この種、従来のシール装置として、図6に示したものが知られている。このシール装置は、扉枠30の内面にシール枠31を取付け、そのシール枠31のドア32と対向する面で開口する案内溝33内にシール支持体34を組込み、そのシール支持体34の内・外面に側面シール部材35を取付け、各側面シール部材35を案内溝33の内側面に接触させてシール支持体34と案内溝33の内側面間をシールしている。

また、シール支持体34のドア32と対向する面にチューブ状のシール部材36を取付け、そのシール部材36をドア32の内面に接触させてシール部材36とドア32間をシールしている。

上記シール装置においては、扉枠30の組立て精度や、シール枠31の取付け精度、あるいはドア32の反り等により、チューブ状シール部材36が全長にわたってドア32と均一に接触しない場合が多い。このため、シール支持体34の屋内面に複数の調整ねじ37をねじ込み、その調整ねじ37をシール枠31で回転自在に支持し、上記調整ねじ37の回転により、シール支持体34をドア32に対して移動させ、ドア32に対するシール部材36の接触圧力を調整し得るようにしている。

ところで、上記従来のシール装置においては、扉枠30にシール枠31の屋内面を覆う部分が有ると、調整ねじ37を回動させることができず、無い場合にはドア回りの収まりが悪いため、断面L形の化粧枠38を着脱自在に取付けてシール枠31を覆うようにしている。

このため、シール部材36の接触圧力の都度、化粧枠38を取外す必要が生じ、調整に非常に手間がかかるという不都合がある。

上記の課題を解決するために、この発明においては、扉枠の出入口を開閉するドアのシール装置において、前記扉枠の上枠および一対の竪枠の内面に上記ドアの内面外周部と対向するシール枠を取付け、そのシール枠に形成されてシール枠の長さ方向に延び、ドアと対向する面で開口する案内溝内に、その案内溝の長さ方向に長いシール支持体を組込み、このシール支持体の内面および外面には案内溝の内側面に接触する側面シール部材を取付け、シール支持体のドアと対向する面には、シール支持体の長さ方向に延びる2本のシール部材を取付け、その2本のシール部材のうち、内側シール部材にはドアの内面に先端部が弾性接触する外向き傾斜リップを設け、外側シール部材には上記外向き傾斜リップの屋内面側に先端部が弾性接触する内向き傾斜リップを形成し、前記シール支持体には2本のシール部材間に、シール支持体の屋内・外面に貫通する複数のねじ孔を設け、各ねじ孔にねじ係合され、2本のシール部材間から回動操作される調整ねじの先端部をシール枠内に取付けられた固定座で回転自在に支持した構成を採用している。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図1乃至図5に基づいて説明する。

図1に示すように、扉枠1の出入口2を覆うドア3は、一側部に取付けたヒンジ4を中心として開閉自在に支持されている。

扉枠1の上枠5および一対の竪枠6には、内方に張り出してドア3の屋内面外周部と対向する膨出部7が設けられている。

図2および図3に示すように、上記膨出部7は、ドア3の屋内面に対して距離が異なる第1表面8および第2表面9と、両表面8、9間に設けられた枠取付面10とを有し、上記枠取付面10にシール枠11が取付ねじ12の締付けにより固定されている。

シール枠11は対応する枠の長手方向に長く延びている。このシール枠11は、屋外面側で開口する案内溝13を有し、その案内溝13間にシール枠11の長手方向に延びるシール支持体14が組込まれている。

以上のように、この発明においては、内側シール部材と外側シール部材間より調整ねじを回動操作することができるため、内側シール部材のドアに対する接触圧力をきわめて簡単に調整することができる。

また内側シール部材の外向き傾斜リップは自己の弾力と、外側シール部材の内向き傾斜リップの弾力とによってドアに圧接するため、単一のシール部材をドアに圧接させる場合に比較して、きわめて良好なシール性を発揮させることができる。
