【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、渓流釣り用の手網（タモともいう）の改良に係るものであり、携行時には嵩張らず移動の邪魔にならず、また必要時には直ちに開いて使用可能になるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

【従来の技術】
渓流釣り用の手網は、釣った魚を水際まで誘導してきて中から掬い取ったり、あるいは水中から抜きあげて空中でキャッチしたりするために、渓流釣りで必要な小道具である。しかし渓流釣りは、岩場や急流の中等の足元が不安定な場所を移動しながら魚を釣るものであるため、装備が身軽であることが要求され、手網も携行に便利であることが要求されている。

従来の渓流釣りの手網として一般的なものは、柄の付いた木製または金属製の環状枠に、網を張ったものである（例えば「週刊釣りサンデー別冊魚シリーズ１４，アマゴヤマメのすべて」株式会社週刊釣りサンデー発行の第５６頁、第７２頁、第７６頁および広告参照）。

また上記以外の手網として、環状枠を弾性をもつ帯状バネ製として、携行時には該環状枠をひねって８の字状にし、それを重ねて二重の小さい環状にしたものを、携行用収納袋に入れて携行するようにしたものもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、渓流釣りで手網を携行する場合に、従来一般にその柄部を腰のベルトに差し込んで携行している。しかしこれでは、釣りの途中で藪や茂みの中をくぐり抜けて移動するような場合に、上記の環状枠に網を張ったままのものでは、網部が藪や茂みに引っ掛ってしまい、歩行が困難になったり、網の一部が破れたりした。

他方、環状枠が弾性をもつ帯状バネ製で、小さい二重の環状にひねって携行用収納袋へ入れて携行するものは、上記と異なり移動時に藪や茂みに引っ掛けてしまうことは無い。しかし、釣った魚を掬いまたはキャッチするため手網を使用する際、帯状バネの弾性で環状枠を開こうとしても、小さい二重の環状に重ねた際に網部が絡んでしまっており、うまく開けないことが多く、折角釣った魚を逸してしまうことがあった。

そこで、開き易いように帯状バネの弾性を強めたものもあるが、これは環状にひねって小さくするのに力が要るし、携行用収納袋へ入れた後もホックを掛け忘れると袋から飛び出してしまうことがある。しかもホックを掛けて収納していると、手網の必要時に瞬時に袋から取り出せず、タイミングを失して釣った魚を逃がしてしまうこともある。

従来の渓流釣り用手網には上記のような問題点があったため、手網が渓流釣りで必須品でありながら、やむを得ず手網を携行しない場合も少なく無く、それが釣った魚をうまく捕まえられず、逃がしてしまう結果にもなっていた。

本発明は、従来の渓流釣り用手網における上記問題点を解決しようとするものである。即ち本発明の目的は、渓流釣り用手網を、携行時には小さく折り畳めて釣りの途中で藪や茂みに引っ掛けたりすることを無くし、また必要時には直ちにスムーズに開いて、釣った魚を上手く確実に掬いまたキャッチ可能とし、かつシンプルな構成で安価に提供可能とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ａ）本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの第１は、
柄部１の先方に左右一対に枠桟２を有し、該両枠桟２間に網部３を設けたもので、
上記柄部１と枠桟２は弾性をもつ鋼線材製の一体物で、長手方向の中央部寄りにコイル状バネ部４を形成し、該バネ部４の中間部から後方へのＵ字状延長部分を柄部１とし、
上記バネ部４の両端部から斜め前方へ直線状に延長した部分を各枠桟２として、バネ部４で常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させ、
上記網部３は、各側縁部７を各枠桟２へ掛止させ、前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間に掛け渡した開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させてなるものである（図１・図２参照）。

ｂ）本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの第２は、
柄部１の先方に左右一対の枠桟２を有し、該両枠桟２間に網部３を設けたもので、
上記柄部１と枠桟２は弾性をもつ鋼板材製の一体物で、長手方向の中央基部近傍を折り曲げてバネ部４を形成するとともに、後方へ延長したＵ字状部分を柄部１とし、
該柄部１の両前端部から斜め前方へ直線状に延長した部分を各枠桟２として、上記バネ部４で常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させ、
上記網部３は、各側縁部７を各枠桟２へ掛止させ、前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間に掛け渡した開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させてなるものである（図３・図４参照）。

ｃ）本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの第３は、
柄部１の先方に左右一対に枠桟２を有し、該両枠桟２間に網部３を設けたもので、
上記枠桟２は弾性をもつ鋼線材製で、長手方向の中央基部にコイル状バネ部４を有するとともに、該バネ部４の両端部から斜め前方へ直線状に延長した部分であり、バネ部４で常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させるとともに、該バネ部４の後側部に左右方向への直線状部５を形成し、
該バネ部４後側の直線状部５を、前部からゆとりを持って抱持可能な取付け金具６で柄部１の前端部に固定させ、
上記網部３は、各側縁部７を各枠桟２に掛止させ、前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間に掛け渡した開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させてなるものである（図５・図６参照）。

ｄ）本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの第４は、
柄部１の先方に左右一対に枠桟２を有し、該両枠桟２間に網部３を設けたもので、
上記枠桟２は弾性をもつ鋼線材製で、長手方向の中央基部にコイル状バネ部４を有するとともに、該バネ部４の両端部から斜め前方へ直線状に延長した部分であり、バネ部４で常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させ、
該バネ部４を短軸１１で柄部１前部に固定し、
上記網部３は、各側縁部７を各枠桟２に掛止させ、前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間に掛け渡した開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させてなるものである（図７・図８参照）。

ｅ）本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの第５は、
柄部１の先方に左右一対に枠桟２を有し、該両枠桟２間に網部３を設けたもので、
上記枠桟２は弾性をもつ鋼板材製で、長手方向の中央基部近傍に湾曲板状バネ部１３を有するとともに、該バネ部１３の両側部から斜め前方へ直線状に延長した部分であり、バネ部１３で常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させ、
上記バネ部１３の中央基部を、柄部１の前端部に取付け金具１５で固定し、
上記網部３は、各側縁部７を各枠桟２に掛止させ、前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間に掛け渡した開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させたものである（図９を参照）。

ｆ）本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの第６は、
柄部１の先方に左右一対に枠桟２を有し、該両枠桟２間に網部３を設けたもので、
上記枠桟２は、二本の棒材の各基部を柄部１の前部に短軸２６で可回動に軸支させたものであり、該両枠桟２の基部寄りの内側にコイル状バネ部４の両側端部２７を固定して、該バネ部４で常時は各枠桟２を左・右両側へ開くように付勢させ、
上記網部３は、各側縁部７を各枠桟２へ掛止させ、前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間に掛け渡した開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させたものである（図１０参照）。

上記第３のものでは、枠桟２の湾曲板状バネ部１３のバネ力を補強するため、該バネ部１３近傍の内側に、弾性をもつ鋼板材製で湾曲した補強用板１４を、両枠桟２が常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させて一体的に装着しておいてもよい。図において、１０は柄部１の前部に形成した二又状部、１２は網部３の中央凹部、１７はベルトに吊るした携行用収納筒、２５は柄部１の前部寄り近傍間に両端に遊嵌させた突起部をもつ横ピンを示す。

【作用】
上記本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａの使用状態は次のようになる。
イ）釣り人が本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網Ａを携行するには、上記第１ないし第６のいずれのものでも、バネ部４，１３のバネ力で両側方へ開いている両枠桟２を、手で挟んで中央寄りへ閉じ、両枠桟２が先方でほぼ合致するような状態にする（例えば図１・図３の２点鎖線参照）。

次に、両枠桟２に伴って閉じた状態の網部３を、閉じた両枠桟２に沿わせておき、そのままの状態で両枠桟２の先端部側から、釣り人の腰のベルトまたは携行用収納筒１７へ下方へ向けて通し、腰に吊るしておけばよい（図１１参照）。

これで本発明に係る手網Ａは、上記いずれのものも嵩張らない状態になり、渓流釣りの移動中に藪や茂みをくぐり抜ける場合にも、手網Ａが邪魔になったり引っ掛かったりすることが無いので、渓流釣りに手網Ａを携行することが容易になる。

なお上記第３の手網Ａでは、コイル状バネ部４後側の直線状部５をゆとりを持って抱持可能な取付け金具６で柄部１に固定してあるため（図５・図６参照）、両枠桟２を閉じたり開いたりする際に、直線状部５があってもコイル状バネ部４は支障なく回動可能である。

ロ）次に、釣り人が渓流釣りで釣った魚を水際まで誘導して掬い取ったり、あるいは水中から抜きあげて空中でキャッチしたりするため、本発明に係る手網Ａを使用する場合には、上記第１ないし第６のいずれのものも、腰のベルトまたは携行用収納筒１７に差してある本手網Ａを、柄部１を握って上方へ抜き出せばよい。

上記いずれの手網Ａも、各々のバネ力により両枠桟２が両側方へ開くように付勢されているため、両枠桟２は直ちにかつスムーズに両側方へ開くことになる。そして該両枠桟２は、両枠桟２間に掛け渡した開き制限用前紐８で掛止される状態の所定角度まで開いて、その状態が維持される（図１・図３の実線参照）。

この際に網部は、上記いずれのものも閉じた状態の両枠桟２に沿わせてあった状態から、両枠桟２が開くことで自動的に開かれる。これにより本手網Ａは、柄部１に固定した枠桟２の中央基部を頂点とする逆二等辺三角形状で（図１・図３の実線参照）、網部３の中央部に袋状凹部１２が形成された状態になる（図２参照）。後はこの手網Ａにより、釣った魚を水際まで誘導して掬い取ったり、水中から抜きあげて空中でキャッチすればよい。

ハ）さらに、本発明の手網Ａを上記の如く使用した後、再び釣り始める場合や別の釣り場へ移動する場合等には、上記イ）で述べたのと同様に、各々バネ力で付勢されて開いている両枠桟２をバネ力に抗して閉じ、網部３を枠桟２に沿わせた状態にして、腰のベルトまたは携行用収納筒１７へ差し入れ、腰に吊るしておけばよく、これで本手網Ａは嵩張らず邪魔にならない。

【実施例】
ａ）図１および図２は、本発明に係る手網Ａの上記第１のものの実施例を示すが、柄部１の先方に左右一対の枠桟２を有し、該枠桟２間に網部３を掛止させたものである。

即ち、弾性をもつ鋼線材でコイル状バネ部４を形成し、該バネ部４の途中を後方へＵ字状に延長させて、このＵ字状部分を柄部１にするとともに、該バネ部４の上下側部を各々斜め前方へ直線状に延長させ、該バネ部４で常時は両側方へ開くように付勢された両枠桟２を形成してある。

コイル状バネ部４の巻き数は、数が多過ぎると両枠桟２に上下方向への食い違いが大きくなるため、ここでは３巻き程度としてある。巻き数を多くしてバネ力を強くしたい場合には、図６や図８で示すように、コイル状バネ部４から少し先の部分で、両枠桟２がほぼ同一面上になるように、折り曲げておけばよい。

各枠桟２の長さは例えば３５ｃｍ程度でよいが、それに限定されるものではない。また該枠桟２の各枠桟２の先端部間に、開き制限用の前紐８を掛け渡してあり、両枠桟２が所定角度ここでは５０度程の角度に開いた状態で係止可能としてある。該前紐８は、ここではボールチエンを用いているが、それに限らず、紐やボールチエンに軟質チューブを被覆したもの等を用いるのがよい。

上記網部３は、釣り用テグスと同様のモノフィラメント製とすることが望ましく、該網部３の各側縁部７を各枠桟２へ掛止させ、また前縁部９を各枠桟２の先端部間の開き制限用の前紐８に掛止させて、両枠桟２が開いた状態時に中央近傍に袋状凹部１２が形成されるようにしてある。該網部３の枠桟２への掛止は、ここでは網部３の側端縁７に通挿した係止用横糸２１を、止め糸２２にて枠桟２へ等間隔状にくくり付けてある。

ｂ）図３および図４は、本発明に係る手網Ａの上記第２のものの実施例を示すが、上記第１のものとの相違部分を中心に説明すると、柄部１・枠桟２を弾性をもつ一本の鋼板材製としたことであり、他は第１のものとほぼ同じである。

即ち、弾性をもつ一本の鋼板材を、長手方向の中央基部近傍でＵ字状に折り曲げて、そのＵ字状部分を柄部１とするとともに、該柄部１の両前部から斜め前方へ直線状に延長させた部分を両枠桟２として、常時は左・右両側へ開くように付勢させてある。また該柄部１の前部寄り近傍には、柄部１の開き止めを兼ねて両端に突起部をもつ横ピン２５を遊嵌させてある。

ｃ）図５および図６は、本発明に係る手網Ａの上記第３のものの実施例を示すが、上記第１のものとの相違部分を中心に説明すると、柄部１と枠桟２との関係であり、網部３やそれを枠桟２へ掛止する手段等、他の面は上記第１のものとほぼ同じである。

柄部１は上記枠桟２と別体物で、前端面から形成した切り込み溝３０を形成してあり、上記バネ部４の直線状部５を、前部からゆとりを持って抱持可能な取付け金具６で抱持し、その重なり合った後端片２９を切り込み溝３０に差し入れ、柄部１上面からの係止ネジ３１にて締付け固定してある。

ここでのコイル状バネ部４は巻き数がやや多く、このままでは両枠桟２に上下方向への食い違いが大きくなるため、図６で明らかな如く、バネ部４から少し先の部分で、バネ部４の上端から延びた側の枠桟２を下寄りに、また同じくバネ部４の下端から延びた側の枠桟２を上寄りに各々折り曲げ、両枠桟２がほぼ同一面上になるようにしてある。

上記第１ないし第６のいずれのものも、携行時には小さく折り畳めるし、必要時には直ちにスムーズに開いて手網となる。なお上記では、両枠桟２がバネ部４，バネ部１３で左右両側へほぼ均等状に開くようにしてあるが、例えば片方の枠桟２を柄部１に固定しておき、他方の枠桟２が所定角度まで開くようにすることも可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上で明らかな如く、本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網は、携行時には小さく折り畳めて、渓流釣りの途中で藪や茂みに引っ掛けたりするのを無くすことができ、かつ手網が必要時には直ちにスムーズに開くことができ、釣った魚を上手く確実に掬いまたキャッチすることができるものである。

即ち、従来の渓流釣り用の手網は、木製または金属製の環状枠に網部を取り付けたもので、渓流釣りで腰のベルトに差し込んで携行すると、藪や茂みの中をくぐり抜ける際に網部が引っ掛ってしまい、歩行が困難になったり、網の一部が破れたりした。また環状枠を弾性をもつ帯鋼製として、携行時に該環状枠を重ね小さい環状にするものもあったが、これは手網を使用する際に弾性で環状枠を開こうとしても、網部が絡んでうまく開かないことがあったりした。

これに対して、本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網は上記の如く、携行時には付勢するバネ力に抗して両枠桟を閉じ、該両枠桟が柄部の延長線上にくる一本の棒状にして、網部をそれに沿った状態にすることができる。そのため、これを腰のバンドまたは手網収納筒へ差し入れて携行することができるので、渓流釣りの途中で手網を藪や茂みに引っ掛けたりすることが無くなり、渓流釣りに手網を携行することがきわめて容易となる。

また本発明に係る渓流釣り用手網は、柄部を持って腰から引き抜けば、左右一対状の両枠桟がバネ部のバネ力で自動的に両側方へ所定角度まで開かれる。またその際に両枠桟に沿わせてある網部も自動的に開かれるので、容易・迅速かつスムーズに渓流釣り用手網として使用可能な状態になる。これで、渓流釣りで釣った魚を上手く確実に掬い、またはキャッチすることができる。

さらに、本発明に係る手網は、従来のものと比べて比較的シンプルな構成であるから、製作も容易になって渓流釣り用手網を安価に提供できるようになる。特に第１ないし第２の手網は、柄部と枠桟が一体物であるから、一層製作が容易でコストダウンを図ることができる。
