Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glove particularly suitable for a motorcycle rider such as a motorcycle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Motorcycle riders such as motorcycles generally travel with gloves to protect their hands. Wearing gloves makes the hand feel dull, and the freedom of fingertips is also lost, making it difficult to handle small items. When exchanging tickets, coins, etc. at highway toll booths, it is necessary to remove gloves one by one. In order to eliminate such inconvenience, a glove in which the fingertip portion of the glove is cut so that the fingertip is exposed is conventionally known.
In winter, we wear gloves for cold protection, but these gloves for cold protection are mostly thick and large in shape with brushed inside and padding inside to increase the heat retention function. It is.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the conventional fingertip cut type glove, the fingertip portion is always exposed, so it is easy to handle small items without removing the glove, but the protection function of the fingers is extremely inferior, such as fractures of fingers when falling There is a risk of serious injury. In addition, although the gloves for cold protection are certainly excellent in terms of the heat-retaining function, since the movement of the fingers is hindered, the handle operability during traveling is lowered, and it becomes difficult to ensure sufficient safety. .
[0004]
The present invention is made in order to solve the problems of the conventional glove as described above, and can easily handle small items while wearing the glove without deteriorating the protection function of the fingers. An object of the present invention is to provide a glove that can prevent injuries and that does not hinder the movement of fingers even with a cold protection glove.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for achieving the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a cup part at the tip of the thumb part, index finger part, and middle finger part of the glove body, and the cup part is formed in a corrugated shape from a stretch material. The lower end of the lower surface, which is sewn to a cut part cut off slightly below the first joint part at the tip part of the thumb part, index finger part, and middle finger part of the glove body, and is cut into a substantially arcuate shape. It is configured to fit and cover the cut portion from the outside,
The glove body is filled with batting, but the first joint part of the thumb part and the second joint part of the other finger part are each made of corrugated stretch material, and the upper part is also used. Stretch material is used without putting batting,
A reinforcing pad containing urethane is provided on the back of the glove body, and the upper end of the reinforcing pad is sewn to the lower end of the stretch material in the second joint of the other finger, and extends from the middle to the lower end. Is placed on the stretch material in the upper part and sewn on both sides, so that a gap is formed between the upper stretch material and attached to the bridge type. A glove characterized in that it is configured to cover substantially the upper half of the stretch material.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a glove A according to the present invention. A glove body 1 is made of, for example, washable leather, and a cup that can be opened and closed at the tip of its thumb part 1a, index finger part 1b, and middle finger part 1c. Parts 2, 3, and 4 are provided, respectively.
[0007]
The cup parts 2, 3 and 4 are made of an aramid material or a material with high added value which is difficult to expand and contract. Since these are the same structure, the cup part 3 of the index finger will be described in detail, as shown in FIG. The tip of the index finger 1b is excised slightly below the first joint, and the lower end 3a of the upper surface of the cup 3 is sewn to the excised portion 1d, and the lower end 3b cut in a substantially arc shape is excised. The portion 1d is fitted and covered from the outside. A lower end 3 a of the upper surface of the cup part 3 is formed in a corrugated shape by the stretch material 5.
[0008]
Gloves constructed in this way are always exposed in all fingers and are not exposed, so you can protect your fingers sufficiently even if they fall down. Can be handled easily.
[0009]
That is, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), if the cups 2, 3, and 4 are turned up, the front portions can be exposed from the first joints of the thumb 6, index finger 7, and middle finger 8, respectively. It is possible to securely grasp the accessory 9 such as a coin by the fingertip.
Accordingly, exchange of tickets and fees can be easily performed while wearing gloves at highway toll booths, etc., which is convenient when buying cigarettes and drinks with a vending machine.
[0010]
The removed cup parts 2, 3 and 4 can be easily returned to each other by fitting each fingertip in them, and each cup part covers the cut part of the finger part in a superposed state as described above. It does not open when the finger moves. Moreover, since the lower end part of the upper surface of each cup part is formed of the stretch material, the cup part can be easily opened and closed, and the first joint part of each finger can easily move. Since the cup part is formed of aramid fiber or the like, it is resistant to friction and has excellent durability.
[0011]
FIG. 3 shows a cold protection glove B according to the present invention, and the glove body 11 is made of aramid fiber, for example, and is filled with batting, but the first joint part of the thumb part and the second joint part of the other finger part. The stretch material 12 formed in the corrugated shape is used for each without using the batting, and the stretch material 13 is also used for the upper part without inserting the batting.
[0012]
14 is a urethane-containing reinforcing pad, the upper end portion of which is positioned at the lower end portion of the stretch material 12 and sewn, and the middle portion to the lower end portion are positioned on the stretch material 13 of the upper portion and are both sides. An appropriate gap S is formed between the stretch material 13 and the stretch material 13. That is, the reinforcing pad 14 is attached in a bridge shape and covers almost the upper half of the stretch material 13. The bridge type portion may be formed in a waveform.
[0013]
On the side of the wrist of the glove body 11, a foldable gusset 15 having a large opening angle is provided, and a fixing band-like cover 16 is provided. The belt-like cover 16 has a hook-and-loop fastener 17 attached to the inside of the tip, and is fixed by surface bonding to a hook-and-loop fastener 18 attached to the glove body 11 side.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the gusset 15 is opened as shown in FIG. 4, the wrist portion of the glove main body 11 opens a large portion of the wrist portion of the glove body 11, so that the cold protection cuffs (not shown) are thick. Can be easily fitted without getting in the way. After the wrist portion of the glove body 11 is put on the cuffs of the winter clothes, the gusset 15 is folded inward as shown in FIG. At this time, the tightening degree of the wrist can be adjusted by the belt-like cover 16. Although not shown in the drawings, the fixing means for the belt-like cover 16 may be reversed by passing it through a metal fitting attached to the glove body 11 side, and the leading end thereof may be fastened with a hook-and-loop fastener.
[0015]
In this cold protection glove B, stretch materials 12 and 13 are used for the finger joint part and the instep part, and no batting is put in these parts. It is easy to operate and sufficient safety can be secured.
[0016]
In addition, even if it falls, the base part of four fingers that are particularly likely to be injured is reinforced with a urethane-containing reinforcing pad 14, and the impact is absorbed or alleviated, so that it is possible to prevent a finger fracture accident. . Since the reinforcing pad 14 is attached to the bridge shape as described above and the gap S is formed between the reinforcing pad 14 and the stretch pad 13, it does not hinder the movement of the back of the hand.
In the case of this cold protection glove B, it is also possible to provide the cup portion 19 at the tip of the thumb portion, the index finger portion, and the middle finger portion.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be achieved.
(B) Since the cup part that can be opened and closed is provided at the tip part of the thumb part, the index finger part, and the middle finger part of the glove body, the front part is exposed from the first joint part of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger to You can grab small items reliably. For this reason, it is easy to handle small items with the glove body fitted. Moreover, since the upper-surface lower end part of the cup part is formed of a stretch material, the cup part can be easily opened and closed, and the first joint parts of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger can easily move.
(B) Although it is a thick glove body with batting, stretch material formed in a corrugated shape is used for each of the first joint of the thumb and the second joint of the other finger without using batting. Since the back of the main body is made of stretch material without any batting, the fingers move smoothly. For example, when a rider of a two-wheeled vehicle is used, it is easy to operate the steering wheel, and sufficient safety can be ensured.
(C) Even if the rider of a motorcycle falls using the gloves of the present invention, a portion corresponding to the base of four fingers from the index finger to the little finger, which are particularly likely to be injured, is reinforced by a reinforcing pad containing urethane. Therefore, the impact at the time of the fall is absorbed or alleviated, and a finger fracture accident can be prevented. Moreover, since this reinforcement pad is attached to the bridge | bridging type | mold on the stretch raw material in the back part of a glove main body, and the clearance gap has arisen, the movement of the back of a hand is not inhibited.
