Description
【0001】

The lens-fitted photo film unit is composed of a main body part in which a photographic film and a cartridge are loaded and a photographing mechanism is assembled, and a front cover and a rear cover that are assembled from the front side and the rear side so as to sandwich the main body part. Yes. Conventionally, the entire film unit with a lens was covered with a paper box. However, because of the effect of reducing the cost and making it look small, it is now decorative so that the central part of the film unit with a lens is not hindered by a belt-like label. Some of them are covered.
[0003]
The lens-fitted photo film unit is assembled, for example, in the order of assembling the photographing mechanism to the main body, assembling the front cover to the main body, loading the photographic film and cartridge to the main body, and assembling the rear cover to the main body. It has been. When the photographic film and cartridge are loaded, the main body is placed on a holding table that firmly supports the front cover with the front side facing downward. The cartridge is loaded in the axial direction from the lower surface side of the main body, and the photographic film is wound in a roll shape and loaded from the rear surface side. The rear cover is finally assembled from the back side of the main body so as to shield the photographic film loaded in the main body.
[0004]
The assembly of each part to the main body is performed by engagement between the engaging claws formed on the main body part or between the engaging claws and the engaging holes. The assembly of the rear cover to the main body is performed by engaging engagement claws formed on both side surfaces of the main body and engagement holes formed on both side surfaces of the rear cover.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the lens-fitted photo film unit, the thickness of the main body portion protected by the front cover and the rear cover is reduced overall in order to reduce the size. Further, since a paper box is not used, the gap between the front cover and the rear cover is reduced to improve the appearance of foreign matter and the appearance. However, these improvements have caused a problem that the rear cover cannot be properly assembled to the main body. This is because when the main body is pressed during assembly of the rear cover, the main body is distorted or sinks into the front cover, and the rear cover engagement claw formed on the side surface of the main body and the front cover The distance from the side edge becomes narrow, and the side edge of the rear cover comes into contact with the side edge of the front cover before the engagement hole of the rear cover engages with the engagement claw. ing.
[0006]
The present invention is for solving the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to prevent a rear cover or a front cover from being assembled incorrectly due to distortion of the main body.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the lens-fitted photo film unit of the present invention is convex in the vicinity of the other cover engaging claw formed on the side surface of the main body , and downstream in the mounting direction of the other cover. The receiving part which receives this convex part is formed in the inner wall surface of one cover.
