例)4を設けて構成してある。

前記薄板2は、ポリカーボネイト製の可撓性透光板で形成してあり、前記枠体3の枠組内に保持される。従って、通行車両からの視界を確保しながら遮音を叶えることができるものである。

前記枠体3は、アルミニウムによって形成してあり、図2及び図3に示すように、枠組内方側に段部を設けた中空の角柱からなる上フレーム3A及び下フレーム3B及び一対の側フレーム3Cによって構成してある。尚、遮音板Pの大きさや、遮音板に対する設計応力によって、前記各フレーム3A,3B,3Cの他に、前記一対の側フレーム3C間に前記上下のフレーム3A,3Bにわたる中フレームを設けることもある。
前記各フレーム3A,3B,3Cには、前記枠組内に配置した薄板2を厚み方向に沿って押し付けて固定する前記押縁4を取り付けるための固定部5を各別に設けてあると共に、前記押縁4との間に前記薄板2を挟持自在な支持部6が設けてある。前記固定部5には、前記押縁4の取付面に設けた凹部4aが嵌合自在な凸部5aを長手方向にわたって設けてあると共に、前記押縁取付用のネジ部材7を螺合自在な雌ねじ部5bを設けてある。
尚、前記上フレーム3Aの上端部、及び、下フレーム3Bの下端部には、上下に隣接する他の遮音板との嵌合部8を設けてあり、前記遮音板取付支柱1間に上下に嵌入した遮音板Pどうしの結合が、より強力なものとなるように形成してある。

前記押縁4は、前記各フレーム3A,3B,3Cに各別に対応する上押縁4Aと、下押縁4Bと、一対の側押縁4Cとからなり、それぞれ、前記枠体3の雌ねじ部5bにネジ止めできるように構成してある(図2参照)。
また、上押縁4Aには、予め、前記薄板2の上縁部をボルト止めして一体化してあり、枠体3への薄板2の着脱時に、不用意に薄板2が撓むのを阻止できて、取扱性が向上するように構成してある。一方、下押縁4B、及び、一対の側押縁4Cは、前記固定部5に前記ネジ部材7でネジ止めすることによって、薄板2の縁部を前記支持部6との間で挟持することができる。
また、上下両押縁4A,4Bの、前記固定部5に対向する部分には、前記上下両フレーム3A,3Bの前記凸部5aに嵌合自在な凹部4aを形成してある。そして、この凹部4aと、前記凸部5aとの接当面に、前記ネジ部材7を螺進することによって前記押縁4を前記固定部5に近接させるに伴って、前記薄板2へ前記押縁4を近接誘導させる誘導斜面Yをそれぞれ形成してある。
また、前記ネジ部材7は、その軸芯方向がこの誘導斜面Yの傾斜方向に沿うように設けてあり、図3に示すように、前記ネジ部材7を締付け操作することによって、両誘導斜面Yどうしが接当しながら押縁4を誘導斜面の傾斜方向で枠体3に近接させて、枠体3の支持部6との間に薄板2を挟み込む状態に支持することができる(図4参照)。
但し、この挟持機構においては、前記薄板2に大きな外力が作用した場合には、挟持部分から薄板2が抜け出ることを許容できるから、その外力による衝撃をかわして、薄板2の損傷を最小限にくい止めることができる。

〔別実施形態〕
〈1〉 前記遮音用薄板2は、先の実施形態で説明したポリカーボネイト製の薄板に限るものではなく、他の樹脂や金属製のものや、繊維補強板やガラス板等であってもよく、更には、透光性を有してないものであってもよい。
〈2〉 前記誘導斜面Yは、先の実施形態で説明したように、枠体3に形成した前記凸部5aと、押縁4に形成した前記凹部4aとに設けてあるものに限定されるものではなく、例えば、枠体3に前記凹部を形成すると共に、その凹部に対応する凸部を押縁4に形成し、それらの凹部や凸部に誘導斜面Yを形成するものであってもよい。
