Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a suction electrode used for electrocardiogram measurement and the like, and more particularly to a suction electrode capable of preventing a lead wire from falling off from a mounting site.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, an adsorption electrode used for measuring an electrocardiogram of a living body has a rubber ball 1 as a suction portion formed in a spherical shape, and a rubber ball mounting bracket 2 formed in a cylindrical shape on an outer diameter. Attached to. A hemispherical cup 3 as an adsorbing portion is airtightly fixed to one end of the rubber ball mounting bracket 2 protruding outside the rubber ball 1, and the inside of each of the rubber ball 1 and the cup 3 is made of rubber. It communicates via the inner periphery of the ball mounting bracket 2. The cup 3 is usually formed of nickel silver. Further, an inductive tip mounting portion 4 for guiding a signal such as an electrocardiogram to the outside is fixed to the rubber ball mounting bracket 2.
[0003]
When the suction electrode configured as described above is mounted on the skin of the subject, the rubber ball 1 is pressed against the skin of the subject in a compressed state, and then the rubber ball 1 is released from the pressure. As a result, the rubber ball 1 expands due to the restoring force, and the inside of the cup 3 becomes a negative pressure to adsorb the skin. In this state, the cup 3 is brought into close contact with the skin and can take out signals such as electrocardiograms.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional suction electrode configured as described above, since the lead wire connecting portion 4a of the guide chip mounting portion 4 is eccentrically larger than the center of the electrode and is fixed to the rubber ball mounting bracket 2, the lead wire is connected. Occasionally, the repelling force of the lead wire may cause the suction electrode attached to the skin surface to fall off. In addition, a spring component for fixing the lead wire to the lead wire connecting portion 4a was required.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive suction electrode that can prevent the lead wire from falling off the skin surface due to the repulsive force of the connected lead wire.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a suction electrode comprising a suction portion formed in a spherical shape with an elastic member, and a suction portion formed in a hemispherical shape with a conductive member and communicating with the inside of the suction portion. The suction unit and the suction unit are formed in a tubular shape with a conductive member, and are connected by a clip holding unit that holds a clip.
[0007]
[Action]
According to the above configuration, the clip grasps the center of the suction electrode by causing the clip grasping portion to grasp the clip to which the lead wire is connected. The clip is rotatable with respect to the clip grip. As a result, a moment force due to the pulling of the lead wire is not generated unlike the related art, and the detachment of the suction electrode mounted on the skin surface can be reduced.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the adsorption electrode of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows the configuration of one embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, portions corresponding to those of the conventional example shown in FIG. 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted as appropriate. The feature of this embodiment lies in that the rubber ball 1 and the cup 3 are connected by a clip grip 5 formed of a metal tube. Protrusions 5a are formed on the outer periphery near both ends of the clip grip 5, and concave portions into which the protrusions 5a are fitted are formed at the connection portions of the rubber ball 1 and the cup 3 with the clip grip 5 respectively. . The length between the rubber ball 1 and the cup 3 of the clip gripper 5 is such that the clip 6 can be attached and gripped, and the clip 6 is connected to a lead wire 7 for guiding a biological signal such as an electrocardiogram to the outside. Have been.
[0010]
According to the present embodiment, the clip 6 is gripped by the clip gripper 5, the suction electrode is attached to the skin of the subject, and a biological signal such as an electrocardiogram of the subject is led out through the lead wire 7. At this time, since the clip 6 grips the center of the suction electrode and the clip 6 is rotatable with respect to the clip grip portion 5, no moment force is generated due to the pulling of the lead wire as in the related art, and the suction electrode falls off. Can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, since the clip 6 can be used for another disposable electrode, it is not necessary to replace the lead cord according to the type of the electrode. Further, the clip gripper 5 can be easily manufactured only by changing the shape of the conventional rubber ball mounting bracket 2. In addition, since a spring portion required for the conventional rubber ball mounting bracket 2 is not required, cost can be reduced.
[0012]
The cup 3 shown in the above embodiment may be made of a metal such as nickel-plated metal, or may be made of an elastic member such as a soft conductive rubber.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the suction electrode of the present invention, the suction portion and the suction portion are connected by the clip holding portion formed in a tubular shape by the conductive member, and the clip is held by the clip holding portion. Is derived, no moment force is generated due to the pulling of the lead wire, and the falling off of the electrode can be reduced. In addition, the structure is simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
