Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a structure of a hollow mold material used for a floor board, a side panel, a roof board, etc. of a railway vehicle, in particular, a hollow mold material provided with a rail attachment portion. It is possible to reduce as much as possible the influence on the communication harness due to welding heat when a curtain rail-like member is welded and attached to the mold material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Aluminum panels such as hollow panels, hollow molds, etc., in which front and back plates are connected by inclined ribs, are extruded and are curtains arranged at regular intervals on one of the front or back plates A rail-shaped protruding groove is provided. For attaching various devices and decorative plates to the hollow mold material, mounting bolts are fitted into the projection rails of the curtain rail shape, and the various devices and decorative plates are attached by the mounting bolts.
An example of a conventionally known hollow mold material used as a floor board of a railway vehicle is shown in FIG. The cross-sectional shape of this hollow mold material is a hollow panel in which the front plate 1 and the back plate 2 are connected by inclined ribs 3 arranged at an equal pitch p, and the thickness of the front plate 1 and the back plate 2 is 2.5 mm. The thickness of the inclined rib 3 is 2.5 mm. And the curtain rail-shaped projection groove part 4 is provided in the back plate 2 at an appropriate interval.
By the way, the curtain rail-shaped protruding groove portion 4 may be provided on the surface plate 1 for mounting various devices such as passenger seats, or between the existing curtain rail-shaped protruding groove portions 4 or the existing curtain. The rail-shaped protruding groove portion 4 may be removed and a curtain rail-shaped member may be welded to another position. There are the following problems in attaching the curtain rail-like member by welding.
The hollow mold material is deformed by the welding heat of the curtain rail member. In addition, when the attachment of the curtain rail-shaped member is performed at a stage before the hollow mold material is assembled to the vehicle, the deformation of the hollow mold material due to the welding heat is a problem, but the curtain rail-shaped member is attached to the existing hollow mold material. In the case of attachment, it is also a big problem that the welding heat adversely affects the communication harness, cable, etc. wired in the hollow portion of the hollow mold material. This problem is particularly prominent because the heat conductivity of the front plate or the back plate of the hollow mold material is good and the heat transfer range extends to the hollow portion side of the front plate or the back plate.
Furthermore, since a large amount of stress is generated in the hollow mold material provided on the bogie frame of the vehicle to attach a heavy component of equipment such as a power machine, the thickness of the front or back plate of the hollow mold material is large. Since it is uniform, the part locally deforms, and as a result, a device such as a power machine may hang down and cause a failure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved]
About a hollow type material provided with a rail attachment part for a railway vehicle, welding a curtain rail-like member to the front plate or back plate and attaching it, such as deformation due to welding heat, wiring such as a communication harness due to heat transfer to the hollow part The problem is to devise the structure so that the thermal damage to can be suppressed.
[0004]
[Measures taken to solve the problem]
Means taken for solving the above-mentioned problem is constituted by the following (a), (b) and (c).
(A) a pair of streak-like protrusions parallel to each other at predetermined intervals on the outer surface of the front or back plate of the hollow mold material;
(B) Projecting a streak-shaped convex portion having a width corresponding to the width of the valley portion between the pair of streaky projections at the center of the back surface of the curtain rail-shaped member;
(C) The streaks on the back surface of the curtain rail member are fitted in the valleys between the pair of parallel streaks, and the flanges on both sides of the curtain rail member are connected to the top surfaces of the pair of streaks. The two flange portions are welded to the upper surfaces of the pair of streaky projections.
[0005]
[Action]
The curtain rail-like member is welded to the upper surface of the streak-like projection protruding from the outer surface of the front or back plate of the hollow mold material. At this time, the welded part of the hollow mold material is the above-mentioned streaky projection (that is, the thick part). Therefore, a part of the welding heat is absorbed by the streaky projections and the streaky convex portions of the curtain rail-like member, and the streaky projections exhibit a certain heat insulating effect. Therefore, the expansion of the heat transfer range of the front plate or the back plate of the hollow mold material is suppressed, and the heat transfer to the hollow portion side is suppressed, so that a curtain rail member is attached as compared with the conventional one. The distortion due to the welding heat of the front plate or the back plate is reduced, and the thermal influence on the harness wired in the hollow portion of the hollow mold material is reduced.
[0006]
Embodiment 1
In Embodiment 1, the width of the pair of streak protrusions protruding from the outer surface of the front plate or the back plate is set to 60 mm to 130 mm, and the height is set to 20 mm to 25 mm.
[Action]
If the width of the streaky projection is less than 60 mm, the absorption capacity of the welding heat of the streaky projection is small and the above effect is small, which is not practical. Further, the consumption of the aluminum raw material increases as the width of the streak increases, but even if it is larger than 130 mm, the above-mentioned effects due to its heat absorption and heat insulation are almost unchanged.
In addition, if the height of the streak protrusion is less than 20 mm, the heat absorption capacity and heat insulation of the streaky protrusion are small and the above effect is small and not practical. Furthermore, the height of the streak protrusion on the back surface of the curtain rail-like member increases as the height of the streak-like projection increases, and the above-described effect due to the action and the heat insulation action hardly changes.
[0007]
Embodiment 2
Embodiment 2 is that the curtain rail-shaped member is a rail material for mounting a sheet or equipment.
[0008]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a hollow mold for a floor board of a railway vehicle will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 (a), (b) and (c).
In this embodiment, a curtain rail-like member for attaching a passenger seat is attached to a floor plate of a hollow type material having the same structure as the conventional example of FIG.
In the hollow mold material, the thickness of the surface plate 1 is 3 mm, the pitch p of the inclined ribs 3 is 130 mm, and a pair of line-like projections 10 are provided on the surface of the surface plate 1 at a pitch of 260 mm on the mountain of the inclined ribs 3. . The streak 10 has a trapezoidal cross section, a height h of 3 mm, and a width b of 20 mm. A distance B between the pair of left and right streaks 10, 10 is 70 mm. On the other hand, the curtain rail-shaped member 11 has a curtain rail-shaped convex portion 12, left and right flanges 13, and a streak-shaped convex portion 14 on the center lower surface, and the height H of the curtain rail-shaped convex portion 12 is 17 mm. The dimensions of the curtain rail-like convex portion 12 such as height and width are the same as those of the existing curtain rail-like protruding groove portion 15. The cross-sectional shape of the streaky convex portion 14 on the lower surface of the center is a cross-sectional shape that fits into the trough portion 17 between the pair of streaky projections 10, 10. The thickness of the flange 13 is approximately the same as the thickness 3 mm of the hollow plate 1. The width of the flange 13 is ½ of the width b of the streak 10.
[0009]
In addition, although each said dimension is an example in the case of attaching the curtain rail-shaped member for attaching a passenger seat to the floor board of a hollow type material, the dimension of each part of said streaky protrusion 10 and the curtain rail-shaped member 11 of FIG. The dimension of each part is suitably selected according to each dimension and application of the hollow mold material.
Various communication harnesses 16 are already wired in the hollow portion of the existing floorboard. Under such a state, the curtain rail-like member 11 is fitted between the pair of streak protrusions 10 and 10, and the flange 13 is overlapped with the left and right streak protrusions 10 and 10. In this state, the flange 13 is welded and fixed to the upper surfaces of the line-like protrusions 10 and 10.
Since the thickness of the streaks 10 and 10 is twice the thickness of the surface plate 1 of the hollow mold material, the welding heat is absorbed at this portion, and the streaky projection at the center of the lower surface of the curtain rail member 11 14 is absorbed, and further, the thermal influence on the communication harness 16 housed in the hollow portion of the hollow mold material is reduced by the heat insulating action of the streaks 10.
When the seat rail curtain projection groove 15 for two seats is already provided on the front plate 1 at the time of extrusion molding, when changing the seat to one seat, the existing curtain rail projections are excised. A curtain rail-like member for a seat for one person is newly added.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, a pair of streak protrusions parallel to each other at a predetermined interval is provided on the outer surface of the front or back plate of the hollow mold member, and the streak having a width corresponding to the width of the valley between the pair of streak protrusions. A convex protrusion at the center of the back surface of the curtain rail-like member, and the streaky convex portion on the back surface of the curtain rail-like member is fitted into a valley between the pair of linear protrusions, and flanges on both sides of the curtain rail-like member are fitted. By superimposing the portions on the upper surfaces of the pair of streaky projections and welding the flange portions to the upper surfaces of the pair of streaky projections, the curtain rail-like member can be easily attached at an appropriate position. Accordingly, it is possible to easily attach the curtain rail-like member or change the arrangement thereof, to reduce the deformation of the hollow mold material due to the welding heat, and to already wire the hollow section of the hollow mold material. It is possible to reduce the thermal influence on the communication harness, cable and the like.
