Description

【0001】

Then, the mechanism frame and the lower plate are fixed, and then the glass frame and the upper plate are assembled to complete the front frame.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The front frame of the conventional pachinko machine has the above-described configuration, but the display lamp decoration is attached to the front frame in advance, or the metal frame made of metal is attached to the front frame because the front and rear surfaces of the front frame are uneven. Since it is bulky, it takes up space for parts management, which is inconvenient. In addition, there is a troublesome aspect in management since the assembled parts may be damaged.
Also, since the display lamp decoration and the glass frame are fixed to the front frame with wood screws, it takes time and effort to install it. There are problems such as taking time.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems and has been made with an object of improving the same. By making the front frame itself a flat frame body, parts management up to assembling of a pachinko machine is facilitated, while a conventional method is used. Provided is a pachinko machine in which parts such as a display lamp decoration mounted on a frame are transferred to another part, that is, a decorative frame body, so that the pachinko machine can be mounted at the time of assembling the pachinko machine main body, thereby improving productivity. What you are trying to do.
Further, according to the present invention, in addition to transferring the decorative components previously mounted on the front frame to the decorative frame, the decorative frame, the upper plate substrate, and the lower plate substrate serve as a base frame of the pachinko machine. There is no pachinko machine that covers the front of the front frame, and the front frame has a role as a structure exclusively, and the decoration applied to the front is to be carried on the decorative frame, the upper plate and the lower plate. It is assumed that.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Based on the above object, the present invention is to form a front frame by framing it into a flat frame shape, and to particularly prevent a decorative member from being separately attached to a front surface thereof. More specifically, in the present invention, the front frame for assembling the mechanism frame body on the back portion is formed into a flat frame shape by flattening the upper and lower, left and right frame portions, and the lower plate substrate is provided on the front surface of the lower frame portion At the upper and lower ends of one side edge of the front part, a pair of upper and lower hinged pieces that are hinged to the machine frame, and an intermediate hinged piece between the two hinged pieces, respectively, are attached. A frame-shaped decorative frame formed by freely opening and closing a glass frame on the back side via a dressing piece and an intermediate hinge piece is hinged, and the intermediate hinge piece and the hinge piece are opposed to each other. A pachinko machine in which one side edge of the upper plate is hinged through the upper end of the lower plate, and the front surface and the opening of the front frame are covered and closed by the decorative frame and the upper plate. The machine.
[0007]
[Operation]
According to the present invention, as is apparent from the above-described configuration, the front frame is configured to be flat, and since a decorative member or the like is not fixed in advance on the front surface thereof, it is in a contact surface shape when storing a large number of front frames before assembly. It can be stored together. On the other hand, the decorative parts to be mounted on the front side are all mounted on the decorative frame or the upper and lower plate substrates, so that they can be mounted along with these mountings, so that individual mounting can be omitted. All of the decorative components can be replaced by replacing the decorative frame body and the upper and lower plate substrates, thereby changing the design of the front of the pachinko machine.
Next, features of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pachinko machine according to the present invention, in which a glass and a game board are removed, FIG. 2 is a front view of a front frame in an assembled state, and FIG. 3 shows various members to be assembled to the front frame. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a detached state, FIG. 4 is a front view of a front frame main body, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. In the drawings, 1a is a machine frame, and 1b is a front frame. The front frame 1b is formed in a rectangular frame shape by upper and lower frame portions 2, 3 and left and right frame portions 4, 5, and the entire frame portion is made flat by making each frame portion a flat plate. The front frame is made of synthetic resin and is integrally formed with a material. The upper and lower ends of the left frame portion 4 are provided with upper and lower hinged pieces 6 and 7 for freely opening and closing the pachinko machine frame 1a. Metal abutment plates 8 and 9 are attached, and metal abutment plates 12 and 13 are provided on an inner edge of the right frame portion 5 facing the opening 10 to attach a lock device 11 for locking a decorative frame body described later. Installed.
[0009]
The front frame 1b is formed to have a size covering the front of the machine frame, and the front of the lower frame portion 3 is formed as a smooth surface as a mounting portion for fixing a lower plate substrate 14 described later. A window 15 serving as an exit of a prize ball is opened in the portion, and a locking hole 16 for hooking a hook-shaped locking claw protruding from the back surface of the lower plate substrate 14 is provided at an appropriate position on the left, right, and center.
[0010]
The opening 10 allows the front face of the game board and the front face of the hitting ball firing device to be viewed, and the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 are assembled in this opening.
An intermediate hinge piece 19 is provided on the left frame part 4 so as to be located between the hinge pieces 6 and 7 provided at the upper and lower ends, and the decorative piece body is provided on the hinge piece 19 and the upper hinge piece 6. 17 is pivotally attached to the upper and lower edges of the left side edge thereof, and is hinged freely to open and close. On the other hand, an upper portion is provided between the intermediate hinge piece 19 and the upper end of the lower plate substrate 14 facing the hinge piece. The left side edge of the dish substrate 18 is housed, and the upper and lower ends thereof are pivotally connected to each other so as to be freely opened and closed, and the opening 10 can be closed by aligning and closing both.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 10, the decorative frame body 17 has a pivot shaft 20 urged by a spring so as to protrude upward at the upper end of one side edge on the hinge side. A hinge 21 is fitted by fitting into a bearing hole provided in the attachment piece 6, and a shaft 21 projecting downward at the lower end portion is fitted into a bearing hole of the intermediate hinge piece 19 so as to be hinged. The dish plate 18 has a downward shaft 22 provided at the lower end of the hinged side fitted into a bearing hole 23 provided at the upper end of one side edge of the lower dish substrate 14, and the decorative frame 17 is fitted into a bearing hole 24 provided at the upper end. The hinge is fitted by fitting the shaft 21.
[0012]
The upper plate 18 can be released from the hinge by pulling up the shaft 22 from the bearing hole 23 and can be removed from the front frame 1b (this will be described later in detail). Further, the decorative frame 17 can be removed from the front frame 1 by pulling down the shaft 20 against the spring and removing the shaft 21 from the upper hinge piece 6 and then lifting the frame body 17 to remove the shaft 21 from the intermediate hinge piece 19. ing. Needless to say, both the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 can be assembled to the front frame by performing the above-described reverse operation.
[0013]
The decorative frame 17 is made of a synthetic resin in the shape of a frame, and is formed in such a size that it can cover and cover almost the entire upper half of the front frame 1b when closed. The decorative frame shown here has an upper edge portion 17a and left and right edges 17b and 17c bulged forward to be three-dimensional, and a hollow portion 25 is formed on the back surface to provide a wiring space for a lead wire of a lamp. A colored translucent lens cover 26, 27, 28 is mounted on the front surface of each edge to cover a display or illumination lamp facing forward through a through hole 29 formed in each edge. is there.
[0014]
The lens covers 26, 27, and 28 are mounted so as to be fitted to a mounting portion 30 formed on the front surface of each of the edge portions 17a, 17b, and 17c. A notch 32 provided along the edge of the mounting portion 30 is engaged and attached using elasticity. In this case, the right and left covers 27 and 28 are attached, and then the upper cover 26 is attached to join the three members to decorate the front surface of the decorative frame 17 in a gate shape.
[0015]
In the figure, reference numeral 33 denotes a glass frame that covers the opening 34 from the back of the decorative frame 17. The glass frame 33 is provided with two glass plates 35, 35 facing each other at an interval, and one side edge is hinged to the back surface of the left edge portion 17b of the decorative frame body to be freely opened and closed.
[0016]
The glass frame 33 shown here is formed by extruding an aluminum material into the material to enhance the security effect and to prevent rattling at the time of mounting, thereby improving the accuracy. As shown in FIG. 16, the profile used here is provided with a ridge 36 provided with a circular through hole at the center of the main body having a gutter-shaped cross section along the center portion along the longitudinal direction. There are provided two glass mounting grooves 37, 37, which are substantially E-shaped in cross section. As shown in the figure, this shape is bent in a U-shape in the middle of the length to form a left vertical frame 33a and upper and lower horizontal frames 33b, 33c, and another right frame is provided between the free ends of the horizontal frames 33b, 33c. The glass frame is assembled into a rectangular frame by passing the vertical frame 33d.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the right vertical frame 33d is a thin profile material adapted to the width of the projecting ridge 36 which is bent in a U-shape, and is a ridge 36 facing the ends of the upper and lower horizontal frames 33b and 33c. , 36 are connected to each other by screwing a screw (not shown) into a circular hole and assembled into a rectangular shape. The right vertical frame 33d connects the upper and lower horizontal frame glass mounting grooves 37, 37. The end is opened (see FIG. 15), from which the glass 35 can be inserted.
[0018]
By the way, the upper and lower horizontal frames 33b and 33c are formed by bending both ends of the glass frame 33 at right angles about the left vertical frame 33a as described above. The formed corners 38, 38 do not form a right angle but have an arc shape. Therefore, when the glass 35 cut into a rectangular shape is inserted from the end of the mounting groove 37 and mounted, the corners of the right-angled glass do not fit in the arc-shaped corners 38, and as a result, the left vertical frame 33a and the side of the glass 35 There will be a gap between the edge and the edge.
[0019]
The above problem can be solved by making the corners of the glass 35 arc-shaped so as to match the corners 38. However, such processing on the glass increases the cost, and at the same time, the upper and lower edges of one side edge of the glass. Since the processing is performed only at the corners, directionality is caused in the insertion of the glass, which is inconvenient in handling.
Therefore, in the present invention, the bottoms of the glass mounting grooves 37, 37, which correspond to the two corners 38, 38, are cut off at the arcuate portions, and the protrusions 39, 39 are opened so that the corners of the glass are drawn out to form a rectangle. The glass 35 to be formed fits exactly in the glass frame having the arc-shaped corners.
[0020]
In the figure, reference numeral 40 denotes a rattle stop attached to the upper and lower horizontal frames 33b and 33c to stop rattling of the glass 35 fitted in the glass frame. The play 40 is formed of a synthetic resin having elasticity and is formed of a mounting portion 40a having a U-shaped cross section as shown in the figure, and a bifurcated spring piece 40b extending from both ends of the mounting portion 40a. The mounting portion 40a is fitted so as to cover the protruding ridge 36 of each horizontal frame, and the projection 40c protruding therefrom is attached by press-fitting into a hole 41 provided in the protruding ridge 36, and each spring piece 40b is attached. In the mounting groove 37 along the length direction.
[0021]
FIGS. 19 and 20 show the mounting of the play 40 and the prevention of play of the glass 35 by the play in the lower horizontal frame 33c. When the glass 35 inserted from the end of the glass mounting groove 37 reaches the play 40 attached in the middle of the horizontal frame, the glass 35 crushes the spring piece 40b lying in the groove 37 and enters, and the mounting groove of the left vertical frame 33a. Slide 37 until one side edge is fitted.
[0022]
Similarly, the two glasses 35 are inserted into the respective mounting grooves 37, crush the spring pieces 40b of the respective rattle stoppers 40, and are pressed against the side walls of the grooves by the repulsive force to be rattled, and The spacing will be maintained.
It goes without saying that the mounting grooves 37 of the glass frame are formed to be wider than the thickness of the glass 35 by mounting the play 40. In addition, this makes it easy to fit the glass, and when the glass is pressed from inside or outside, the spring piece 40b absorbs the force.
In particular, the absorption of the pressure by the spring piece 40b is such that when the glass frame 33 is closed to the decorative frame 17, the edge 34 a protruding rearward of the opening 34 is brought into contact with the front surface of the front glass 35 and is brought into close contact therewith. This works effectively because the error in the positional relationship between the two can be absorbed.
[0023]
In this embodiment, the play 40 is described with respect to an example in which a pair of spring pieces 40b are provided at both ends of the mounting portion 40a. Needless to say, the present invention can also be implemented by omitting one of the spring pieces so that one spring piece intervenes in the two mounting grooves 37.
As described above, the rattling stopper 40 is used to prevent rattling caused by a difference between the thickness of the glass 35 fitted into the glass frame and the groove width of the mounting groove 37, and the glass frame is closed to the decorative frame body 17. In order to prevent rattling caused by a closing error between the two, the selection of the mounting position, the number, the number of the spring pieces, and the like is left to the designer in the implementation.
[0024]
Reference numerals 42 and 43 in the figure denote attachment pieces for hingedly attaching the glass frame 33 to the decorative frame 17. Both mounting pieces are formed by bending a strip-shaped metal piece into a crank shape, and are caulked using rivets or the like along the outside of the corner portion 38 of the glass frame. The mounting of the mounting piece covers the corner of the glass 35 protruding outside from the protruding hole 39 of the corner 38, thereby avoiding danger during handling (see FIG. 17).
[0025]
The glass frame 33 can be freely opened and closed by pivotally attaching the pivoting pieces 42a and 43a of the mounting pieces 42 and 43 to pivoting shafts 44 and 45 provided above and below the left edge 17b of the decorative frame 17 respectively. And the pin 46 provided on the right vertical frame 33d on the free end side is engaged with the locking claw 47 to be held in a closed state.
[0026]
The locking claw 47 is fixed to a mounting stand 48 erected on the back surface of the right edge portion 17c with a screw 49 and is raised, and a pin approaching from above (actually in a rearward horizontal direction) due to the blockage of the glass frame 33. 46 is received by the head of the claw 50 and is guided through the inclined surface, temporarily bent, and then latched.
In the drawing, reference numeral 51 denotes a guide for guiding the pin 46 into abutment and engagement with the locking claw 47 when closing the glass frame. The guide 51 is formed in a wall shape from the back of the right edge 17c of the decorative frame. The pin 46 is slid into the slit 52 that is erected and cut vertically to be guided to the locking claw 47. In the drawing, reference numeral 53 denotes a projection for positioning and fixing the locking claw 47.
[0027]
As described above, the decorative frame body 17 having the glass frame 33 on the back is closed so as to be in contact with the front surface of the front frame with the pivots 20 and 21 as fulcrums, and the right edge 17c on the free end side is formed. A locking claw (not shown) provided on the back surface is locked and locked by the locking device 11. At this time, the keyhole decoration 54 provided at the center of the front surface of the right frame portion 5 of the front frame 1 is received in the notch portion 55 provided in the right edge portion 17c to avoid collision between the two.
[0028]
The keyhole decoration 54 is an attachment member for attaching a cylinder lock 56 to the front frame 1b for locking the front frame 1b to a machine frame (not shown) so that the cylinder lock 56 is not arbitrarily opened. This keyhole decoration is formed wider than the width of the key operation knob so that when the key is inserted into the keyhole of the cylinder lock from the front and unlocked, the decoration frame 17 can be freely opened and closed while the key is inserted. The cut-out portion 55 is formed in a size that receives the keyhole decoration 54 and at the same time does not generate an unnecessary gap therebetween.
[0029]
The keyhole decoration 54 is provided with a lens cover 57 having the same condition as the cover 28 on the front surface so as to give a sense of unity when the decorative frame 17 is closed. In the drawing, reference numeral 58 denotes a rotating piece of the cylinder lock 56, which operates the locking hook 59 hooked to the machine frame at the time of unlocking operation.
[0030]
On the other hand, as described above, the upper plate 18 has the shaft 22 mounted on the bearing hole 23 of the lower plate 14 and the shaft 21 pivotally mounted on the intermediate hinge piece 19 is fitted into the bearing hole 24 at the upper left end. As a result, it is hinged and can be freely opened and closed and assembled to the front frame 1. This substrate is formed from a synthetic resin material in accordance with the decorative frame body 17, and the prize released from the prize ball device is formed in the center of the upper front surface. A receiving tray 60 for receiving the ball is provided integrally, and a screw for fixing a back substrate (not shown) provided with a hit ball supply gutter 61 and a connecting gutter 62 for receiving a released prize ball from the prize ball gutter is provided at an appropriate position on the back of the substrate. A receiver 63 is provided. A metal reinforcing member 64 that supports the shaft 22 and reinforces the bearing hole 24 is mounted on the back surface on the hinged end side, and a locking member 65 is mounted on the back surface on the free end side.
[0031]
The reinforcing material 64 is formed by bending both ends of a strip-shaped metal plate at right angles, one of which is a reinforcing piece 66 of the bearing hole 24, and the other is a supporting piece 67 of the shaft 22. The piece 66 has a position corresponding to the bearing hole 24. The support piece 67 has an insertion hole for receiving the shaft 22.
The shaft 22 is formed by bending a metal round bar into an L-shape, and one of the shafts is used as a knob to slide into a slit 69 formed vertically in the reinforcing member, and the other shaft passed through the insertion hole of the support piece 67. It can be operated up and down.
[0032]
This vertical movement of the shaft 22 is for facilitating the mounting of the upper plate 18. After the shaft 21 passed through the intermediate hinge piece 19 is inserted into the bearing hole 24 and the through hole 68 as described above, The upper plate 18 can be assembled by pulling up the shaft 22 so as to face directly above the bearing hole 23 of the lower plate substrate 14, and thereafter operating the shaft portion that slides into the slit 69 to project into the lower bearing hole 23. It is like that.
[0033]
The locking member 65 includes a mounting piece 70 and a slide locking piece 71, and is mounted via the mounting piece 70 to a mounting portion 72 provided on the back surface on the free end side of the substrate.
The slide locking piece 71 is always urged upward by a spring (not shown) contracted between a claw 73 provided on this piece and a claw 74 provided on the mounting piece 70, and the shafts 21 and 22 are fulcrums. When the upper plate substrate 18 is rotated and closed, a locking claw 75 projecting rearward from the slide locking piece 71 is attached to a locking portion 76 provided on the right frame portion 5 of the front frame 1 with the spring. It is designed to be hooked against.
[0034]
The locking portion 76 is formed by stamping a metal plate. The locking claw 75 enters the hole 77 formed in the locking portion 76 and is stopped. Then, the locking member 65 releases the engagement of the locking claw 75 by pressing the upper end 78 of the slide locking piece 71 which projects the head to the upper end on the free end side of the upper substrate to allow the upper substrate to be opened. Become.
[0035]
On the front surface of the receiving tray 60 provided on the front surface of the upper plate substrate 18, a horizontally long decorative lens is arranged so as to be continuous with the lens cover 27 arranged vertically along the front surface of the left edge portion 17b of the decorative frame body 17. A cover 79 is provided. A decorative lens cover 80 is also provided on the right edge of the front surface so as to be connected to the lower end of the lens cover 28 so that the upper plate 18 and the decorative frame 17 are in one unified design. They are aligned.
[0036]
The lower plate substrate 14 is fixed to the front surface of the lower frame portion 3 of the front frame 1b. The lower plate substrate 14 is formed of synthetic resin similarly to the upper plate substrate. And a mounting portion 85 for providing an operation grip 84 for launching a ball is integrally provided. A decorative lens cover 86 following the lens cover 80 is mounted on the front surface of the receiving tray 81, and a design integrated with the upper plate substrate is provided. It has been given.
[0037]
In the figure, reference numeral 87 denotes a mechanism frame attached to the back of the front frame 1. The mechanism frame 87 is formed of a metal plate in a shallow box shape, and a pedestal 89 of a game plate 88 is provided below the inside so as to partition vertically, and a hitting ball launching device 90a and a launching device 90a are provided on the front surface thereof. A rail 90b is provided. A prize ball tank 91 is mounted on the upper rear of the mechanism frame, and mechanical devices such as a prize ball device, a prize ball discharge gutter, a safe ball collecting room, and a safe ball passage are provided on the back of a back plate 93 having a window 92 opened. The components are installed, a cover 94 for covering these components is mounted, and a prize ball box 95 is mounted below the mechanism frame. A prize ball is placed on the tray 81 from behind the lower plate substrate 14. It can be sent out.
[0038]
The game board 88 is opened by opening the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 which close the opening 10 of the front frame 1b, brought into the inside of the mechanism frame from the front, and provided with a stop clip (not shown) provided on the mechanism frame. Is fixed so that it can be freely attached and detached, and can be seen from the front through a glass frame 33 attached to an opening 34 of the decorative frame 17 which is always closed.
[0039]
By the way, the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 are closed when used, and the opening 10 of the front frame 1b is closed. To prevent this, a step 96 is provided along the edge on the front outer peripheral edge of the front frame 1b, and a rearward edge 97 fitted on the step 96 is provided on the peripheral edge of the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18. , 98 are provided.
[0040]
One of the reasons why the width of the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 is made equal to the width of the front frame 1b so as to cover the front surface of the front frame 1b is that the combination of the two is formed by opening the front frame 1b. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent fraudulent acts away from the part 10, but in this case, the effect is enhanced by adding the step portion 96 and the edge portions 97 and 98.
[0041]
The countermeasures against fraud in the present invention will be further described. The keyhole decoration 54 attached to the front surface of the right frame 5 of the front frame and the notch 55 provided on the right edge 17c of the decorative frame 17 facing the same. An intermeshing relationship is also formed between them. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, an inner edge 99 is formed in the keyhole decoration 54 in a U-shaped cross section to form a groove opening forward, and a rearward edge 100 of the notch 55 is fitted into this edge. The intrusion of an unauthorized member such as a piano wire from the combined portion of the two is prevented.
[0042]
Further, at the edge where the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 are opposed to each other, a groove is formed, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. On the other hand, the lower edge portion 17d of the decorative frame body 17 is formed as a rearward edge 102 so as to mesh with each other when they are closed so that a straight space is not formed in the front-rear direction.
[0043]
The pachinko machine according to the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, before assembling and manufacturing, each of the above-described components is independent and the machine frame is formed as a rectangular frame, and the front frame 1b is formed into a flat frame. The frame 17, the upper plate 18, and the lower plate 14 are individually formed of a synthetic resin as a material, and the mechanism frame 87 is formed separately from a metal plate.
[0044]
For each of the individually formed parts, a hinged piece 103 for hingedly attaching the front frame 1b is attached in advance to the machine frame 1a, and upper and lower hinges corresponding to the hinged pieces of the machine frame 1a are attached to the front frame 1b. The pieces 6, 7 and the intermediate hinge piece 9 and the locking device 11 are attached in advance and prepared as basic components.
[0045]
On the other hand, the decorative frame 17 is provided with lens covers 26, 27, and 28 for decorating the front surface and lamps for display or illumination. The lens covers 60 and 86 are similarly mounted on the upper plate substrate and the lower plate substrate. It will be installed.
The mechanism frame 87 mounts various types of mechanism components such as the storage tank 91, and has a firing device 90a, a firing rail 90b, and the like attached to the front surface.
[0046]
In this way, each member is individually stored, and the members mounted with predetermined parts are stored and managed in an independent state, collected at the final assembly stage of manufacturing, and assembled and completed in the aforementioned combination relationship. You. At the time of this assembling, various adjustments and inspections such as mutual assembling adjustment, electrical relations, release of prize balls upon winning, and the like are performed.
[0047]
The decorative frame 17, the upper plate 18, and the lower plate 14 appear on the front of the pachinko machine when the assembly is completed, and the design of the pachinko machine is determined. At this stage, the design of the pachinko machine itself is finalized. From this, in the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a plurality of types of pachinko machines having different designs by changing the arrangement of the decorative frame and the upper plate and the lower plate with the front frame 1b and the mechanism frame being the same. . It goes without saying that the pachinko machine of the present invention changes its model depending on the selection of the game board 88 and the change of the game software related to the winning device incorporated in the game board, and is assembled as a different pachinko machine.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention manufactures pachinko machines as independent members before assembling and completing the pachinko machine. In particular, the decorative frame body, upper plate substrate, and lower plate substrate to be mounted on the front frame are to be mounted on the front frame. Thus, since the entire design can be determined by these components, the design of the pachinko machine can be changed without changing the front frame body, and there is an advantage that the model can be changed. In addition, since the entire pachinko machine to be viewed covers the three members, the pachinko machine according to the unique design can be easily provided by unifying the mutual design.
[0049]
Further, when the front frame to be large is a single unit, it is merely a flat frame type, so that a large number of the front frames can be stored in an overlapping manner, and storage and management are advantageous without taking up space. Of course, the glass frame conventionally mounted directly on the front frame is transferred to the decorative frame, and can be stored separately by being previously mounted on the decorative frame. In the assembly, the decorative frame is connected via the hinged piece. There is an advantage that it can be assembled and manufactured very quickly because the structure is such that it is automatically assembled by being axially mounted.
