【0011】

As outlined in FIG. 2, the structure of the sound absorbing wall panel 2 is provided with a number of sound absorbing openings on the front surface (surface on the roadway side) of a casing formed of a thin metal plate, and the sound absorbing material is provided inside the casing. 2a is arranged. For the translucent plate 3, for example, a transparent synthetic resin plate (polycarbonate plate) is used.
The H-shaped support column 1 is configured so as to dilute a rugged presence as much as possible by limiting the height H above the ground level necessary for supporting the light-transmitting plate 3. In the upper part from the H-shaped support column 1, the edges of the adjacent translucent plates 3 and 3 are mutually restrained by a joint member 4 made of transparent polycarbonate, and the structural stability against wind pressure and earthquake is maintained. It is said that.
[0013]
The height of the sound-absorbing wall panel 2 is about 800 mm on the ground, which is considerably lower than the line of sight, so as not to obstruct the view of ordinary people walking on the sidewalk (and the view of the driver of the car) so much. The height of the light transmission plate 3 is set to about 700 mm so that the light transmission plate 3 is shielded by the light transmission plate 3, and the total height of the low-layer sound insulation wall is about 1500 mm above the ground. Described invention). Incidentally, the height H of the H-shaped column 1 on the ground is set to about 1100 mm, and the lower part of the translucent plate 3 is supported at a height h of about 300 mm above the H-shaped column 1.
[0014]
The serious problem in constructing the above-mentioned low-rise sound insulation wall with a translucent plate for an urban area is that the weight of the sound absorbing wall panel 2 having the above structure is approximately 40 to 50 kg, which is inserted into the groove from the upper end of the H-shaped support column 1. By adopting the built-in (inserting) method, it is difficult to work manually even when multiple people work together. Usage costs are a burden.
[0015]
Therefore, in the present invention, the sound absorbing wall panel 2 is stowed by an operation of moving the sound absorbing wall panel 2 in the horizontal and lateral directions while being placed on the ground so that it can be constructed by manual work or relatively light labor work. Configuration is adopted.
As the means, first, the H-shaped support columns 1 and 1 adjacent in the longitudinal direction with respect to the length of the sound-absorbing wall panel 2 (usually 2000 mm) set the inner dimension L between the flanges at an arrangement interval larger by, for example, about 10 mm. . And the sound-absorbing wall panel 2 is moved in the horizontal and horizontal directions while being placed on the ground, and is disposed between the adjacent H-shaped columns 1 and 1. This level of work can be done without any difficulty if two normal adults work together.
[0016]
Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, locking members 8 separately fitted into the grooves 1c of the H-shaped support column 1 are attached to and supported by both ends of the sound absorbing wall panel 2 (claim 3). Described invention).
As apparent from FIG. 4, a grooved steel material having a width (75 mm) slightly smaller than the width (84 mm) of the groove 1 c of the H-shaped column 1 is preferably used for the locking member 8. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the lower portion of the channel steel member 8 is moved upward to the upward hook-shaped member 11 fixed to the lower side surface of the sound absorbing wall panel 2 by using the end portion of the lateral connecting member 10. The inner surface of the web 8d is latched and restrained while being lowered (see also FIGS. 5, 8 and 9). The sound absorbing wall panel 2 has the lateral connecting member 10 on the lower surface thereof placed on the base plate 9 at the lower end of the H-shaped support 1.
[0017]
On the other hand, the upper part of the same groove-shaped steel material 8 is attached to the upper surface of the sound-absorbing wall panel 2 and the upper surface of the groove-shaped steel material by bolts 12 and 13 so that one side surface of the groove-shaped steel material 8 is H-shaped support column 1. Positioning and fixing in a state where the outer edge of the adjusting plate 14 is in contact with the other flange inner surface 1b and the other flange inner surface 1b are performed (invention of claim 4).
[0018]
Therefore, the adjusting plate 14 is bent at a right angle (FIG. 4), and its leg portion 14a is screwed into a nut 16 inside the sound absorbing wall panel through a bolt hole 15 provided in the shape of a long hole in the longitudinal direction. The bolts 12 and 12 are fixed after adjusting the amount of entry and exit in the longitudinal direction. The right-angled head portion 14b is extended in the groove width direction by at least two bolts 13 and 13 screwed into a nut 17 welded to the upper end plate 8c of the grooved steel member 8 through a bolt hole 15 having a long hole shape in the right-angle direction. Adjustment is performed, that is, one side surface 8a of the channel steel 8 is brought into contact with one flange inner surface 1a, and conversely, the outer edge of the head portion 14b is fixed in contact with the other flange inner surface 1b (see FIG. 4 and FIG. 9). Therefore, the sound absorbing wall panel 2 is reliably prevented from rattling in the groove of the H-shaped support column 1.
[0019]
By the way, the following width adjustment mechanism is provided also about the width adjustment means of the lower part of the channel steel material 8 which is a locking member.
First, FIG. 8 to FIG. 10 show an upward hook-shaped member fixed to the lower part of the side surface of the sound absorbing wall panel 2 at the lower part of the grooved steel member 8 lowered along the groove of the H-shaped support column 1 as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 11 shows that it is restrained. At the same time, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show an inclined block 18 provided at the lower part of the channel steel member 8 with the lower surface 18a formed as an inclined surface so as to contact the horizontal upper edge of the hook-shaped member 11. The inclined block 18 is integrated with one side surface 8b of the channel steel member 8 and a lever member 19 positioned between the flange inner surface 1b of the H-shaped support column 1 facing the side surface 8b. Positioning and fixing are performed by bringing the lower portion of the other side surface 8a of the channel steel 8 into contact with the other flange inner surface 1a of the H-shaped support column 1 by the width adjusting mechanism. The invention described).
[0020]
That is, the insulator member 19 is lowered together with the channel steel member 8 in a vertical posture as shown in FIG. Then, when the inclined lower surface 18a of the inclined block 18 is placed on the horizontal upper edge of the hook-shaped member 11, the inclined block 18 is tilted according to the inclination of the lower surface 18a, and as a result, the lever member 19 is H-shaped with absolute fixing. The flange inner surface 1a of the support column 1 is inclined with the fulcrum as a fulcrum, and the side surface 8a of the movable channel steel member 8 is pushed by a so-called lever action. A width-shifting action for contacting the inner surface 1a is performed.
[0021]
In the illustrated example, the lower surface 18a of the inclined block 18 is formed as an inclined surface, but conversely, the upper edge of the hook-shaped member 11 may be inclined. The lever member 19 is armably passed through a loose hole (or notch) provided in the side surface 8b of the channel steel member 8 so that the arm portion can be tilted, and the arm portion and the inclined block 18 are integrally coupled by a bolt 20. ing.
Next, FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 show examples of different width adjusting mechanisms. Also in this embodiment, the lower portion of the channel steel member 8 is restrained by the upward hook-shaped member 11 fixed to the lower portion of the side surface of the sound absorbing wall panel 2. Both side edges of the hook-shaped member 11 are formed on an inclined guide side edge 11a whose width is narrowed upward, a tilting member 21 provided at the lower part of the channel steel material 8 so as to slide against the guide side edge 11a, and tilting There is provided a width adjusting mechanism configured such that the back bar 22 of the member 21 abuts against one flange inner surface 1a of the H-shaped support column 1. By this width adjustment mechanism, the lower portion of the other side surface 8b of the channel steel member 8 is adjusted until it is brought into contact with the other flange inner surface 1b of the H-shaped support column 1 (the invention according to claim 6). ).
[0022]
11 and 12, the tilting member 21 is formed by one hinge plate of the hinge 23 and the other hinge plate is fixed to the lower part of the side surface of the grooved steel member 8. Absent. When the grooved steel 8 is lowered into the groove of the H-shaped support column 1, it slides in contact with the guide side edge 11a of the upward hook-shaped member 11 fixed to the lower side of the side wall of the sound absorbing wall panel 2, and its back surface part As long as it has a structure that exerts a width-shifting action by hitting the flange inner surface and pressing the lower part of the channel steel material 8, for example, a structure with a flexible plate may be used.
[0023]
Next, means for attaching the translucent plate 3 to the groove of the H-shaped column 1 will be described.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is an example in which the translucent plate 3 is supported at a position shifted to one side in the groove of the H-shaped column 1 by using the angle member 24. That is, one side of the translucent plate 3 is brought into contact with the inner surface of one flange of the H-shaped support 1 with the packing 27 interposed therebetween. The other surface of the light transmitting plate 3 is also supported by one surface of the angle member 24 with the packing 27 interposed therebetween, and the other surface of the angle member 24 by a bolt 25 and a nut 26 passed through the web of the H-shaped support column 1. Is fixed by tightening and fixing (invention of claim 7). As shown in FIG. 6, the angle member 24 is provided with a long bolt hole 28 in the horizontal lateral direction so that the fixing position by the bolt 25 can be adjusted.
[0024]
Next, FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 show examples of different attachment means. In this embodiment, the translucent plate 3 is supported at a substantially central position in the groove of the H-shaped column 1 by the groove-shaped member 30 and the sash member 31 used as the holding edge member. That is, one side of the translucent plate 3 is brought into contact with a sash member 31 disposed along the inner surface 1a of the flange in the groove of the H-shaped support column 1 and fixed with a caulking pin 37 with a packing 27 interposed therebetween. ing. On the other surface of the light-transmitting plate 3, a groove member 30 is disposed between upper and lower fixing plates 32, 32 which are fixed substantially horizontally by welding to the flange inner surface 1b on the other side of the same H-shaped support column 1 and the web. It is supported. The upper and lower ends of the groove member 30 are fastened and fixed by bolts 34 that pass through the bolt holes 33 of the fixing plate 32 described above (the invention according to claim 8).
[0025]
A horizontal end plate 30a is fixed to the upper and lower ends of the channel member 30, and a nut 35 into which the bolt 34 is screwed is fixed to the inner surface of the end plate 30a. On the other hand, the bolt hole 33 of the fixing plate 32 is provided as a long hole extending in the direction in which the groove member 30 pushes the translucent plate 3, so that the support force and the support position of the translucent plate can be adjusted.
In addition, the code | symbol 40 in a figure is a decorative board attached so that the outer surface of the H-shaped support | pillar 1 may be covered, and 41 is a decorative board attached so that the groove opening of the H-shaped support | pillar 1 may be plugged up.
[0026]
