(1)別工程で製造され、端部に係止部を有する取手体を、掴み式保持具により掴んで、所定位置の差込み式保持具まで搬送し、該差込み式保持具に前記取手体の係止部を差し込む工程と、
(2)取手体を差し込まれた差込み式保持具を移動させて、前記取手体を開放状態のブロー成形型内の取手セット部に位置させる工程と、
(3)その状態で、前記ブロー成形型を閉じて、ブロー成形する工程
を有する取手付プラスチックボトルの製造方法である。

本発明は、図1〜3に示すように、パリソン1と取手体2とをブロー成形型3内に配置した後、前記パリソン1を所望のボトル本体4形状にブロー成形するとともに、ボトル本体4と取手体2とを一体化する取手付プラスチックボトルの製造方法において、
(1)別工程で製造され、端部に係止部21を有する取手体2を、掴み式保持具5により掴んで、所定位置の差込み式保持具6まで搬送し、該差込み式保持具6に前記取手体2の係止部21を差し込む工程と、
(2)取手体2を差し込まれた差込み式保持具6を移動させて、前記取手体2を開放状態のブロー成形型3内の取手セット部31に位置させる工程と、
(3)その状態で、前記ブロー成形型3を閉じて、ブロー成形する工程
を有する取手付プラスチックボトルの製造方法である。

取手体2は、図示しないが例えば係止部21が下になるように直立させて整列させた状態で所定位置に供給し、その握持部20を、掴み式保持具5の二股状の掴み部52によって挟むように掴み、駆動部53により差込み式保持具6が待機している位置まで搬送する。

搬送された取手体2の係止部21に差込み式保持具6のピン62を差し込んで保持させた状態で、掴み部52を離し、掴み式保持具5をもとの位置まで復帰させる。

を有する取手付プラスチックボトルの製造方法であるから、ブロー成形型を閉じるまで取手体を差込み式保持具により保持でき、また搬送を2分割しているので、搬送とブロー成形とのタイミングの調整が行ない易いという効果を奏する。
