上記目的を達成するために、本発明の可動式箱型家具にあっては、一対の操作部を対向するように箱型家具両側板の各内側に配設すると共に操作用棒状体の両端部を各操作部に嵌合し各操作部を同時に回動操作することで、各操作部に接続されたリンク機構により天井面が押圧され箱型家具が固定されるようにした可動式箱型家具であって、箱型家具の底板下側に開閉蓋を備えた箱体を設け、当該箱体に操作用棒状体を略水平に収納可能としている。
