本発明は電子機器等を多段に収容する機器収容架に関し、特に、機器収容架における収容機器変更の際の調整作業を簡易化する補助架に関する。

【従来の技術】
電子機器等を収容する機器収容架の側板内面には、機器を引き出す際に機器をスライドさせるスライドレールが直接固定されている。各機器の横幅及び最大奥行寸法は概ね標準化されているが、正面から見た縦寸法(高さ)には様々なものがある。このような架に収容されている機器を、異なる寸法を有する機器に変更する場合は、架内のスライドレール取付け位置を移動させなければならない。

スライドレールの移動に際してはスライドレールの取付け状態(幅、高さ、行程)を機器に合わせて微調整する必要があり、スライドレールを収容架に仮付けした上で機器を入れてみて具合を試す手順を繰り返すという、大変手間の掛かる作業が必要になる。しかも収容架が狭い場所に固定されていて、このような手間の掛かる作業を窮屈な姿勢で行わねばならぬ現場が少なくない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の課題は、収容架内機器の変更時に、機器とスライドレールの関係を工場あるいは収容架外において調整できるようにして、収容架設置現場でのスライドレール調整作業を省くことである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題は、スライドレールを収容架に直接取り付けるのではなく、個々の収容対象機器と収容架の間に、本発明に係る「レールユニット」と呼ぶ補助架を介在させることにより解決される。

このレールユニットは左右の側板と両側板を平行に保つ前後の仕切板から成り、両側板は収容架に適合する標準の横幅間隔と奥行き寸法を有し、収容される機器に合わせて数種類の縦幅のものが用意される。両側板面には一対のスライドレールが向かい合わせに設けられ、各スライドレールは、取付けねじ貫通孔の余裕の範囲内で、対象機器の寸法に合わせて対向間隔や取付け高さを5mm程度微調整でき、調整済みの状態で固定できるようになっている。

そして、工場あるいは収容架外において、レールユニットに対象機器を仮設置して機器とスライドレールの関係を予め調整する。調整済みのレールユニットの状態を維持したまま収容架設置場所まで運搬し、収容架の前面からボルト締めして取り付ける。各機器はこの調整済みレールユニットを介して収容架に取り付けられる。その結果、収容架設置現場でのスライドレール調整作業を不要化することができる。

添付の図面を参照しつつ、本発明の好適な一実施例について説明する。図1は本実施例に係るレールユニットの構造を示す組立図であり、コ字形をなすきょう体10の向かって左半分の各部構造および組立手順を説明している(右半分も同一構造)。図2〜図5は本実施例のレールユニットを収容架へ取り付ける作業手順および取付けを完了した状態を示す斜視図である。

本発明に係るレールユニット中のスライドレールと対象機器との適合状態を、工場あるいは収容架外において予め調整し、各機器をこの調整済みレールユニットを介して収容架に取り付けることにより、収容架設置現場でのスライドレール調整作業を不要化することができる。

Both side plates have standard width intervals and depth dimensions that fit the storage racks, and several types of vertical plates are used depending on the equipment to be accommodated.
