Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a take-out cooked rice that is sold in a container having a liquid-impermeable and air-impermeable lid, such as a plastic container, in which cooked rice is interposed between the surface of the cooked rice and the back of the lid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, with the diversification of eating habits, the so-called restaurant industry has been flourishing, and sales of takeout lunches have increased.
[0003]
It has been found that rice is sold in a plastic container, and then the water evaporates as steam at that temperature, forming dew on the inner surface of the container. The condensed water will eventually fall on the rice, the surface of which will be sticky, the layer below the surface of the rice where the water drops will fall, and the places where the water drops will not fall, the pastsuki, the taste will deteriorate, and when the lid is opened, it will be on the back of the lid Condensation may remain and the table may become soiled when the lid is placed on the table.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is no effective means for solving this problem. For example, even if the sheet described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 3-108671 is arranged, steam is absorbed by an intermediate water-absorbing sheet, and even if it has a certain effect, a large amount of steam is generated in the case of rice. Therefore, the whole amount cannot be absorbed by the water-absorbent sheet. Further, since the outer layer of this sheet is an impermeable sheet, steam does not permeate.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to transmit steam, and even if the transmitted steam condenses, it does not return to the rice side, so that the rice is not sticky, and the steam transmission is adjusted, It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a cooked rice sheet that does not transmit too much, and therefore does not pass through the rice, and can prevent a decrease in taste.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem is a sheet in which cooked rice is placed in a liquid-impermeable and air-impermeable lidded container, and is interposed between the cooked rice surface and the back of the lid,
And breathability underlying 3~200g / m 2 of non-woven polypropylene, a paper sheet of 15 to 30 g / m 2 wood pulp, and is water-absorbent layer crepe ratio is crepe paper is 1-40% Laminated with an adhesive application amount of 0.5 to 30.0 g / m 2 ,
The sheet has only two layers, a lower layer and an upper layer without other layers, the lower layer is arranged on the rice side and the upper layer is arranged on the lid side ,
The problem can be solved by setting the air permeability (JIS P 8117) when 10 sheets of the sheets are measured to be 100 seconds or less .
[0007]
It is preferred that the nonwoven fabric of polypropylene has a denier of 0.9 to 120 .
[0008]
[Action]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, since the lower layer 21 is made of a polypropylene nonwoven fabric, the lower layer 21 exhibits air permeability and also exhibits hydrophobicity. In addition, since the upper layer 22 is made of wood pulp, the upper layer 22 exhibits water absorbency and air permeability.
[0009]
As a result, the steam V from the rice 3 passes through the entire sheet 2 and reaches the back surface of the lid 1B. On the back surface of the lid 1B, dew condensation S occurs due to a temperature difference from the outside air. When the condensation S falls, water is absorbed in the upper layer 22 of the sheet 2. The absorbed water is hydrophobic because the lower layer 21 is made of a polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric, and transmits through the lower layer 21 and does not transmit to the surface of the rice 3. Therefore, rice is not sticky as in the related art.
[0010]
In addition, since the air permeability of the sheet is well adjusted, steam does not permeate too much, so that steam from the rice can be suppressed, thereby preventing crackling.
[0011]
On the other hand, although the lower layer 21 is in direct contact with the surface of the rice 3, the rice 3 does not adhere to the lower layer 21 because the lower layer 21 is a nonwoven fabric layer made of polypropylene fibers.
[0012]
Another feature of the present invention is that it does not have a three-layer sheet structure but has a two-layer structure of a gas-permeable lower layer and a water-absorbing upper layer, as described in the above publication. Although the three-layer structure described in the above publication is effective as a packaging material for food, it cannot be used as a sheet interposed between the surface of cooked rice targeted by the present invention and the back of the lid of the container. That is, even if the water vapor permeating the hydrophobic fiber sheet of the inner layer is absorbed by the water-absorbing fiber sheet, the presence of the impermeable sheet referred to in the publication becomes a barrier, and as a result, the water absorption amount in the water-absorbing fiber sheet is reduced. It is extremely low and cannot be used at all for a large amount of steam, such as a rice cooker, and is almost ineffective for improving the taste. In addition, the provision of the air-impermeable sheet causes an increase in cost.
[0013]
Further, in the present invention, the air-permeable lower layer and the water-absorbing upper layer were laminated with an adhesive with an application amount of 0.5 to 30.0 g / m 2 . Initially thought to use hot embossing or ultrasonic thermal bonding, etc., but in the present invention, especially because the water-absorbing upper layer is made of a paper sheet made of wood pulp, the adhesiveness is not sufficient, especially when receiving heat from cooked rice. The strength is weakened, and peeling is likely to occur when the papermaking sheet is swollen by receiving water vapor. In addition, when heat is applied, the air-permeable lower layer sheet is made of a polyethylene nonwoven fabric, so that the air holes are clogged as a melt, and the desired air permeability cannot be obtained. In this regard, when an adhesive is used, these phenomena can be avoided and the texture is good.
[0014]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a use state of a cooked rice sheet according to the present invention, in which cooked rice 3 is placed in a liquid-impermeable and air-impermeable container 1 with a lid, for example, a plastic container main container 1A, and the cooked rice surface and lid 1B The rice cooked sheet 2 of the present invention is interposed between them.
[0015]
This cooked rice sheet 2 is made of a nonwoven fabric of polypropylene having a denier of 0.9 to 120, especially 0.9 to 10 to 3 to 200 g / m 2 , preferably 12 to 50 g / m 2 , A water-absorbing upper layer 22 made of a paper sheet of wood pulp of 5050 g / m 2 , desirably 15-30 g / m 2 , more preferably 18-27 g / m 2 is laminated with an adhesive layer 23, and its coating amount Is 0.5 to 30.0 g / m 2 , preferably 0.5 to 2.0 g / m 2 .
[0016]
In this case, the sheet 2 does not have an air-impermeable sheet like other layers, for example, a conventionally known sheet, and the lower layer 21 is disposed on the rice 3 side and the upper layer is disposed on the lid 1B side.
[0017]
The air-permeable lower layer 21 is made of a nonwoven fabric of polypropylene. Polyethylene, polyester, rayon nonwoven fabric and the like are also conceivable, but they are not preferable because they have adhesion to rice and exhibit water absorption, and it has been found that a nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene is optimal.
[0018]
The basis weight of the polypropylene nonwoven fabric is 3 to 50 g / m 2 .
[0019]
The upper layer consists of a papermaking sheet of 12 to 50 g / m 2 wood pulp. If the basis weight is small, the water absorption is not good. Conversely, if the basis weight is large, not only does the material cost increase, but also the air permeability is impaired. The upper layer can be obtained by an ordinary papermaking method with LBKP: NBKP = 1: about 0.3 to 1.5. It is obvious that known additives such as a wet strength agent can be added. This upper layer is particularly preferably crepe paper. The crepe ratio is 1 to 40%, particularly preferably 3 to 15%. Creping increases the amount of water absorbed.
[0020]
According to a method of applying an appropriate adhesive such as a urethane-based adhesive at an application amount (dry weight) of 0.5 to 30 g / m 2 as the adhesive 23 and laminating the lower layer and the upper layer by bonding, Such upper and lower layer materials can be adhered, and there is an advantage that a soft material can be obtained. When the coating amount is 0.5 g / m 2 , the laminate strength is low, and when it exceeds 30 g / m 2 , the air permeability is impaired. This adhesive can be applied by solid coating on the entire surface or by intermittent coating such as a grid. By adjusting the coating area and coating density of the grid, the amount of steam transmission can be freely adjusted. As the adhesive, polyester-based urethane, polyether-based urethane, or the like can also be used.
[0021]
On the other hand, the air permeability (JIS P 8117) of the entire sheet is 100 seconds or less, preferably 50 seconds or less, and particularly preferably 10 seconds or less when ten product sheets are measured after being stacked.
[0022]
The sheet of the present invention is formed into a perforation 10A along with a predetermined length (a size that covers the entire surface of the rice), in addition to the sheet, preferably, as shown in FIG. This is the roll 10 obtained. According to such an embodiment, after the roll 10 is held in an appropriate holder at the store, it can be cut off from the perforation 10A and coated on the rice surface each time it is sold.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, steam is transmitted, and even if the transmitted steam is condensed, the steam does not return to the rice side, so that the rice is not sticky and the amount of steam transmission is adjusted. As a result, it is possible to suppress the pasatsu of rice and to bring about advantages such as a reduction in taste.
