本発明は、ショーケースに温度計を取り付けるための取付装置に関するものである。

従来より低温ショーケース等に取り付けられる温度計は、特公平6−7810号公報(A47F3/04)に示されている。この場合温度計は、通常ショーケースの前上側に設けられた薄い鋼板から成るキャノピー(被取付板)に取り付けられる。

即ち、図4、図5に示す如くキャノピー105に形成された窓孔106に温度計110を挿入することにより、温度計110の本体111の両側壁111A、111Aに形成された可撓性の爪部112、112を、窓孔106の両側縁106A、106Aに係合し、これにより、温度計110は薄い鋼板製のキャノピー105に取り付けられるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ショーケースによっては上記キャノピーや他の温度計取付部分を合成樹脂板で構成されているものもあり、係る合成樹脂板は、強度の関係上比較的厚いものが使用される。そのため、厚さの薄い鋼板に取り付けられるように設計された温度計は、厚い合成樹脂板には取り付けることができず、係るショーケースには格別に設計した温度計を準備する必要があった。

本発明は、係る従来技術の課題を解決するために成されたものであり、異なる厚さを有する被取付板に温度計を取り付けることができるショーケースの温度計取付装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、本発明の温度計取付装置は、被取付板に形成された窓孔と、この窓孔に設けられる温度計を備えたショーケースに適用されるものであって、窓孔の両側縁に取り付けられる一対の固定具を備え、各固定具は、被取付板に嵌合する断面コ字状の嵌合部と、この嵌合部とは反対側の面に突設され、温度計が係合する係合片とを具備しているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面に基づき本発明の実施形態を詳述する。図1は本発明を適用したショーケース1の斜視図、図2はショーケース1のキャノピー5の窓孔6部分の拡大分解斜視図、図3は同じくキャノピー5の窓孔6部分の平断面図をそれぞれ示している。

本発明の温度計取付装置は一対の固定具7、7から構成され、温度計10をショーケース1に取り付けるために用いられる。縦型オープンショーケースから成るショーケース1は、本体を構成する断面略コ字状の断熱壁2と、この断熱壁2の両側に設けられた側板2A、2Aとから構成されており、断熱壁2の内側を貯蔵室2Bとされている。一方、温度計10はショーケース1の貯蔵室2B内の温度を表示するためのものである。

貯蔵室2B内には複数段の棚4・・・が架設されており、貯蔵室2Bの外側には図示しないダクトが形成されている。このダクト内には図示しない冷却装置を構成する送風機と冷却器が設置されており、送風機が運転されると底部のダクト内の空気は、冷却器と熱交換した後、開口上縁部の図示しない吐出口から開口下縁部の図示しない吸込口に向けて吹き出される。
