本発明は、自動車ボデーの内面にトリム,ピラー,天井等の内装部品を着脱自在に取着するためのファスナーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば自動車内装トリムの自動車ボデーの内面への取着構造として従来から図4,図5に示したようなものがあった。即ち、図4はトリムaに金属製のブラケットbを突設し、該ブラケットbに樹脂製のクリップcを止着すると共に、ボデーdに開設した取付孔に該クリップcの先端部を嵌合してなるものである。また、図5に示したものはボデーdとトリムaとを重合させその両取付孔間にクリップcを貫挿して固着してなるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで一般に上記トリムのような自動車内装部品は、オプション品の取付のためや、メンテナンス,修理等のために取外しを要する場合があるが、上記取着構造ではトリムaをボデーdから離脱することはできるもののクリップcを変形させるおそれがあるので再取付時にガタ付くおそれがある。また、ブラケットb,クリップc等の成形品の製作コストが高くつくという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の自動車内装部品の着脱自在取着用ファスナーは上記課題を解決しようとするもので、両面に粘着剤を塗布してなる2枚の両面テープの間に網状または多孔状のシートを介在させることにより該両面テープ間の接着力を抑制してなることを特徴とする。

また本発明は上記自動車内装部品の着脱自在取着用ファスナーにおいて、両面テープがアクリル発泡体に粘着剤を塗布してなることを特徴とする。

【作用】
ボデー,自動車内装部品等に取付孔等を予め開設したりブラケットを取付ける必要もなく、任意の位置で簡単に取着できる。また、両面テープ間の接着力をシートの開孔率により調節できるので確実に該シートの接合面から離脱させることができ着脱が自在となる。また、低コストで取着ができると共に、アクリル発泡体等からなる両面テープの厚さを適宜選定することでスペーサとしての機能も備え得る。

次に本発明の一実施例を図1〜図3について説明する。図1にこのファスナーの使用前の外観斜視図を示し、同図中1a,1bはアクリル発泡体を厚さ1ミリ、幅10ミリ程度の帯状に形成しその両面に粘着剤を塗布してなる2枚一対の両面テープで、該両面テープ1a,1b間にプラスチック製の網状のシート2を介在させている。3aは一方の両面テープ1aの外側面に貼着された離型紙、3bは他方の両面テープ1bの外側面に貼着された離型紙である。

このファスナーを使用してボデー4にトリム5を取着するに際しては、離型紙3aをはがして両面テープ1aをトリム5に貼着した後、他方の離型紙3bをはがして両面テープ1bをボデー4に貼着する。図2にその取着状況を断面にて示す。このようにボデー4とトリム5とは両面テープ1a,1bの厚さ分だけ離間させて取着することができるので、該両面テープ1a,1bの厚さを予め決めておくことによりスペーサとしての機能も併せ持つ。

そしてトリム5をボデー4から外すために外力を加えると、両面テープ1aはトリム5にその粘着剤により強力に接着しており、両面テープ1bもボデー4にその粘着剤により強力に接着しているのに対し、両面テープ1aと両面テープ1bとはシート2が介在していることにより接着力が抑制されるので、該両面テープ1aと両面テープ1bとが離脱する。図3にそのときの両面テープ1aの状況を示す。このようにトリム5を外しても両面テープ1a,1bの粘着性は損わないので再取着は容易である。なおシート2は図示した網状のもののほか、多孔状のもの、或いは不織布のようなものを使用することもできる。またその開孔率は大きいほうが両面テープ1a,1bが直接に接着する割合が高くなるので接着力が大きくなる。従ってシート2の開孔率を調節することにより互いの接着力を適宜コントロールできる。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明のファスナーによれば、自動車ボデーおよび自動車内装部品に取付孔等の加工を何ら加えなくても任意の部位に簡単に着脱自在に自動車内装部品を取着することができ、自動車の組立コストを軽減させるうえで極めて有益である。
