Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an anticorrosion sleeve that is fitted to a branch hole when a branch hole is formed in a metal pipe such as a water main pipe and prevents rusting and corrosion around the hole.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many sleeves of various structures have been put to practical use as the sleeves that are fitted around the open branch holes to prevent rust and corrosion of this portion.
[0003]
Of these conventional anticorrosion sleeves, the basis of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 4. The lower half (b) is a newly drilled branch hole, and the upper half (c) is water diverted. An elastic sleeve (A) such as rubber having a stepped portion (f) that can be inserted into the through hole (e) of the stopper (d), and a corrosion-resistant metal sleeve (G) such as stainless steel inserted in the elastic sleeve The metal sleeve (G) has one or more locations on its peripheral surface that are recessed in the axial direction to form a warped recess (H), which is inserted into the elastic sleeve (A), After this anticorrosion sleeve is inserted into the branch hole via the branch plug (d), the diameter of the metal sleeve (g) is expanded by a separate stretcher (not shown), so that the elastic sleeve (a) is radially expanded. Expand the lower half (b) to the inner peripheral surface of the branch hole, A through hole inner surface of the half parts (c) water diversion plug was known that so as to contact each (see JP-A 4-254091 JP).
[0004]
Further, when the metal sleeve (g) is bent on the upper peripheral edge of the metal sleeve (g) and the stretcher is inserted into the anti-corrosion sleeve to expand the diameter, the metal sleeve does not move in the elastic sleeve. What was made is what the present inventors devised previously.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional anticorrosion sleeve, when the sleeve is inserted into the branch hole through the through hole (e) of the water faucet, the anticorrosion sleeve that abuts against the upper peripheral surface of the main pipe by receiving the pressing pressure of the stretcher is inserted. There has been a problem that the lower surface of the stepped portion (f) is curved along the upper peripheral surface (see the arrow portion in FIG. 4), and the lower half of the sleeve is incompletely fitted. This tendency appears more strongly in the highly elastic sleeve having an excellent sealing function.
[0006]
As a countermeasure, it is conceivable to mold the lower surface of the step portion of the elastic sleeve in advance according to the curvature of the upper peripheral surface of the main pipe. In this case, when inserting the anticorrosion sleeve into the branch hole, There was a problem that the orientation of the sleeve and the main pipe had to be matched, and the field work was accompanied by uncomfortable trouble.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above situation, the present invention ensures the disadvantages of the prior art described by attaching a reinforcing ring integrally from the stepped portion of the elastic sleeve to the outer periphery of the upper half of this type of anticorrosion sleeve. It has been solved.
[0008]
That is, in the anticorrosion sleeve applied to the branch hole provided in the metal tube formed by inserting the corrosion-resistant metal sleeve having a reduced diameter by forming a recessed portion in one to several places in the outer surface axial direction, with the upper end portion of the metal sleeve is屈成locking hook of one to several pairs of engaging the upper edge of the elastic sleeve, the elastic sleeve and the lower half of the insertable outer diameter to said branch hole, An upper half portion having an outer diameter larger than the lower half portion and a step portion between the upper half portion and abutting against the metal pipe are provided, and a reinforcing ring is attached near the outer periphery of the step portion . It was.
[0009]
In addition, the elastic sleeve on the inner side of the reinforcing ring was used in combination with a means of circularly forming a recess from the lower surface of the stepped portion toward the upper half .
[0010]
Furthermore, the reinforcing ring is provided in a state where it is embedded from the outer surface with respect to the upper half of the elastic sleeve, and means for preventing the reinforcing ring from directly contacting the main pipe is also used. .
[0011]
[Action]
In the anticorrosion sleeve of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the reinforcing ring is provided near the outer periphery of the step portion of the elastic sleeve, so that the anticorrosion sleeve receives the insertion pressure when the anticorrosion sleeve is inserted into the branch hole. The upper half does not deform along the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe, and even if a highly elastic material is used for the elastic sleeve, it is possible to accurately fit the branch hole in the lower half. is there.
[0012]
In addition, the concave portion provided on the inner peripheral side of the reinforcing ring of the elastic sleeve ensures that the lower half of the sleeve is expanded outward by expanding the diameter of the metal sleeve, particularly the inner peripheral surface of the branch hole. It has the effect | action which improves the adhesiveness of the elastic sleeve with respect to.
[0013]
Further, when the reinforcing ring is embedded on the stepped portion of the elastic sleeve, when the reinforcing ring is a metal ring, when the anticorrosion sleeve is fitted into the branch hole, the bottom bottom of the ring, the main pipe, This prevents the abutment and prevents the rusting or corrosion of this part more reliably.
[0014]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the structure of the anticorrosion sleeve according to the present invention will be described in more detail in accordance with the embodiments 1 to 2 shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is an elastic sleeve made of rubber or other elastic material, and the upper half 1a is divided. A step portion 1c having an outer diameter that can be inserted into the through hole 2a of the faucet 2 and an outer diameter that allows the lower half 1b to be inserted into the branch hole 3a of the newly drilled metallic main pipe 3 is provided. 4 is a metal sleeve made of a corrosion-resistant metal such as stainless steel, which is inserted into the elastic sleeve 1, and has a recessed portion 4 a that goes inward into one or more locations on the axial circumferential surface. In addition, the locking rod 4b that engages the upper edge 1 'of the elastic sleeve 1 across the upper edge 1' of the upper end edge is placed opposite to the upper edge or / and the outer periphery of the elastic sleeve. A concave hole or concave portion 1d into which the vertical piece 4c of the latch is engaged is cut out. (See FIG. 2).
[0015]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a reinforcing ring made of a rigid material such as metal or hard plastic, which is provided around the outer periphery of the upper half 1a close to the stepped portion 1c of the elastic sleeve. As shown in Fig. 5, the outer peripheral surface 5a and the lower surface 5b of a ring having a square or vertically long cross section are exposed, or are embedded in the upper half of the sleeve as shown in FIG. The lower surface 5b of the ring is not exposed to the outside, and only the outer peripheral surface 5a is exposed.
[0016]
FIG. 3C shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which at least the reinforcing ring of the elastic sleeve on the inner side of the reinforcing ring 5 extends from the lower surface of the step portion 1c toward the upper half, that is, the upper half 1a. A recess 6 corresponding to the height is formed.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the anticorrosion sleeve of the present invention, the above-described reinforcing ring is provided in the upper half of the elastic sleeve, particularly the stepped portion, due to the pressing force when the anticorrosion sleeve is fitted into the branch hole by the stretcher S. Deformation is reliably prevented, and the lower half of the sleeve can be accurately inserted into the branch hole, and a more flexible elastic material can be used as the elastic sleeve, maintaining high water tightness with the periphery of the branch hole. A special effect can be expected.
[0018]
In addition, the stepped portion with a recess cut off prevents the lower half of the elastic sleeve, which expands in the radial direction due to the diameter of the metal sleeve, from being hindered by the reinforcement ring. This will further ensure the adhesion.
[0019]
Furthermore, when the reinforcing ring is a metal ring, the ring is embedded in the upper half of the elastic sleeve to prevent erosion due to potential difference between the two due to direct contact of different metals. The effect that it can be expected.
[0020]
In addition, the present invention has a simple structure and can be provided at a low cost, but also exhibits the effects described above, and can completely eliminate many problems found in this type of conventional anticorrosion sleeve. [Brief description of the drawings]
