Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to improvement of a hand net for mountain stream fishing (also referred to as a duck), which is not bulky when carried and does not interfere with movement, and can be immediately opened and used when necessary. It is what.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Mountain stream fishing nets are necessary props for mountain stream fishing in order to guide the caught fish to the shore and scoop it from the inside or pull it out of the water and catch it in the air. However, mountain stream fishing involves fishing while moving in places where the foot is unstable, such as in rocky areas and rapids, so equipment is required to be light and hand nets are also required to be portable. Has been.
[0003]
A conventional net for fishing in mountain stream is generally a wooden or metal ring frame with a handle and a net (for example, “Weekly Fishing Sunday Supplementary Fish Series 14, All Amago Beans” stock (See pages 56, 72, 76, and advertisements of the company Weekly Fishing Sunday).
[0004]
As a hand net other than the above, an annular frame is made of an elastic band spring, and when carrying it, the annular frame is twisted into a figure of 8 and overlapped to form a double small ring. Some are carried in bags.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when carrying a hand net in mountain stream fishing, the handle portion is generally carried by inserting it into a waist belt. However, in this case, when the fish moves through a rod or bush during fishing, the net is caught by the rod or bush when the net is stretched around the ring frame. It became difficult or a part of the net was torn.
[0006]
On the other hand, an annular frame made of an elastic belt-like spring, which is twisted into a small double annular shape and carried in a carrying storage bag, does not get caught in a basket or bush during movement unlike the above. However, when using a hand net to crawl or catch caught fish, even if you try to open the ring frame with the elasticity of the belt spring, the net part is entangled when stacked in a small double ring, There were many things that could not be opened well, and sometimes fish that had been caught were missed.
[0007]
Therefore, some belt springs are made more elastic so that they can be opened easily, but this requires a lot of effort to twist the ring-shaped spring and make it easier to open. It may jump out. In addition, when hooked and stored, it may not be instantly removed from the bag when the hand net is needed, and the fish caught by losing timing may be lost.
[0008]
The conventional fishing nets for mountain stream fishing have the above-mentioned problems, so there are many cases where the nets are indispensable for mountain stream fishing, but it is unavoidable to carry the nets. It was also the result of being missed.
[0009]
The present invention seeks to solve the above-mentioned problems in conventional mountain stream fishing nets. In other words, the object of the present invention is to fold the mountain stream fishing net small when carrying it so that it will not be caught on a kite or bush in the middle of fishing, and when it is necessary, it will open immediately and smoothly to ensure that the fish caught is well. [0017]
[Action]
The state of use of the mountain stream fishing net A according to the present invention is as follows.
B) In order for the angler to carry the mountain stream fishing net A according to the present invention, both of the above-described first to sixth frames are opened to both sides by the spring force of the spring portions 4 and 13. The crosspiece 2 is sandwiched between the hands and closed toward the center, so that the two frame crosspieces 2 substantially coincide with each other (see, for example, two-dot chain lines in FIGS. 1 and 3).
[0018]
Next, the net portion 3 that is closed along with the two frame rails 2 is placed along the two closed frame rails 2, and the angle of the angler's waist is measured from the front end side of the two frame rails 2 as it is. It may be passed through the belt or carrying storage cylinder 17 downward and hung on the waist (see FIG. 11).
[0019]
As a result, the net A according to the present invention is in a state where none of the above is bulky, and the net A may get in the way or get caught even when passing through a ridge or bush during mountain stream fishing. Since there is no, it becomes easy to carry the hand net A for mountain stream fishing.
[0020]
In the third hand net A, the linear portion 5 on the rear side of the coiled spring portion 4 is fixed to the handle portion 1 with a mounting bracket 6 that can be held with a space (see FIGS. 5 and 6). (See), when closing and opening both the frame rails 2, the coiled spring portion 4 can be rotated without any trouble even if the linear portion 5 is present.
[0021]
B) Next, when using the hand net A according to the present invention, the fisherman catches the fish caught in the mountain stream fishing to the shore and picks it up or picks it up from the water and catches it in the air. In any of the first to sixth items, the hand net A attached to the waist belt or the carrying storage cylinder 17 may be pulled out upward by grasping the handle 1.
[0022]
In any of the above-described hand nets A, both frame rails 2 are immediately and smoothly opened to both sides because both frame rails 2 are urged to open to both sides by the respective spring forces. The two frame bars 2 are opened to a predetermined angle in a state of being hooked by the opening restriction front string 8 spanned between the two frame bars 2, and the state is maintained (solid lines in FIGS. 1 and 3). reference).
[0023]
At this time, the net portion is automatically opened by opening both the frame rails 2 from the state in which both of the above-mentioned ones are in the closed state. As a result, the hand net A has an inverted isosceles triangle shape with the center base of the frame 2 fixed to the handle 1 as a vertex (see the solid line in FIGS. 1 and 3), and a bag-like shape at the center of the mesh 3. The recess 12 is formed (see FIG. 2). After that, it is possible to guide the fish caught by the hand net A to the shore and scoop it out, or pull it out from the water and catch it in the air.
[0024]
C) Further, when the fishing net A of the present invention is used as described above, when fishing is started again or when moving to another fishing spot, etc., each is attached with a spring force as described in the above a). The open frame frames 2 are closed against the spring force, the net 3 is placed along the frame frames 2, inserted into the waist belt or the carrying storage cylinder 17, and hung on the waist. All you need to do is keep your hand net A bulky and unobtrusive.
[0025]
【Example】
1) FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the first embodiment of the hand net A according to the present invention, which has a pair of left and right frame bars 2 at the front of the handle 1 and between the frame bars 2 The net 3 is hooked.
[0026]
That is, the coiled spring portion 4 is formed of an elastic steel wire, the middle of the spring portion 4 is extended backward in a U shape, and this U-shaped portion becomes the handle portion 1, and the spring portion The upper and lower side portions of the frame 4 are linearly extended obliquely forward, and the two frame rails 2 are formed so as to be normally urged to open to both sides by the spring portion 4.
[0027]
If the number of turns of the coiled spring portion 4 is too large, there is a large discrepancy in the vertical direction between the two frame rails 2. When it is desired to increase the number of windings and increase the spring force, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the two frame rails 2 are substantially flush with each other at a portion slightly ahead of the coiled spring portion 4. You can fold it.
[0028]
The length of each frame rail 2 may be, for example, about 35 cm, but is not limited thereto. Further, a front string 8 for restricting opening is spanned between the end portions of the frame bars 2 of the frame bars 2, and the frame bars 2 are locked in a state where they are opened at a predetermined angle, here, an angle of about 50 degrees. It is possible. The front string 8 is a ball chain here, but the front string 8 is not limited thereto, and a string or ball chain covered with a soft tube may be used.
[0029]
The net portion 3 is preferably made of a monofilament similar to the fishing teg, each side edge portion 7 of the net portion 3 is hooked to each frame rail 2, and the front edge portion 9 is connected to each frame rail 2. The bag-like recess 12 is formed in the vicinity of the center when the two frame rails 2 are opened. Here, the mesh portion 3 is hooked onto the frame rail 2 by attaching the locking weft thread 21 inserted through the side edge 7 of the mesh portion 3 to the frame rail 2 with the stop yarn 22 at equal intervals. It is.
[0030]
b) FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show the second embodiment of the hand net A according to the present invention. The description will focus on the differences from the first one. Is made of a single steel plate having elasticity, and the others are substantially the same as the first one.
[0031]
That is, one steel plate material having elasticity is bent into a U-shape in the vicinity of the central base in the longitudinal direction, and the U-shaped portion is used as a handle portion 1, and obliquely forward from both front portions of the handle portion 1. The part extended in a straight line is used as a two-frame frame 2, and is normally biased to open to the left and right sides. Further, in the vicinity of the front portion of the handle 1, horizontal pins 25 having protrusions at both ends are also fitted loosely so as to prevent the handle 1 from opening.
[0032]
c) FIGS. 5 and 6 show the third embodiment of the hand net A according to the present invention. The difference from the first embodiment will be described mainly. The handle 1 and the frame 2 The other surfaces such as the net 3 and the means for hooking it to the frame 2 are almost the same as the first one.
[0033]
That is, the handle portion 1 and the frame crosspiece 2 are separate objects, and the coiled spring portion 4 is formed of an elastic steel wire, and the upper and lower side portions of the spring portion 4 are each linearly extended obliquely forward. The linear portion diagonally forward is used as a frame frame 2 and is always biased to open to both sides by the spring force of the spring portion 4. Further, the rear side portion of the spring portion 4 forms a linear portion 5 in the left-right direction when viewed from above.
[0034]
The handle portion 1 is a separate object from the frame crosspiece 2 and has a cut groove 30 formed from the front end surface, and can hold the linear portion 5 of the spring portion 4 with a clearance from the front portion. It is held by the mounting bracket 6, and the overlapped rear end piece 29 is inserted into the cut groove 30 and fastened and fixed with a locking screw 31 from the upper surface of the handle 1.
[0035]
Here, the coiled spring portion 4 has a slightly larger number of turns, and if this state is left as it is, the difference in the vertical direction between the two frame rails 2 becomes large. Therefore, as clearly shown in FIG. The frame frame 2 on the side extending from the upper end of the portion 4 is bent downward, and the frame frame 2 on the side extended from the lower end of the spring portion 4 is bent upward, so that the frame frames 2 are substantially on the same plane. It is like that.
[0036]
d) FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 show the fourth embodiment of the hand net A according to the present invention. The difference from the third embodiment will be mainly described. The second fixing means is different, and the other surfaces such as the net 3 and the means for hooking it to the frame 2 are substantially the same as the third one.
[0037]
That is, the handle portion 1 and the frame crosspiece 2 are separate objects, and the coiled spring portion 4 is formed of an elastic steel wire, and the upper and lower side portions of the spring portion 4 are each linearly extended obliquely forward. The straight portion is used as a frame rail 2 and is normally biased on both sides.
[0038]
The handle portion 1 is a separate object from the frame rail 2 and has a forked portion 10 formed at the front portion. The spring portion 4 is engaged with the inside of the forked portion 10 so as to pass from the upper surface of the handle portion 1. The spring portion 4 is rotatably fixed by the inserted short shaft 11. The short shaft 11 is a single thick one here, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and three or more thin short shafts may be provided at positions along the inner periphery of the spring portion 4.
[0039]
The coil-like spring part 4 here is also a part slightly ahead of the spring part 4 as shown in FIG. 8, with the frame rail 2 on the side extending from the upper end of the spring part 4 facing downward, and also the spring part 4. The frame rails 2 on the side extending from the lower end of each are bent upward. In FIG. 7, reference numeral 34 denotes both inner edges of the bifurcated portion 10 formed on the handle 1, and latches the lateral shake of the two frame bars 2.
[0040]
e) FIG. 9 shows an embodiment of the fifth one of the hand net A according to the present invention. The difference from the second one having the curved leaf spring portion 13 will be mainly described. This is the relationship between the part 1 and the frame rail 2.
[0041]
That is, the handle portion 1 and the frame rail 2 are separate objects, and the frame rail 2 is made of a steel plate having elasticity, and has a curved plate-like spring portion 13 near the central base in the longitudinal direction, and the spring portion 13. It is a part that extends linearly from both sides of the front and obliquely forward, and is normally biased to open to the left and right sides.
[0042]
Further, here, in order to reinforce the spring force of the spring portion 13, a reinforcing plate 14 that is curved and made of an elastic steel plate material is provided on the inner side from the spring portion 13 to both the frame rails 2. The two parts 13 and 14 are held together and attached integrally.
[0043]
Then, the central portion of the spring portion 13 and the reinforcing plate 14 is fixed to the front end portion of the handle portion 1 with a U-shaped attachment bracket 15 with an attachment screw 16. In the figure, reference numeral 33 denotes a notch edge portion for preventing lateral blur formed on the spring portion 13 and the reinforcing plate 14, and is a portion that is hooked at both side edges of the U-shaped mounting bracket 15.
[0044]
f) FIG. 10 shows an embodiment of the above-described sixth example of the hand net A according to the present invention. When the difference from the above-described example is mainly described, the frame rail 2 and the frame rail 2 are biased to both sides. The other part is substantially the same as the other parts, such as the mesh part 3 and the means for hooking it to the frame rail 2.
[0045]
That is, the frame crosspiece 2 here uses two bars, and the curved portions near the base portion are inserted from the long windows 24 formed on both sides of the handle portion 1 made of metal pipe, A short shaft 26 is pivotally supported.
[0046]
Further, a coil-like spring portion 4 is provided in the handle portion 1, both side portions thereof protrude from the long window 24 to both sides, and both side end portions 27 are attached from the inside of the two frame rails 2. The pier 2 is biased to open sideways.
[0047]
Any of the first to sixth items can be folded small when carried, and can be smoothly opened immediately to become a hand net when necessary. In the above description, the two frame bars 2 are opened to the left and right sides almost equally by the spring portions 4 and 13. For example, one frame frame 2 is fixed to the handle 1 and the other frame is fixed. It is also possible to open the crosspiece 2 to a predetermined angle.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As can be seen from the above, the mountain stream fishing net according to the present invention can be folded small when carried so that it can be prevented from being caught on a kite or bush in the middle of mountain stream fishing, and immediately when the net is necessary. It can be opened easily and can catch and catch caught fish well.
[0049]
In other words, traditional mountain stream fishing nets are made by attaching a net to a wooden or metal ring frame. When mountain stream fishing is carried by inserting it into the waist belt, the net is used to pass through the bushes and bushes. The part got caught and it became difficult to walk or part of the net was torn. In addition, the ring frame is made of elastic steel strip, and when carrying it, there was also a thing that made the ring frame into a small ring shape. Sometimes it doesn't open well because of tangling.
[0050]
On the other hand, as described above, the mountain stream fishing net according to the present invention closes both frame rails against the spring force that is biased when carrying, and the both frame frames are on the extension line of the handle portion. The net part can be in a state along the bar. Therefore, it can be carried by inserting it into a waist band or a hand net storage tube, so there is no need to hook the hand net on a coral or bush during mountain stream fishing and carry the net to mountain stream fishing Is very easy.
[0051]
In the mountain stream fishing net according to the present invention, when the handle portion is pulled out from the waist, the pair of left and right frame bars are automatically opened to both sides by a spring force to a predetermined angle. At that time, the net part along the two frames is automatically opened, so that it can be used as a mountain stream fishing net easily, quickly and smoothly. This makes it possible to successfully crawl or catch fish caught in mountain stream fishing.
[0052]
Furthermore, since the hand net according to the present invention has a relatively simple structure as compared with the conventional one, the hand net for mountain stream fishing can be provided at low cost. In particular, the first and second hand nets can be manufactured more easily and cost can be reduced because the handle and the frame are integrated.
