本発明は紐掛け荷物の紐に取り付ける持ち手と、その成型方法に関する。

紐掛け荷物の紐に取り付ける持ち手は、中央が水平でその両端を折り返し、紐かけ部とした針金に中央水平部分のみに木等の円筒を取り付けた物や、図5に示すように、射出成型により握り部、下がり部、紐乗せ部、紐止め角、紐抜け止め瘤が一体に成形された物等が有る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記射出成型の場合には、図5に示すように、金型の型別れ方向は横方向(図中前後方向に相当)である。したがって、図5の持ち手によれば、使用時に手が痛くなり、重量の大きい物には数個重ねて補強できず、保管運搬時には体積を少なくできず、紐に掛け易い堅牢な持ち手を供給できなかった。また、上記の持ち手を、簡単で安価に作ることができなかった。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
そこで、本発明は、使用時に手が痛くなく、重量の大きい物には数個重ねて補強でき、保管運搬時には体積を少なくでき、紐に掛け易い堅牢な持ち手を供給しようとするものである。また、上記の持ち手を、簡単で安価に作る成型方法を提供しようとするものである。

請求項1では、金型の型別れ方向を上下方向として射出成型されてなる持ち手であって、上方を開放したほぼ半円筒形を呈し中央が細長い水平な握り部(2)と、この握り部の両端をそれぞれ下方へ曲げた下がり部(3)と、この下がり部の下端に水平に設けた紐乗せ部(4)と、この紐乗せ部の前記下がり部と離れた位置から上方に立ち上げた紐止め角(5)と、この紐止め角の前記下がり部に対向する面から迫り出し下面に水平面に対して傾斜した面を有する抜け止め瘤(6)とを備え、前記抜け止め瘤が型別れに際して無理抜きされて成形される持ち手を提供する。
