【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、使用後に丸めて廃棄するための止着用テープを備えた体液吸収性着用物品に関する。

【従来の技術】
排泄物で汚れたおむつの廃棄時に、縦方向へ丸められたおむつが再び広がらないようにするため、おむつの横方向の寸法を二分する縦中心線近傍に取り付けられた一条の止着用テープを有するパンツ型の使い捨ておむつは公知である。それらおむつとしては、特開平８−８４７４６号公報、特開平１０−７１１７２号公報、特開平１０−７１１７３号公報等に開示されている。

止着用テープは、おむつの縦方向へ延びる自由端部に粘着剤が塗布され、自由端部から延出する固定端部がおむつの縦中心線近傍に取り付けられている。おむつの廃棄時では、縦方向へ丸められたおむつの外周面が止着用テープで巻き付けられ、自由端部に塗布された粘着剤を介して止着用テープの自由端部がおむつの外周面に止着される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記止着用テープを取り付けたおむつは、おむつの胴周り開口部が外側になるように丸められた場合において、止着用テープの自由端部が丸められたおむつの胴周り開口部を越えてバックシートの外面に止着されたとしても、止着用テープが位置する縦中心線近傍において胴周り開口部を塞ぐことができるにすぎない。縦中心線近傍からずれた胴周り開口部の両側部分では、止着用テープが位置しないので、丸められたおむつが広がろうとして胴周り開口部が開き、排泄物や臭気が漏れてしまうことがある。

本発明の課題は、排泄物や臭気が漏れることがないように丸めておくことができる体液吸収性着用物品を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を解決するための本発明は、透液性トップシートと不透液性バックシートとの間に吸液性部材が介在する着用物品の前記バックシートの外面に、前記物品を丸めておくことが可能な止着用テープを取り付けた体液吸収性着用物品を改良することにある。

改良にかかる本発明の特徴は、前記止着用テープが、前記物品の横方向の寸法を二分する縦中心線近傍で縦方向へ延びていて前記バックシートの外面へ着脱可能な係着手段が形成された第１自由端部と、前記第１自由端部から少なくとも二条に分岐して延びる第２自由端部とを備え、前記第２自由端部が、前記第１自由端部に連なって前記第１自由端部から延びるにつれて互いの離間寸法が次第に拡大する非固着域と、前記非固着域から延びていて前記物品に固着された固着域とを有し、前記止着用テープは、前記縦方向へ丸められた前記物品の外周面で互いに重なり合う前記物品の部位を前記第１自由端部が越えることが可能な長さを有することにある。

本発明の実施の態様の一例として、前記第１自由端部と前記２自由端部との少なくとも前記第２自由端部は、前記縦方向へ丸められた前記物品の外周面で互いに重なり合う前記物品の部位を前記第１自由端部が越えることが可能な弾性伸長性を有することにある。

本発明の実施の態様の他の一例としては、前記第２自由端部の非固着域が、前記吸液性部材の両側縁部の間に延びている。

本発明の実施の態様の他の一例としては、前記物品が、前記縦方向に前胴周り域と、後胴周り域と、前記前後胴周り域の間に位置する股下域とを有し、前記トップシートを内側にして前記前後胴周り域の両側縁部が互いに固着され、胴周り開口と左右一対の脚周り開口とが画成されたパンツ型の使い捨ておむつであり、前記止着用テープと前記受止テープとが、前記前後胴周り域のいずれか一方に取り付けられている。

【発明の実施の形態】
添付の図面を参照して、本発明に係る体液吸収性着用物品の詳細をパンツ型の使い捨ておむつを例として説明すると、以下のとおりである。

図１，２は、後胴周り域３２の側から示す使い捨ておむつ１の部分破断斜視図と、図１のＡ−Ａ線断面図とであり、図３は、図１のＢ−Ｂ線矢視断面図である。おむつ１は、透液性トップシート２と、不透液性バックシート３と、トップシート２とバックシート３との間に介在し、表面全域がティッシュペーパー４で被覆、接合された吸液性コア５とから構成されている。ティッシュペーパー４は、トップシート２とバックシート３との少なくとも一方の内面に固着されている。

おむつ１は、縦方向に前胴周り域３０と、後胴周り域３２と、前後胴周り域３０，３２の間に位置する股下域３１とを有する。おむつ１は、前後胴周り域３０，３２の両側縁部３０ａ，３２ａが合掌状に重なり合い、容易に剥離することがないように一体化されて胴周り開口部６と左右一対の脚周り開口部７とを形成している。

胴周り開口部６の周縁部には、複数条の胴周り用弾性伸縮性部材８がトップシート２とバックシート３との間に介在し、脚周り開口部７の周縁部には、複数条の脚周り用弾性伸縮性部材９がトップシート２とバックシート３との間に介在している。胴周り用弾性伸縮性部材８と脚周り用弾性伸縮性部材９とは、トップシート２とバックシート３との少なくとも一方の内面に伸長状態で取り付けられている。

後胴周り域３２におけるバックシート３の外面には、おむつ１を丸めておくときに使用する弾性伸縮性の止着用テープ１０と、止着用テープ１０を仮着しておくことが可能な縦長の受止テープ１１とが取り付けられている。

受止テープ１１は、プラスチック製のシートであり、胴周り開口部６の側へわずかに偏倚して後胴周り域３２の両側縁部３２ａの間の寸法を二分する縦中心線Ｙ近傍に位置し、接着剤１３を介してバックシート３の外面に固着されている。

止着用テープ１０は、縦中心線Ｙ上に位置して縦方向へ延びる第１自由端部１０ａと、第１自由端部１０ａの下方から二条に分岐し、縦方向と交差する方向であって脚周り開口部７へ向かって延びる第２自由端部１０ｂとを有する。第１自由端部１０ａには、バックシート３の外面に対向する面に粘着剤１２が塗布され、第１自由端部１０ａが粘着剤１２を介して受止テープ１１に着脱可能に仮着されている。

第２自由端部１０ｂは、第１自由端部１０ａに連なる非固着域１０ｂ_１と、非固着域１０ｂ_１から延びる固着域１０ｂ_２とを有し、非固着域１０ｂ_１から固着域１０ｂ_２へ向かい互いの離間寸法が次第に拡大するように延びている。非固着域１０ｂ_１と固着域１０ｂ_２とは、コア５の両側縁部５ａに達することなく、コア５の両側縁部５ａの間に延びている。固着域１０ｂ_２それぞれは、バックシート３とティッシュペーパー４との間に介在し、おむつ１から容易に外れることがないように接着剤１４を介してティッシュペーパー４に固着されている。

止着用テープ１０は、第１自由端部１０ａを指で摘持しながら受止テープ１１から剥がし、第１自由端部１０ａをおむつ１の上方へ引っ張ると、図１に仮想線で示すように、第１，２自由端部１０ａ，１０ｂがおむつ１の上方へ伸長する。

図４は、廃棄するために丸められた図１のおむつ１の斜視図である。おむつ１は、股下域３１から胴周り開口部６へ向かって、胴周り開口部６が外側となるように縦方向へ丸められている。

丸められたおむつ１の外周面には、伸びた第１，２自由端部１０ａ，１０ｂが捲き付けられ、止着用テープ１０の第１自由端部１０ａが粘着剤１２を介してバックシート３の外面に止着されている。止着用テープ１０は、第１自由端部１０ａが丸められたおむつ１の外周面に位置する胴周り開口部６を越える弾性伸長性があれば、後胴周り域３２ではなくて股下域３１や前胴周り域３０に取り付けられていてもよい。

おむつ１の胴周り開口部６には、二条に分岐した第２自由端部１０ｂの非固着域１０ｂ_１が位置し、それら二条の非固着域１０ｂ_１が胴周り開口部６を塞いでいる。図において、おむつ１は、丸められた状態が二条の非固着域１０ｂ_１で保持されている。ゆえに、丸まられた状態が一条の止着用テープで保持されることと比較して、丸められたおむつ１が広がろうとすることを一層拘束することができ、胴周り開口部６が開いてしまうことを防ぐことができる。

おむつ１に二条の止着用テープを別々に取り付けた場合では、止着用テープそれぞれを丸められたおむつ１の外周面に捲きつけ、さらに、止着用テープの自由端部それぞれをバックシート３の外面に止着しなければならないので、作業が煩雑である。しかし、図に示す止着用テープ１０は、第１自由端部１０ａを引っ張って、第１自由端部１０ａをバックシート３の外面に止着するだけなので、おむつ１に二条の止着用テープを取り付けた場合と比較して作業が簡単である。

止着用テープ１０は、第２自由端部１０ｂの非固着域１０ｂ_１がコア５の両側縁部５ａの間に延びているので、止着用テープ１０を引っ張ったときに、第２自由端部１０ｂが前後胴周り域３０，３２の両側縁部３０ａ，３２ａから外れてしまうことを防ぐことができる。

図１のおむつ１は、止着用テープ１０の第２自由端部１０ｂが二条に分岐しているが、第２自由端部１０ｂが二条を超過して分岐していてもよい。たとえば、第２自由端部１０ｂが三条に分岐する場合、中心の一条を縦中心線Ｙ上に、他の二条のうち一方を縦中心線Ｙから左側の方向へ、他方を縦中心線Ｙから右側の方向へ延ばして、三条に分岐した第２自由端部１０ｂの固着域１０ｂ_２それぞれをおむつ１に固着する。第１自由端部１０ａを引っ張って止着用テープ１０を伸ばし、第１自由端部１０ａをバックシート３の外面に止着すると、おむつ１の胴周り開口部６が三条に分岐した第２自由端部１０ｂによって塞がれ、おむつ１の丸められた状態が三条の非固着域１０ｂ_１で保持される。

また、第２自由端部１０ｂが四条に分岐する場合、四条を二条毎に分け、一方の二条を縦中心線Ｙから左側の方向へ、他の二条を縦中心線Ｙから右側の方向へ延ばして、四条に分岐した第２自由端部１０ｂの固着域１０ｂ_２それぞれをおむつ１に固着する。第１自由端部１０ａを引っ張って止着用テープ１０を伸ばし、第１自由端部１０ａをバックシート３の外面に止着すると、おむつ１の胴周り開口部６が四条に分岐した第２自由端部１０ｂによって塞がれ、おむつ１の丸められた状態が四条の非固着域１０ｂ_１で保持される。

第２自由端部１０ｂが四条に分岐する場合では、縦中心線Ｙから左側へ延びる固着域１０ｂ_２それぞれを、横方向と縦方向とへ離間させた状態でおむつ１に固着し、縦中心線Ｙから右側へ延びる固着域１０ｂ_２それぞれを、横方向と縦方向とへ離間させた状態でおむつ１に固着することが好ましい。固着域１０ｂ_２それぞれを横方向と縦方向とへ離間させて固着した場合は、丸められたおむつ１の外周面に第２自由端部１０ｂが捲き付いたときに、四条に分岐した第２自由端部１０ｂの非固着域１０ｂ_１それぞれが互いに重なり合うことがない。

図５は、図１とは異なる態様の後胴周り域３２の側から示すおむつ１の部分破断斜視図である。おむつ１は、トップシート２とバックシート３との間にコア５が介在し、縦方向に前後胴周り域３０，３２と前後胴周り域３０，３２の間に位置する股下域３１と、胴周り開口部６と左右一対の脚周り開口部７とを有する点において図１のそれと同一である。

後胴周り域３２におけるバックシート３の外面には、横方向へ延びる二条の弾性部材１７，１８が取り付けられている。弾性部材１７，１８それぞれは、おむつ１の縦方向へ離間、並行している。それら弾性部材１７，１８は、テープ片１６を中心としてテープ片１６の両側に延びる非固着域１７ａ，１８ａと、非固着域１７ａ，１８ａから横方向外方へ延びる固着域１７ｂ，１８ｂとを有する。非固着域１７ａ，１８ａと固着域１７ｂ，１８ｂとは、コア５の両側縁部５ａの間に延びている。弾性部材１８の寸法は、弾性部材１７のそれよりも大きく、弾性部材１８の非固着域１８ａの寸法が弾性部材１７のそれよりも大きいものである。弾性部材１７，１８の固着域１７ｂ，１８ｂそれぞれは、バックシート３とティッシュペーパー４との間に介在し、接着剤（図示せず）を介してティッシュペーパー４に固着されている。

おむつ１の胴周り開口部６には、弾性部材１７の四条の非固着域１７ａ，１８ａが位置し、それら四条の非固着域１７ａ，１８ａが胴周り開口部６を塞いでいる。弾性部材１７，１８は、非固着域１７ａ，１８ａの寸法が異なるので、弾性部材１７，１８の非固着域１７ａ，１８ａそれぞれが互いに重なり合うことなく、おむつ１の丸められた状態を四条各々で保持することができる。

おむつ１には、二条を超過する弾性部材がおむつ１の縦方向へ離間、並行して取り付けられていてもよい。弾性部材１７，１８は、非伸長状態で取り付けられてもよいし、弾性部材１７，１８の非固着域１７ａ，１８ａが丸められたおむつ１の外周面に位置する胴周り開口部６を越えることができる弾性伸長性があれば、おむつ１の横方向へ伸長させた状態で取り付けられてもよい。弾性部材１７，１８を伸長させた状態で取り付けた場合は、弾性部材１７，１８が胴周りを締め付ける機能をも有する。

トップシート２には、不織布や開孔プラスチックフィルム等の透液性のシート、好ましくは透液性であって親水性のシートが使用される。バックシート３には、疎水性不織布、不透液性のプラスチックフィルムまたは疎水性不織布とプラスチックフィルムとのラミネートシート、好ましくは通気不透液性のシートが使用される。

不織布としては、スパンレース、ニードルパンチ、メルトブローン、サーマルボンド、スパンポンド、ケミカルボンド等の不織布を使用することができる。不織布の構成繊維としては、ポリオレフィン系、ポリエステル系、ポリアミド系、の各繊維、ポリエチレン／ポリプロピレンまたはポリエステルの複合繊維等を使用することができる。

コア５は、フラッフパルプと高吸収性ポリマー粒子との混合物であり、所要の厚みに圧縮されている。伸縮性の止着用テープ１０や弾性部材１７，１８としては、合成ゴムや天然ゴム等のエラストマー、または、それらエラストマーを伸長状態で不織布に固着したものを使用することができる。弾性部材１７，１８は、糸状または帯状のものを使用することができる。止着用テープ１０と弾性部材１７，１８とは、丸められたおむつ１の外周面を一周以上することが可能な伸長性を有していてもよい。止着用テープ１０や弾性部材１７，１８が丸められたおむつ１の外周面に二重、三重に巻き付くことで、おむつ１の嵩を小さくすることに役立てることができる。

止着用テープ１０や弾性部材１７，１８の取り付けには、ホットメルト接着剤等の接着剤や粘着剤の他に、熱溶着の技術を利用することができる。

第２自由端部１０ｂと弾性部材１７，１８との固着域１０ｂ_２，１７ｂ，１８ｂそれぞれは、バックシート３とティッシュペーパー４との間に介在することなく、バックシート３の外面に固着されていてもよい。

バックシート３が疎水性不織布で形成されている場合は、第１自由端部１０ａとテープ片１６とに粘着剤１２を塗布することの他に、第１自由端部１０ａとテープ片１６とのバックシート３に対向する面にフック部材を取り付けることもできる。フック部材が不織布の繊維に引っ掛かることで第１自由端部１０ａとテープ片１６とがバックシート３の外面に係着される。

この発明の止着用テープ１０，１５は、パンツ型のおむつ１の他に、トレーニングパンツや失禁者用パンツ、生理用ナプキン、包帯等に使用することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る体液吸収性着用物品によれば、止着用テープの第２自由端部が少なくとも二条に分岐し、第２自由端部の非固着域が互いに離間して延びているので、物品の廃棄時に、丸められた物品の外周面で互いに重なり合う物品の部位を少なくとも二条の第２自由端部で塞ぐことができる。物品の丸められた状態が少なくとも二条の第２自由端部で保持されるので、丸められた状態が一条の止着テープで保持されることと比較して、丸められた物品が広がろうとすることを一層拘束することができ、物品の一部が開いてしまうことによる排泄物や臭気の漏れを防ぐことができる。

Claims

A bodily fluid in which a fastening tape capable of rolling the article is attached to the outer surface of the backsheet of the wearing article in which the liquid-absorbing member is interposed between the liquid-permeable topsheet and the liquid-impermeable backsheet. In an absorbent wearing article,
A first free end portion in which the fastening tape extends vertically in the vicinity of a vertical center line bisecting the horizontal dimension of the article, and is provided with an attaching means detachable to an outer surface of the back sheet; A second free end diverging from the first free end in at least two branches, and wherein the second free ends are connected to the first free end and extend from the first free end. A non-fixed area in which the separation dimension gradually increases, and a fixed area extending from the non-fixed area and fixed to the article, wherein the fastening tape is an outer periphery of the article which is rolled in the longitudinal direction. The article having a length such that the first free end can extend over portions of the article that overlap in plane.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least the second free end of the first free end and the second free end has an elastic extensibility that allows the first free end to pass over the portion of the article. Goods.
