Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a drainage structure for a bathroom in which a drainage groove for receiving floor drainage of the bathroom is provided around a fitting that constitutes an entrance / exit of the bathroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a drainage structure for a bathroom of this type, for example, one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-303059 is known. In this drainage structure, the first seal member is provided between the bathroom side of the fitting body and the lower frame, and the second seal member is provided between the undressing room side of the fitting body and the lower frame. The primary water stoppage drain of the bathroom floor stopped by the first seal member is guided from the first drainage opening of the lower frame to the drainage groove, and the secondary water stoppage drainage leaks from the first seal member and is stopped by the second seal member. From the second drain opening of the lower frame to the drain.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional bathroom drainage structure, the primary waterstop and the secondary waterstop merge at the first and second drain openings, respectively, and flow into the drain. That is, the drain route of the primary still drainage and the drain route of the secondary still drainage communicate with each other on the inflow side of the drain. For this reason, a large amount of primary water stoppage drainage is generated due to overflow of hot water in the bathtub, and when this flows into the drainage structure in a concentrated manner, this drainage flows backward from the secondary water stoppage drainage channel to the second seal member side. However, water may leak from the second seal member. Similarly, when drainage flows backward from the drainage pipe connected to the drainage system (connected to the main drainage pipe in the bathroom), the drained water flows back not only in the primary drainage drainage channel but also in the secondary stoppage. There is a possibility that the water may enter the drainage path of the water drainage, and the drainage may leak from the second seal member.
[0004]
The present invention provides a bathroom drainage structure capable of preventing a large amount of primary water stoppage drainage and backflow drainage from a drain pipe from flowing to a dressing room side through a drain groove and leaking to the dressing room side as much as possible. That is its purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The drainage structure for a bathroom according to the present invention includes a first seal member provided between the bathroom side of the fitting body and the lower frame of the frame, and a first seal member provided between the dressing room side of the fitting body and the lower frame. (2) a sealing member, a drainage groove disposed on the bathroom side of the lower frame to receive drainage of the bathroom floor, and a primary water stoppage drainage of the bathroom floor formed in the lower frame and stopped by the first seal member to flow down to the drainage groove. A primary drainage opening, and a secondary drainage opening formed in the lower frame and allowing secondary water drainage from the bathroom floor stopped by the second seal member to flow down to the drain ditch, and a primary water stoppage drainage flowing down from the primary drainage opening. When, in the drainage structure of a bathroom which is adapted to merge the secondary waterproofing drainage and flowing down from the secondary drain openings leading to the drainage groove, the secondary drain passage upstream of the merging portion, the primary waterproofing drainage while blocking the flow of the secondary drainage opening side, through the check valve to allow inflow to the drainage groove side of the secondary water stopping drainage Is, the fittings body located between the bathroom a side which the primary drainage opening of the first seal member, fin pieces water control drainage flowing into the lower frame from the bathroom floor is vertically It is characterized by the following.
[0006]
According to this configuration, the primary water stoppage drainage stopped by the first seal member flows into the drain groove through the primary drainage opening of the lower frame, passes through the first seal member (leaks), and then leaks out of the second seal member. The secondary water drainage stopped by the member flows into the drainage ditch via the secondary drainage opening of the lower frame and the check valve. At this time, the secondary water stoppage drainage merges with the primary water stoppage drainage after passing through the check valve, and then flows into the drainage ditch. When a large amount of floor drainage occurs in the bathroom, a large amount of primary water stoppage drains down through the primary drainage opening, but the primary water stoppage drainage is prevented by the check valve and does not flow into the secondary drainage opening side . On the other hand, even when the drainage flows backward from the drainage pipe through the drainage groove, the backflow drainage is prevented by the check valve and does not flow into the secondary drainage opening side. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the backflow drainage from reaching the second seal member via the secondary drainage channel.
Further, the drain water that overflows the bathtub and flows as running water reaches the first seal member after being controlled by the fin pieces. For this reason, running water can be prevented from vigorously hitting the first seal member, and the flow direction of the primary still water drainage flowing into the primary drainage opening can be regulated in a direction toward the bathroom.
[0007]
In this case, the check valve has a valve body vertically suspended swingably with the upper end as a fulcrum, and a valve seat with which the valve body is in close contact with the valve body. Preferably, it is slightly inclined downstream with a gap.
[0008]
According to this configuration, even when the amount of secondary stoppage drainage is small, the drainage flows from the gap between the valve body and the valve seat to the drainage groove, so that the secondary stoppage drainage is blocked by the weight of the valve body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent accumulation in the secondary drain passage.
[0009]
In addition, it is preferable that the check valve includes a case that is provided with a valve seat and is detachably attached to the secondary drain passage, and a valve body that is vertically swingably mounted on the case.
[0010]
According to this configuration, the check valve can be easily assembled to the secondary drain passage. When the check valve fails, it can be easily replaced.
[0011]
In these cases, it is preferable that the check valve and the primary drainage opening are mutually displaced in the finding direction.
[0012]
According to this configuration, when the amount of the primary static drainage flowing down from the primary drainage opening is small, the check valve is not easily closed by the primary static drainage, and the secondary static drainage is drained through the check valve. It can smoothly flow down the groove.
[0013]
In another bathroom drainage structure of the present invention, a first seal member interposed between a bathroom side of a fitting body and a lower frame of a frame, and an intervening member disposed between a undressing room side of the fitting body and a lower frame. A second seal member, a drainage groove disposed on the bathroom side of the lower frame to receive drainage of the bathroom floor, and a primary water stoppage drainage of the bathroom floor formed in the lower frame and stopped by the first seal member in the drainage groove. A primary drainage opening that allows the primary drainage to flow down, and a secondary drainage opening that is formed in the lower frame and that allows secondary secondary drainage of the bathroom floor that has been stopped by the second seal member to flow down to the drainage ditch, and a primary stop that has flowed down from the primary drainage opening. In the bathroom drainage structure in which the water drainage and the secondary still water drained from the secondary drainage opening are merged and led to the drainage ditch, the junction is provided corresponding to the primary drainage opening, provided with a guide guiding members to guide the flow of the primary waterproofing wastewater flowing down from the drain opening directly down the drain It is characterized in that is.
[0014]
According to this configuration, the primary still water drainage stopped by the first seal member flows into the drain groove via the primary drainage opening of the lower frame and the guide member, passes through the first seal member (leaks). The secondary water drainage stopped by the second seal member flows into the drain ditch via the secondary drain opening of the lower frame. At this time, the secondary water drainage and the primary water drainage merge at the downstream side and then flow into the drainage ditch. However, since the primary water drainage smoothly flows into the drainage ditch by the guide member, the secondary watertight drainage is joined. The still water drainage is also drawn by the flow of the primary still water and smoothly flows into the drain. In other words, the guide member regulates the flow direction of the primary static drainage from the primary drainage opening to the drainage ditch, and allows the primary static drainage to flow smoothly. Water drainage can flow smoothly. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the primary water stoppage from flowing into the secondary drainage opening side against the secondary water stoppage.
[0015]
In this case, it is preferable that the guide member and the secondary drainage flow path on the upstream side of the junction are displaced from each other in the finding direction.
[0016]
According to this configuration, the guide member does not obstruct the flow of the secondary static drainage, and the secondary static drainage can flow more smoothly. Flowing into the secondary drain opening side through the fin can be suppressed as much as possible.
[0017]
In these cases, the primary drainage opening has an upper drainage opening and a lower drainage opening arranged vertically, and the upper drainage opening and the lower drainage opening are displaced from each other in the finding direction. Is preferred.
[0018]
According to this configuration, even if a large amount of the primary static drainage flows into the primary drainage opening, the flow of the primary static drainage is restricted by the upper drainage opening and the lower drainage opening, and the flow direction of the primary static drainage is lowered. It can be regulated to go to. For this reason, the flow direction of the primary still water drainage passing through the primary drainage opening can be suppressed from heading toward the secondary drainage channel. Further, drainage time can be increased by causing the primary still water drainage having a relatively large flow rate to flow down through the two drainage openings. For this reason, a large amount of drainage does not instantaneously flow into the drainage ditch, and the drainage ditch can be prevented from being full.
[0019]
In these cases, a fin piece for controlling drainage flowing into the lower frame from the bathroom floor is vertically provided on the fitting body on the bathroom side of the first seal member and between the first seal member and the primary drainage opening. Is preferred.
[0020]
According to this configuration, the drainage that overflows the bathtub and flows as running water reaches the first seal member after being controlled by the fin pieces. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the running water from vigorously hitting the first seal member, and to restrict the flow direction of the primary still water drainage flowing into the primary drainage opening toward the bathroom.
[0021]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a drainage structure of a bathroom according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. This bathroom is composed of a unit bath with a barrier-free design in which there is no step between the bathroom and the dressing room. FIG. 1 is a view of a folding door constituting a doorway of a bathroom. As shown in FIG. 1, a folding door 1 as a fitting is configured by incorporating a left and right door bodies 3 and 3 as a fitting body into a frame 2. ing. In this case, the floor surface 4 of the bathroom A, the lower frame 12 of the frame body 2 described later, and the floor surface 5 of the dressing room B are arranged substantially flush, that is, so as not to have a step. 2).
[0022]
The frame body 2 is configured to frame an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and both vertical frames 13, 13. Each door body 3 is composed of an upper frame 15, a lower frame 16, and both vertical frames 17 and 7, and a horizontal rail 18 is installed at an intermediate portion between upper and lower frames, and resin panels 19 and 19 are fitted into the upper and lower frames. It is comprised including. A handle portion 21 is formed on the side of the undressing room B at the upper and lower intermediate position of the right door 3, and a towel rail (not shown) serving as a handle is attached to the bathroom A side. Further, the lower frame 16 of each door body 3 is formed with a ventilation gallery 22 that communicates indoors and outdoors.
[0023]
Next, a structure around the lower frame 12 of the frame 2 will be described with reference to FIG. At the end of the waterproof pan 6 forming the floor of the bathroom A, a pan groove 6a is formed so as to cover the lower frame 12 from below, and the pan groove 6a is located on the bathroom A side and has a drain groove 7a. However, the lower frame seating portion 8 is formed on the undressing room B side. The lower frame seating portion 8 is formed shallower than the drain groove 7, and its end is raised. A lower frame 12 is seated on the lower frame seating portion 8, and although not particularly shown, the space between the lower frame seating portion 8 and the lower frame 12 is appropriately sealed. A lid 9 is provided at an upper open portion of the drain groove 7, and an upper surface of the lid 9 is disposed flush with the floor surface 4 of the waterproof pan 6.
[0024]
The lid 9 is formed in an inverted U-shaped cross section by an upper plate piece 31 and a pair of hanging pieces 32, 32 hanging from an end of the upper plate piece 31 in the expected direction. They have almost the same length. Waterproof fins 33 are fixed to both sides of the upper end of the lid 9 in the expected direction. The waterproof fins 33 on the bathroom A side are in close contact with the waterproof pan 6 and the waterproof fins on the undressing room B side. 33 is close to the lower frame 12. The floor drainage flowing through the waterproof pan 6 toward the folding door 1 flows on the upper surface of the lid 9 and reaches the lower frame 12. Further, a drain pipe 36 is connected to the drain groove 7 via a filter 35. Although not shown, the drain pipe 36 is connected to a main drain pipe (a drain trap) of the bathroom A.
[0025]
The lower frame 12 has a hollow lower frame main body 41 seated on the lower frame seating portion 8, a seal mounting piece 42 extending from the lower frame main body 41 so as to stand up to the undressing room side, and horizontally from an upper end of the seal mounting piece 42. The undressing room parting piece 43 extending, the rail piece 44 erected at the upper middle part of the lower frame main body 41, and the horizontal piece 45 extending from the vertical middle position of the rail piece 44 to the bathroom A side are integrally formed. . An upward seal piece (second seal member) 47 extending upward is attached to the seal mounting piece 42, and a tip end of the upward seal piece 47 is formed in a forked shape, and the door body (lower frame 16) 3 is formed. It is in close contact with the lower end of the undressing room B side.
[0026]
At the base of the rail piece 44, a plurality of mounting openings 48 are formed in the finding direction, and a check valve 49 is detachably mounted in each of the mounting openings 48 (details will be described later). The floor drain water stopped by the upward seal piece 47 passes through a check valve 49 from a drain opening (secondary drain opening) 50 formed between the rail piece 44 and the upward seal piece 47, and enters the drain groove 7. Inflow. Similarly, a plurality of drain holes (primary drain openings) 51 are formed in the horizontal piece 45 in the finding direction, and each drain hole 51 is disposed so as to be displaced in the finding direction with respect to each check valve 49. ing. Further, a plurality of notches 32a are formed in the hanging piece 32 of the lid 9 in correspondence with the respective drain holes 51, and the flow of floor drainage passing through the drain holes 51 causes the notches 32a to flow through the notches 32a. Thus, the water flows smoothly into the drain groove 7.
[0027]
On the other hand, on the lower frame 16 of the door body 3, a downward seal piece (first seal member) 53 is attached to the inner surface on the bathroom A side, and the tip of the downward seal piece 53 is attached to the upper part of the rail piece 44 on the bathroom A side. Close from. At the lower end of the lower frame 16 which is located on the bathroom A side of the downwardly facing seal piece 53, a water control fin piece 54 is vertically suspended in an obliquely inclined state. The floor drainage that has flowed into the lower frame 12 beyond the lid 9 is controlled in its flow by the water-suppressing fin pieces 54, is stopped by the downward seal pieces 53, and flows down from the drain holes 51 to the drain grooves 7. The floor drainage leaked from the downward seal piece 53 is stopped by the upward seal piece 47 and flows down to the drain groove 7 through the drain opening 50 and the check valve 49.
[0028]
That is, the primary stationary drainage of floor drainage stopped by the downward seal piece 53 flows into the drain groove 7 through the primary drain passage 55 extending from the drain hole 51 to the drain groove 7, while the downward seal piece. The secondary drainage of floor drainage that has leaked from 53 and has been stopped by the upward seal piece 47 passes through the secondary drainage channel 56 from the drainage opening 50 through the check valve 47 to the drainage groove 7 to drain. Flow into 7. The downstream portion of the secondary drainage channel 56 after the check valve 49 is also used as the primary drainage channel 55, and the secondary drainage drainage merges with the primary drainage drainage, and then flows into the drainage groove 7. Inflow. The floor drainage flowing into the drainage groove 7 passes through the filter 35 and flows into the drainage pipe 36.
[0029]
Here, an example of the check valve 49 mounted on the mounting opening 48 will be described with reference to FIG. The check valve 49 includes a case 61 having a valve seat 62 formed therein, and a valve body 63 which is in close contact with the valve seat 62. The valve body 63 is swingable on the case 61 by left and right shaft portions 64, 64. It is pivotally supported. On both outer sides of the case 61, wedge-shaped retaining projections 65, 65 are formed, and the check valve 49 is mounted in the mounting opening 48 in a snap-in manner. In this check valve 49, a valve seat 62 is formed to be inclined obliquely, and a valve body 63 is attached to the valve seat 62 obliquely.
[0030]
When the flow of the primary water stoppage is stronger than that of the secondary water stoppage, the valve 63 is pressed against the valve seat 62 by the primary water stoppage, and the primary water stoppage flows into the drainage opening 50 side. Is prevented. Conversely, when the flow of the secondary water stoppage is stronger than that of the primary water stoppage, the valve body 63 is lifted by the secondary water stoppage, and the secondary water stoppage is allowed to pass. Note that the valve body 63 may be vertically suspended as shown in FIG. Further, the valve body 63 does not necessarily have to completely stop the primary water stoppage.
[0031]
As described above, since the check valve 49 is provided in the secondary drain passage 56 at the upstream side of the portion where the primary stop drain and the secondary stop drain merge, a large amount of floor drain Does not flow (backflow) to the drain opening 50 side even if the water is generated. Similarly, even when the drain groove 7 becomes full due to the primary stoppage drainage, or when the drainage on the drainage pipe 36 side flows backward, the backflow drainage is prevented by the check valve 49 and the drainage opening 50 side There is no inflow (backflow) to In other words, it is possible to reliably prevent the primary stoppage drainage and the backflow drainage from overflowing into the secondary drainage flow channel 56, from the secondary drainage flow channel 56, over the upward seal piece 47, and leaking to the undressing room B side.
[0032]
In the first place, the floor drain water that has reached the lower frame 12 beyond the lid 9 hits the water control fin piece 54 in the inclined posture, and its flow direction is directed to the drain groove 7 side. For this reason, the primary water stoppage drainage smoothly passes through the drainage hole 51 and flows into the drainage groove 7, and the flow of floor drainage is unlikely to be directed toward the downward seal piece 53 and the check valve 49. Therefore, the amount of secondary water stopping drainage leaking from the downward seal piece 53 can also be reduced. In addition, since the drain hole 51 and the check valve 49 are provided so as to be displaced from each other in the finding direction, it is possible to reduce the amount of primary stoppage drainage reaching the check valve 49.
[0033]
Next, a modification of the check valve 49 will be described with reference to FIG. In the check valve 49 of this modification, a valve seat 71 is formed by the edge of the mounting opening 48 and the upper surface of the lower frame main body 41, and the valve body 72 swings into a screw hole 73 formed at an intermediate position of the rail piece 44. It is freely installed. The valve body 72 is bent in an inverted “C” shape toward the bathroom A side, and hangs down with a slight gap between the valve body 72 and the upper surface of the lower frame main body 41 in a free state. In this configuration, a small amount of secondary water stoppage drainage flows from the gap between the valve body 72 and the upper surface of the lower frame main body 41 to the drainage groove 7 side, so that the resistance of the valve body 72 when passing through the check valve 49 is reduced. I will not receive it. Accordingly, the secondary drainage channel 56 does not accumulate in the secondary drainage channel 56, and it is possible to prevent the secondary drainage channel 56 from being contaminated or accumulating dust therein as much as possible.
[0034]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. This embodiment shows a case where a bathroom door 81 is provided at the entrance of the bathroom A. The bathroom door 81 includes a door body 82 and a door frame 83, and the lower frame 84 of the door frame 83 is seated on the lower frame seating portion 8 of the pan groove 6a, as in the above-described embodiment. In this case, a lower frame attachment 86 is provided instead of the rail piece 44 of the lower frame 84, and the lower frame attachment 86 is detachably attached to the horizontal piece 45. Further, instead of the seal attachment piece 42, a seal contact piece 87 extending to the opposite side to the undressing room parting piece 43 is formed, and a drainage opening 88 is formed between the seal contact piece 87 and the lower frame attachment 86. I have.
[0035]
The lower frame attachment 86 has a plurality of attachment drain holes (upper drain openings) 89 connected to the plurality of drain holes (lower drain openings) 51. The plurality of attachment drain holes 89 are arranged in the finding direction, and each attachment drain hole 89 is arranged so as to be displaced in the finding direction with respect to each drain hole 51.
[0036]
On the other hand, a lower frame attachment 92 is attached to the lower end of the lower frame 91 of the door body 82. At the lower end of the lower frame attachment 92, a first downward seal piece 93 is attached to the bathroom A side, and a second downward seal piece 94 is attached to the undressing room B side. The distal end of the first downward seal piece 93 is in close contact with the upper surface of the lower frame attachment 86, and the distal end of the second downward seal piece 94 is in close contact with the upper surface of the seal contact piece 87. Further, on the bathroom A side of the first downward seal piece 93, a water control fin piece 95 is integrally formed.
[0037]
The primary drainage of floor drainage controlled by the water control fin pieces 95 and stopped by the first downward seal pieces 93 passes through the attachment drain holes 89 and the drain holes 51 and then passes through the primary drain passage 55. To flow into the drain 7. On the other hand, the secondary drainage of floor drainage leaked from the first downward seal piece 93 and stopped by the second downward seal piece 94 flows through the secondary drain passage 56 from the drain opening 88 and passes through the check valve 49. And flows into the drain 7.
[0038]
In this embodiment, the floor drainage that has flowed vigorously to the lower frame side is not only controlled by the water control fin pieces 95, but also sufficiently controlled while passing through the attachment drain holes 89 and the drain holes 51. It reaches drain 7. In addition, since it takes time to reach the drainage groove 7, it is possible to prevent the drainage groove 7 from being filled with a sudden inflow of the primary still water. That is, it is possible to cause the primary water stoppage drainage to flow down to the drainage groove 7 over time, and it is possible to avoid an instantaneous full state of the drainage groove 7. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the primary still water from flowing backward and reaching the position of the second downward seal piece 94.
[0039]
Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. This embodiment has the same basic form as the first embodiment, and a plurality of guide members 67 are attached to the primary drain passage 55 instead of the check valve 49. Each guide member 67 is a piece made of resin or the like, and is formed in a box shape in which the upper wall and the side wall on the bathroom A side are omitted. Two guide members 67 in the embodiment are provided in the finding direction, and a plurality of drain holes 51 formed in the horizontal piece 45 corresponding to each guide member 67 are also formed in two places. That is, the primary still water drained through the drain hole 51 is guided by the guide member 67 and guided to the drain groove 7.
[0040]
A plurality of drain holes 68 are formed at the base of the rail piece 44 in place of the mounting opening 48 of the first embodiment, and the plurality of drain holes 68 are positioned in the finding direction with respect to the guide member 67. It is arranged shifted. In such a configuration, the primary water stoppage drainage that has passed through the drainage hole 51 is guided by the guide member 67 and directly guided to the drainage groove 7. Therefore, it is difficult for the primary water stoppage drainage to flow into the drainage opening 88 side through the drainage hole 68, and it is possible to prevent leakage to the dressing room B side beyond the upward seal piece 47 as much as possible.
[0041]
Needless to say, the drainage structure for a bathroom according to the present invention can be applied to various types of sliding doors in addition to the above folding doors and bathroom doors. Further, the check valve may have a valve body made of a thin resin film or the like.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the bathroom drainage structure of the present invention, even if a large amount of primary water stoppage drains down through the primary drainage opening, this primary water stoppage drainage is blocked by the check valve and the secondary drainage outlet is opened. Does not flow to the side. In addition, even when the drainage flows backward from the drainage pipe side through the drainage groove, the backflow drainage is prevented by the check valve and does not flow into the secondary drainage opening side. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the backflow drainage from reaching the second seal member via the secondary drainage channel, and to prevent the drainage from leaking to the undressing room side as much as possible.
[0043]
Further, according to the other bathroom drainage structure of the present invention, the guide member regulates the flow direction of the primary water stoppage drainage from the primary drainage opening to the drainage ditch, and allows the primary water stoppage drainage to flow smoothly. The secondary water stoppage drainage can flow smoothly along with the flow of the primary water stoppage drainage. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the primary still water drainage from flowing into the secondary drain opening side against the secondary still water drainage, and it is possible to prevent the drainage from leaking to the undressing room side as much as possible. .
