Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deflection yoke device combined with a cathode ray tube used in a television receiver or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The deflection coil has a non-radial winding distribution in order to reduce astigmatism in the cathode ray tube and improve raster distortion characteristics. In order to make a non-radial winding, an electric wire guide for electric wire winding is attached to the open end of the core, and the electric wire is wound around the core with the electric wire guide in a toroidal shape.
[0003]
A deflection yoke device having such a deflection coil is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-66753. A half-side view of the conventional deflection yoke device is shown in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a horizontal deflection coil (in this case, not a toroidal type, but a saddle type) provided on the base frame, and 5 is a non-magnetic wire disposed on the outer periphery of the horizontal deflection coil 1. A core formed with a substantially conical shape with a guide, 2 is an upper side portion of an electric wire guide positioned at the upper portion of the core 5, 3 is a lower side portion of an electric wire guide positioned at the lower portion of the core, 4 is an electric wire wound in a toroidal shape, 6 Is the top surface of the core 5, 7 is the bottom surface of the core 5, and 8 is a wire guide wall in the wire guide.
[0004]
FIG. 7 is a side view of the core 5 in which the wire 4 is divided into two so as to be wound, and a non-magnetic wire guide is attached to stably wind the wire 4. As shown in this figure, the wire guide lower side portion 3 attached to the bottom surface 7 of the core 5 includes a wire guide wall 8 straddling the bottom surface 7 portion and the outer surface portion of the core 5. In addition, a square-shaped protruding wall 11 is disposed at the tip of the wire guide lower side 3. The protruding wall 11 is formed to extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface 7 of the core 5.
[0005]
A method for winding the electric wire 4 around the core 5 divided into two as described above will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8A is a cross-sectional view of the core 5 to which an electric wire guide is attached in a conventional deflection yoke device. In this figure, the core 5 is configured to be surrounded by an inner surface portion 9, an outer surface portion 10, a top surface 6 and a bottom surface 7. As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the electric wire 4 has a base point A provided on the lower side portion 3 of the electric wire guide and an upper side portion of the electric wire guide around the inner side surface portion 9, the outer side surface portion 10, the top surface 6 and the bottom surface 7 of the core 5. 2 is wound in a substantially arc shape indicated by a locus 12 with the base point B provided at 2 as the center of the guide.
[0006]
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of a winding direction of a conventional electric wire. As shown in this figure, the winding direction of the wires is not that all the windings are radial, that is, they are not directed toward the center of the core 5 and are shifted in the x-axis direction in this figure (1), (2) It is wound around ▼, ▲ 3 ▼, ▲ 4 ▼, ▲ 5 ▼. That is, when the coil wound in this way is viewed from the side, the electric wire 4 is wound at a certain angle for each electric wire groove as shown in FIG.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the deflection yoke device having the above configuration, the protruding wall 11 disposed on the lower side portion 3 of the wire guide is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface 7 of the core 5. On the other hand, the electric wire 4 is not wound at right angles to the electric wire guide wall because of the winding distribution. Therefore, in order to avoid the wire 4 from being caught on the protruding wall 11 of the lower part 3 of the wire guide (FIG. 10A) or being caught on such a protruding wall 11 during winding, Since winding is concentrated on a part, a large gap (FIG. 10B) is generated in the wire guide groove. Due to the influence of the gap, the winding portion of the electric wire 4 necessary for one deflection coil is constant, so that a larger core is required to secure an area for winding the necessary electric wire 4. This requires a larger deflection yoke device.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a deflection yoke device that pays attention to the above-mentioned conventional problems, prevents the electric wire from being caught during winding, reduces the gap portion that can be formed in the electric wire guide groove, and can effectively use the space in the electric wire guide groove. For the purpose.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a deflection yoke device having a horizontal deflection coil and a vertical deflection coil, wherein at least one coil is nonmagnetic attached to at least one of an upper side and a lower side of a substantially conical core. It is formed in a toroidal type by winding a wire directly on a grooved wire guide that is a body, and the wire guide has a groove structure with a wire guide wall that straddles the core outer side surface and the core upper side or lower side continuously. The wire guide wall is not inclined at a right angle to the top surface of the core or the bottom surface of the core, but is inclined in a direction matching the winding distribution of the wire.
[0010]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while preventing an electric wire from being caught on the electric wire guide wall of an electric wire guide, the space | gap part which can be made into an electric wire guide groove can be reduced, an electric wire can be wound stably, and the inside of an electric wire guide groove can be utilized effectively. Is.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a horizontal deflection coil and a vertical deflection coil, and at least one of the coils is a non-magnetic material attached to at least one of an upper side portion and a lower side portion of a core formed in a substantially conical shape. A toroidal type deflection coil formed by directly winding an electric wire around a grooved electric wire guide, wherein the electric wire guide has a groove structure having an electric wire guide wall continuously straddling the core outer surface portion and the upper side or the lower side portion, And, in the core outer side surface portion, at least a part of the wire guide wall is not in a relationship perpendicular to the core upper side portion or the lower side portion, but is directed in a direction substantially coincident with the winding direction of the wire. This is a deflection yoke device, and when winding an electric wire for coil formation, the electric wire is prevented from being caught on the electric wire guide wall of the electric wire guide, can be wound stably, and the electric wire It has the effect of reducing the gap that can be id groove.
[0012]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the embodiment of the present invention, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those described for the above-described conventional example, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0013]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a side view of a core to which an electric wire guide is attached in the deflection yoke device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0014]
As shown in the drawing, a non-magnetic wire guide is attached to the top surface 6 and the bottom surface 7 of the core 5, and a plurality of wire guide walls 8 are provided on the wire guide upper side 2 and the wire guide lower side 3. A wire groove 14 is formed between the wire guide walls 8.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the bottom portion of the core to which the wire guide is attached in the deflection yoke device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the wire guide wall 8 in the wire guide is formed continuously so as to straddle the core outer surface portion and the core lower side portion, and has a protruding wall 11 along the core outer surface portion. Due to the arrangement of the wire guide, the projection wall 11 is inclined obliquely at 80, 87, 65, and 55 degrees from the left side in FIG. This inclination is determined by the inclination of the toroidal wound wire and is generally in the range of 10 to 60 degrees. Further, it is uniformly 90 degrees below the bottom surface 7 of the core 5.
[0016]
Hereinafter, a method of winding the electric wire 4 around the core 5 to which the electric wire guide provided with the electric wire guide wall 8 is attached will be described.
[0017]
The electric wire 4 arranged in each electric wire guide is determined by a necessary coil distribution, and the coil distribution is determined by the bottom surface of the core 5 from a specific electric wire groove on the upper side portion 2 of the electric wire guide provided on the top surface 6 of the core 5. The electric wire 4 is wound around the specific electric wire groove of the electric wire guide lower side portion 3 provided on the electric wire guide 7. That is, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 3, the wire is drawn from the specific groove on the upper side 2 of the wire guide to the specific groove on the lower side 3 of the wire guide. The direction and positional relationship of the arrows are determined by the coil distribution.
[0018]
In order to explain this state in more detail, the main part of the bottom surface of the core 5 will be described with reference to FIG. That is, in this figure, it can be seen that the electric wire 4 is wound in the same direction when the protruding wall 11 of the electric wire guide wall 8 is inclined obliquely above the bottom surface 7 of the core 5. In other words, the electric wire 4 also has an inclination of 80 degrees, 87 degrees, 65 degrees, and 55 degrees from the left side.
[0019]
FIG. 5 shows a winding state of the electric wire 4 after being wound in this way. As shown in this figure, even after the electric wire 4 is wound, the protruding wall 11 of the electric wire guide wall 8 coincides with the direction in which the electric wire 4 is wound.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the direction of the wire wound in a toroidal shape matches the angle of the wire guide wall of the wire guide that regulates the wire. The risk of turbulence when spilling, that is, spillage from the wire guide wall of the wire guide, and the risk of a winding failure due to the wire being caught on this wire guide wall, is reliably reduced, and the wire can be wound to the full extent in the wire groove. The advantageous effect is obtained.
