Description

【0001】

Run down the crawling gutter, and from the front end of the crawling gutter to the lower eaves gutter arranged at the eaves of the lower floor roof, and simultaneously drain rainwater from the lower floor to the lower eaves gutter, The water was drained from the eaves to the downspout.
[0003]
By the way, when installing a gutter to crawl on a metal roofing material, a crawler gutter support bracket has been used.
[0004]
The metal roofing material 1 has a shape as shown in FIG. 5, and the front end of the metal roofing material 1 has a front vertical piece 15a hanging downward as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). The front end of the metal roofing material 1 is composed of a front horizontal piece 15b protruding forward from a lower end of the front vertical piece 15a, and a rear vertical piece 16a and an upper end of the rear vertical piece 16a projecting upward. And a rear piece 16b protruding further rearward. In the horizontal direction, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5C, the peak 1a and the valley 1b have a continuous wave shape. A roof A is constructed by laying a large number of such metal roofing materials 1 on a roof foundation 9. A crawling gutter 10 is arranged on the roof A thus formed, and the crawling gutter 10 is attached to the metal roofing material 1 by a crawling gutter supporting bracket 8 'as shown in FIG.
[0005]
The crawling gutter support fitting 8 'is configured by providing a crawling gutter support portion 5 on a support fitting main body 4' as shown in FIG. The supporting bracket main body 4 'is formed by bending an elastic metal plate to form a main body portion H, and a laterally U-shaped hooking portion 6 opened from both the lower and front ends of the main body portion H on both sides and rearward. It is protruding. A hole is drilled in the upper horizontal piece 6a of the hook portion 6, and a nut 25a is fixed to the upper horizontal piece 6a by welding so as to communicate with the hole, and a screw 25b is screwed to the nut 25a. [0007]
However, such a crawling gutter supporting bracket 8 'causes the crawling gutter 10 to crawl along the valley 1b of the metal roofing material 1 as shown in FIG. When crawling so as to intersect with the crest 1a, the length from the portion of the crawling gutter support 8 'attached to the metal roofing material 1 to the crawling gutter support 5 is short, and the crawling gutter is used as shown in FIG. 10 could not get over the peak 1a of the metal roofing material 1, and could not be used in this case. (Note that FIG. 13 shows the crawling gutter 10 rotated by 90 degrees for convenience.)
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and a purpose thereof is to intersect a crawling gutter with a crest of a metal roofing material even when a crawling gutter is disposed in a valley of a metal roofing material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a crawling gutter support metal that can be coped with by the same member even when it is arranged as described above.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a crawling gutter support fitting according to the present invention includes a crawling gutter support portion 5 attached to a metal roofing material 1 and a crawling gutter support portion 5 to which a crawling gutter 10 is attached, the crawling gutter body 4 and a crawling gutter. A crawling gutter support fitting 8 comprising a connecting portion 7 for connecting the supporting portion 5 to a lower end of the crawling gutter support portion 5; The supporting member main body 4 is provided with a mounting portion in which an insertion hole 41 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the insertion hole 41 and a plurality of slits 42 extending radially from the insertion hole 41 are formed and a deformable portion 43 is provided between the slits 42. The lower end of the connecting portion 7 is inserted into the connecting portion 7, and the edge of the deforming portion 43 is screwed into the thread groove of the main body shaft portion 70 of the bolt of the connecting portion 7. It is characterized in that it is attached to the support fitting main body 4. With such a configuration, even when the crawling gutter 10 is provided in the valley 1b of the metal roofing material 1, even when the crawling gutter 10 is provided so as to intersect with the crest 1a of the metal roofing material 1. The same crawling gutter support fitting 8 can be used.
[0010]
Further, it is preferable that a coil spring 44 to be compression-inserted between the support fitting main body 4 and the crawling gutter support portion 5 is arranged on the outer periphery of the connecting portion 7. With such a configuration, a force acts on the connecting portion 7 attached to the crawling gutter support portion 5 and the support fitting main body 4 in a direction away from each other, so that the connecting portion 7 and the deformation portion 43 of the attaching portion are screwed together. [0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
The metal roofing material 1 has a shape as shown in FIG. That is, in the front-rear direction, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the front end of the metal roofing material 1 has a front vertical piece 15 a that hangs downward and forward of a lower end of the front vertical piece 15 a. [0029]
After attaching the crawling gutter support bracket 8 to the metal roofing material 1, the turning half 13 of the crawling gutter support 5 is turned open, and the crawling gutter 10 is fitted into the base half 12 and then turned. The crawling gutter 10 is supported by the crawling gutter supporting portion 5 by closing the side half 13 and engaging the engaging portion 13a with the engaged portion 12a. Here, even if the direction of the crawling gutter 10 for crawling on the roof A is different, it can be handled by rotating the crawling gutter support portion 5 with respect to the support fitting body 4 attached to the front end of the metal roofing material 1. .
[0030]
As described above, the crawling gutter supporting bracket 8 is attached. When the crawling gutter 10a is disposed in the valley 1b of the metal roofing material 1 as shown in FIG. 10, as shown in FIG. When the crawling gutter supporting portion 5 and the connecting portion 7 are pulled down and the crawling gutter 10b is disposed so as to intersect with the crest 1a of the metal roofing material 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in b), the crawling gutter supporting portion 5 and the connecting portion 7 are pulled up, and the crawling gutter 10 is crawled on the crest 1a of the metal roofing material 1 so as to cross the crest 1a. (See FIG. 3). In the figures, N indicates an eave gutter, and S indicates a water collector.
[0031]
According to the above configuration, the upper end of the connecting portion 7 is fixed to the lower end of the crawling gutter supporting portion 5 and the connecting portion 7 is attached to the supporting bracket main body 4 so as to be vertically movable. Even if the crawling gutter 10a is arranged in the valley 1b of the metal roofing material 1 as shown in FIG. 9, even if the crawling gutter 10b is arranged so as to intersect with the crest 1a of the metal roofing material 1 as shown in FIG. By using the same crawling gutter support fitting 8 having a simple configuration, it is possible to cope by raising and lowering the connecting portion 7 attached to the crawling gutter support 5.
