しかしシーラ内部と、フイルムに熱を加えるシーラ表面とでは温度差があるにも拘わらず、其の1はシーラ内部のみの温度を測定するので温度制御が不正確になる欠点があり、そこで其の2の測定が考案されたのであるが、この接触式は回転シーラとセンサーとの間に摩擦熱が発生するし、またシーラ表面に凝着するプラスチック被膜によって測定が不正確になるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
本発明はセンサーを直接シーラに接触させずに、シーラのフイルム接触面の温度を誤差なく検出して正確な温度制御を行うことを目的とするものである。

【発明の実施形態】
図1に示すごとく帯状のプラスチックフイルム10を断面筒形のフオーマ11を通して引くことにより、前記フイルムは筒状12に丸められる。この場合前側2個のロール13はその回転動力によって前記フイルム10を運搬し、後ろ2個のシールローラ14は筒状フイルムの両側合掌縁を加熱挟圧して溶着する。一方前記フオーマ11の入口から多数の被包装物15を縦列等間隔で供給することにより、これら被包装物は筒状フイルム12内に等間隔で配列され、後方のクロスシーラ16は各被包装物の間で筒状フイルム12を隔離状にシールする。
