Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eaves joint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are various kinds of eaves joints, and many eaves joints described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 64-19730 are used. This eaves joint will be described with reference to FIG. 3. A holding plate 105 is provided in the width direction of the inner surface of the joint body 101 having the ear holding portions 102 for holding the ears 202 of the eaves 200 at both side edges. The insertion groove 110 into which the eaves rod 200 can be inserted is formed between the pressing plate 105 and the joint main body 101.
As shown in FIG. 3, the eaves joint 100 inserts the end 201 of the eaves 200 into the insertion groove 110 from both ends, and locks the ear 202 of the eaves 200 to the ear holding unit 102. use.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the eaves are attached to the eaves surrounding the roof of a group building, etc., if the eaves are connected by the above eaves joints, it is necessary to connect the eaves and the eaves approaching from both sides. There is.
Also, when attaching the eaves to the eaves of the roof of a normal gable, etc., when attaching the eaves alone with the above eaves, there is no problem because it is constructed while connecting sequentially from one side, When two people attach the eaves from both sides, it is necessary to connect the eaves and the eaves approaching from both sides.
[0004]
When the eaves eaves approaching from both sides are connected by the eaves eaves joint, the eaves eaves joint 100 is inserted between the eaves eaves 200 on both sides as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the eaves rod 200 is moved to both sides, and the holding plate 105 of the eaves rod joint 100 is inserted therebetween, and the eaves rod 200 is inserted into the insertion portion 110 from both ends. However, it is usually necessary to use both hands to open the eaves 200 on both sides. However, if the eaves bowl 200 is opened with both hands, it is difficult to insert the eaves joint 100 between them. For this reason, the eaves 200 on both sides is forcibly opened with one hand and the opened eaves with another hand. Although the eaves joint 100 was inserted between 200, it was difficult to carry out this construction and it was dangerous because this construction was performed at a high place called the eaves.
Then, the objective of this invention is providing the eaves joint which can connect the eaves approached from both sides and the eaves easily.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to claim 1 is provided with a pressing plate in an inner surface width direction of a substantially central portion of a joint body having ear holding portions for holding the ears of the eaves ribs on both side edges. In the eaves joint where an eaves groove can be inserted between both ends, the guide plate having a substantially triangular cross section having an inclined surface that is gradually lowered toward the both ends. It is detachably attached to the surface of the pressing plate.
[0006]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the guide plate is detachably attached to the surface of the holding plate, but there are various structures for attaching in this way. For example, an adhesive may be provided on the bottom plate of the guide plate and adhered when necessary. Further, a convex portion may be provided on one side and a concave portion may be provided on the opposite side, and this convex portion may be fitted into the concave portion as necessary.
One guide plate or a plurality of guide plates may be attached.
[0007]
(Function)
The operation of the present invention will be described while explaining a construction method for connecting the eaves eaves approaching from both sides.
First, this eaves joint is brought closer between the eaves approaching from both sides.
Then, since the center part is high on the surface of the guide plate and the inclined surface gradually lowered as it goes to both ends, the high part of the central part of the inclined part is approaching from both sides. Approach between.
After that, when the eaves joint is inserted between the eaves that are approaching from both sides, the end of the eaves is expanded along the slope of the inclined surface, and the eaves approaching from both sides When the guide plate enters between the eaves and the eaves, and the tip of the eaves exceeds the end of the guide plate , the widened inclined surface disappears. The eaves approach from both sides while entering the insertion groove.
Finally, if the end of the eaves is fully inserted into the insertion groove, the eaves can be connected with the eaves joint.
[0008]
Thus, the construction is extremely simple because it is only necessary to push the eaves joint between the eaves approaching from both sides . In addition, in the present invention, the guide plate is detachably attached to the surface of the pressing plate. Therefore, when the construction is completed, the guide plate can be removed and used for the next construction. Further, by removing the guide plate after connecting the eaves rod, the guide plate disappears inside the eaves rod joint, so that rainwater flows smoothly through the eaves rod joint.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, examples of the present invention will be described.
1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention eaves joint. FIG. 1 (a) is a perspective view showing a state where eaves are connected using an eaves joint. FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B is an explanatory view showing a cross-section of the main part in a state where the eaves are expanded along the inclined surface, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows the state which removed the back guide plate.
[0010]
1 and 2, reference numeral 5 denotes an eave ridge made of a synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin. The eave ridge 5 is provided at a groove-shaped eave ridge body 51 and both side edges of the eave ridge body 51. Ears 52, 52.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an eaves joint made of a synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin. The eaves joint 1 has ear holding parts 21 and 21 for holding the ears 52 of the eaves 5 at both side edges. 2 and a presser plate 3 is provided in the width direction of the inner surface of the eaves joint body 2 substantially at the center, and the presser plate 3 and the joint body 2 are connected at a height substantially equal to the thickness of the eaves joint 5. Connected by the unit 23. Therefore, the insertion groove 4 into which the end of the eaves 5 can be inserted is formed between the pressing plate 3 and the joint body 2.
Further, on the surface of the pressing plate 3, there are provided concave portions 35 that are recessed into the connection portion 23 at three locations.
6 is a guide plate made of a synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin, the guide plate 6 is a small piece having a substantially triangular cross section with an inclined surface 61 having a high center and lower as it goes in both end directions; The bottom surface 62 is provided with a convex portion 65 that fits into the concave portion 35 on the surface of the pressing plate 3.
[0011]
Next, a method for connecting eaves adjacent from both sides using this eaves joint will be described.
The convex portion 65 of the guide plate 6 is fitted into the concave portion 35 provided on the surface of the presser plate 3 of the eaves joint 1, and the guide plate 6 is attached to the presser plate 3.
On the other hand, an adhesive is applied from the entrance of the insertion groove 4 into the inside.
Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the eaves joint 1 is brought closer from the lower side between the eaves 5 and 5 approached from both sides.
Then, the end of the eaves 5 reaches the inclined surface 61 of the guide plate 6 between the eaves 5 and 5 on both sides, as shown by the dotted line in FIG.
[0012]
Further, the eaves joint 1 is pushed between the eaves 5.
Then, the end of the eaves 5 moves along the inclined surface 61 of the guide plate 6, and between the eaves 5 and 5 that are approaching from both sides as shown by the solid line in FIG. The eaves joint 1 gradually enters between the eaves 5 and 5 on both sides.
Further, when the eaves joint 1 is pushed in between the eaves 5 and 5 on both sides, the end of the eaves 5 passes over the tip of the guide plate 6.
Then, since there is no guide plate 6 that spreads the eaves rod 5, the tip of the eaves rod 5 enters the insertion groove 4, and at the same time, the ear holding portions 21 on both side edges of the eaves rod joint 1, 21 is fitted and held in the ears 52 and 52 at both side edges of the eaves 5.
Next, the eaves ridges 5 on both sides are brought close to each other, and the ends of the eaves ridges 5 are fully inserted into the insertion grooves 4.
[0013]
Finally, the guide plate 6 is removed.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the eaves 5 are connected by an eaves joint.
In this way, the eaves 5 can be easily connected by simply pushing the eaves joint 1 between the eaves 5 closely in contact from both sides. Further, since the guide plate 6 is removed, rainwater flows smoothly through the eaves joint 1.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the present invention, an inclined surface is formed on the surface of the guide plate so that the central portion is high and gradually lowers toward both ends. When the eaves joint is inserted strongly, the end of the eaves is expanded along the slope of the inclined surface, and a guide plate is inserted between the eaves and the eaves that are approaching from both sides. When the tip of the guide plate is passed, the end of the eaves enters the insertion groove between the holding plate and the joint body, and the eaves approaches from both sides. Finally, when the end of the eaves is fully inserted into the insertion groove, the eaves can be connected with the eaves joint.
In this way, the construction is extremely simple because it is only necessary to push the eaves joint between the eaves in close contact from both sides. Therefore, it can be safely constructed even at high eaves and is convenient.
[0015]
Moreover, since this guide plate is detachably attached, the construction is completed, can be used by removing the guide plate at the next construction. Further, by removing the guide plate after connecting the eaves rod, the guide plate disappears in the eaves rod joint, which is convenient because rainwater flows smoothly through the eaves rod joint.
