【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機に関するもので、更に詳しくは遊技板や機構部品類を装備する機構枠体を一体に組付け、且つ遊技板の前面を塞ぐガラスや放出される賞球を受ける受皿、そしてこの受皿に受けたパチンコ球を発射装置に供給する打球供給装置等を装備する上下の皿基板を組付ける前枠につき改良を施したパチンコ機に関する。

【従来の技術】
遊技場においてパチンコ機の保守や点検、整備を容易にするため或いは遊技板を始めとする各種の部品類の交換を容易にするため取り付け台に固定される機枠に対してこれら部品を備える前枠は前方に持ち出せるように開閉自由に蝶着してある。
前枠は額縁形に形成してあり、その一側縁の上下に備える蝶着片を機枠の上下に備える蝶着片に回動自由に軸着して扉の如く自由に開閉できるようにしてあり、背面部には背面に各種の機構部品、例えば賞球貯留タンクや賞球装置を背負う機構枠体を一体に取付け、その前面に収める遊技板を開口部から覗けるようにしてある。そして、前面部には遊技板の前面を塞ぐガラス枠と、賞球を受ける上皿とこの上皿から送られるパチンコ球を発射装置に供給する打球供給装置とを備える上皿基板とをそれぞれ開閉自由に蝶着し、更に前面部下部には賞球下皿を備える下皿基板を一体に固定してある。

一方、この前枠にはパチンコ機を装飾し、また入賞球の飛入を表示する表示ランプ飾りを前面部の上縁部或いは左右の側縁部に一体に組付け、パチンコ機前面の飾りとしている。
この前面の飾りはプラスチック製品であり、内部に収めるランプの配線等の関係から前枠の組立製造と共に木ねじ等で予め一体に組付けておくのが普通であり、パチンコ機の組立時にはこの前枠に機構枠体、下皿基板を止め付け、次にガラス金枠、上皿基板を組付けて前枠を完成させるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする問題点】
従来パチンコ機における前枠は上述したような構成に係るが、前枠に予め表示ランプ飾りを組付けたり、金属枠製のガラス金枠を取付けておくのは前枠の前後の面が凹凸によって嵩張ることから部品管理上場所をとって不都合となる。また組付けた部品類が破損することがあるため管理上厄介な面がある。
また、表示ランプ飾りやガラス金枠は前枠に対して木ねじによって固着することから取付けに手間を要し、破損の際の交換作業に当たっては前枠前面部を汚損する等の危険があり作業に手間取るなどの問題がある。

本発明は、この様な問題点に鑑みこれを改善する目的でなされたもので、前枠自体を扁平な枠体とすることによってパチンコ機組立までにおける部品管理を容易にする一方、従来予め前枠に組付けていた表示ランプ飾り等の部品を他の部品、即ち飾り枠体に移して、パチンコ機本体の組立時に組付けられるようにして製造性の向上を図れるようにしたパチンコ機を提供しようとするものである。
また本発明は、上記前枠に予め装備していた飾り部品類を飾り枠体に移すことに併せて、この飾り枠体と上皿基板並びに下皿基板によってパチンコ機の基礎枠体となっている前枠の前面を被い、前枠には専ら構造体としての役割をもたせ、その前面に施す飾りは飾り枠体と上皿基板並びに下皿基板において担うようにしてなるパチンコ機を提供せんとするものである。

【問題点を解決するための手段】
上述の目的に基づき本発明は前枠を扁平な額縁形に枠組して構成し、特にその前面部に飾り部材を個別に取付けることのないようにしたことにある。更に言うならば本発明は背面部に機構枠体を組付ける前枠は上下、左右の各枠部分を平板にして全体を扁平な額縁形に形成し、上記下枠部の前面に下皿基板を止着する一方、前面部の一側縁上下両端部に機枠に蝶着する上下対をなす蝶着片を、また両蝶着片の中間に中間蝶着片をそれぞれ取付け、上記上蝶着片と中間蝶着片を介して背面部にガラス枠を開閉自由に蝶着してなる額縁形の飾り枠体を蝶着すると共に、上記中間蝶着片と該蝶着片と対向する前記下皿基板の一側縁上端部を介して上皿基板の一側縁を蝶着し、前枠の前面並びに開口部をこの飾り枠体と上皿基板によって被覆、閉塞するように構成したパチンコ機を提供することにある。

【作用】
本発明によれば、上述の構成によって明らかなように前枠が扁平に構成され、その前面部に飾り部材等が予め固定されないことから組立前において多数の前枠を保管する場合接面状に揃えて保管できることになる。その一方前面に装備する飾り部品類は全て飾り枠体乃至上下の皿基板に組込まれることからこれらの組付けに伴わせて装備することができ、従って個別の組付けを省くことができると共に、これら飾り枠体、上下の皿基板の交換によって飾り部品類の全てを交換することができ、これによってパチンコ機の前面のデザインを変更することができることになる。
次に、本発明の特徴とするところを図面に示す実施例に従って詳細に説明することにする。

【実施例】
図１は本発明に係るパチンコ機のガラス並びに遊技板を除いた状態の斜視図であり、図２は組立完成状態にある前枠の正面図、図３は前枠に組付ける諸種の部材を外した状態を示す分解斜視図であり、図４は前枠本体の正面図、図５は図２のＡ−Ａ線断面図である。図面において１ａは機枠であり、１ｂは前枠である。前枠１ｂは上下の枠部分２，３と左右の枠部分４，５によって矩形の額縁形に形成してあり、各枠部分を平板にすることによって全体を扁平にしてある。この前枠は合成樹脂を素材に一体成形してあり、左枠部分４側の上端と下端にはパチンコ機の機枠１ａに開閉自由に蝶着するための上下の蝶着片６，７を止め付ける金属製の当板８，９を取付け、また開口部１０に臨む右枠部分５の内側縁には後述する飾り枠体を施錠する錠装置１１を止め付ける金属製当板１２，１３が取付けてある。

この前枠１ｂは前記機枠の前面を被う大きさに形成し、下枠部分３の前面は後述する下皿基板１４を止着する取付部として平滑な面に形成してあり、その中央部には賞球の出口となる窓１５を開設し、左右及び中央部の適所には下皿基板１４の背面から突出する鉤形の係止爪を掛け止める係止孔１６を設けている。

開口部１０は遊技板の前面を覗かせると共に打球発射装置の前面を覗かせるもので、この開口部には飾り枠体１７と上皿基板１８が組付けられる。
左枠部分４には上下の端部に設けられる蝶着片６，７の中間に位置するように中間の蝶着片１９を設けてこの蝶着片１９と上蝶着片６に飾り枠体１７の左側縁の上下両縁を枢着し、これを開閉自由に蝶着し、その一方上記中間蝶着片１９と、この蝶着片と向い合う下皿基板１４の上端部の間に上皿基板１８の左側縁部を収め、その上下両端を枢着して同じく開閉自由に蝶着し、この両者を揃えて閉じることによって開口部１０を塞ぐことができるようにしてある。

上記飾り枠体１７は図１０に示したように蝶着側一側縁の上端部にバネによって上方に突出するように付勢される枢着軸２０を備え、この枢着軸２０を上蝶着片６に設ける軸受孔に嵌合することによって、また下端部に下向きに突出する軸２１を中間蝶着片１９の軸受孔に嵌合させることによって蝶着するようにしてあり、他方、上皿基板１８は蝶着側下端部に設ける下向きの軸２２を下皿基板１４の一側縁上端部に設ける軸受孔２３に嵌合させ、上端部に設ける軸受孔２４に前記飾り枠体１７の軸２１を嵌合させることによって蝶着するようにしてある。

上記上皿基板１８は軸２２を引き上げ軸受孔２３から抜き取ることによって蝶着を解除することができ、前枠１ｂから取り外すことができるものとなっている（これについては後記詳述する。）。また飾り枠体１７はバネに抗して軸２０を引き下げ上蝶着片６から外したのち枠体１７を持ち上げて軸２１を中間蝶着片１９から外すことによって前枠１から取り外せるものとなっている。勿論、飾り枠体１７、上皿基板１８の両者は上述した取り外しの逆の作業によって前枠に組付けることができる。

飾り枠体１７は合成樹脂を材料に額縁形に形成してあり、閉じたとき前枠１ｂの略上半部の全面を被い隠せる大きさに形成してある。ここに示す飾り枠体は上縁部１７ａと左右の縁部１７ｂ，１７ｃを前方に膨出させて立体化し、背面に中空部２５を形成してランプのリード線の配線空間を設けている。上記各縁部の前面には着色した半透明のレンズカバー２６，２７，２８を装着して各縁部に形成する透孔２９を通して前方に向け臨ませる表示乃至照明用ランプを被うようにしてある。

上記レンズカバー２６，２７，２８はそれぞれの縁部１７ａ，１７ｂ，１７ｃの前面に形成する縁取りした装着部３０に嵌め付けるようにして取付けてあり、それぞれのカバーの縁から突出する爪３１を上記装着部３０の縁に沿って設ける切欠き部３２に弾性を利用して係入し取付けてある。尚、ここでは左右のカバー２７，２８を装着したのち上部のカバー２６を装着して三者を継ぎ合せ飾り枠体１７の前面を門形に飾るようにしてある。

図中、３３は上記飾り枠体１７の背面から開口部３４を塞ぐガラス枠である。このガラス枠３３は２枚のガラス３５，３５を間隔をおいて対面状に装着するもので、一側縁を飾り枠体の左縁部１７ｂの背面に蝶着して開閉自由に取付けられる。

ここに示したガラス枠３３は防犯効果を高めると共に装着時のガタ付きを防止するためアルミの押出型材を素材に形成して精度を高めてある。ここに使用される型材は図１６に示したように断面を樋形に形成する本体の中央部に中心部分に沿って円形の貫通穴を設ける突条３６を長さ方向に沿って隆設し、２条のガラス装着溝３７，３７を設けてあり、実質的に断面Ｅ字型をなすようにしてある。この型材を長さの途中において図示するようにコ字形に屈曲させて左縦枠３３ａと上下の横枠３３ｂ，３３ｃを形成し、更にこの両横枠３３ｂ，３３ｃの自由端間に別の右縦枠３３ｄを渡して矩形の枠に組みガラス枠を構成している。

上記右縦枠３３ｄは図１４，１５に示すようにコ字形に屈曲する型材の突条３６の幅員に合わせた細身の型材であり、上下の横枠３３ｂ，３３ｃの端部に臨む突条３６，３６間に両端を渡してビス（図示せず）を円穴に揉み込むことによって連結し矩形に組立てあり、またこの右縦枠３３ｄの連結によって上下の横枠のガラス装着溝３７，３７の端部を開放し（図１５参照）、ここからガラス３５の挿入が行えるようにしてある。

ところで、ガラス枠３３を構成する型材は前述した様に左縦枠３３ａを中心にしてその両端を直角に折り曲げることによって上下の横枠３３ｂ，３３ｃを形成するものとしているが、この折曲げによって形成されるコーナー部３８，３８は直角とはならず弧状を呈することになる。このため矩形に切り出すガラス３５を前記装着溝３７の端部から差し入れ装着すると、直角をなすガラスの隅部が弧状をなす上記コーナー部３８に収まらず、その結果左縦枠３３ａとガラス３５の側縁との間に隙間が出来ることになる。

上記の問題はガラス３５の隅部をコーナー部３８に合わせて弧状に隅取りすれば解決されるが、ガラスにこの様な加工を施すことはコスト高になると同時に、ガラスの一側縁上下両隅部にのみ加工することになることからガラスのはめ込みに方向性が生じ、取扱い上不便になる。
そこで本発明では両コーナー部３８，３８に当たるガラス装着溝３７，３７の底部を弧状をなす部分において切除し、突き出し穴３９、３９を開設してガラスの隅部が抜き出るようにし、矩形に形成されるガラス３５が弧状のコーナー部をもったガラス枠内にぴったり正確に収まるようにしてある。

図中、４０はガラス枠内に嵌め入れたガラス３５のガタ付きを止めるため上下の横枠３３ｂ，３３ｃに取付けたガタ止めである。このガタ止め４０は弾性を有した合成樹脂を素材に成形してあり、図示するように断面コ字形をなす取付部４０ａとこの取付部４０ａの両端部から延設する二股のバネ片４０ｂからなっており、取付部４０ａを各横枠の突条３６に被せるように嵌め付け、これに突設する突起４０ｃを突条３６に設ける穴４１に圧入することで取付き、各バネ片４０ｂをそれぞれの装着溝３７内に長さ方向に沿って嵌め入れるようにしてある。

図１９及び図２０は上記ガタ止め４０の装着と、このガタ止めによるガラス３５のガタ付き防止の実際を下横枠３３ｃにおいて示したものである。ガラス装着溝３７の端部から挿入されるガラス３５は横枠の途中に取付けられるガタ止め４０に達したところで、溝３７に横たわるバネ片４０ｂを押し潰して侵入し、左縦枠３３ａの装着溝３７に一側縁を嵌め入れるまでスライドさせて装着される。

２枚のガラス３５は同様にしてそれぞれの装着溝３７に差し入れられ、それぞれのガタ止め４０のバネ片４０ｂを押し潰し、その反発力で溝の側壁に押圧されガタ止めされることになり、且つ間隔を保つことになる。
このガタ止め４０の装着によりガラス枠の各装着溝３７はガラス３５の板厚より広幅に形成されることは言うまでもない。またこれによってガラスの嵌め付けが楽に行えるものとなっており、更にまたガラスを内外から押圧した場合、その力をバネ片４０ｂが吸収してくれることになる。
特に上記バネ片４０ｂによる押圧の吸収はこのガラス枠３３を飾り枠体１７に閉じ合わせたとき、開口部３４の後方に向って突き出す縁３４ａを前方のガラス３５の前面に当接させ密着させるに当たって双方の位置関係の誤差を吸収できるため有効に作用することになる。

尚、上記ガタ止め４０は当該実施例において取付部４０ａの両端にバネ片４０ｂを一対宛備えた例につき説明したが、一端側のバネ片４０ｂのみであっても、また両端から派生する２つのバネ片の一方を省略して２条の装着溝３７に１つづつのバネ片が介入するようにしても実施できることは言うまでもない。
このガタ止め４０は前述したようにガラス枠に嵌め込まれるガラス３５の板厚と装着溝３７の溝巾の差から生ずるガタ付きを防止するための外、ガラス枠を飾り枠体１７に閉じ合わせたとき両者間の閉じ合わせの誤差から生ずるガタ付きを防止するためにあることから、その取付位置、個数或いはバネ片の数等の選択は実施に当たって設計者に委ねられる。

図中４２，４３はガラス枠３３を飾り枠体１７に蝶着するための取付片である。両取付片は帯状の金属片をクランク状に屈曲させ形成したもので、ガラス枠のコーナー部３８の外側に添わせてリベット等を使ってかしめ付けられる。この取付片の取付けによりコーナー部３８の突き出し穴３９から外に突出するガラス３５の隅部が被われることになり取扱い時の危険が回避されることになる（図１７参照）。

上記ガラス枠３３は飾り枠体１７の左縁部１７ｂの背面の上下に備えられる枢着軸４４，４５に上記取付片４２，４３の枢着片４２ａ，４３ａを各枢着させることによって開閉自由に取付き、自由端側の右縦枠３３ｄに設けるピン４６を係止爪４７に係合させることによって閉塞状態に保持される。
【００２６】
係止爪４７は右縁部１７ｃの背面に立設する取付台４８にビス４９で止め付け、立ち上げてあり、ガラス枠３３の閉塞によって上方（実際には後方水平方向）から近付いてくるピン４６を爪５０の頭部に受けてその傾斜面に透導して一旦撓ませたのち掛け止めることになる。
図中５１はこのガラス枠の閉塞に際してピン４６を係止爪４７に真直に衝合させ係合するよう誘導するためのガイドであり、飾り枠体の右縁部１７ｃの背面部から壁状に立設し、縦に切込むスリット５２にピン４６を滑合させ係止爪４７に誘導できるようにしてある。尚、図中５３は上記係止爪４７を位置決め固定する突起である。

ガラス枠３３を背面に備えた飾り枠体１７は前述したように枢着軸２０，２１を支点に前枠の前面に接面するように閉じ合され、自由端側となる右縁部１７ｃの背面に備える係止爪（図示せず）を施錠装置１１に掛け止め施錠される。そして、このとき前枠１の右枠部５の前面中央部に備える鍵穴飾り５４を右縁部１７ｃに設ける切欠き部５５に受け入れ両者の衝突を避けるようにしてある。
【００２８】
鍵穴飾り５４は前枠１ｂを図示しない機枠に施錠して任意に開放しないようにするシリンダ錠５６を前枠に取付けるための取付部材である。この鍵穴飾りは前方からシリンダ錠の鍵穴に鍵を差し入れ開錠したとき、この鍵を差し入れたまゝ飾り枠体１７を自由に開閉操作できるよう鍵の操作摘みの幅より広幅に形成してあり、また切欠き部５５はこの鍵穴飾り５４を受け入れると同時に両者の間に不要の間隙が生じない大きさに形成してある。

上記鍵穴飾り５４は飾り枠体１７を閉じ合せたとき一体感を出すため前面にはカバー２８に調子を揃えたレンズカバー５７を装着してある。尚、図中５８はシリンダ錠５６の回転片であり、機枠に掛け止められる係止フック５９を解錠操作時に作動させることになる。

一方、前記上皿基板１８は前述したように軸２２を下皿基板１４の軸受孔２３に軸着し、左側上端部の軸受孔２４に中間蝶着片１９に枢着した軸２１を嵌入させることによって蝶着され開閉自由に前枠１に組付けられるが、この基板は前記飾り枠体１７に合せて合成樹脂を素材に成形し、上部前面の中央部に賞球装置から放出される賞球を受ける受皿６０を一体に設け、基板背面の適所には打球供給樋６１や、放出賞球を賞球樋から受け取る連絡樋６２を装備する裏基板（図示せず）を止め付けるためのビス受け６３が設けてある。そして、蝶着端側の背面には軸２２を支持し軸受孔２４を補強する金属製補強材６４が、また自由端側の背面には係止部材６５がそれぞれ取付けてある。

補強材６４は帯状の金属板の両端を直角に折り曲げ、一方を軸受孔２４の補強片６６とし、他方を軸２２の支持片６７とするもので、片６６には軸受孔２４に対応した位置に透孔６８を設け、支持片６７には軸２２を受け入れる挿通孔を設けてある。
軸２２は金属丸棒をＬ字形に折り曲げ形成したもので、一方の軸を摘みとして補強材に縦に開設するスリット６９に滑合させて上記支持片６７の挿通孔に通した他方の軸を上下に操作できるようにしてある。

この軸２２の上下の移動は上皿基板１８の装着に便ならしめるためのもので、前述したように中間蝶着片１９に通した軸２１を軸受孔２４、透孔６８に挿通したのち、軸２２を引き上げて下皿基板１４の軸受孔２３の直上に臨ませ、その後スリット６９に滑合する軸部を操作して引き下げ軸受孔２３に突入させることによって上皿基板１８の組付けが行えるようにしてある。

係止部材６５は取付片７０とスライド係止片７１からなっており、取付片７０を介して基板の自由端側背面に設けられる取付部７２に装着される。
スライド係止片７１はこの片に設ける爪７３と取付片７０に設ける爪７４との間に縮設するバネ（図示せず）によって常時上方に付勢してあり、前記軸２１，２２を支点に上皿基板１８を回動し閉塞したとき、このスライド係止片７１から後方に向けて突設する係止爪７５を前枠１の右枠部５に設ける係止部７６に上記バネに抗して掛け止められるようにしてある。

上記係止部７６は金属板を打抜き形成したものである。係止爪７５はこの係止部７６に開設する穴７７に突入し掛け止められることになる。そして、係止部材６５は上皿基板の自由端側上端に頭を出すスライド係止片７１の上端７８を押圧することによって係止爪７５の係合を解き上皿基板の開放を許すことになる。

上皿基板１８の前面に設けられる受皿６０の前面には飾り枠体１７の左縁部１７ｂの前面に沿って縦長に配置されるレンズカバー２７に揃えてこれに連続するように横長の飾りレンズカバー７９が配設される。また、前面右側縁には同じくレンズカバー２８の下端に接続するように飾りレンズカバー８０を配設し、この上皿基板１８と飾り枠体１７とが一つの統一した意匠の中にあるように揃えてある。

下皿基板１４は前枠１ｂの下枠部３の前面に固定されるが、上皿基板と同様に合成樹脂を材料に成形されるもので、前面には受皿８１と灰皿８２の取付部８３と打球発射用の操作グリップ８４を装置する装着部８５が一体に備えられ、上記受皿８１の前面にはレンズカバー８０に続く飾りのレンズカバー８６を装着して上皿基板と一体となる意匠が施してある。

図中、８７は前枠１の背面に取付けられる機構枠体である。この機構枠体８７は金属板で浅い箱形に形成してあり、内部下方には上下に仕切るように遊技板８８の受台８９が設けてあり、その前面部には打球発射装置９０ａと発射レール９０ｂが備えてある。この機構枠体の背面上部には賞球タンク９１が取付けられ、窓９２を開設した背板９３の背面には賞球装置、賞球放出樋、セーフ球集合室、セーフ球通路等の機構装置、部品類が設備され、更にこれら部品類を被うカバー９４が取付けられると共に、機構枠体の下方には賞球箱９５が取付けられ、前記下皿基板１４の背後から受皿８１に賞球を送り出せるようにしてある。

遊技板８８は前枠１ｂの開口部１０を塞ぐ飾り枠体１７、上皿基板１８を開放して前方から機構枠体内部に持込み、機構枠体に備える止めクリップ（図示せず）で遊技板の周縁部を固定し着脱自由に取付けられ、常には閉塞される飾り枠体１７の開口部３４に装着されるガラス枠３３を通して前方から覗けるようにしてある。

ところで飾り枠体１７及び上皿基板１８は使用時塞閉状態におかれ、前枠１ｂの開口部１０を閉ざすことになるが、両者の召し合せ部分を通しておこなはれる遊技板に対する不正行為を防止するため、前枠１ｂの前面外周縁には縁に沿って段部９６を設け、また飾り枠体１７と上皿基板１８の周縁部には上記段部９６に嵌り付く後向きの縁部９７，９８が設けてある。

飾り枠体１７と上皿基板１８の横幅を前枠１ｂの横幅に揃えてその前面を被う大きさに形成してあるのは理由の一つに両者の召し合わせ部分を前枠１ｂの開口部１０から離して不正行為を防止することにあるが、更にここでは段部９６と縁部９７，９８の噛み合せを加えることによってその効果を高めるものにしてある。

本発明における不正行為の防止策について更に説明すると、前枠の右枠部５の前面に取付けられる鍵穴飾り５４とこれに臨む飾り枠体１７の右縁部１７ｃに設けられる切欠き部５５との間にも同じく噛み合せ関係が形成されている。即ち、図８に示す如く鍵穴飾り５４には内側の縁９９を断面コ字形に形成して前方に開放する溝形に形成し、この縁に切欠き部５５の後向きの縁１００を嵌め入れて両者の召し合せ部分からのピアノ線等の不正部材の侵入が阻止できるようにしてある。

また、飾り枠体１７と上皿基板１８とが向い合う縁部には図５及び図７に示したように上皿基板の上縁１０１を断面コ字形にして前方に開放する溝を設け、他方飾り枠体１７の下縁部１７ｄは後向きの縁１０２にして両者を閉じ合せたとき噛み合って前後方向に真直な空隙が出来ないようにしてある。
