本発明は止具頭部をレールによって支持し、連結止具を収納するマガジンを備えた打込機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般的に打込機は軽量化を図るため樹脂で形成した部品を多く用いており、特に止具を収納するマガジンにおいては摩耗防止部材、強度部材を除き樹脂で形成していた。
図6はマガジンを備えた打込機の全体図であり、図7は従来のマガジンの一例を示す図6のA−A線断面図である。
止具頭部4を支持するレール1は、図7に示すように常に止具3が摺動する部品であると共に打込みによる連結止具5の衝撃荷重をも支持する部材であるため、鋼製であること及びある程度の厚さ(約1.0〜1.2mm程度)があること等が必要である。

図8に示すレール1内の高さHは連結止具5の頭部4の高さhが通過し得る最小寸法であるのが最適であるが、レール1は上記したように鋼製板をプレス等により形成されるため、H寸法を小さくするには限度がある。頭部高さhに対しレール1内高さHが大きすぎると、図8に示すように打込時に連結止具5がE方向に回転してしまい、止具3が後方へ打たれて止具詰まりになってしまうという欠点がある。また、打込み毎にレール1内で連結止具5がガタつき、騒音を発したり、樹脂製マガジン6のレール受部がつぶれてレール1にガタつきが発生してしまうという欠点が生じる。
従来では上記欠点を解消するために、図7に示すようにゴムまたは樹脂製のレールピース13をレール1内に挿入し、レール1内高さHを所定の寸法に設定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したように従来のマガジンでは、レール1内にレールピース13を挿入しなければならない構造としていたため、組立てに時間がかかると共に部品点数が多くコストがかかるといった欠点があった。
また、レール1全長に渡ってレールピース13が設けられているので、連結止具5の装填口となるレール1後端においてもレール1内の高さがさいため、連結止具5をレール1内に容易に装填することができないといった欠点があった。
本発明の目的は、上記欠点を解消し、マガジンを安価で組立てが容易に行える打込機を提供することである。
更に、本発明の目的は、連結止具をレール内に容易に装填することができるマガジンを備えた打込機を提供することである。

上記目的は、マガジンのレールの内側上方に凸部を設けることにより達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明打込機を構成するマガジンの一実施形態を示す図6のA−A線断面図である。
図6に示す打込機によって止具を打込むためには、まず連結止具5をマガジン6の後方より、矢印B方向へ挿入し、止具頭部4をレール1内へ入れ、連結止具5をレール1の止具支持部15により支持させるようにして止具軸部16をマガジン6の溝17内に入れる。連結止具5は、ぜんまいばね10により常に射出口12側へ引き寄せられているフィーダ11によって、後方より射出口12側へ荷重を受け、射出口12内の止具3が1本打込まれる毎に、連結止具5は順次射出口12側へ進んでゆく。

従来同様レール1は鋼製であり、本発明ではレール1内高さHを小さくするため、図1に示すようにレール1をプレス成形により内側上方に凸部2を設けた構成としている。
レール1を上記したような構成とすることによって、従来のようにレールピース13等の部品を用いなくとも、最適なレール1内の高さHを得ることができるようになる。

図2に示すようにレール1は、端部1aから端部1b付近にかけて、内側上方に凸部2が設けられた構成をしており、レール1の内側上方に凸部2が設けられている範囲は図3に示すようにレール1内高さがaと小さく、凸部2が設けられていない端部1b付近は図4に示すようレール1内高さがbと大きなものとなっている。凸部2が設けられている端部1aは打込機のノーズ19に取付けられ、凸部2のない端部1bはマガジン6の後端に位置して連結止具5の装填口となる。

図5は本発明打込機のマガジンの他の実施形態を構成するノーズ19を示す要部拡大斜視図であり、図に示すようにノーズ19にはレール組立用穴20が設けられ、レール組立用穴20には、突起21が設けられている。このようにレール1取付時にレール1の外側上方に設けられた凹部18が位置する部分に突起21を設けることによって、レール1は凹部18が設けられている端部1aしかレール組立用穴20に挿入することができなくなり、ノーズ19にレール1の方向を誤って組立ててしまうことがなくなると共に、容易にレール1の組立方向を認識することができるため組立作業性が良くなる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、レールをプレス成形等により、内側上方に凸部を設けた構成としたので、レール内高さを止具頭部高さに応じた所定の寸法にすることができ、部品点数が少なく、安価で組立てが容易なマガジンを備えた打込機を提供することができる。
また、レールの止具装填口となる端部付近を除いて内側上方に凸部を設けた構成としたので、連結釘をレール内に容易に装填することができるようになる。
